The compounds AMMgE(PO4)3 (A = Na, K, Rb, Cs; M = Sr, Pb, Ba; E = Ti, Zr) were synthesized by the sol–gel procedure followed by heat treatment and studied by X-ray diffraction, differential thermal and electron microprobe analysis, and IR spectroscopy. The phosphates crystallize in the kosnarite (KZr2(PO4)3, space group \(R\bar 3\)) and langbeinite (K2Mg2(SO4)3, space group P213) structural types. The structure of KPbMgTi(PO4)3 was refined by full-profile analysis (space group P213, Z = 4, a = 9.8540(3) Å, V = 956.83(4) Å3). The structure is formed by a framework of vertex-sharing MgO6 and TiO6 octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra. The K and Pb atoms fully occupy the extra-framework cavities and are coordinated to nine oxygen atoms. A variable-temperature X-ray diffraction study of KPbMgTi(PO4)3 showed that the compound expands isotropically and refer to medium-expansion class (linear thermal expansion coefficients α a = α b = α c = 8 × 10–6°C–1). The number of stretching and bending modes of the PO4 tetrahedron observed in the IR spectra is in agreement with that predicted by the factor group analysis of vibrations for space groups \(R\bar 3\) and P213. A structural transition from the cubic langbeinite to the rhombohedral kosnarite was found for CsSrMgZr(PO4)3. In the morphotropic series of ASrMgZr(PO4)3 (A = Na, K, Rb, Cs) the kosnarite–langbeinite transition occurs upon the Na → K replacement. The effect of the sizes and electronegativities of cations combined in AMMgE(PO4)3 on the change of the structural type was analyzed.  相似文献

Natural graphite treated by mechanical activation can be directly applied to the preparation of Li3V2(PO4)3. The carbon-coated Li3V2(PO4)3 with monoclinic structure was successfully synthesized by using natural graphite as carbon source and reducing agent. The amount of activated graphite is optimized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, Raman spectrum, galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. Our results show that Li3V2(PO4)3 (LVP)-10G exhibits the highest initial discharge capacity of 189 mAh g?1 at 0.1 C and 162.9 mAh g?1 at 1 C in the voltage range of 3.0–4.8 V. Therefore, natural graphite is a promising carbon source for LVP cathode material in lithium ion batteries.  相似文献

Vanadium(V) complexes of general composition M3VO2(SO4)2 (M = Rb, Cs) were synthesized by a solid-state route. The individuality of the synthesized compounds was proved by X-ray and neutron diffraction, vibrational spectroscopy, and microscopic analysis. The X-ray diffraction patterns of M3VO2(SO4)2 were indexed to fit the monoclinic system (space group P2/c, Z = 4) with the following unit cell parameters: a = 11.6487(2) Å, b = 8.4469(2) Å, c = 12.1110(2) Å, β = 109.483(1)°, V = 1123.43 Å3 (Rb); a = 12.0546(3) Å b = 8.7706(2) Å, c = 12.6496(3) Å, β = 109.843(2)°, V = 1257.99 Å3 (Cs). In the crystal structure of M3VO2(SO4)2, [VO2(SO4)2]3? complex anions can be discerned in which the vanadium atom is surrounded by five oxygen atoms: two oxygen atoms form short terminal V–O bonds, and three oxygen atoms are from the two sulfato groups, one of which acts as a monodentate ligand and the other acts as a bidentate chelating ligand.  相似文献

The new phosphate Cs2Mn0.5Zr1.5(PO4)3 was synthesized for the first time and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Its crystal structure was refined in space group P213, Z = 4 at 25°C (a = 10.3163(1) Å, V = 1097.93(1) Å3), by the Rietveld method using the powder X-ray diffraction data. The structure is built of an octahedral-tetrahedral framework {[Mn0.5Zr1.5(PO4)3]2?}3∞ with cesium atoms being located in large cavities. The hydrolytic stability of the powdered phosphate containing 137Cs radionuclide was studied. The minimum achieved 137Cs leaching rate was 4 × 10?8 g/cm2 day.  相似文献

Data on synthesis, thermal behavior and thermodynamic properties for the NZP phosphates NaMe2(PO4)3 and Na5Me(PO4)3 (Me=Ti, Zr, Hf) are reported. The compounds were synthesized by sol-gel method and solid-state reactions and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, electron microprobe and chemical analysis. Their thermal behavior was studied by the DTA measurements. The heat capacities of the phosphates were measured between temperatures 7 and 650 K. The fractal dimensions for the phosphates were calculated. The obtained thermodynamic characteristics of these phosphates and also literature data for the compounds of NZP type structure are summarized.  相似文献

The ZrO(NO3)2-H3PO4-CsF-H2O system was studied at 20°C along the section at a molar ratio of PO43−/Zr = 0.5 (which is of the greatest interest in the context of phase formation) at ZrO2 concentrations in the initial solutions of 2–14 wt % and molar ratios of CsF: Zr = 1−6. The following compounds were isolated for the first time: crystalline fluorophosphates CsZrF2PO4 · H2O, amorphous oxofluorophosphate Cs2Zr3O2F4(PO4)2 · 3H2O, and amorphous oxofluorophosphate nitrate CsZr3O1.25F4(PO4)2(NO3)0.5 · 4.5H2O. The compound Cs3Zr3O1.5F6(PO4)2 · 3H2O was also isolated, which forms in a crystalline or glassy form, depending on conditions. The formation of the following new compounds was established: Cs2Zr3O1.5F5(PO4)2 · 2H2O, Cs2Zr3F2(PO4)4 · 4.5H2O, and Zr3O4(PO4)1.33 · 6H2O, which crystallize only in a mixture with known phases. All the compounds were studied by X-ray powder diffraction, crystal-optical, thermal, and IR spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

A series of Li3V2(PO4)3/C composites with different amounts of carbon are synthesized by a combustion method. The physical and electrochemical properties of the Li3V2(PO4)3/C composites are investigated by X-ray diffraction, element analysis, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and electrochemical measurements. The effects of carbon content of Li3V2(PO4)3/C composites on its electrochemical properties are conducted with cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance. The experiment results clearly show that the optimal carbon content is 4.3 wt %, and more or less amount of carbon would be unfavorable to electrochemical properties of the Li3V2(PO4)3/C electrode materials. The results would provide some basis for further improvement on the Li3V2(PO4)3 electrode materials.  相似文献

The novel Li3V2(PO4)3 glass-ceramic nanocomposites were synthesized and investigated as electrodes for energy storage devices. They were fabricated by heat treatment (HT) of 37.5Li2O–25V2O5–37.5P2O5?mol% glass at 450 °C for different times in the air. XRD, SEM, and electrochemical methods were used to study the effect of HT time on the nanostructure and electrochemical performance for Li3V2(PO4)3 glass-ceramic nanocomposites electrodes. XRD patterns showed forming Li3V2(PO4)3 NASICON type with monoclinic structure. The crystalline sizes were found to be in the range of 32–56 nm. SEM morphologies exhibited non-uniform grains and changed with variation of HT time. The electrochemical performance of Li3V2(PO4)3 glass-ceramic nanocomposites was investigated by using galvanostatic charge/discharge methods, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 1 M H2SO4 aqueous electrolyte. The glass-ceramic nanocomposites annealed for 4 h, which had a lower crystalline size, exhibited the best electrochemical performance with a specific capacity of 116.4 F g?1 at 0.5 A g?1. Small crystalline size supported the lithium ion mobility in the electrode by decreasing the ion diffusion pathway. Therefore, the Li3V2(PO4)3 glass-ceramic nanocomposites can be promising candidates for large-scale industrial applications in high-performance energy storage devices.  相似文献

The macroporous Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite was synthesized by oxalic acid-assisted carbon thermal reaction, and the common Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite was also prepared for comparison. These samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and electrochemical performance tests. Based on XRD and SEM results, the sample has monoclinic structure and macroporous morphology when oxalic acid is introduced. Electrochemical tests show that the macroporous Li3V2(PO4)3/C sample has a high initial discharge capacity (130 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C) and a reversible discharge capacity of 124.9 mAh g−1 over 20 cycles. Moreover, the discharge capacity of the sample is still 91.5 mAh g−1, even at a high rate of 2 C, which is better than that of the sample with common morphology. The improvement in electrochemical performance should be attributed to its improved lithium ion diffusion coefficient for the macroporous morphology, which was verfied by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.  相似文献

The low-temperature heat capacity of Na2Lu (MoO4)(PO4) was measured by adiabatic calorimetry in the range of 7.47–345.74 K. The experimental data were used to calculate the thermodynamic functions of Na2Lu (MoO4)(PO4). At 298.15 K, the following values were obtained: C p 0 (298.15 K) = 237.7 ± 0.1 J/(K mol), S 0(298.15 K) = 278.1 ± 0.8 J/(K mol), H 0(298.15 K) ? H 0 (0 K) = 42330 ± 20 J/mol, and Φ0(298.15 K) = 136.1 ± 0. 3 J/(K mol). A heat capacity anomaly was found in the range of 10-67 K with a maximum at T tr = 39.18 K. The entropy and enthalpy of transition are ΔS = 12.39 ± 0.75 J/(K mol) and ΔH = 403 ± 16 J/mol. The thermal investigation of sodium lutetium molybdate phosphate in the high-temperature range (623–1223 K) was performed using differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that during melting in the range of 1030–1200 K, Na2Lu(MoO4)(PO4) degrades to simpler compounds; the degradation scenario is verified by X-ray powder diffraction.  相似文献

Synthesis was performed and physicochemical properties were studied for the M4V2O3(SO4)4 complexes, where M = K, Rb, or Cs. Their crystal structures were determined using the set of data from X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction studies. All compounds crystallize in a triclinic lattice (space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 2) with the parameters: a = 7.7688(2), 7.8487(1), 8.1234(1) Å; b = 10.4918(3), 10.8750(2), 11.1065(1) Å; c = 11.9783(4), 12.1336(2), and 11.8039(1) Å; α = 76.600(2)°, 77.910(1)°, 79.589(1)°; β = 75.133(2)°, 75.718(1)°, 87.939(1)°; γ = 71.285(2)°, 72.189(1)°, 75.567(1)°; V = 881.78(5), 945.42(3), 1014.34(2) Å3 for K, Rb, Cs, respectively. The structure of M4V2O3(SO4)4 was found to be formed by discrete complex anions V2O3(SO4) 4 4? incorporating two oxygen-bridged vanadium atoms in a distorted octahedral oxygen environment. The sulfate groups are coordinated by the vanadium atoms in the chelating mode with a large scatter of S-O interatomic distances and OSO angles. Every VO6 octahedron has a short terminal vanadium-oxygen bond with a length of about 1.6Å. The V2O3(SO4) 4 4? complex anions in potassium and rubidium compounds differ from that in Cs4V2O3(SO4)4 in the type of symmetry and mutual spatial orientation. The vibrational spectra were presented and interpreted in line with the structural analysis data.  相似文献

Triple phosphates A2FeTi(PO4)3 (A = Na, Rb) were synthesized by the solid-phase method and studied by electronic microscopy, electron probe X-ray microanalysis, and IR and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the obtained compounds was refined by X-ray powder diffraction (the Rietveld method). The unit-cell parameters are as follows: for Na2FeTi(PO4)3 (space group R \(\overline 3 \) c, Z = 6), a = 8.6015(1) Å, c = 21.718(1) Å, V = 1391.52(1) Å3; for Rb2FeTi(PO4)3 (space group P213, Z = 4), a = 9.8892(2) Å, V = 967.12(1) Å3. The base of the crystal structures is a mixed octahedral-tetrahedral framework {[FeTi(PO4)3]2?}3∞. Na+ and Rb+ cations are arranged in cavities of the framework. The influence of cationic substitutions on the change of the structural type of the isoformular compounds A2FeTi(PO4)3 (A = Na, Rb) was considered.  相似文献

Potassium oxosulfatovanadate(V) K3VO2(SO4)2 has been obtained by solid-phase synthesis from K2SO4, K2S2O7, and V2O5 (2: 1: 1), and its formation conditions, crystal structure, and physiochemical properties have been studied. The conversions of K3VO2(SO4)2 in contact with potassium vanadates and other potassium oxosulfatovanadates(V) are considered in terms of phase relations in the K2O-V2O5-SO3 system, which models the active component of vanadium catalysts for sulfur dioxide oxidation into sulfur trioxide. The X-ray diffraction pattern of K3VO2(SO4)2 is indexed in the monoclinic system (space group P21) with unit cell parameters of a = 10.0408(1) Å, b = 7.2312(1) Å, c = 7.3821(1) Å, β = 104.457(1)°, Z = 2, and V = 519.02 Å3. The crystal structure of K3VO2(SO4)2 is built from [VO2(SO4)2]3? complex anions, in which the vanadium atom is in an octahedral oxygen environment formed by two terminal oxygen atoms (V-O(6) = 1.605(7) Å, V-O(10) = 1.619(7) Å and four oxygen atoms of the two chelating sulfate anions. The vibrational spectra of K3VO2(SO4)2 are analyzed using these structural data.  相似文献

Powder X-ray diffraction and microscopy have been used to study phase ratios of the M2O-V2O5-SO3 (M = Rb, Cs) systems, which model the active component of rubidium-vanadium and cesium-vanadium catalysts for sulfuric acid production at high sulfur dioxide conversions. We have stated that each system forms four compounds: M3VO2(SO4)2, MVO2SO4, M4V2O3(SO4)4, and MVO(SO4)2. The thermal properties of these compounds and their interaction with water vapor saturated at room temperature have been studied. The unit cell parameters have been determined for the compounds MVO2SO4 (M = K, Rb), MVO(SO4)2, and M[VO2(SO4)(H2O)2] · H2O (M = Rb, Tl). The reciprocal transformations of the components and phases of the M2O-V2O5-SO3 systems match the Lux-Flood ideas of the acid-base properties of oxide compounds.  相似文献

Compounds described as V2O3(XO4)2, where X = S or Se, were prepared from vanadium(V) oxide mixtures with concentrated sulfuric and selenic acids. The physicochemical properties of the products were studied; for V2O3(SeO4)2, the crystal structure was determined by powder X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction, and its key differences from the structure of V2O3(SO4)2 were identified. V2O3(SeO4)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 15.3831(2)Å, b = 5.54096(5)Å, c = 9.71644(7)Å, β = 111.886(1)°, V = 768.51Å3, space group C2/c (no. 15).  相似文献

The solubility of YF3, CeF3, PrF3, NdF3, and DyF3 in solutions containing 0–4.496% mol/L (0–35 wt %) of H2SO4 and 0–27.6 g/L of H3PO4 (0–20 g/L of P2O5) at 20 °C was determined. Higher solubility in sulfuric acid solutions compared to that in hydrochloric and phosphoric acid solutions was attributed to the formation of fluorosulfate complexes M2(SO4)F4(M = Y, Ce, Pr, Nd, Dy). The effect of minor concentrations of the phosphate ions on the solubility of YF3, CeF3, PrF3, NdF3, and DyF3 in sulfuric acid solutions and the effect of fluoride ions on the recovery of lanthanides during sulfuric acid leaching from the phosphohemihydrate were discussed.  相似文献

ZrWMoO8 powders with different morphologies were obtained using ammonium tungstate, molybdate tungstate and zirconium tungstate as the starting materials by dehydrating the precursor ZrWMoO7(OH)2(H2O)2. The precursor was studied by thermo-gravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). The influence of the gelling agents (HCl, HClO4, HNO3, H2SO4 and H3PO4) on the crystallization process and crystal morphology of the products prepared was investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF). Results showed that the morphology of the ZrWMoO8 particles can be simply adjusted by changing the gelling agents, and the thermal expansion coefficients of cubic ZrWMoO8 prepared in HCl solution are −3.84 × 10−6 K−1 from 100°C to 700°C. __________ Translated from Chemical Journal of Chinese University, 2007, 28(3): 397–401 [译自: 高等学校化学学报]  相似文献

Complex phosphates Ca0.5 + x Zn x E2 ? x (PO4)3 (E = Ti, Zr) having NaZr2(PO4)3 (NZP) structure have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction, electron probe microanalysis, IR spectroscopy, and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Their phase formation has been studied by X-ray powder diffraction and DTA. The concentration and temperature fields of existence of these NZP phases have been determined: substitution solid solutions exist in the range of compositions where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5. The Ca0.7Zn0.2Ti1.8(PO4)3 crystal structure has been refined by the Rietveld method (space group \(R\bar 3\) , a = 8.3636(4) Å, c = 21.9831(8) Å, V = 1331.7(1) Å3, Z = 6). The framework in the NZP structure is built of octahedra, which are populated by titanium and zinc atoms, and PO4 tetrahedra. Calcium atoms occupy extraframework positions. Extensive solid solution formation due to the accommodation of cations(2+) in the interstices within the NZP framework (M) and in the framework-forming octahedra (M′) makes it possible to design a plurality of new M0.5 + x M′ x E2 ? x (PO4)3 phosphates with tailored structures.  相似文献
