过硫酸钾引发苯乙烯微乳液聚合   总被引:18,自引:1,他引:18  
以具有Y型结构的乳化剂HOA制备苯乙烯微乳液,能有效提高体系中单体浓度和单体对乳化剂的比例,用过硫酸眼具有苯乙烯含量较高的微乳液聚合,记录聚合速率随转化率的变化,观测到了聚合恒速期的存在,恒速期随单体浓度减小,过硫酸钾浓度增加及乳化剂浓度增加而缩短,还研究了聚合动力学,探讨了微乳液聚合的机理。  相似文献

目的探究乳腺癌术前灰阶超声与彩色多普勒超声联合应用对预后的预测价值。方法选取温州医科大学附属第一医院2013年5月—2015年5月期间收治的乳腺癌患者83例,治疗前均行灰阶超声与彩色多普勒超声检查,分析患者超声检查结果、临床征象与术后随访2年期间患者预后的关系,从而分析术前灰阶超声与彩色多普勒超声联合应用对乳腺癌患者预后的预测价值。结果乳腺癌肿块边界清晰、边界不清晰、边界恶性晕的患者2年无瘤生存率依次降低,边界恶性晕与边界不清晰患者死亡率均显著高于边界清晰患者(P0.05);肿瘤≥2 cm患者2年无瘤生存率显著低于2 cm患者;淋巴结转移患者2年无瘤生存率显著低于无转移患者(P0.05);血流分级Ⅱ级患者2年无瘤生存率明显低于0级(P0.05),Ⅲ级患者2年无瘤生存率显著低于0级和Ⅰ级(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术前联合应用灰阶超声与彩色多普勒超声检查可确定肿瘤边界、大小及淋巴转移等征象,其与患者无瘤生存率、死亡率等预后指标密切相关,可作为预测乳腺癌患者预后的重要方法。  相似文献

建立了同时测定婴幼儿一次性用品中5种致敏原物质(柠檬烯、沉香醇、柠檬醛、乙酸苄酯和肉桂醛)的分散液液微萃取/气相色谱-质谱(DLLME/GC-MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈浸泡提取、水分散和盐析后用四氯化碳萃取浓缩,采用GC-MS测定,外标法定量。目标物在0.01~10 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99以上。方法检出限为0.01~0.1 mg/kg。加标回收率为78.7%~106%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~11.3%。该方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,可满足纸尿裤、婴儿专用湿巾等一次性婴幼儿用品中5种致敏原物质的检测要求。  相似文献

建立了微波萃取/GC-MS法检测电子电气产品中多氯萘的方法。将破碎后的样品以甲苯为溶剂进行微波萃取,萃取液经硅胶小柱净化、平行蒸发定量浓缩后采用气相色谱-质谱法测定多氯萘的含量,外标法定量。优化了样品前处理条件,包括前处理方式、微波萃取溶剂、萃取时间,以及净化小柱的选择。对于8种含不同氯原子数的多氯萘,在1~50 mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995;方法定量下限为0.2~1.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.7%~7.2%,回收率为77%~112%。该法操作简便、分析迅速、结果准确,可以满足对电子电气产品中多氯萘的定性确证和定量分析。  相似文献

The phenomenon of bioconvection in nanomaterials presents novel applications in the biotechnology, biofuels, enzymes, biomedical engineering and energy systems. Current exploration explores the applications of bioconvection in Homann flow of nanofluid due to spiraling of disk theoretically. The generalized model namely tangent hyperbolic fluid is used to predicts the rheological and thermal impact. The stability of nanofluid is ensured with interaction of motile microorganisms. The Boungrino nanofluid model with thermophoresis and Brownian motion features is used to perform the analysis The thermal distribution of nanofluids is proceeded by utilizing the zero mass thermal constraints. The similarity variables are introduced in order to estimating the dimensionless formulation. The Keller Box method with higher efficiency is imposed with implicit finite difference numerical algorithm. The main observations reveal that with enhancing the radial velocity and azimuthal velocity decreases with increasing sparling angle. For highly viscous case, a decrement in the azimuthal velocity has been observed.  相似文献

采用柱前衍生化法,建立了二氯吡啶酸在油菜植株、菜籽和土壤中的固相萃取-气相色谱测定方法.样品经NaOH溶液提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,甲醇浓硫酸衍生化后,Florsil固相萃取小柱净化,GC-ECD测定.空白油菜植株的平均添加回收率为82.8%~99.1%,RSD为1.0%~11%;菜籽的平均添加回收率为85.0%~94.9%,RSD为2.8%~8.5%;土壤的平均添加回收率为102.3%~109.7%,RSD为3.5%~9.8%.方法的检出限(LOD)为1.87μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为4.0μg/kg.方法可完全满足农药残留分析要求.  相似文献

With the aid of the Spckkei absorptiometer the colonmetnc delerminations, of nickel (with dimethylglyoxime), chromium (with diphenylcarbazide) and manganese (after oxidation with periodate) in steel were critically sinveyed The following factors were examined. wave length of the light, concentration of the reagents, stability of the coloured solution, temperature, influence of excess non, relation of extinetion coefficient and concentration of the coloured solution, influence of Mo, V, W, Ti, Al, Co, Cu, Ni, Cr, Mn, P and Si.For each determination a recommended procedure is given, with the results of control analyses. The recommended procedures are rapid. They can be used with steels of widely differing composition. The methods are accurate within 5% of the actual Value. 1. NickleAfter neutrahsing the solution 5 ml (01 more) of concentrared ammonia (0.95) must be added. The temperature of the solution must be kept below 30° C before adding the dimethylglyoxime.The extinction coefficient is determined with light of 520 m/gm 2. ChromiumThe chromium is oxidised with hydrogen peroxide in alkaline solution. The influence of iron is ehminated by the addition of phosphoric acid. The recommended acidity is o.2 n, the quantily of diphenylcarbazide is 2 ml of a 1%'s solution in aceton. The determinations are made with a mercury lamp and filter (546 m/gm) 3. ManganeseThe solution of the sampie is boiled with ammoniumpersulphate and then oxidised with 300–500 mg of potassium periodate.The recommended acidity is 2 n, using a mixture of equal parts of sulphuric and phosphoric acids. The extraction of phenol and 1-naphthol with isomolar mixtures of ethyl acetate and hexane under batch conditions and with tributyl phosphate impregnated into a polyurethane foam under batch and dynamic conditions was studied. A procedure for determining phenol and 1-naphthol in aqueous samples was developed including their dynamic recovery on a column packed with polyurethane foam impregnated with tributyl phosphate, elution with a 0.1 M NaCl solution of pH 12.5–13.0, extraction with a mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane, and separation by normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV-detection. The overall preconcentration coefficient was 250. The detection limits were 2.5 μg/L. The relative error of determination was lower than 18%. The time of one determination was 2–2.5 h.  相似文献

本文设计、合成了一组新的不对称变色酸双偶氮胂类稀土显色剂。对新试剂进行了提纯鉴定,确定了组成及结构,研究了它们与稀土、钍、锆的显色反应性能。实验证明,试剂分子结构对其反应性能的影响有一定的规律性。其中o-As-DBN试剂是较优良的钍显色剂,毫克级的稀土、铀不干扰测定。  相似文献

A kinetic study of the hexacyanoferrate(III)-cyanide redox reaction has been made in connection with development of a new catalytic method for copper. The reaction kinetics change with time from first- to second-order dependence with respect to hexacyanoferrate(III). The reaction is nearly inverse first-order with respect to hexacyanoferrate(II) and first-order with respect to cyanide. The reaction shows a strong positive primary salt effect, but a very small increase in the reaction rate with temperature is found. A parallel reaction proceeds with a first-order dependence with respect to hydroxide. A tentative mechanism is proposed for the first reaction, involving the formation of cyanogen radicals. The second reaction corresponds to the well-known decomposition of hexacyanoferrate(III) in alkaline medium. The catalysed reaction exhibits similar kinetics with respect to hexacyanoferrate(II) and (III) but is zero-order with respect to cyanide and hydroxide and first-order with respect to catalyst. The proposed mechanism involves two consecutive interactions of the hexacyanoferrate(III) with copper(I) and with copper(II) cyanide complexes respectively, followed by a 2-electron oxidation of a co-ordinatively bridging cyanide group.  相似文献

The nucleophilic reaction of sodium cellulosate in the form of membrane or cotton fabric with 2, 4-dinitrohalo-benzenes, 2, 4, 6-trinitrochlorobenzene, 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzyl bromide, and 2, 4, 6-trinitrostyrene was investigated. The degree of substitution attained with the dinitroaryl derivatives was much higher than that with the trinitroaryl derivatives. The reaction proceeded through Meisen-heimer complexes, which in the case of the trinitro derivatives could be isolated. The ability of the polynitro phenyl ether derivatives of the cellulose to form n- and π-complexes was investigated using naphthalene and p-toluidine. No -π- complex was formed with the former, and the latter gave complexes only with the 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzyl or -phenethyl cellulose derivatives but not with the trinitrophenyl. The results were explained as due to steric hindrance from the polymeric cellulosic backbone.  相似文献

用柠檬酸配合法制备REFeO~3 (RE=la, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, 及Dy)。用XRD测定了REFeO~3的钙钛矿结构。用CO还原脉冲及O~2氧化脉冲证实REFeO~3上CO氧化为Redox机理。用外循环流动无梯度反应器研究CO氧化稳态动力学。动力学方程中的参数用正交设计法估计。催化剂用CO还原的速率常数k~1比还原了的催化化剂用O~2再氧化速率常数k~2要大, k~1/k~2值在4.22~133之间, 这说明在REFeO~3上CO氧化的控制步骤为还原催化剂的再氧化。用脉冲法得到的CO转化率(X~C~O)比O~2的转化率(X~O~2)要大。脉冲法证实稳态动力学控制步骤的结论。Redox动力学方程式(9)可简化为控制步骤方程式(11)。催化剂还原速度常数与一定P~C~O及P~O~2下的反应速度呈近似的线性关系。在REFeO~3上CO氧化存在补偿效应。  相似文献

Cd, Zn-thionelns were isolated from the rat liver by improved Winge method and purified further. The composition was determined. The mobilization of Cd ions from the Cd, Zn-metallothioneins was studied with spectrophotometric method. The results show that the reaction of DTP A or EDTA with Cd, Zn-thioneins occurs through three steps. The first step follows pseudo-first order reaction with association mechanism. The formation constants and the dissociation rate constants of the relevant intermediate ternary complexes and apparent rate constants, Kapp were determined. The properties and structure of Cd, Zn-thioneins and ligands with low molecular weights affect the values of Kapp.  相似文献

The curing agents of epoxy resin, trimethylsilyl ethers of phenol novolak (TMSPN) and cresol novolak (TMSCN) were prepared by refluxing phenol novolak and cresol novolak respectively, with the mixture of hexamethyldisilazane and chlorotrimethylsilane in THF. The curing reaction of epoxy resin with these curing agents and the thermal properties of cured resins were examined. The Tg values of epoxy resins cured with TMSPN were a little higher than those cured with TMSCN. The maximum of Tg is 118°C for TMSPN-cured epoxy resin against 112°C for TMSPN-cured epoxy resin. The water absorption of hydrophobic epoxy resins cured with TMSPN was a little lower than those cured with TMSCN. The clear decrease of water absorption is attributed to the difficulty of the micro-void formation caused by the more tight primary structures of TMSPN. The water absorption at 25°C containing trimethylsilyl groups is about one-tenth of that of epoxy resins cured with conventional curing agents and even one-half of that of the epoxy resins cured with active esters. The low water absorption is attributed to the presence of trimethylsilyl groups, which are more hydrophobic than ester groups, and to the absence of hydroxyl groups of the cured resins. The condensation of 6,7-dimethoxy-1,2.3.4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (II) with diphenylacetyl and diphenylpropionyl chlorides gave the corresponding amides (III). Reduction of III with lithium aluminum hydride converted them to tertiary amines IV, which were characterized as their hydrochlorides. The condensation of equimolecular amounts of amines I with the acid chlorides of substituted phenylacetic and diphenylpropionic acids gave amides V. The reduction of amides V with lithium aluminum hydride gave secondary amines VI. The corresponding tetrahydroisoquinolines (VII) were obtained by the cyclization of amides V and subsequent reduction with lithium aluminum hydride, The condensation of 1-diphenylethyl-6,7-dimethoxy-l,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline with formalin gave VIII. The IR spectra of the synthesized compounds were examined. 用UV-DRS、Mossbauer谱、XPS、程序升温还原(TPR)等技术对新型铁铝复合柱撑粘土(FeAl-PILC)进行了表征, 用IR、吡啶吸附IR、正丁胺吸附-TPD手段, 考察了其表面羟基和酸性. 结果表明, 层间柱铁铝聚合物中铁-铝间存在着相互作用. Fe/Al比<0.5时, 相互作用强, 铁的分散度大, 难还原. Fe/Al≥0.5时, 相互作用较弱, 易还原, 焙烧后易生成α-Fe_2O_3s. 随Fe/Al的增加, 其表面酸性逐渐减弱.  相似文献

The use of the peroxidase-like activity of microperoxidase for the calorimetric determination of lipid hydroperoxides in oils and fats has been investigated. The principle of the determination is that 4-aminoantipyrine and N,N-diethylaniline are coupled oxidatively by the hydroperoxides through the action of microperoxidase, yielding a violet colour with maximum absorbance at 554 nm. The response of the microperoxidase system is enhanced by the presence of acetonitrile. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of methyl linoleate hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide and the hydroperoxides in oil and fat samples (soybean oil, linseed oil, olive oil, salad oil, butter and lard). The results agreed closely with those obtained by the iodometric method. The proposed method permitted the determination of the hydroperoxides at 0.5-0.05 mumole levels, with the same sensitivity regardless of sample type tested, with satisfactory reproducibility compared with that obtained by the conventional assay methods.  相似文献

Effect of titanium dioxide on photostability of solid-state mequitazine   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
TiO(2) has been widely used in pharmaceutical products, and it also has been used as a photocatalyst. In this study, the influence of photocatalytic activity on the stability of solid-state mequitazine, an H(1)-blocker, was investigated. The photo-degradation of mequitazine with TiO(2) occurred under irradiation with both light sources. The degree of degradation of mequitazine with anatase was higher than that of rutile. The degradation was significantly enhanced with increasing relative humidity. The relationship between the apparent degradation rate constant and water vapor pressure could be clearly described by a simple power law. The major photo-degradation products of mequitazine, resulting from photocatalytic activity of TiO(2), were mequitazine-S-oxide and mequitazine-sulphone. A remarkable degradation of mequitadine occurred with addition of TiO(2), and its photocatalytic activity was controlled by water vapor pressure. The photo-degradation of mequitazine with TiO(2) is a different process from mequitazine without TiO(2), because mequitazine-S-oxide and mequitazine-sulphone are not formed with normal photo-degradation of mequitazine.  相似文献

本文合成新手性配体正十二烷基-L-羟基脯氨酸,研究手性配体正十二烷基-L-羟基脯氨酸与Cu髤配位萃取拆分苯丙氨酸的性能和机理,考察起始氨基酸浓度、配位铜离子浓度、萃取剂浓度、溶液pH值及温度等因素分别对D-和L-苯丙氨酸萃取性能的影响,萃取剂对D-苯丙氨酸的识别能力强。利用多种手段对萃合物的组成进行表征,推测萃合物的结构为1∶1∶1型三元配合物。对比发现:该萃取剂配位萃取拆分苯丙氨酸性能优于正辛基-L-羟基脯氨酸,空间位阻效应反而对拆分有利。  相似文献
