In the crystal structures of the title compounds, C11H9FN2O, (I), and C13H12FNO4, (II), the molecules are joined pairwise via different hydrogen bonds and the constituent pairs are crosslinked by weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The basic structural motif in (I), which is partially disordered, comprises pairs of molecules arranged in an antiparallel fashion which enables C—H...N[triple‐bond]C interactions. The pairs of molecules are crosslinked by two weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The constituent pair in (II) is formed by intramolecular bifurcated C—H...O/O′ and combined inter‐ and intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In both structures, F atoms form weak C—F...H—C interactions with the H atoms of the two neighbouring methyl groups, the H...F separations being 2.59/2.80 and 2.63/2.71 Å in (I) and (II), respectively. The bond orders in the molecules, estimated using the natural bond orbitals (NBO) formalism, correlate with the changes in bond lengths. Deviations from the ideal molecular geometry are explained by the concept of non‐equivalent hybrid orbitals. The existence of possible conformers of (I) and (II) is analysed by molecular calculations at the B3LYP/6–31+G** level of theory.  相似文献

The molecular dimensions of both 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H12N4O, (I), and 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)‐5‐nitropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H11N5O3, (II), are consistent with considerable polarization of the molecular–electronic structures. The molecules of (I) are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a combination of one N—H...N hydrogen bond, two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The molecules of (II) are linked into ribbons containing three types of edge‐fused ring by the combination of two independent three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecules of 3‐amino‐4‐anilino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C15H12N2O2, (I), and 3‐amino‐4‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C16H14N2O2, (II), adopt very similar conformations, with the substituted amino group PhNR, where R = H in (I) and R = Me in (II), almost orthogonal to the adjacent heterocyclic ring. The molecules of (I) are linked into cyclic centrosymmetric dimers by pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, while those of (II) are linked into complex sheets by a combination of one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond, one two‐centre C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In dibenzylammonium hydrogen maleate [or dibenzylammonium (2Z)‐3‐carboxyprop‐2‐enoate], C14H16N+·C4H3O4, (I), the anion contains a fairly short and nearly linear O—H...O hydrogen bond, with an O...·O distance of 2.4603 (16) Å, but with the H atom clearly offset from the mid‐point of the O...O vector. The counter‐ions in (I) are linked by two N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form C22(6) chains and these chains are weakly linked into sheets by a C—H...O hydrogen bond. Bis(dibenzylamino)methane, C29H30N2, (II), crystallizes with two independent molecules lying across twofold rotation axes in the space group C2/c, and the molecules are conformationally chiral; there are no direction‐specific intermolecular interactions in the crystal structure of (II).  相似文献

In bis(2‐carboxypyridinium) hexafluorosilicate, 2C6H6NO2+·SiF62−, (I), and bis(2‐carboxyquinolinium) hexafluorosilicate dihydrate, 2C10H8NO2+·SiF62−·2H2O, (II), the Si atoms of the anions reside on crystallographic centres of inversion. Primary inter‐ion interactions in (I) occur via strong N—H...F and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, generating corrugated layers incorporating [SiF6]2− anions as four‐connected net nodes and organic cations as simple links in between. In (II), a set of strong N—H...F, O—H...O and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, involving water molecules, gives a three‐dimensional heterocoordinated rutile‐like framework that integrates [SiF6]2− anions as six‐connected and water molecules as three‐connected nodes. The carboxyl groups of the cation are hydrogen bonded to the water molecule [O...O = 2.5533 (13) Å], while the N—H group supports direct bonding to the anion [N...F = 2.7061 (12) Å].  相似文献

In the title compounds, C10H8N2O2, (I), and C12H12N2O2, (II), the two carbonyl groups are oriented with torsion angles of −149.3 (3) and −88.55 (15)°, respectively. The single‐bond distances linking the two carbonyl groups are 1.528 (4) and 1.5298 (17) Å, respectively. In (I), the molecules are linked by an elaborate system of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, which form adjacent R22(8) and R42(8) ring motifs to generate a ladder‐like construct. Adjacent ladders are further linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds to build a three‐dimensional network. The hydrogen bonding in (II) is far simpler, consisting of helical chains of N—H...O‐linked molecules that follow the 21 screw of the b axis. It is the presence of an elaborate hydrogen‐bonding system in the crystal structure of (I) that leads to the different torsion angle for the orientation of the two adjacent carbonyl groups from that in (II).  相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks.  相似文献

Two closely related oximes, namely 1‐chloroacetyl‐3‐ethyl‐2,6‐diphenylpiperidin‐4‐one oxime, C21H23ClN2O2, (I), and 1‐chloroacetyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐3‐(propan‐2‐yl)piperidin‐4‐one oxime, C22H25ClN2O2, (II), despite their identical sets of hydrogen‐bond donors and acceptors, display basically different hydrogen‐bonding patterns in their crystal structures. While the molecules of (I) are organized into typical centrosymmetric dimers, created by oxime–oxime O—H...N hydrogen bonds, in the structure of (II) there are infinite chains of molecules connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds, in which the carbonyl O atom from the chloroacetyl group acts as the hydrogen‐bond acceptor. Despite the differences in the hydrogen‐bond schemes, the –OH groups are always in typical anti positions (C—N—O—H torsion angles of ca 180°). The oxime group in (I) is disordered, with the hydroxy groups occupying two distinct positions and C—C—N—O torsion angles of approximately 0 and 180° for the two alternatives. This disorder, even though the site‐occupancy factor of the less occupied position is as low as ca 0.06, is also observed at lower temperatures, which seems to favour the statistical and not the dynamic nature of this phenomenon.  相似文献

Cocrystallization of imidazole or 4‐methylimidazole with 2,2′‐dithiodibenzoic acid from methanol solution yields the title 2:1 and 1:1 organic salts, 2C3H5N2+·C14H10O4S22−, (I), and C4H7N2+·C14H10O4S2, (II), respectively. Compound (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with the mid‐point of the S—S bond lying on a twofold axis. The component ions in (I) are linked by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional network, which is further linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network. In contrast, by means of N—H...O, N—H...S and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, the component ions in (II) are linked into a tape and adjacent tapes are further linked by π–π, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions, resulting in a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In methyl 4‐(4‐chloroanilino)‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C14H11ClN2O4, (I), there is an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond and the intramolecular distances provide evidence for electronic polarization of the o‐quinonoid type. The molecules are linked into sheets built from N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, together with an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The molecules of methyl 1‐benzyl‐2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole‐5‐carboxylate, C22H17ClN2O2, (II), are also linked into sheets, this time by a combination of C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In the molecules of both methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxo‐5‐phenyloctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H24N4O4, (I), and methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxooctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H23ClN4O4, (II), the two rings of the pyrrolopyrrole fragment are both nonplanar, with conformations close to half‐chair forms. The overall conformations of the molecules of (I) and (II) are very similar, apart from the orientation of the ester function. The molecules of (I) are linked into sheets by a combination of an N—H...π(pyrrole) hydrogen bond and three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules of (II) are also linked into sheets, which are generated by a combination of an N—H...N hydrogen bond and two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, weakly augmented by a C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond.  相似文献

Covalent bond tables are used to generate hydrogen‐bond pattern designator symbols for the crystallographically characterized title compounds. 2‐(Pyrazol‐1‐yl)ethylammonium chloride, C5H10N3+·Cl, (I), has three unique, strong, charge‐assisted hydrogen bonds of the types N—H...Cl and N—H...N that form unary through ternary levels of graph‐set interactions. Diaquadichloridobis(2‐hydroxyethylammonium)cobalt(II) dichloride, [CoCl2(C2H8NO)2(H2O)2]Cl2, (II), forms five unique charge‐assisted hydrogen bonds of the types O—H...Cl and N—H...Cl. These form graph‐set patterns up to the quinary level. The Co complex in (II) resides at a crystallographic inversion center; thus the number of hydrogen bonds to consider doubles due to their G‐equivalence, and the handling of such a case is demonstrated.  相似文献

N,N′‐Diethyl‐4‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐diamine, C10H15N3O2, (I), crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, both of which are nearly planar. The molecules differ in the conformation of the ethylamine group trans to the nitro group. Both molecules contain intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the adjacent amine and nitro groups and are linked into one‐dimensional chains by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The chains are organized in layers parallel to (101) with separations of ca 3.4 Å between adjacent sheets. The packing is quite different from what was observed in isomeric 1,3‐bis(ethylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene. 2,6‐Bis(ethylamino)‐3‐nitrobenzonitrile, C11H14N4O2, (II), differs from (I) only in the presence of the nitrile functionality between the two ethylamine groups. Compound (II) crystallizes with one unique molecule in the asymmetric unit. In contrast with (I), one of the ethylamine groups, which is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.75 and 0.25, is positioned so that the methyl group is directed out of the plane of the ring by approximately 85°. This ethylamine group forms an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond with the adjacent nitro group. The packing in (II) is very different from that in (I). Molecules of (II) are linked by both intermolecular amine–nitro N—H...O and amine–nitrile N—H...N hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network in the (10) plane. Alternating molecules are approximately orthogonal to one another, indicating that π–π interactions are not a significant factor in the packing. Bis(4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrophenyl) sulfone, C16H18N4O6S, (III), contains the same ortho nitro/ethylamine pairing as in (I), with the position para to the nitro group occupied by the sulfone instead of a second ethylamine group. Each 4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrobenzene moiety is nearly planar and contains the typical intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond. Due to the tetrahedral geometry about the S atom, the molecules of (III) adopt an overall V shape. There are no intermolecular amine–nitro hydrogen bonds. Rather, each amine H atom has a long (H...O ca 2.8 Å) interaction with one of the sulfone O atoms. Molecules of (III) are thus linked by amine–sulfone N—H...O hydrogen bonds into zigzag double chains running along [001]. Taken together, these structures demonstrate that small changes in the functionalization of ethylamine–nitroarenes cause significant differences in the intermolecular interactions and packing.  相似文献

The scandium(III) cations in the structures of pentaaqua(biuret‐κ2O,O′)scandium(III) trichloride monohydrate, [Sc(C2H5N3O2)(H2O)5]Cl3·H2O, (I), and tetrakis(biuret‐κ2O,O′)scandium(III) trinitrate, [Sc(C2H5N3O2)4](NO3)3, (II), are found to adopt very different coordinations with the same biuret ligand. The roles of hydrogen bonding and the counter‐ion in the establishment of the structures are described. In (I), the Sc3+ cation adopts a fairly regular pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry arising from one O,O′‐bidentate biuret molecule and five water molecules. A dense network of N—H...Cl, O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds help to establish the packing, resulting in dimeric associations of two cations and two water molecules. In (II), the Sc3+ cation (site symmetry 2) adopts a slightly squashed square‐antiprismatic geometry arising from four O,O′‐bidentate biuret molecules. A network of N—H...O hydrogen bonds help to establish the packing, which features [010] chains of cations. One of the nitrate ions is disordered about an inversion centre. Both structures form three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond networks.  相似文献

In the benzene and phenol solvates of (S)‐4‐{3‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]‐1H‐indol‐5‐ylmethyl}oxazolidin‐2‐one, viz. C16H21N3O2·C6H6, (I), and C16H21N3O2·C6H5OH, (II), the host molecule has three linked residues, namely a planar indole ring system, an ethylamine side chain and an oxazolidinone system. It has comparable features to that of sumatriptan, although the side‐chain orientations of (I) and (II) differ from those of sumatriptan. Both (I) and (II) have host–guest‐type structures. The host molecule in (I) and (II) has an L‐shaped form, with the oxazolidinone ring occupying the base and the remainder of the molecule forming the upright section. In (I), each benzene guest molecule is surrounded by four host molecules, and these molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...N, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R44(33) rings. In (II), two independent molecules are present in the asymmetric unit, with similar conformations. The heterocyclic components are connected through N—H...N, N—H...O and C—H...O interactions to form chains of edge‐fused R64(38) rings, from which the phenol guest molecules are pendent, linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The structures are further stabilized by extensive C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compounds with terminal N‐heterocyclic carbenes, namely octacarbonyl(imidazolidinylidene‐κC2)di‐μ3‐sulfido‐triiron(II)(2 FeFe), [Fe3(C3H6N2)(μ3‐S)2(CO)8], (I), and octacarbonyl(1‐methylimidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐3‐ylidene‐κC3)di‐μ3‐sulfido‐triiron(II)(2 FeFe), [Fe3(C8H8N2)(μ3‐S)2(CO)8], (II), have been synthesized. Each compound contains two Fe—Fe bonds and two S atoms above and below a triiron triangle. One of the eight carbonyl ligands deviates significantly from linearity. In (I), dimers generated by an N—H...S hydrogen bond are linked into [001] double chains by a second N—H...S hydrogen bond. These chains are packed by a C—H...O hydrogen bond to yield [101] sheets. In (II), dimers generated by an N—H...S hydrogen bond are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form [111] double chains.  相似文献

Three new metal(II)–cytosine (Cy)/5‐fluorocytosine (5FC) complexes, namely bis(4‐amino‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)diiodidocadmium(II) or bis(cytosine)diiodidocadmium(II), [CdI2(C4H5N3O)2], ( I ), bis(4‐amino‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)bis(nitrato‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II) or bis(cytosine)bis(nitrato)cadmium(II), [Cd(NO3)2(C4H5N3O)2], ( II ), and (6‐amino‐5‐fluoro‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)aquadibromidozinc(II)–6‐amino‐5‐fluoro‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one (1/1) or (6‐amino‐5‐fluorocytosine)aquadibromidozinc(II)–4‐amino‐5‐fluorocytosine (1/1), [ZnBr2(C4H5FN3O)(H2O)]·C4H5FN3O, ( III ), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex ( I ), the CdII ion is coordinated to two iodide ions and the endocyclic N atoms of the two cytosine molecules, leading to a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The structure is isotypic with [CdBr2(C4H5N3O)2] [Muthiah et al. (2001). Acta Cryst. E 57 , m558–m560]. In compound ( II ), each of the two cytosine molecules coordinates to the CdII ion in a bidentate chelating mode via the endocyclic N atom and the O atom. Each of the two nitrate ions also coordinates in a bidentate chelating mode, forming a bicapped distorted octahedral geometry around cadmium. The typical interligand N—H…O hydrogen bond involving two cytosine molecules is also present. In compound ( III ), one zinc‐coordinated 5FC ligand is cocrystallized with another uncoordinated 5FC molecule. The ZnII atom coordinates to the N(1) atom (systematic numbering) of 5FC, displacing the proton to the N(3) position. This N(3)—H tautomer of 5FC mimics N(3)‐protonated cytosine in forming a base pair (via three hydrogen bonds) with 5FC in the lattice, generating two fused R22(8) motifs. The distorted tetrahedral geometry around zinc is completed by two bromide ions and a water molecule. The coordinated and nonccordinated 5FCs are stacked over one another along the a‐axis direction, forming the rungs of a ladder motif, whereas Zn—Br bonds and N—H…Br hydrogen bonds form the rails of the ladder. The coordinated water molecules bridge the two types of 5FC molecules via O—H…O hydrogen bonds. The cytosine molecules are coordinated directly to the metal ion in each of the complexes and are hydrogen bonded to the bromide, iodide or nitrate ions. In compound ( III ), the uncoordinated 5FC molecule pairs with the coordinated 5FC ligand through three hydrogen bonds. The crystal structures are further stabilized by N—H…O, N—H…N, O—H…O, N—H…I and N—H…Br hydrogen bonds, and stacking interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two salts, products of the reactions between [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]bis(phosphonic acid) and 4‐aminopyridine or ammonia, namely bis(4‐aminopyridinium) hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridinio)aminomethylene]diphosphonate 2.4‐hydrate, 2C5H7N2+·C7H10N2O6P22−·2.4H2O, (I), and triammonium hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]diphosphonate monohydrate, 3NH4+·C7H9N2O6P23−·H2O, (II), have been determined. In (I), the Z configuration of the ring N—C and amino N—H bonds of the bisphosphonate dianion with respect to the Cring—Namino bond is consistent with that of the parent zwitterion. Removing the H atom from the pyridyl N atom results in the opposite E configuration of the bisphosphonate trianion in (II). Compound (I) exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network, in which 4‐aminopyridinium cations and water molecules are joined to ribbons composed of anionic dimers linked by O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The supramolecular motif resulting from a combination of these three interactions is a common phenomenon in crystals of all of the Z‐isomeric zwitterions of 4‐ and 5‐substituted (2‐pyridylaminomethylene)bis(phosphonic acid)s studied to date. In (II), ammonium cations and water molecules are linked to chains of trianions, resulting in the formation of double layers.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

The structures of the 1:1 hydrated proton‐transfer compounds of isonipecotamide (piperidine‐4‐carboxamide) with oxalic acid, 4‐carbamoylpiperidinium hydrogen oxalate dihydrate, C6H13N2O+·C2HO4·2H2O, (I), and with adipic acid, bis(4‐carbamoylpiperidinium) adipate dihydrate, 2C6H13N2O+·C6H8O42−·2H2O, (II), are three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded constructs involving several different types of enlarged water‐bridged cyclic associations. In the structure of (I), the oxalate monoanions give head‐to‐tail carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming C(5) chain substructures which extend along a. The isonipecotamide cations also give parallel chain substructures through amide N—H...O hydrogen bonds, the chains being linked across b and down c by alternating water bridges involving both carboxyl and amide O‐atom acceptors and amide and piperidinium N—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds, generating cyclic R43(10) and R32(11) motifs. In the structure of (II), the asymmetric unit comprises a piperidinium cation, half an adipate dianion, which lies across a crystallographic inversion centre, and a solvent water molecule. In the crystal structure, the two inversion‐related cations are interlinked through the two water molecules, which act as acceptors in dual amide N—H...Owater hydrogen bonds, to give a cyclic R42(8) association which is conjoined with an R44(12) motif. Further N—H...Owater, water O—H...Oamide and piperidinium N—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds give the overall three‐dimensional structure. The structures reported here further demonstrate the utility of the isonipecotamide cation as a synthon for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded structures. The presence of solvent water molecules in these structures is largely responsible for the non‐occurrence of the common hydrogen‐bonded amide–amide dimer, promoting instead various expanded cyclic hydrogen‐bonding motifs.  相似文献
