The crystal structure of Sr(H2O)4[(C12H11O14)B] · 3H2O (I) has been restudied and determined with a higher accuracy. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 11.405(1) Å, b = 18.814(1) Å, c = 11.987(1) Å, β = 110.79(1)°; Z = 4. The structure was refined by full matrix least-squares calculation to R = 0.0547 on 5343 unique reflections with R int = 0.0419. The structural units of crystal I are the Sr2+ cation, seven water molecules, and doubly charged dicitratoborate anion, which is not equivalent to the singly charged complex dicitratoborate anion identified previously in the crystal structures of complexes of boric and citric acids. The coordination polyhedron of the Sr2+ cation is a distorted dodecahedron composed of four O atoms of coordinated water molecules and four O atoms of two complex anions. The crystal packing of I is layered. Thirteen independent O-H…O and O-H…, O′ contacts form an intricate system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new copper(II) complex of 1,10-phenanthroline (C12H8N2) and the meta-aminobenzoate ion (m-amb; C7H6NO 2 ? ), having the formula Cu(C12H8N2)(C7H6NO2)Cl?0.5H2O, is prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure is built up from monomeric units in which the coordination environment around the metal ion is a square plane arising from a bidentate 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, a monodentate m-amb anion, and a chloride ion. A very long (Cu–N = 2.856(5) Å) bond to the nitrogen atom of an adjacent m-amb ion generates [101] polymeric chains in the crystal. The crystal structure is consolidated by N–H???O and O–H???O hydrogen bonds and C–H???O, C–H???Cl, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions. Crystal data: C19H15ClCuN3O2.5, M r = 424.33, monoclinic, P21/n (No. 14), a = 9.8200(5) Å, b = 10.9291(7) Å, c = 16.3803(9) Å, β = 105.293(3)°, V = 1695.74(17) Å3, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.043, wR(F 2) = 0.122.  相似文献

The synthesis, vibrational spectra, and X-ray diffraction analysis results for 2-(diphenylphosphinylmethoxy) aniline, 2-[(C6H5)2P(O)OCH2]C6H4NH2(I), are described. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 18.4515(17) Å, b = 10.5421(12) Å, c = 17.897(2) Å, β = 104.479(8)°, V = 3370.7(6) Å3, Z = 8, space group P21/c, R = 0.0546 for 1770 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Arsenic 4-methoxy-8-mercaptoquinolinate As[C9H5(4-OCH3)NS]3 (I) was synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. Crystals are trigonal: space group R3, a = b = 13.9867(4) Å, c = 12.4991(5) Å, γ = 120°, V = 2117.58(12) Å3, ρ = 1.519 g/cm3, Z = 3. An arsenic atom in the crystal structure occupies a special position on axis 3. The structural unit of the crystal (neutral complex I) has symmetry C3. 4-Methoxy-8-mercaptoquinoline acts as a bidentate (N,S-) ligand. The coordination polyhedron of the arsenic atom is a symmetric octahedron (3S + 3N) or, with allowance for the lone electron pair, ψ-one-capped octahedron (3S + 3N + E). Bond lengths are as follows: As-S, 2.3179(7)Å; As…N 2.688(3) Å. The geometries of coordination polyhedra of arsenic atoms are compared in the crystal structures of As(C9H6NS)3, As[C9H5(2-CH3)NS]3, and As[C9H5(4-CH3)NS]3.  相似文献

The crystal structure of complex [Mg(H2O)6][VO(edta)] · 3.5H2O (I) was determined by X-ray diffraction study. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 6.779 Å, b = 13.373(6) Å, c = 25.054 Å, β = 96.55°, Z = 4, space group P21. The unit cell contains two independent [VO(edta)]2? anions, two independent [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cations, and seven crystal-water molecules. The coordination polyhedron of each vanadium atom is formed by five donor atoms of the edta ligand (2N + 3O) (V(1)-N(1), 2.278 Å; V(1)-N(2), 2.149 Å; V(2)-N(3), 2.301 Å; V(2)-N(4), 2.165 Å; V-O(acet), 2.00 ± 0.02 Å) and the oxygen atom of the oxo group (V-O, 1.60 ± 0.01 Å). The edta ligands and the vanadium atom form three glycinate rings: two R-type rings and one G-type ring (one acetate branch remains free), as well as an E-type ring with an asymmetric gauche configuration. The [Mg(H2O)6] cations are slightly distorted octahedra (Mg-O, 2.013–2.132 Å, the OMgO angles are 86.6°–94.2°). The H2O molecules form a bifurcate system of H-bonds. The crystals of compound I belong to OD-type structures with an incomplete ordering of layers.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of two one-dimensional coordination polymers, [Mn(C5HO2F6)2(C16H20N2)] n (1) and [Mn(C5HO2F6)2(C20H20N2)] n (2), are described, where C5HO2F6 ? is the hexafluoro acetylacetonate anion, C16H20N2 is 1,6-bis(4-pyridyl)-hexane, and C20H20N2 is 1,4-bis[2-(3-pyridyl)ethyl]-benzene. In both phases, the metal ion lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is coordinated by two chelating C5HO2F6 ? anions and two bridging bipyridyl ligands to generate a cis-MnN2O4 octahedron. The bridging ligands, which are completed by crystallographic inversion symmetry in both compounds, connect the metal nodes into zigzag [20 1 ] chains in 1 and contorted [001] chains in 2. Intrachain C–H???O interactions occur in 1 but not in 2, which may be correlated with the relative orientations of the ligands. The separation of lanthanides from calcium compounds in the form of oxalates from hot nitric acid solutions of Ln(NO3)3 and Ca(NO3)2 with the insertion of oxalic acid and a Ln2(C2O4)3 · nH2O crystal seed was studied by mass-spectrometric, atomic emission, microscopic, X-ray diffraction, and fluorescence analyses. The produced single-phase precipitate was found to contain an isomorphic impurity of La–Sm oxalates, while calcium oxalate remained in the hot nitric acid solution (95°С) saturated with oxalic acid. This facile and efficient method provides Ln2(C2O4)3 · nH2O (n = 9.5 mol) in one step in a 80.1 rel. % yield, with the major phase being at least 99.4 wt %. The unit cell parameters were determined for the crystals of the isomorphic lanthanide oxalate mixture: a = 11.243(2) Å, b = 9.591(2) Å, c = 10.306(2) Å; α = γ = 90°, β = 114.12(1)°; Z = 2; V = 1013.7(5) Å3.  相似文献

An X-ray diffraction study of 2-methoxy-4-pyrrolidinyl-6-trinitromethyl-1,3,5-triazine was carried out. The crystals are triclinic; C9H11N7O7; M = 329.25; a = 8.536(1) Å, b = 9.378(2) Å, c = 9.7401(8) Å; α = 79.13(1)°, β = 73.974(8)°; γ = 72.76(1)°; V = 710.8(2) Å3, d c = 1.54 g/cm3, Z = 2, space group P1ˉ.
