In this paper the even and odd nonlinear negative binomial states of the radiation field are introduced. These states interpolates
between even (odd) number states and the even (odd) nonlinear coherent states. The Glauber second-order correlation function
is calculated for these states. The squeezing phenomenon (normal and amplitude-squared squeezing), the quasi-probability distribution
function Q-function, Wigner-function and the phase properties, are also discussed. Examination of the resonance fluorescence against
the present state is given. It has been shown that the atomic inversion is sensitive to any variation in the even and odd
nonlinear negative binomial number M and the nonlinearity parameter η. 相似文献

Using the coherent state representation of Wigner operator and the technique of integration within an ordered product (IWOP)
of operators, the Wigner functions of the even and odd negative binomial states (NBSs) are obtained. We concentrate our analysis
on the fact that the even and odd NBSs interpolate between the even and odd coherent states and the even and odd quasi-thermal
states depending on the values of the parameters involved. Moreover, the tomograms of the even and odd NBSs are calculated
by virtue of intermediate coordinate-momentum representation in quantum optics.

The odd excited negative binomial states are introduced using the photon creation operator by repeated application on negative binomialstates. These states interpolate between the odd displaced Fock states and the odd excited pure thermal states. In this paper both squeezing phenomena (normal squeezing and amplitude squared squeezing) are discussed. Besides discussion of the Glauber second-order correlation function, investigations are carried out for the quasi-probability distribution functions (Wigner function and Q-function). We estimate the quantum state of a qubit and a quantized radiation field yielding a generalized negative binomial distribution (GNBD). We give an explicit form for various generalized negative binomial states associated to superposition, even, odd, and q-deformed states. We investigate the dynamical properties of the Mandel parameter as a quantifier of the statistical properties for the radiation field corresponding to its dynamics. We obtain the quantum Fisher information based on the estimation of the atomic state and compare it with the Mandel parameter for different instances of the GNBD. The link between the statistical quantities for different parameters of the GNBD is explored. 相似文献

We introduce excited binomial states and excited negative binomial states of theradiation field by repeated application of the photon creation operator on binomialstates and negative binomial states. They reduce to Fock states and excitedcoherent states in certain limits and can be viewed as intermediate states betweenFock states and coherent states. We find that both the excited binomial statesand excited negative binomial states can be exactly normalized in terms ofhypergeometric functions. Base on this interesting characteristic, some of thestatistical properties are discussed. 相似文献

In this paper, we use the numerical method to study the influences of q and s deformations on the quantum statistical Properties of even and odd qs-coherent states. It is shown that nonclassical properties of the even and odd qs-coherent states are very different from those of the usual even and odd coherent states. It is found that squeezing and antibunching effect appear for both even and odd qs-coherent states in some range of the parameters q, s and r. In this paper, we study the decoherence of quantum excitation (photon-added) even /odd coherent states, \(((\hat a{^{\dagger }})^{m} \left | {\alpha _ \pm } \right \rangle )\), in a thermal environment by investigating the variation of negative part of the Wigner quasidistribution function vs. the rescaled time. For this purpose, at first we obtain the time-dependent Wigner function corresponding to the mentioned states in the framework of standard master equation. Then, the time evolution of the Wigner function associated with photon-added even /odd coherent states, as well as the number of added photons m are analysed. It is shown that, in both states, the negative part of the Wigner function decreases with time. By deriving the threshold value of the rescaled time for single photon-added even /odd coherent states, it is also found that, if the rescaled time exceeds the threshold value, the associated Wigner function becomes positive, i.e., the decoherence occurs completely. 相似文献

Using an annihilation operator, coherent states related to the electron of graphene layer placed in a magnetic field, can be obtained. In this paper, we define even and odd superposed graphene coherent states and then, we consider their entanglement, squeezing and statistical properties. To study the entanglement, we use concurrence. The results show that odd superposed graphene coherent states are maximally entangled states for all values of coherence parameter. However, the entanglement of graphene coherent states and also even superposed depend on the coherence parameter. In addition, examining the Mandel parameter shows sub-Poissonian statistics for graphene coherent states and their odd superposition; while, even superposed states do not show sub-Poissonian statistics at all. Also, we find that graphene coherent states and even superposition may be squeezed while the odd states do not show squeezing. 相似文献

We study the nonclassical properties and algebraic characteristics of the negative binomial states introduced by Barnett recently.
The ladder operator formalism and displacement operator formalism of the negative binomial states are found and the algebra
involved turns out to be the SU(1,1) Lie algebra via the generalized Holstein-Primarkoff realization. These states are essentially Perelomov's SU(1,1) coherent states. We reveal their connection with the geometric states and find that they are excited geometric states.
As intermediate states, they interpolate between the number states and geometric states. We also point out that they can be
recognized as the nonlinear coherent states. Their nonclassical properties, such as sub-Poissonian distribution and squeezing
effect are discussed. The quasiprobability distributions in phase space, namely the Q and Wigner functions, are studied in detail. We also propose two methods of generation of the negative binomial states. d

Using the Pegg–Barnett formalism of phase operator, we obtain phase probability distributions of new even and odd nonlinear coherent states. It is shown that the distributions for the states are rather different, and unlike the case of ordinary even and odd coherent states the Pegg–Barnett distribution clearly reflects the different character of quantum interference in the case of the new even and odd coherent states. 相似文献
