1-(3,5-二甲基苯基)-1-[(1S,4S)-1,7,7-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚烷-2-基]肼的合成工艺改进

以3,5-二甲基苯胺和2-莰酮为起始原料,在微波促进下,经缩合反应制得N-(3,5-二甲基苯基)-1-(1S,4S)-1,7,7-三甲基二环[2.2.1]庚烷-2-亚胺(1);1经硼氢化钠还原后再与羟胺-O-磺酸经胺化反应合成了1-(3,5-二甲基苯基)-1-[(1S,4S)-1,7,7-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚烷-2-基]肼,总收率70.4%,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。     

1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)-三氮烯合成及其与铜的显色反应

报道了新显色剂 1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)-三氮烯(NPMPDT)的合成及其与铜的显色反应.在OP的存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与铜发生显色反应,铜与NPMPDT形成摩尔比为2∶1型的黄色配合物,在460 nm处有一最大正吸收,在535 nm 处有一最大负吸收.以460 nm为参比波长,535 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝2.18×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,铜的质量浓度在0～0.48 μg/mL 范围内符合比尔定律,用本法测定大米和面粉中微量的铜,结果满意.

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。     

(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸的合成

以(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺为原料,依次经缩合,Diels-Alder反应,还原,Cbz-保护和水解反应,合成了抗丙肝新药HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶拟肽类抑制剂的重要中间体——(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸,总收率66%,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。     

Diastereoselective reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. Synthesis of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes

We have synthesized a series of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes as a result of reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. Laser photolysis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-methylpyrazole and 1-ethyl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-chloropyrazole

The spectral kinetic characteristics of the triplet states of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-methylpyrazole (1) and 1-ethyl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-chloropyrazole (2) were studied by the laser nanosecond photolysis technique in different solvents. The triplet lifetimes (τ_T) of molecules 1 and 2 were found to depend strongly on the solvent nature. An increase in τ_T by approximately two orders of magnitude on going from nonpolar and polar aprotic solvents (τ_T ≤ 15 ns) to aqueous-acetonitrile solutions (τ_T = 1100 ns for a volume acetonitrile to water ratio of 1 : 3) was analyzed, taking into account the influence of the medium on the relative contribution of the n,π*- and π,π*-configurations to the lowest triplet state. __________ Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 1-(2-Quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-Di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, 1-(2-Carboxyphenyl)-, and 1-Ethoxycarbonyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles

The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

Synthesis of 2-oxazolidinones from (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol

X-ray structural analysis of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octane

(2S,4S)-苯甲基-2-(6-氟-1H-吲哚-3-羰基)-4-羟基-吡咯烷-1-羧酸酯的合成

以4-羟基-L-脯氨酸为原料,经Cbz保护、偶联、Mitsunobu反应和水解合成了抗肿瘤新药Birinapant的重要中间体--(2S,4S)-苯甲基-2-(6-氟-1H-吲哚-3-羰基)-4-羟基吡咯烷-1-羧酸酯,总收率83%,其结构经¹H NMR和ESI-MS确证。     

用DCNPNPT测定江水中季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂

利用三氮烯类试剂与季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂形成离子缔合物可用于季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂的测定。如用HDNPAPT[1]、HDAA[2]测定CTMAB、CPB,但其灵敏度有待提高。本文研究了显色剂1 (2,6 二氯 4 硝基苯) 3 (4 硝基苯) 三氮烯(DCNPNPT)[3]与阳离子表面活性剂的显色反应,结果表明,DCNPNPT与CTMAB、CPB反应的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为3 93×104L·mol 1·cm 1,和4 16×104L·mol 1·cm 1,是目前报道的用光度法测定季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂较灵敏的体系之一。用此法测定了瓯江水中微量阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB、CPB的…     

新显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氯吡啶)三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应

报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氯吡啶)三氮烯(NPCPDT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究。在Triton X-100的存在下,pH 11.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPCPDT形成摩尔比为1∶3的黄色配合物,在440 nm处有一最大吸收,在535 nm处有一最大负吸收。以440 nm为参比波长,535 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.68×105L.mol-1.cm-1,镉的质量浓度在0~0.48μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水和环境水样中的微量镉。     

无气味的1-（1, 3-二噻-2-亚基）丙酮作有效的1, 3-丙二硫醇替代试剂的缩硫醛/酮化反应

在常温1-（1, 3-二噻-2-亚基）丙酮1f是无气味的、稳定的白色固体,它易通过易制备的3-（1, 3-二噻-2亚基）-2, 4-戊二酮1b的酸性条件下的脱乙酰化反应制得,产率为86%。在MeCOCl/MeOH体系中,在常温和回流条件下,1f能作为有效的1, 3-丙二硫醇替代试剂与醛和酮进行缩硫醛/酮化反应,高产率（86-99%）合成1, 3-二噻烷衍生物。与已报道的硫醇替代试剂1a-e相比,在缩硫醛/酮化反应中1f是活性最好的1, 3-丙二硫醇替代试剂。     

2-溴-4-[1-(E)-亚乙基-2-对甲氧基苯基-丁基]-1-甲氧基苯脱甲基及双键转位反应的研究

2-溴-4-[1-(E)-亚乙基-2-对甲氧基苯基-丁基]-1-甲氧基苯(3)是在合成3’-甲氧基己烯雌酚(2)过程中获得的意外羟基消除产物. 报道了2-溴-4-[1-(E)-亚乙基-2-对甲氧基苯基-丁基]-1-甲氧基苯在不同条件下的脱甲基反应产物以及双键转位反应的情况. 部分重要中间体的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)抑制活性结果显示, 己烯雌酚骨架上的基团对该类化合物的抑制新生血管生成活性具有显著的影响, 甲氧基为活性有利基团, 而酚羟基全部游离时化合物没有活性.     

Condensation reactions at the methylene group of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-pyrrolin-2-one and 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-pyrrolin-2-onium perchlorate

The interaction has been investigated of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)pyrrolin-2-one with aromatic aldehydes in acetic anhydride in the presence of catalytic amounts of pyridine. 1-(4-Nitrophenyl)pyrrolinium perchlorate has been synthesized and was put into a condensation reaction with aromatic aldehydes. 1-[4-(二甲氨基)苯亚甲基氨基]-4-苯基硫脲的另一个手性对映体晶体结构

对-二甲氨基苯甲醛和苯基氨基硫脲缩合反应生成1-[4-(二甲氨基)苯亚甲基氨基]-4-苯基硫脲(DMB), 产物能从溶液中析出单一手性对映体晶体. 用单晶X射线衍射技术测定了它的绝对构型, 晶体属正交晶系, P2₁2₁2₁空间群, a＝0.7870(2) nm, b＝1.1560(2) nm, c＝1.6668(3) nm, V＝1.5164(5) nm³, Z＝4, D_c＝1.307 g/cm³, F(000)＝632, μ＝0.213 mm^－1, 2557个可观测点[I＞2s(I)]精修的最终残差因子: R＝0.0409, wR＝0.1061, Flack参数为0.00(9), 能够确定绝对构型. 化合物的晶体结构和大宗粉末样品的固体圆二色谱表明化合物在结晶过程中发生单一对映体的手性堆积.
