The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes with various oxygenated substituents at C-6 were assigned using 1D (DEPT) and 2D (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY) experiments. Close examination of this NMR data details the effects of substitution and stereochemistry at C-6 in these compounds.  相似文献

The origin of the carbon skeleton of verrucarin E (1) from acetate as precursor is confirmed. Incorporation studies with [1,2-13C]-acetate have demonstrated that two acetoacetate units couple together as shown in pattern A (Scheme 2) and not as in B . Analysis of the deuterium distribution in both verrucarin E (1) isolated after the incorporation of [2-13C,2-2H3]-acetate and in sodium acetate obtained after Kuhn-Roth oxidation of the metabolite demonstrated that C(7) is derived from the starter unit of one of the acetoacetate moieties. The deuterium exchange in verrucarin E (1) occurring during fermentation was investigated.  相似文献

Ethyl pyruvate 1-acetyl-5-indolinylhydrazone was obtained by diazotization of 1-acetyl-5-aminoindoline with subsequent reduction of the diazonium salt and condensation of the hydrazine with ethyl pyruvate. A mixture of hydrogenated derivatives of linear and angular pyrroloindoles is formed as a result of cyclization of the hydrazone in polyphosphoric acid esters. The reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolene with arylideneamino nitriles in alcohol leads to the formation of 3-methyl-4(1-aryl-2,2-dicyanoethyl)-5-pyrazolones, which are readily cyclized in the presence of bases to the corresponding 6-amino-5-cyano-3-methyl-4-aryl- 1H,4H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrans. 2-, 3-, and 4-Fluorinated analogs of the carcinogenic [1]-benzothiopyrano[4,3-b]indoles and of 6H[1]benzothiopyrano-[4,3-b]quinolines have been synthesized from the corresponding fluorothiochromanones. Nmr spectral data (at 60 Mc) of the six base molecules are reported. Biological tests for the possible carcinogenic activity of these new compounds, currently under way, have already shown one of them to be a powerful sarcomagen.  相似文献

In this work, two new effective methodologies have been adopted for the preparation of 5-(2′-bromobenzyloxy)pyrimidine-2,4-diones 6(a–k). In the first methodology, 5-hydroxy uracils 4(af) were alkylated with 2-bromobenzyl bromide 5a or 2-bromo-5-methoxy benzyl bromide 5b under phase transfer catalysis condition using lithium hydroxide/tetrabutyl ammonium bromide in N,N-dimethylformamide at 45 °C, and in the second method, the microwave irradiation (MWI) protocol has been exploited by mixing 5-hydroxy uracils 4(a–f) with 30 % excess of 2-bromobenzyl bromide 5a or 2-bromo-5-methoxy benzyl bromide 5b. A catalytic amount of TBAB and potassium carbonate was added and irradiated in an open Erlenmeyer flask in a microwave oven for 3–12 min. The tributyltin hydride-mediated radical cyclisation of 6(a–k) was carried out under MWI to generate 1H,3H,6H[2]benzopyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones 7(a–k) in 80–89 % yield, and the reaction time was shortened compared to the previously reported conventional radical cyclisation method.  相似文献

The title compound, C22H17NO2, contains an isoindolinone moiety joined to a phenyl‐substituted benzoxazepine ring. The isoindolinone moiety is essentially planar and the oxazepine ring adopts a distorted chair conformation, with the phenyl substituent equatorial. Owing to the severe puckering of the central oxazepine ring, the mol­ecule as a whole is non‐planar; the benzene ring of the benzoxazepine fragment makes an angle of 67.7 (1)° with respect to the isoindoline ring.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of 3,4-methylenedioxycinnamic acid (1) with thionyl chloride resulted in the formation of 7-chlorothieno[2,3-f]-1,3-benzodioxole-6-carbonyl chloride (2) and cinnamoyl chloride (3). Subsequent reaction of the former withp-substituted anilines led to the formation of 7-chloro-N-(p-substituted phenyl)-thieno[2,3-f]-1,3-benzodioxole-6-carboxamides (4a–c) which on photocyclization afforded 2-substituted [1,3]dioxolo[5,6][1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinolin-6(5H)-ones (5a–c) in fairly good yields and high purity. The title compound 6H,7H,13H,14H-5a,6a,7a,12a,13a,14a-hxaazbenz[f]indeno[2,1,8- ija]naphth[2,3-f]azulene- 14b, 14c-dicarboxylic-5,8,12,15-tetrahydro-6,8,14-trioxo-diethyl ester (C27H26N6OT, Mr = 546.54) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P211c with a = 8.8129(6), b = 17.9883(13), c = 16.2623(11)A, β = 98.770(2)°, V = 2547.9(3)A3, Z = 4, De= 1.425 g/cm3, p(MoKa) = 0.105 mm-1, F(000) = 1144, the final R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1162 for 2275 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structural analysis shows that intermolecular C-H...O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions result in a three-dimensional framework. The binding study by fluorescence spectroscopy titration showed that he title compound can selectively recognize Fe3+ with fluorescence quenching.  相似文献
