Crystal structures are determined by X-ray crystallography for tetrafluoroantimonates(III) of single and double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cations of the composition (C2H5N4)SbF4 (I) (monoclinic: a = 4.7723(6) Å, b = 19.643(2) Å, c = 7.6974(9) Å, β = 97.239(2)°, Z = 4, Cc space group) and (C2H6N4)(SbF4)2 (II) (monoclinic: a = 4.7617(3) Å, b = 15.512(1) Å c = 7.4365(5)Å β = 107.706(1)°, Z = 2, P21/n space group). The structure of I is built from complex [SbF4]? anions and single charged (C2H5N4)+ cations; the structure of II is built from the same anion and double charged 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation: (C2H6N4)2+. In the structure, weak interactions Sb…F join the anions in polymeric layers [SbF4] n n? that are assembled in a 3D framework by N-H…F hydrogen bonds. The formation of the double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation (C2H6N4)2+, found in the crystal structure of II, is observed for the first time.  相似文献

This paper reports the ac electrochemical synthesis of the crystals of Cu(I) hexafluorosilicate π-complex with N,N′-diallylpiperazinium of the composition [Cu(H2O)2.5{μ-C4H8N2H2(C3H5)2}0.5]SiF6·H2O, i.e., the π-complex of Cu(I) synthesized for the first time, where the Cu(I) atom simultaneously coordinates three H2O molecules. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/a, a = 13.470(6) Å, b = 10.025(6) Å, c = 9.864(5) Å, γ = 112.19(4)°, V = 1233(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0555 for 1252 independent reflections, R w = 0.0634 for 1145 reflections with F ≥ 4σ(F). The structure consists of the {(H2O)2.5Cu(C4H8N2H2(C3H5)2)Cu(H2O)2.5} dimers and the Sif 6 2? anions bonded through hydrogen contacts O-H…F and C-H…F.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an antimony(III) fluoride complex of the composition (C5H12NO2)SbF4·H2O (I) involving a cation of α-amino isovaleric acid (DL-valine, Val) is determined. Crystals are monoclinic: a = 12.2024(2) Å, b = 6.1636(1) Å, c = 15.5167(3) Å, Z = 4, space group P21/c. The structure is formed of DL-valinium (C5H12NO2)+ cations, complex [SbF4]nn? anions having a polymeric chain structure, and crystallization water molecules. The [SbF4]nn? complex anions consist of trigonal SbF4E bipyramids joined together by asymmetric bridging Sb–F(3)···Sb bonds. The structural units are organized into a threedimensional framework via N–H···F, N–H···O, and O–H···F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Single crystals of [(C5H4NH)NC4H8NH(C3H5)]2+[Cu3Cl5]2? are obtained by ac synthesis in ethanol from 1-(2-pyridyl)-4-allyl-piperazinium and Cu(II) dichlorides and their structure is studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (space group P-1, a = 7.246(7) Å, b = 8.54(1) Å, c = 16.41(1) Å, α = 70.76(8)°, β = 77.24(8)°, λ = 80.42(9)°, V = 30(4) Å3, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0686. In the structure of this π-complex, the Cu and Cl atoms form unusual centrosymmetrical Cu6Cl10 fragments, each fragment being bonded to two 1-(2-pyridyl)-4-allyl-piper-azinium cations via π-interaction Cu-(C=C). A three-dimensional structure is formed by means of N-H…Cl hydrogen bonds. The trigonal-pyramidal surrounding of the Cu(1) atom includes three Cl atoms and the C=C bond, while the tetrahedral surrounding of Cu(2) and the trigonal surrounding of Cu(3) involve the Cl atoms only.  相似文献

Vibrational and 17O NMR spectroscopy in combination with quantum chemical calculations are used to investigate the hydrolysis of antimony(III) fluoride complexes. A hydrolytic decomposition of SbF3 and [SbF4]? is accompanied by oligomerization with the formation of edge-and corner-connected dimers ([Sb2O2F4]2?, [Sb2OF8]4?) and trimers ([Sb3O3F6]3?, [Sb3OF9]2?) with bridging oxygen atoms. The hydrolysis of [SbF4]? is also characterized by the presence in the solution of a discrete cation of [SbF5]2? which is least hydrolized. Only a partial isomorphic substitution of fluoride ion by hydroxide one is possible, which is reflected in the composition of K2Sb(OH)xF5?x (x = 0.3) crystals isolated from the fluoride aqueous solution.  相似文献

The structure of 2-({[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl} sulfonyl)-1H-1,3-benzimidazole, C16H14N3O3F3S, has been solved. The compound belongs to the monoclinic space group (P21/c) with cell parameters a = 8.8693(9) Å, b = 23.369(2) Å, c = 8.6141(8) Å, β = 104.68(1)°, V = 1727.2(3) Å3, Z = 4. The final R and wR(F 2) values were 0.070 and 0.147, respectively. The title molecule has a ‘Z’ shape in the crystal structure. The fused benzimidazole moiety and the pyridine ring are nearly coplanar. The molecules are linked by N-H…N and C-H…O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge-fused R 2 2 (14), R 2 2 R 2 2 (8), and R 2 2 (18) rings along the c-axis. The crystal lattice is further strengthened by π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Deep blue‐violet colored powder samples of Ag2ZnZr2F14 were synthesized by heating Zn(NO3)2·4H2O, Ag and ZrOCl2·8H2O at 300 °C under fluorine atmosphere. The crystal structure of Ag2ZnZr2F14 was refined from X‐ray powder diffraction data using the Rietveld method (C2/m, a = 9.0206(1) Å, b = 6.6373(1) Å, c = 9.0563(1) Å, β = 90.44(1)°, Z = 2). The structure is derived from the isotypic Ag3Zr2F14 by replacing only one of the two crystallographically different Ag2+ ions with Zn2+ ions, thus leading to discrete Ag2F7 dimers. These dimers are connected via nearly linear Ag–F···F–Ag bridges with short F···F distances of 2.33 Å to form two‐legged ladders. Magnetic susceptibility measurements and density functional calculations show that the two Ag2+ ions in each Ag2F7 dimer are strongly coupled antiferromagnetically.  相似文献

Na2Sb5F9O3(NCS)2, a new complex, has been synthesized from NaSCN and SbF3 aqueous solutions and studied by chemical, X-ray diffraction, and thermal analyses and IR, 121,123Sb NQR, and 19F NMR spectroscopy. Its layered structure (triclinic symmetry system, a = 6.9998(1) Å, b = 9.4180(1) Å, c = 13.1094(2) Å, α = 74.815(1)°, β = 78.188(1)°, γ = 82.779(1)°, Z = 2, space group P $\bar 1$ ) is built of Na+ cations and [Sb10F18O6(NCS)4]4? decanuclear complex anions that consist of two [Sb5F9O3(NCS)2]2? pentanuclear complex anions linked by two weak Sb-F ionic bonds (2.529(2) Å). Decanuclear complex anions are linked into layers by secondary Sb…F bonds and Na-F bonds. Van der Waals interactions link these layers into a framework. The complex is stable up to 200°C.  相似文献

Single crystals of trans-[Pd(NO3)2(H2O)2] were obtained, and the crystal structure of this complex, previously obtained for polycrystals, was refined. Crystal data (BRUKER X8APEX diffractometer): a = 4.9973(7) Å, b = 10.5982(14) Å, c = 11.7008(17) Å, V = 619.70(15) Å3, space group Pbca, Z = 4, d calc = 2.856 g/cm3. The structure is composed of neutral complexes with a trans configuration. The square plane environment of the Pd atom is formed by four oxygen atoms (Pd-O(NO3) 1.999(5) Å, Pd-O(H2O) 2.030(5) Å) and completed to a distorted bipyramid by two intramolecular contacts (Pd…O(NO3) 2.926 Å). The shortest hydrogen bonds are O…H 2.72 Å.  相似文献

A new monoclinic Cu(II) salt complex (C6H6N2) 2 + [Cu(2,6-dipico)2]2?·6H2O, (2,6-dipico=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) is synthesized and characterised by CHN analyses, IR, UV-Vis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The structure contains two pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate species as tridentate ligands with protonated aniline acting as a counter cation and six uncoordinated water molecules. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell parameters a = 20.9393(4) Å, b = 7.94330(10) Å, c = 19.9093(4) Å, V3) = 2932.32(9), Z = 4. Crystal packing is stabilized by N-H…O, O-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds and weak π…π interactions. The water molecules are trapped by a cooperative association of coordination interactions forming water clusters as well as by a hydrogen bond to the Cu (II) complex.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of potassium thiobarbiturate C4H3KN2O2S (C4H4N2O2S-2-thiobarbituric acid, H2TBA) is determined. Crystallographic data for KHTBA are as follows: a = 11.2317(17) Å, b = 3.8687(6) Å, c = 14.557(2) Å, β = 97.448(4)°, V = 627.18(17) Å3, space group P2/c, Z = 4. Each potassium ion is linked with four oxygen atoms and two S atoms forming a distorted octahedron. N-H…O and C-H…S hydrogen bonds form a branched three-dimensional network. The structure is also stabilized by the π-π interaction of heterocyclic HTBA? ions.  相似文献

Complexes of Cu(II) with the polydentate diacetylazine dioxime ligand C8H14N4O2 have been synthesized by template and non-template reactions. The crystal structure of [Cu(C8H13N4O2)]2[ClO4]2(C2H5OH)2 has been determined to establish the conformation of the ligand and the coordination of the oxime function. The structural analysis shows that the nearly planar [C8H13N4O2]? group behaves as a bridging tetradentate ligand. The distorted square-pyramidal coordination about each Cu atom includes three N donors from two oxime and azine and one O donor from the other oxime, the ethanol molecule occupying the apical position. A perchlorate anion is loosely bonded to Cu. The intramolecular Cu…Cu separation is 3.725(2) Å. The compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P1 triclinic lattice with refined lattice parameters of a = 11.963(8) Å, b = 9.784(7) Å, c = 7.501(6) Å, α = 90.69(4)°, β = 104.53(4)°, γ = 90.83(4)°, V = 849.7 Å3 and Z = 2. Full-matrix least-squares refinement of 1490 independent reflexions led to final discrepancy indices, R = 0.059, and Rw = 0.065. The Cu centres are highly coupled as indicated by the ESR spectrum. There is no evidence that the C8H14N4O2 ligand stabilizes unusual oxidation states of Cu.  相似文献

Crystallographic data for catena-[Pb(H2O)(μ2-HTBA-O,S)2] are as follows: a = 6.5972(1) Å, b = 9.8917(2) Å, c = 10.0893(2) Å, α = 106.702(1)°, β = 93.395(2)°, γ = 107.48(1)°, V = 593.82(2) Å3, space group $P\bar 1$ , Z = 2. The Pb2+ ion is linked with six monodentate HTBA? ligands through two O atoms and four S atoms and also connected with a water molecule. Additionally, there is a shortened Pb-S contact (3.622 Å), given which the complex polyhedron represents a distorted square antiprism. Hydrogen bonds N-H…O and O-H…O form a branched three-dimensional network. The structure is also stabilized by the π-π interaction of heterocyclic HTBA? ions.  相似文献

The [Ag(Bpp)](CF3CO2) complex (Bpp is 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane, C13H14N2) is synthesized, and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 26.169(5), b = 10.521(2), c = 12.906(3) Å, β = 117.99(3)°, V = 3137.7(11) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.775 g/cm3, Z = 8. The structure contains double helices of-Ag-Bpp-Ag-Bpp-cationic chains with a helix period of 21.042 Å. The Ag…Ag distance between a pair of silver atoms from different chains in the helix is 3.201 Å, and the distance between the adjacent helices is 3.279 Å. The silver atom is linked with two bridging nitrogen atoms of two Bpp ligands in an almost linear coordination: Ag-Navg 2.142 Å; NagN, 171.3(4)°. The CF3C 2 ? anion has a weak contact with the silver ion (Ag…O 2.62(2) Å).  相似文献

The synthesis, vibrational spectra, and X-ray diffraction analysis results for 2-(diphenylphosphinylmethoxy) aniline, 2-[(C6H5)2P(O)OCH2]C6H4NH2(I), are described. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 18.4515(17) Å, b = 10.5421(12) Å, c = 17.897(2) Å, β = 104.479(8)°, V = 3370.7(6) Å3, Z = 8, space group P21/c, R = 0.0546 for 1770 reflections with I > 2σ(I). A new copper(II) complex of 1,10-phenanthroline (C12H8N2) and the meta-aminobenzoate ion (m-amb; C7H6NO 2 ? ), having the formula Cu(C12H8N2)(C7H6NO2)Cl?0.5H2O, is prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure is built up from monomeric units in which the coordination environment around the metal ion is a square plane arising from a bidentate 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, a monodentate m-amb anion, and a chloride ion. A very long (Cu–N = 2.856(5) Å) bond to the nitrogen atom of an adjacent m-amb ion generates [101] polymeric chains in the crystal. The crystal structure is consolidated by N–H???O and O–H???O hydrogen bonds and C–H???O, C–H???Cl, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions. The binary complex salt [Co(N2C2H8)3][AuCl4]2Cl has been synthesized. Its crystal structure has been determined. Crystal data for C6H24N6Cl9AuCo: a = 20.8976(14) Å, b = 14.4773(9) Å, c = 7.9944(5) Å; β = 110.809(2)°; V = 2260.9(3) Å3, space group C2/c, Z = 4, d calc = 2.798 g/cm3. The plane square environment of the gold atom of the complex anion is completed to a tetragonal pyramid by the chlorine atom of the neighboring complex anion (Au…Cl 3.538 Å). The structure is layered. Layers of complex cations and complex anions alternate along the X axis.  相似文献

The Crystal Structures of (DDI)2[Sb2F6O] and (DDI)2[Sb3F7O2] (DDI = 1,3‐Diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazolium) — a Contribution to the Hydrolysis of SbF3 [1] The salts (DDI)2[Sb2F6O] ( 2 ) and (DDI)2[Sb3F7O2] ( 3 ), (DDI = 1,3‐diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazolium) are obtained by hydrolysis of C11H20N2SbF3 ( 1 ). The anion [Sb2F6O]2? consists of two SbF2 fragments linked by a symmetrical oxygen bridge and two unsymmetrical fluorine bridges to form a distored ψ‐octahedral coordination sphere at the antimony atoms. In [Sb3F7O2]2?, two SbF2 units are linked by a symmetrical fluorine bridge, while the third antimony atom is connected with each SbF2 fragment by a symmetrical oxygen and an unsymmetrical fluorine bridge. The antimony atoms adopt the centres of strongly distored ψ‐polyhedra.  相似文献
