Construction of polyoxometalates-based coordination polymers through direct incorporation between polyoxometalates and the voids in a 2D network

A series of polyoxometalates (POMs)-based coordination polymers, namely, {[Cu(2,3-Me2pz)(2,5-Me2pz)0.5]4(SiW12O40)(2,5-Me2pz)}n (2,3-Me2pz = 2,3-dimethylpyrazine; 2,5-Me2pz = 2,5-dimethylpyrazine; 1), {[Cu2(4,4'-bipy)4(H2O)4](SiW12O40)(H2O)18}n (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine; 2), {[Cu(2-Mepz)1.5]3(PMo12O40)(H2O)3.5}n (2-Mepz = 2-methylpyrazine; 3), {[Ag(2,3-Me2pz)1.5]4(SiW12O40}n (4), {[Cu(pz)1.5]4(SiW12O40)(H2O)3}n (pz = pyrazine; 5), {[Cu(2,3-Me2pz)1.5]4(SiW12O40)}n (6), {[Cu(4,4'-bipy)1.75]4(SiW12O40)(H2O)2}n (7), and {[Cu2(4,4'-bipy)4(H2O)4](SiW12O40)(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4}n (8), were synthesized through direct incorporation between POMs and the voids of the 2D network. Crystal structural analysis reveals that the relationship between the size of the void of the 2D network and that of POMs is of key importance for successful synthesis of POMs-based open metal-organic frameworks. Guest replacement shows that the pore size of the framework constructed through direct incorporation between POMs and the voids of the 2D network is very sensitive to guest molecules.     

两种异金属链状配位聚合物的合成和晶体结构

在甲醇溶液中,将K2NiL·H2O和M(OAC)2(M = Co,Zn)按1:1的摩尔比进行组装反应,得到了镍、钴和镍、锌两种异金属一维链状配位聚合物,其化学组成分别为{[Ni2Co2L2(H2O)2]·CH3OH·3H2O}n（1）和{[Ni2Zn2L2 (H2O)2]·2CH3OH·H2O}n（2）,（H4L=2-羟基-3-[(E)-({2-(2-羟基苯甲酰胺基)乙基}亚氨基)甲基]苯甲酸,OAC- = CH3COO-）。通过IR谱,元素分析的方法对其进行了表征,利用X-射线单晶衍射方法对其晶体结构进行了测定,结构分析表明：它们都是由不对称四核单元组成链状配位聚合物。

对氨基苯磺酸铜配位聚合物的合成与晶体结构

合成了二维层状配位聚合物{[Cu（p—abs）2（H2O）2]·2H2O}n（p-abs^-=对氨基苯磺酸根离子）,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,P21／n空间群,晶胞参数：0=0．7432（3）nm,b=1．7357（5）nm,c=0．7618（2）nm,β=116．592（19）°,V=0．8788（50）nm^3,Mr=479．96,De=1．814g／cm^3,Z=2,μ=1．538mm^-1．铜离子周围有4个氧原子和2个氮原子与之配位,其中2个氧原子由配位水分子提供,其余4个配位原子由对氨基苯磺酸提供,这六个原子在铜离子周围形成一个畸变的八面体配位环境．对氨基苯磺酸在配合物中起双齿桥联作用,将相邻两个铜离子连接起来,成为无限二维层状结构．     

Hydrothermal Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Cobalt（Ⅱ） Complexes Constructed by Dipyrido[3,2-a：2＇,3＇-c]phenazine and Different Carboxylate Ligands

Two new metal-organic complexes,{[Co2(bptc)(DPPZ)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n 1 and {[Co2(ccm)2(DPPZ)2]·2H2O}n 2,were obtained by the hydrothermal reactions of Co(NO3)2·6H2O with chelating ligand dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine(DPPZ) and the corresponding carboxylic acid,namely,3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid(H4bptc) or 2-carboxycinnamic acid(H2ccm),respectively.The complexes were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,IR spectra,and thermal gravimetry.1 presents unique chiral chain structures,which are further consolidated into three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks via noncovalent bonds,such as hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions.2 features infinite double-chain structures,which are connected by strong π-π interactions to result in three-dimensional supramolecular architectures.

Flexible and shape-selective guest binding at Cu(II) axial sites in 1-dimensional Cu(II)-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane coordination polymers

A series of guest-binding Cu(II) coordination polymers, {[Cu(bpetha)2(acetone)2].2PF6}n (bpetha = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane) (1), {[Cu(bpetha)2(DMF)2].2PF6}n (2), {[Cu(bpetha)(2)(MeCN)(2)].2PF6.2MeCN}n (3), {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.3THF.2H2O}n (4), {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.3dioxane}n (5), and {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.2-PrOH.2H2O}n (6), have been synthesized and crystallographically characterized. Their framework stabilities and guest-exchange properties have also been investigated. All compounds form a similar framework motif, a "double chain", in which the bpetha ligands bridge Cu(II) centers to form 1-D [Cu(bpetha)2]n double chains. A variety of Lewis base guest molecules, such as H2O, acetone, DMF, MeCN, THF, dioxane, and 2-PrOH, are incorporated into the assembly of the 1-D double chains. These chains flexibly change their forms of assembly in a guest-dependent manner. Interestingly, acetone, DMF, and MeCN guests with a carbonyl or cyanide group coordinate directly to the axial sites of the Cu(II) centers; in contrast, THF, dioxane, and 2-PrOH guests with an ether or alcohol group are incorporated into the frameworks not via coordination bonds but via weak interactions (hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces). This selectivity is probably due to steric effects at coordinated oxygen or nitrogen atoms of the guests. Crystal-to-crystal transformations triggered by guests are observed, during which guests coordinated to the Cu(II) axial sites are readily removed and replaced by other guests.
