Abstract. The 3D cobalt(II) coordination polymers [Co1.5(HDDB)(1,4‐bib)1.5(H2O)]n ( 1 ), and {[Co2(DDB)(1,3‐bib)22‐H2O)] · H2O}n ( 2 ) were assembled by mixed‐ligand synthetic strategy [H4DDB = 1,3‐bis(2,4‐dicarboxyphenyl) benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and 1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene]. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. Single X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is an interestingly 3D (3,3.6)‐connected (63)4(65 · 88 · 102) net, and complex 2 is an unprecedented dinuclear [Co2(COO)(μ2‐H2O)] SBUs based 3D (3,6)‐connected (3 · 6 · 7)(32 · 43 · 54 · 63 · 7 · 82) net. A series of mononuclear metal complexes of Co(III), Ni(II) and Cu(II) with 2‐(2,4‐dichlorobenzamido)‐N′‐(3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide ( LH 3 ) have been synthesized and characterized using various physico‐chemical, spectroscopic and single crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. Structural studies of [Co( LH )( LH 2 )]·H2O ( 4 ) revealed the presence of both amido and imidol tautomeric forms of LH 3 , resulting in a distorted octahedral geometry around the Co(III) ion. [Ni( LH )(H2O)]·H2O ( 5 ) and [Cu( LH )(H2O)]·H2O ( 6 ) are isomorphous structures and crystallize in the monoclinic P21/c space group. The crystal structures of 4 , 5 and 6 are stabilized by hydrogen bonds formed by the enclathrated water molecules, C‐H···π and π···π interactions. Complexes along with the ligand ( LH 3 ) were screened for their in vivo anti‐inflammatory activity (carrageenan‐induced rat paw edema method) and in vitro antioxidant activity (DPPH free radical scavenging assay). Metal complexes have shown significant anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant potential.  相似文献

A novel fluorinated diamine monomer, 1,4‐bis(4‐amino‐2‐trifluoromethylphenoxy)‐2,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzene ( 2 ), was prepared through the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2‐chloro‐5‐nitrobenzotrifluoride and 2,5‐di‐tert‐butylhydroquinone in the presence of potassium carbonate, followed by catalytic reduction with hydrazine and Pd/C. Fluorinated polyimides ( 5a – 5f ) were synthesized from diamine 2 and various aromatic dianhydrides ( 3a – 3f ) via thermal or chemical imidization. These polymers had inherent viscosities of 0.77–1.01 dL/g. The 5 series polyimides were soluble in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone, N,N‐dimethylacetamide, and N,N‐dimethylformamide and were even soluble in dioxane, tetrahydrofuran, and dichloromethane. 5 (C) showed cutoff wavelengths between 363 and 404 nm and yellowness index (b*) values of 6.5–40.2. The polyimide films had tensile strengths of 93–114 MPa, elongations to break of 9–12%, and initial moduli of 1.7–2.1 GPa. The glass‐transition temperatures were 255–288 °C. The temperatures of 10% weight loss were all above 460 °C in air or nitrogen atmospheres. In comparison with a nonfluorinated polyimide series based on 1,4‐bis(4‐aminophenoxy)‐2,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzene, the 5 series showed better solubility and lower color intensity, dielectric constants, and moisture absorption. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Aligned crystallites of 1,6‐di‐(N‐carbazolyl)‐2,4‐hexadiyne (DCHD) were prepared on the phenyltrichlorosilane‐modified SiO2/Si surface using the brush‐coating method. The length and width as well as the orientation of the crystallites depend on the coating speed. At a lower coating speed of 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm/s, well‐separated fibers with a width of 1–2 μm and a length of hundreds of μm were grown along the coating direction. Higher speeds resulted in shorter fibers together with randomly oriented tiny crystallites appearing in between. The diacetylene crystallites upon UV irradiation gave polydiacetylene fibers with deformations along the fiber axis. The poly(ene‐yne) backbones were shown to align along the fiber axes. With these poly‐DCHD fibers as a conducting channel for transistor fabrication, a highest field‐effect mobility of 0.039 cm2/Vs was obtained.  相似文献

A fixed hydrogen‐bonding motif with a high probability of occurring when appropriate functional groups are involved is described as a `supramolecular hydrogen‐bonding synthon'. The identification of these synthons may enable the prediction of accurate crystal structures. The rare chiral hydrogen‐bonding motif R53(10) was observed previously in a cocrystal of 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol, 2,4‐dichlorophenol and dicyclohexylamine. In the title solvated salt, 2C4H12N+·C6H3Cl2O·(C6H3Cl2O·C6H4Cl2O)·2C4H8O, five components, namely two tert‐butylammonium cations, one 2,4‐dichlorophenol molecule, one 2,4‐dichlorophenolate anion and one 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, are bound by N—H…O and O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a hydrogen‐bonded ring, with the graph‐set motif R53(10), which is further associated with two pendant tetrahydrofuran molecules by N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen‐bonded ring has internal symmetry, with a twofold axis running through the centre of the 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, and is isostructural with a previous and related structure formed from 2,4‐dichlorophenol, dicyclohexylamine and 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol. In the title crystal, helical columns are built by the alignment and twisting of the chiral hydrogen‐bonded rings, along and across the c axis, and successive pairs of rings are associated with each other through C—H…π interactions. Neighbouring helical columns are inversely related and, therefore, no chirality is sustained, in contrast to the previous case.  相似文献

Based on the bis‐triazole ligand 2, 6‐bis(1, 2,4‐triazole‐4‐yl)pyridine (L), the triazole‐iron(II) complexes [Fe(L)2(dca)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 1 ) (Nadca = sodium dicyanamide), {[Fe(μ2‐L)2(H2O)2]Cl2}n ( 2 ), and {[Fe(μ2‐L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 · L · H2O}n ( 3 ) were isolated by solvent diffusion methods. When iron(II) salts and Nadca were used, compound 1 was isolated, which contains mononuclear Fe(L)2(dca)2(H2O)2 units. When FeCl2 or FeClO4 were used, one‐dimensional (1D) cation iron(II) chains ( 2 ) and two‐dimensional (2D) cation iron(II) networks ( 3 ) were isolated indicating anion directing structural diversity. Moreover, variable‐temperature magnetic susceptibility data of 1 – 3 were recorded in the temperature range 2–300 K. The magnetic curve of complex 2 was fitted by using the classical spin Heisenberg chain model indicating anti‐ferromagnetic interactions (J = –5.31 cm–1). Obviously complexes 1 – 3 show no detectable thermal spin crossover behaviors, the lack of spin‐crossover behavior may be correlated with FeN4O2 coordination spheres in 1 – 3 .  相似文献

The cyclization of 1‐amino‐2‐mercapto‐5‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl]‐1,3,4‐triazole which was synthesized from p‐ethoxyaniline with various triazole acid in absolute phosphorus oxychloride yields 3,6‐bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives 9a?j , and their structures are established by MS, IR, CHN and 1H NMR spectral data.  相似文献

A straightforward preparation has been found for bis(dichlorosilyl)methylamine, (SiHCl2)2NMe ( 1 ), involving reaction between H2NMe and an excess of SiHCl3, dissolved either in pentane or THF at 253 K. 1 and a side‐product, 1,3,5‐trichloro‐2,4,6‐trimethylcyclotrisilazane, (–SiHCl–NMe–)3 ( 2 ), were identified by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and 1H‐NMR‐spectroscopy. Some physical, NMR‐ and IR spectroscopical properties of 1 were determined. The molecular and crystal structure of 1 was investigated by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Selected structural parameters: r(Si–N) 169.7(5), r(Si–Cl) 203.1(2)–204.4(2), r(C–N) 150.0(8) pm; a(SiNSi) 123.6(3), a(SiNC) 118.3(4)/118.0(4)°. Ab initio force field data and infrared intensities were calculated for four conformers of 1 . Comparison of the observed and calculated IR spectra favours the two structures found ab initio provided that their actual abundancies are different from those calculated.  相似文献

Two aliphatic ether Schiff base lanthanide complexes (Ln = Eu, Ce) with bis(3‐methoxysalicylidene)‐3‐oxapentane‐1,5‐diamine (Bod), were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. [Eu(Bod)(NO3)3] ( 1 ) is a discrete mononuclear species and [Ce(Bod)(NO3)3DMF] ( 2 ) exhibits an inorganic coordination polymer. In the two complexes, the metal ions both are ten‐coordinated and the geometric structure around the LnIII atom can be described as distorted hexadecahedron. Under excitation at room temperature, the red shift in the fluorescence band of the ligand in the complexes compared with that of the free ligand can be attributed to coordination of the rare earth ions to the ligand. Moreover, the antioxidant activities of the two complexes were investigated. The results demonstrated that the complexes have better scavenging activity than both the ligand and the usual antioxidants on the hydroxyl and superoxide radicals.  相似文献

Microwave‐assisted stereoselective 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of C,N‐diarylnitrones (i.e., N‐(arylmethylidene)benzenamine N‐oxides) 2 to substituted bis(arylmethylidene)acetones (=1,5‐diarylpenta‐1,4‐dien‐3‐ones) 1 leading to diastereoisomer pairs of bis‐isoxazolidines 3 and 4 in good to excellent yield is described (Scheme 2 and Table 2). The configuration outcome of the reaction is discussed based on the NMR and X‐ray data of the products.  相似文献

A series of poly(ether imide)s (PEIs), III a–k , with light color and good physical properties were prepared from 1,4‐bis(3,4‐dicarboxypheoxy)‐2,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzene dianhydride ( I ) with various aromatic diamines ( II a–k ) via a conventional two‐stage procedure that included a ring‐opening polyaddition to yield poly(amic acid)s (PAA), followed by thermal imidization to the PEI. The intermediate PAA had inherent viscosities in the range of 1.00–1.53 dL g?1. Most of the PEIs showed excellent solubility in chlorinated solvents such as dichloromethane, chloroform, and m‐cresol, but did not easily dissolve in dimethyl sulfoxide and amide‐type polar solvents. The III series had tensile strengths of 96–116 MPa, an elongation at break of 7–8%, and initial moduli of 2.0–2.5 GPa. The glass‐transition temperatures (Tg) and softening temperatures (Ts's) of the III series were recorded between 232 and 285 °C and 216–279 °C, respectively. The decomposition temperatures for 10% weight loss all occurred above 511 °C in nitrogen and 487 °C in air. The III series showed low dielectric constants (2.71–3.54 at 1 MHz), low moisture absorption (0.18–0.66 wt %), and was light‐colored with a cutoff wavelength below 380 nm and a low yellow index (b*) values of 7.3–14.8. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 氢键对含有以嘧啶为基的衍生物的生命体具有重要作用。用AM1 和 DFT 方法对2,4-二丙稀酰胺嘧啶(2,4-BAAP) 衍生物与1-取代的脲嘧啶形成的氢键复合物电子结构进行理论研究。用INDO/SCI 和 B3LYP/6-31G(d)方法分别计算了复合物的UV和NMR光谱。结果表明,由于结合能为负值,两单体能通过三重氢键形成复合物,取代基存在时结合能变小。这种削弱效应取决于电子效应和空间效应的协同作用。当2,4-BAAP上哌啶基存在时,由于异构复合物的形成,复合物的结合能变小。供电基存在时复合物的能隙变小。共轭体系的扩展使复合物易于注入电子和空穴。复合物电子光谱的第一吸收峰与母体相比发生红移由于其具有较小的LUMO-HOMO能隙。在13C NMR谱中,复合物C=O键上的C原子的化学位移向低场移动。  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of tridentate rigid 2,4,6‐tris‐(benzimidazolyl‐2‐yl)pyridine (pytbzim) ligand and Zn(II)/Cd(II) salts generate binuclear complexes {[Cd2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2]·2NO3}n ( 1 ) and two isomorphs {[M2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2]Cl2·2H2O}n [M=Cd ( 2 ), Zn ( 3 )]. All complexes include [M2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2] dimers, which are further connected into a three‐dimensional supramolecular networks through ?‐? stacking interaction and hydrogen bonds. The solid state photoluminescent studies reveal good fluorescent properties of the pytbzim ligand and complexes 1 – 2 at room temperature.  相似文献

The formation and crystal structures of bis(1‐naphthyl) diselenide ( 1 ) and bis{[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl} tetraselenide ( 2 ) are described. Whereas 1 can be produced in good yields, 2 is formed only as a minor product together with the known main product, bis{[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl} diselenide. The composition of the reaction mixture is semi‐quantitatively estimated by 77Se NMR spectroscopy and DFT calculations. The effect of the n2→σ*(Se–Se) and π→σ*(Se–Se) secondary bonding interactions on the Se–Se bonds is discussed both by DFT calculations and comparison with literature, as available. The bromination of 1 yields monomeric (1‐naphthyl)selenenyl bromide ( 3 ) in good yields. That of the reaction mixture of (C6H4CH2NMe2)Sex (x = 2–4) and Se8 afforded (C6H4CH2NMe2H)2[SeBr4] ( 4 ) and (C6H4CH2NMe2H)2[SeBr6] ( 5 ) in addition to (C6H4CH2NMe2)SeBr, which has been previously reported.  相似文献

A series of new heteroleptic MN2S2 transition metal complexes with M = Cu2+ for EPR measurements and as diamagnetic hosts Ni2+, Zn2+, and Pd2+ were synthesized and characterized. The ligands are N2 = 4, 4′‐bis(tert‐butyl)‐2, 2′‐bipyridine (tBu2bpy) and S2 =1, 2‐dithiooxalate, (dto), 1, 2‐dithiosquarate, (dtsq), maleonitrile‐1, 2‐dithiolate, or 1, 2‐dicyanoethene‐1, 2‐dithiolate, (mnt). The CuII complexes were studied by EPR in solution and as powders, diamagnetically diluted in the isostructural planar [NiII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] or[PdII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] as well as in tetrahedrally coordinated[ZnII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] host structures to put steric stress on the coordination geometry of the central CuN2S2 unit. The spin density contributions for different geometries calculated from experimental parameters are compared with the electronic situation in the frontier orbital, namely in the semi‐occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) of the copper complex, derived from quantum chemical calculations on different levels (EHT and DFT). One of the hosts, [NiII(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], is characterized by X‐ray structure analysis to prove the coordination geometry. The complex crystallizes in a square‐planar coordination mode in the monoclinic space group P21/a with Z = 4 and the unit cell parameters a = 10.4508(10) Å, b = 18.266(2) Å, c = 12.6566(12) Å, β = 112.095(7)°. Oxidation and reductions potentials of one of the host complexes, [Ni(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], were obtained by cyclovoltammetric measurements.  相似文献

Summary: A multistep synthetic procedure for preparing novel C60‐anchored two‐armed poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) was developed. First, two‐armed poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) bearing a malonate ester core with well‐controlled molecular weight was synthesized through atom transfer radical polymerization. The effective Bingel reaction between C60 and the well‐defined polymer was then carried out to yield C60‐anchored polymer. GPC, 1H NMR, and UV‐vis spectroscopy indicated that the C60‐anchored polymer was a monosubstituted and ‘closed’ 6,6‐ring‐bridged methanofullerene derivative.

Three metal coordination polymers {[Co(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2NO3}n ( 1 ), {[Mn(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2Cl · 3H2O}n ( 2 ), and [ZnL(ba)2]n ( 3 ) [L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine and Hba = benzoic acid] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a one‐dimensional (1D) chain structure. Adjacent chains are connected by hydrogen bonding and nitrate groups to form a 3D network. Complex 2 features a 2D layer structure. A three‐dimensional network is constructed through the cluster consisting of two chloride ions and three water molecules. Complex 3 shows a 1D zigzag chain structure that further twists together to form a 3D network. The X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 – 3 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the three complexes.  相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers (CuCPs), namely, [Cu0.5(1,4‐bib)(SO4)0.5]n ( 1 ), {[Cu(1,3‐bib)2(H2O)] · SO4 · H2O}n ( 2 ), and [Cu(bpz)(SO4)0.5]n ( 3 ), were assembled from the reaction of three N‐donors [1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and Hbpz = 3‐(2‐pyridyl)pyrazole] with copper sulfate under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Structure analyses reveal that complex 1 is a 3D 6‐connected {412 · 63}‐ pcu net, complex 2 is a fourfold 3D 4‐connected 66‐ dia net, whereas complex 3 is a 1D snake‐like chain, which further expanded into 3D supramolecular architectures with the help of C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the photocatalytic tests demonstrate that the obtained CuCPs are photocatalysts in the degradation of MB with the efficiency is 86.4 % for 1 , 75.3 % for 2 , and 91.3 % for 3 after 2 h, respectively.  相似文献

The water‐stable 3D lanthanide‐organic framework (Ln‐MOF) {[Eu(bci)(H2O)] · 2H2O}n ( 1 ) [H2bci = bis(2‐carboxyethyl)isocyanurate] was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 ‐ Eu exhibits a 3D open‐framework connected by Eu–(μ‐O)2–Eu chains and bci ligands. Meanwhile, 1 ‐ Eu exhibits highly efficient luminescent sensing for environmentally relevant Fe3+ and SCN ions through luminescence quenching. These results indicated that it could be utilized as a multi‐responsive luminescence sensor.  相似文献
