The title complex, [Y2(C6H7)4(C3H7O)2], is a centrosymmetric dimer bridged through the O atoms of the isopropoxide ligands. The Y2O2 unit is planar and the geometry around the eight‐coordinate Y atom is distorted pseudo‐tetrahedral. The Y—O distances are 2.2228 (19) and 2.2432 (19) Å, and the O—Y—O angle is 74.86 (7)°.  相似文献

The title complex, [Mo2(C5H5)2(CH3O)2(C4H11Si)2(NO)2], is formed in high yield by treating [CpMo(NO)(CH2SiMe3)2] (Cp is cyclopentadienyl) with methanol. The nitrosyl ligands are nearly linear [O—N—Mo 170.1 (4) and 170.1 (5)°], with short Mo—N bonds [1.769 (4) and 1.776 (4) Å] and long N—O bonds [1.216 (5) and 1.201 (4) Å]. The central four‐membered Mo2O2 ring exhibits an average Mo—O bond length of 2.15 Å.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Rh2(C8H15N3)2(C8H12)2]Cl2·CH2Cl2·CH3OH, the dinuclear RhI complex has C2 symmetry and the two pyrazolato ligands act as μ‐bridges. The coordination of each RhI cation is completed by one cyclooctadiene (COD) ligand. It is shown that the average Rh—C(COD) distance is linearly dependent on the Rh—N(pyrazole) distance in this type of compound, and this is ascribed to the steric hindrance produced by the packing.  相似文献

This study presents the coordination modes and crystal organization of a calcium–potassium coordination polymer, poly[hexaaquabis(μ4‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ4O1:O1′:O1′′:O4)bis(μ3‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ2O1:O1′)calcium(II)dipotassium(I)], [CaK2(C7H5O5S)4(H2O)6]n, displaying a novel two‐dimensional framework. The potassium ion is seven‐coordinated by four sulfonate and one carboxyl O atom located on five different acid ligands, two of which are unique, and by two symmetry‐independent water O atoms. A pair of close potassium ions share two inversion‐related sulfonate O‐atom sites to form a dimeric K2O12 unit, which is extended into a one‐dimensional array along the a‐axis direction. The six‐coordinate Ca2+ ion occupies a special position () at (0, , ) and is surrounded by four sulfonate O atoms from two inversion‐related pairs of unique acid monoanions and by two O atoms from aqua ligands. The compound displays a layered structure, with K2O12 and CaO6 polyhedra in the layers and aromatic linkers between the layers. The three‐dimensional scaffold is open, with nano‐sized channels along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ti2Cl6(C2H6N)2(C2H7N)2], is a binuclear octahedral complex lying about an inversion centre. There are four different chloride environments, two terminal [Ti—Cl = 2.2847 (5) and 2.3371 (5) Å] and two bridging [Ti—Cl = 2.4414 (5) and 2.6759 (5) Å], with the Ti—Cl distances being strongly influenced by both the ligand trans to the chloride and whether or not the chloride anion is bridging between the two TiIV centres. The compound forms a two‐dimensional network in the solid state, with weak intermolecular C—H...Cl interactions giving rise to a planar network in the (10) plane.  相似文献

Crystals of the title π‐complex, [Cu4Cl6(C8H11N2)2]n, were obtained by means of alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis. The structure consists of infinite copper–chlorine chains to which 1‐allyl‐3‐aminopyridinium moieties are attached via a η2 Cu—(C=C) interaction. The two independent Cu atoms have distinct coordination environments. One is three‐coordinate, surrounded by two chloro ligands and the olefinic bond, whereas the second copper center is surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of four Cl atoms. The lower basicity of 3‐aminopyridine as compared with 2‐ and 4‐aminopyridine lowers the capacity of the organic ligand for donating to N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and results in the formation of a large inorganic fragment.  相似文献

The triply bridged title dinuclear copper(II) compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)(OH)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)](NO3)2·H2O, (I), consists of a [Cu22‐CH3COO)(μ2‐OH)(phen)22‐OH2)]2+ cation (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), two uncoordinated nitrate anions and one water molecule. The title cation contains a distorted square‐pyramidal arrangement around each metal centre with a CuN2O3 chromophore. In the dinuclear unit, both CuII ions are linked through a hydroxide bridge and a triatomic bridging carboxylate group, and at the axial positions through a water molecule. The phenanthroline groups in neighbouring dinuclear units interdigitate along the [010] direction, generating several π–π contacts which give rise to planar arrays parallel to (001). These are in turn connected by hydrogen bonds involving the aqua and hydroxide groups as donors with the nitrate anions as acceptors. Comparisons are made with isostructural compounds having similar cationic units but different counter‐ions; the role of hydrogen bonding in the overall three‐dimensional structure and its ultimate effect on the cell dimensions are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ag2(C7H4ClO2)2(C5H6N2)2], lies about an inversion centre and the Ag atom is three‐coordinated by two O atoms and one N atom from three different ligands. The 4‐chlorobenzoate anion acts as a monodonor ligand, bridging two inversion‐related Ag atoms of the compound into a dimer. There are weak intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds in the structure.  相似文献

In the title centrosymmetric dimer, [Pb2(sbc)2(phen)2]·2H2O [sbc is the 2‐sulfonatobenzoate dianion (C7H4O5S) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each PbII ion is six‐coordinated by four O atoms, viz. carboxylate and sulfonate O atoms from two sbc anions, and two N atoms from a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. One 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and the carboxylate group of one sbc ligand are chelated to each PbII cation, and the sulfonate group of the other sbc unit is monodentate. One O atom of the chelated carboxylate group also bridges to the other PbII cation, so that each pair of PbII ions is bridged by two sbc anions and has the same coordination environment, forming a dinuclear ring. Each pair of PbII ions is thus connected by two different kinds of bridges, namely a carboxylate short bridge and a carboxylate–sulfonate long bridge. There is also a special position of site symmetry at the centre of the two PbII cations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C6H4N2)2], has the familiar lantern‐type structure that is characteristic of dimetal tetracarboxylates of copper and several other transition elements. The molecule lies about an inversion centre and the Cu atom is present in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment, consisting of four O atoms in equatorial positions and the pyridyl‐N atoms of the two 4‐cyanopyridine ligands in axial positions.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Ag2(C4H4O4S)], each AgI cation is four‐coordinated by three of the four carboxylate O atoms and the S atom from symmetry‐related sulfanediyldiacetate ligands, thus defining a distorted tetrahedral geometry at the metal centre. The AgI cations are bridged by sulfanediyldiacetate groups, leading to a two‐dimensional layer structure. These layers are interconnected via Ag—S bonds to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer network overall.  相似文献

Crystals from commercial samples of sodium cacodylate trihydrate, NaO2As(CH3)2·3H2O, were analyzed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and two phases were identified, viz. penta‐μ‐aqua‐disodium(I) bis(dimethylarsenate), {[Na2(H2O)5](C2H6AsO2)2}n, (I), and di‐μ‐aqua‐bis[triaquasodium(I)] bis(dimethylarsenate), [Na2(H2O)8](C2H6AsO2)2, (II). Both (I) and (II) form layered structures in which hydrated Na+ ions form layers in the ab plane, the cacodylate ions being located in between the layers. In (I), the two non‐equivalent Na+ ions (located at twofold axes) and the three non‐equivalent aqua ligands (one of which also lies on a twofold axis) form infinite polymeric layers, but in (II), layers of discrete centrosymmetric [Na2(H2O)8]2+ ions are present. One of the commercial samples analyzed contained almost exclusively crystals of the tetrahydrate (II), while another sample consisted of a mixture of the two phases.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C8H4O4)(C12H8N2)4](ClO4)2, was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2, 1,4‐dicyanobenzene, 1,10‐phenanthroline and water at 443 K. The compound is a dimer in which the cation lies about an inversion center. The terephthalate moiety acts as a bridging ligand and the phenanthrolines as terminal ligands. The unique Cu atom is coordinated by two O and four N atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry, with Cu—O distances of 1.955 (2) and 2.815 (2) Å, and Cu—N distances of 2.008 (2) to 2.216 (2) Å.  相似文献
