In the title cadmium(II) complex, [Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H14N4)(H2O)]n, the 5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (5‐OH‐1,3‐bdc) and 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (1,4,‐bix) ligands bridge water‐coordinated CdII atoms to generate a three‐dimensional network. Two carboxylate groups from different ligands function as O,O′‐chelates, while two imidazole N atoms from different ligands coordinate in a monodentate fashion, and one water molecule completes the seven‐coordinate pentagonal bipyramid around the CdII atom, in which the N atoms occupy the axial sites and the O atoms occupy the equatorial sites. The overall architecture is a twofold interpenetrated CdSO4‐type framework. The two crystallographically equivalent frameworks are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the water, hydroxy and carboxylate groups.  相似文献

Crystals of poly[[aqua[μ3‐4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato‐κ5O1O1′:N3,O4:O5][μ4‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ7N3,O4:O4,O4′:O1,O1′:O1]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd2(C15H14N2O4)(C16H14N2O6)(H2O)]·H2O}n or {[Cd2(Hcpimda)(cpima)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), were obtained from 1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3cpimda) and cadmium(II) chloride under hydrothermal conditions. The structure indicates that in‐situ decarboxylation of H3cpimda occurred during the synthesis process. The asymmetric unit consists of two Cd2+ centres, one 4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylate (Hcpimda2−) anion, one 1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylate (cpima2−) anion, one coordinated water molecule and one lattice water molecule. One Cd2+ centre, i.e. Cd1, is hexacoordinated and displays a slightly distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The other Cd centre, i.e. Cd2, is coordinated by seven O atoms originating from one Hcpimda2− ligand and three cpima2− ligands. This Cd2+ centre can be described as having a distorted capped octahedral coordination geometry. Two carboxylate groups of the benzoate moieties of two cpima2− ligands bridge between Cd2 centres to generate [Cd2O2] units, which are further linked by two cpima2− ligands to produce one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chains based around large 26‐membered rings. Meanwhile, adjacent Cd1 centres are linked by Hcpimda2− ligands to generate 1D zigzag chains. The two types of chains are linked through a μ2‐η2 bidentate bridging mode from an O atom of an imidazole carboxylate unit of cpima2− to give a two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymer. The simplified 2D net structure can be described as a 3,6‐coordinated net which has a (43)2(46.66.83) topology. Furthermore, the FT–IR spectroscopic properties, photoluminescence properties, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern and thermogravimetric behaviour of the polymer have been investigated.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The CdII center is in a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules [Cd—O = 2.322 (7) and 2.364 (7) Å], and by two N atoms [Cd—N = 2.222 (6) and 2.232 (6) Å] and two carboxyl O atoms [Cd—O = 2.383 (6) and 2.414 (6) Å] from two 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligands.  相似文献

A new cadmium–thiocyanate complex, namely catena‐poly[1‐carboxymethyl‐4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium [cadmium(II)‐tri‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ4N:S2S:N] [[[4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate‐κ2O,O′]cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N]], {(C9H13N2O2)[Cd(NCS)3][Cd(NCS)2(C9H12N2O2)]}n, was synthesized by the reaction of 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate, cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and potassium thiocyanide in aqueous solution. In the crystal structure, two types of CdII atoms are observed in distorted octahedral coordination environments. One type of CdII atom is coordinated by two O atoms from the carboxylate group of the 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate ligand and by two N atoms and two S atoms from four different thiocyanate ligands, while the second type of CdII atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three S atoms from six different thiocyanate ligands. Neighbouring CdII atoms are linked by thiocyanate bridges to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain and a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. Hydrogen‐bond interactions are involved in the formation of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

The one‐ and two‐dimensional polymorphic cadmium polycarboxylate coordination polymers, catena‐poly[bis[μ2‐2‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐yl)acetato‐κ3N3:O,O′]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C10H9N2O2)2]n, and poly[bis[μ2‐2‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐yl)acetato‐κ3N3:O,O′]cadmium(II)], also [Cd(C10H9N2O2)2]n, were prepared under solvothermal conditions. In each structure, each CdII atom is coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from four different ligands. In the former structure, two crystallographically independent CdII atoms are located on twofold symmetry axes and doubly bridged in a μ2N:O,O′‐mode by the ligands into correspondingly independent chains that run in the [100] and [010] directions. Chains containing crystallographically related CdII atoms are linked into sheets viaπ–π stacking interactions. Sheets containing one of the distinct types of CdII atom are stacked perpendicular to [001] and alternate with sheets containing the other type of CdII atom. The second complex is a two‐dimensional homometallic CdII (4,4) net structure in which each CdII atom is singly bridged to four neighbouring CdII atoms by four ligands also acting in a μ2N:O,O′‐mode. A square‐grid network results and the three‐dimensional supramolecular framework is completed by π–π stacking interactions between the aromatic ring systems.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, [Cd(C14H8N2O4)(H2O)]n, the CdII cation and the coordinated water molecule lie on a twofold axis, whereas the ligand lies on an inversion center. The CdII center is five‐coordinated in a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry by four carboxylate O atoms from four different 4,4′‐diazenediyldibenzoate (ddb) anions and one water O atom. The three‐dimensional frameworks thus formed by the bridging ddb anions interpenetrate to generate a three‐dimensional PtS‐type network. Additionally, the coordination water molecule and the carboxylate O atom form a hydrogen‐bonding interaction, stabilizing the three‐dimensional framework structure.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, {[Cd(C6H8O4S)(C13H14N2)]·H2O}n, the CdII atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination, formed by three carboxylate O atoms and one S atom from three different 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands, and two N atoms from two different 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands. The CdII centres are bridged through carboxylate O atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands and through N atoms of 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands to form two different one‐dimensional chains, which intersect to form a two‐dimensional layer. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by S atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands from adjacent layers to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In poly[[μ3‐2,2′‐(disulfanediyl)dibenzoato‐κ5O:O,O′:O′′,O′′′](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)cadmium(II)], [Cd(C14H8O4S2)(C12H8N2)]n, the asymmetric unit contains one CdII cation, one 2,2′‐(disulfanediyl)dibenzoate anion (denoted dtdb2−) and one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand (denoted phen). Each CdII centre is seven‐coordinated by five O atoms of bridging/chelating carboxylate groups from three dtdb2− ligands and by two N atoms from one phen ligand, forming a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The CdII cations are bridged by dtdb2− anions to give a two‐dimensional (4,4) layer. The layers are stacked to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via a combination of aromatic C—H...π and π–π interactions. The thermogravimetric and luminescence properties of this compound were also investigated.  相似文献

In the title cadmium(II) coordination polymer, poly[tri‐μ4‐adipato‐bis(2‐phenyl‐1H‐1,3,7,8‐tetraazacyclopenta[l]phenanthrene‐κ2N7,N8)tricadmium(II)], [Cd3(C6H8O4)3(C19H12N4)2]n, one of the Cd atoms is in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordination environment, surrounded by five O atoms from three adipate (adip) ligands and two N atoms from one 2‐phenyl‐1H‐1,3,7,8‐tetraazacyclopenta[l]phenanthrene (L) ligand. A second Cd atom occupies an inversion center and is coordinated by six O atoms from six adip ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry. The carboxylate ends of the adip ligands link CdII atoms to form unique trinuclear CdII clusters, which are further bridged by the adip linkers to produce a two‐dimensional layer structure. Topologically, each trinuclear CdII cluster is connected to four others through six adip ligands, thus resulting in a unique two‐dimensional four‐connected framework of (4,4)‐topology. This work may help the development of the coordination chemistry of 1,10‐phenanthroline derivatives.  相似文献

Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cd2(C7H4IO2)4(C12H10N2)(H2O)2]n, were obtained by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (bpe) and 4‐iodobenzoic acid (4‐IBA). Each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination environment by four carboxylate O atoms from two different 4‐IBA ligands, two O atoms from two water molecules and one N atom from a bpe ligand. The CdII centres are bridged by the aqua molecules and bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional net. Topologically, taking the CdII atoms as nodes and the μ‐aqua and μ‐bpe ligands as linkers, the two‐dimensional structure can be simplified as a (6,3) network.  相似文献

In the development of coordination‐driven crystalline materials, O‐ and N‐atom donors from carboxylate and pyridyl‐based ligands are widely used classes of multidentate bridging ligands composed of several terminal coordinating groups linked by either rigid or flexible spacers. The rigidity of the ligands can play a vital role in the determination of the structures formed. A new CdII supramolecular compound, namely poly[μ‐adipato‐κ2O 1:O4‐μ‐adipato‐κ4O 1,O 1′:O 4,O4′‐diaquabis[μ‐1,4‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3‐butadiene‐κ2N :N ′]dicadmium(II)], [Cd2(C6H8O4)2(C14H12N2)2(H2O)2]n , (I), has been synthesized by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, adipic acid (hexane‐1,6‐dioic acid; H2adp) and the dipyridyl ligand 1,4‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)buta‐1,3‐diene (1,4‐bpbd) under hydrothermal conditions. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that each CdII centre is located in a distorted octahedral coordination environment, coordinated by one water O atom, three carboxylate O atoms from two different adp2− ligands and two N atoms from two different 1,4‐bpbd ligands. The Cd(H2O) units are interconnected by the μ22‐adp2−, μ24‐adp2− and 1,4‐bpbd ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a 66‐ dia network. Large cavities within a single diamondoid network permit the mutual threefold interpenetration of crystallographically equivalent frameworks. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the coordinated water molecules and adp2− carboxylate O atoms anchor the interpenetrating networks into a unique three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. Topologically, taking the coordinated water molecules and CdII centres as nodes, the whole architecture can be simplified as a binodal (3,7)‐connected supramolecular framework. The identity of (I) was further characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X‐ray diffraction. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties of (I) were also investigated.  相似文献

In poly[aqua(μ3‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ5O1,O1′:O1:O4,O4′)[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)‐1H‐benzimidazole]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C8H4O4)(C12H9N3)(H2O)]n, (I), each CdII ion is seven‐coordinated by the pyridine N atom from a 2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)benzimidazole (3‐PyBIm) ligand, five O atoms from three benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule. The complex forms an extended two‐dimensional carboxylate layer structure, which is further extended into a three‐dimensional network by hydrogen‐bonding interactions. In catena‐poly[[diaquabis[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)‐1H‐benzimidazole]cobalt(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O1:O4], [Co(C8H4O4)(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n, (II), each CoII ion is six‐coordinated by two pyridine N atoms from two 3‐PyBIm ligands, two O atoms from two 1,4‐bdc ligands and two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules. The complex forms a one‐dimensional chain‐like coordination polymer and is further assembled by hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title coordination polymer, poly[[aqua(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was crystallized from a mixture of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4bpta), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and cadmium nitrate in water–dimethylformamide. The crystal structure consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, with one of the CdII cations possessing a slightly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The second CdII centre is coordinated by carboxylate O atoms and imidazole N atoms from two separate 1,4‐bib ligands, displaying a distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The completely deprotonated bpta4− ligand, exhibiting a new coordination mode, bridges five CdII cations to form one‐dimensional chains viaμ3‐η1212 and μ2‐η1100 modes, and these are further linked by 1,4‐bib ligands to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (42.64)(4.62)(43.65.72) topology. The structure of the coordination polymer is reinforced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylate O atoms, aqua ligands and crystallization water molecules. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties were investigated and the complex might be a candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C10H12N2O8)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one ethylenediaminetetraacetate (edta) tetraanion, one coordinated water molecule and one solvent water molecule. The coordination of one of the Cd atoms, Cd1, is composed of five O atoms and two N atoms from two tetraanionic edta ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The other Cd atom, Cd2, is six‐coordinated by five carboxylate O atoms from five edta ligands and one water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two neighbouring Cd1 atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylate O atoms to form a centrosymmetric [Cd2(edta)2]4− unit located on the inversion centre, which is further extended into a two‐dimensional layered structure through Cd2—O bonds. There are hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and carboxylate O atoms within the layer. The solvent water molecules occupy the space between the layers and interact with the host layers through O—H...O and C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

Two cadmium halide complexes, catena‐poly[[chloridocadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐chlorido‐[chloridocadmium(II)]‐bis[μ2‐4‐(dimethylamino)pyridin‐1‐ium‐1‐acetate]‐κ3O:O,O′;κ3O,O′:O], [CdCl2(C9H12N2O2)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[1‐cyanomethyl‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane [[dichloridocadmium(II)]‐μ‐oxalato‐κ4O1,O2:O1′,O2′] monohydrate], {(C8H15N3)[CdCl2(C2O4)]·H2O}n, (II), were synthesized in aqueous solution. In (I), the CdII cation is octahedrally coordinated by three O atoms from two carboxylate groups and by one terminal and two bridging chloride ligands. Neighbouring CdII cations are linked together by chloride anions and bridging O atoms to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. Hydrogen‐bond interactions are involved in the formation of the two‐dimensional network. In (II), each CdII cation is octahedrally coordinated by four O atoms from two oxalic acid ligands and two terminal Cl ligands. Neighbouring CdII cations are linked together by oxalate groups to form a one‐dimensional anionic chain, and the water molecules and organic cations are connected to this one‐dimensional zigzag chain through hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of new organic lgands is important to the rapid development of coordination polymers (CPs). However, CPs based on asymmetric ligands are still rare, mainly because such ligands are usually expensive and more difficult to synthesize. The new asymmetric ligand 4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]pyridine (IPP) has been used to construct the title one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[[aqua{4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl‐κN3)phenyl]pyridine}cadmium(II)]‐μ‐5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3] monohydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H11N3)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, under hydrothermal reaction of IPP with CdII in the presence of 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid (5‐OH‐H2bdc). The CdII cation is coordinated by two N atoms from two distinct IPP ligands, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐OH‐bdc2− dianionic ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral geometry. The cationic [Cd(IPP)2]2+ nodes are linked by 5‐OH‐bdc2− ligands to generate a one‐dimensional chain. These chains are extended into a two‐dimensional layer structure via O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(C4H10N2)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, the CdII atoms show distorted octahedral coordination. The two carboxylate groups of the dianionic 2‐nitroterephthalate ligand adopt monodentate and 1,2‐bridging modes. The piperazine molecule is in a chair conformation and lies on a crystallographic inversion centre. The CdII atoms are connected via three O atoms from two carboxylate groups and two N atoms from piperazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional macro‐ring layer structure. These layers are further aggregated to form a three‐dimensional structure via rich intra‐ and interlayer hydrogen‐bonding networks. This study illustrates that, by using the labile CdII salt and a combination of 2‐nitroterephthalate and piperazine as ligands, it is possible to generate interesting metal–organic frameworks with rich intra‐ and interlayer O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding networks.  相似文献

In the construction of coordination polymers, many factors can influence the formation of the final architectures, such as the nature of the metal centres, the organic ligands and the counter‐anions. In the coordination polymer poly[aqua(μ‐benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O 1,O 1′:O 2,O 2′)[μ‐2‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N 2:N 3]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C12H12N4)(C8H4O4)(H2O)]n or [Cd(immb)(1,2‐bdic)(H2O)]n , each CdII ion is seven‐coordinated by two N atoms from two symmetry‐related 2‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole (immb) ligands, by four O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdic2−) ligands and by one water molecule, leading to a CdN2O5 distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordination environment. The immb and 1,2‐bdic2− ligands bridge CdII ions and form a two‐dimensional network structure. O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds stabilize the structure. In addition, the IR spectroscopic properties, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric behaviour and fluorescence properties of the title polymer have been investigated.  相似文献

A new three‐dimensional interpenetrated CdII–organic framework based on 3,3′‐azodibenzoic acid [3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoic acid, H2azdc] and the auxiliary flexible ligand 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane (bimb), namely poly[[bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane‐κ2N3:N3′][μ2‐3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoato‐κ2O:O′]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd(C14H8N2O4)(C10H14N2)2]·H2O}n, (1), was obtained by a typical solution reaction in mixed solvents (water and N,N′‐dimethylformamide). Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms of bis‐monodentate bridging carboxylate groups from two azdc2− ligands and by four N atoms from four bimb ligands, forming an octahedral coordination environment. The CdII ions are connected by the bimb ligands, resulting in two‐dimensional (4,4) layers, which are further pillared by the azdc2− ligands, affording a threefold interpenetrated three‐dimensional α‐Po topological framework with the Schläfli symbol 41263. The thermal stability and solid‐state fluorescence properties of (1) have been investigated.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric complex [Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)(H2O)]n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid ligand (H2SDBA), one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and one water molecule. Each CdII centre is coordinated by two N atoms from the chelating TMPHEN ligand, three O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of three different SDBA2− ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule, giving a distorted CdN2O4 octahedral geometry. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on Cd2O2 clusters, with a Cd...Cd separation of 3.6889 (4) Å. These chains are linked by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. The framework is reinforced by π–π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献
