In N‐(3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐chloro‐N‐(4‐chlorobenzyl)acetamide, C22H23Cl2N3O, a combination of one C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, which utilize different aryl rings as the acceptors, link the molecules into sheets. The molecules of S‐[N‐(3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl)‐N‐(4‐methylbenzyl)carbamoyl]methyl O‐ethyl carbonodithioate, C26H31N3O2S2, are also linked into sheets, now by a combination of two C—H...O hydrogen bonds, both of which utilize the amide O atom as the acceptor, and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, which utilize different aryl groups as the acceptors.  相似文献

The dimers are then linked into C(9)C(14) chains by a C—H...S hydrogen bond and a C—H...Cl contact. The molecular dimensions of both 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H12N4O, (I), and 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)‐5‐nitropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H11N5O3, (II), are consistent with considerable polarization of the molecular–electronic structures. The molecules of (I) are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a combination of one N—H...N hydrogen bond, two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The molecules of (II) are linked into ribbons containing three types of edge‐fused ring by the combination of two independent three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecules of 3‐amino‐4‐anilino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C15H12N2O2, (I), and 3‐amino‐4‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C16H14N2O2, (II), adopt very similar conformations, with the substituted amino group PhNR, where R = H in (I) and R = Me in (II), almost orthogonal to the adjacent heterocyclic ring. Molecules of 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐methylbenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C21H25N3, (II), are linked into hydrogen‐bonded dimers by a combination of N—H...π(arene) and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, while those of 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐chlorobenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C20H22ClN3, (IV), form hydrogen‐bonded chains of rings which are themselves linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. Simple hydrogen‐bonded chains built from a single N—H...O hydrogen bond are formed in 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐nitrobenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C20H22N4O2, (VI), while in 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C23H29N3O3, (VII), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, pairs of molecules are linked into two independent centrosymmetric dimers, one generated by a three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond and the other by a two‐centre N—H...O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new chiral complex (1R,2R)‐1,2‐di­phenyl‐1,2‐bis(8‐quinoline­sulfonyl­amino)‐ ethyl­enedi­amine–acetone (1/1), C32H26N4O4S2.C3H6O, is reported. The conformation of the C32H26N4O4S2 (BQSDA) mol­ecule is determined by a bifurcated N—H?N hydrogen‐bond system. Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound, {[Ni(C9H4O6)(C14H14N4)]·0.41H2O}n, exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular framework. The NiII cation is six‐coordinated in a distorted triangular prism defined by two N atoms from two 1,3‐bis(imidazol‐l‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligands and four O atoms from two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (HBTC) dianions. The bix molecules and HBTC dianions both act as bidentate ligands, linking the NiII cations to form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. A two‐dimensional wave‐like net is constructed by O—H...O hydrogen bonds linking adjacent chains. Partially occupied solvent water molecules fill the cavities and link these layers to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound was also characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C9H8O3S, (I), and C13H11NO5S, (II), were determined by X‐ray powder diffraction. Both were solved using the direct‐space parallel tempering algorithm and refined using the Rietveld method. In (I), the C—S—C bond angle is slightly smaller than normal, indicating more p character in the bonding orbitals of the S atom. The carboxylic acid group joins across an inversion centre to form a dimer. The crystal packing includes a weak C—H...O hydrogen bond between an aromatic C—H group and a carboxylic acid O atom to form a two‐dimensional network parallel to (10). The C—S—C bond angle in (II) is larger than its counterpart in (I), indicating that the S atom of (II) has less p character in its bonding orbitals than that of (I), according to Bent's rule. The crystal structure of (II) includes weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the H atoms of the methylene groups and carbonyl O atoms, forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The structure of the title benzovesamicol analogue, C21H27N3O2, an important compound for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, has been determined by X‐ray powder diffraction. The title compound was firstly synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT–IR, and 13C and 1H NMR). The compound is a racemic mixture of enantiomers which crystallizes in the monoclinic system in a centrosymmetric space group (P21/c). Crystallography, in particular powder X‐ray diffraction, was pivotal in revealing that the enantio‐resolution did not succeed. The piperazine ring is in a chair conformation, while the cyclohexene ring assumes a half‐chair conformation. The crystal packing is dominated by intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonding which links molecules along the c direction.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H2N2O4)(C12H9N3)2]·H2O, the MnII centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 6‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate (or uracil‐5‐carboxylate, Huca2−) ligand [Mn—O = 2.136 (2) and 2.156 (3) Å] and two 2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (Hpybim) ligands [Mn—N = 2.213 (3)–2.331 (3) Å], and it displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 73.05 (10) to 105.77 (10)°. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds both between the Hpybim and the Huca2− ligands and between the Huca2− ligands link the molecules into infinite chains. The lattice water molecule acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to form double O...H—O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the Huca2− O atoms, crosslinking the chains to afford an infinite two‐dimensional sheet; a third hydrogen bond (N—H...O) formed by the water molecule as a hydrogen‐bond acceptor and a Hpybim N atom further links these sheets to yield a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. Possible partial π–π stacking interactions involving the Hpybim rings are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title structures, both C10H10N4O, are substitutional isomers. The N—N bond lengths are longer and the C=N bond lengths are shorter by ca 0.025 Å than the respective average values in the C=N—N=C group of asymmetric triazines; the assessed respective bond orders are 1.3 and 1.7. There are N—H⋯O and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds in both structures, with 4‐­amino‐3‐methyl‐6‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazin‐5(4H)‐one containing a rare bifurcated N—H⋯N,N hydrogen bond. An efficient synthesis of 1‐arylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐ones, involving the diazotization of 3‐amino‐4‐arylamino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐ones in weakly acidic solution, has been developed and the spectroscopic characterization and crystal structures of four examples are reported. The molecules of 1‐phenylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H9N3O2, (I), are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, while the structures of 1‐(2‐methylphenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C16H11N3O2, (II), and 1‐(3‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H8ClN3O2, (III), each contain just one hydrogen bond which links the molecules into simple chains, which are further linked into sheets by π‐stacking interactions in (II) but not in (III). In the structure of 1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, (IV), isomeric with (III), a combination of C—H…O and C—H…π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into sheets. When compound (II) was exposed to a strong acid in methanol, quantitative conversion occurred to give the ring‐opened transesterification product methyl 2‐[4‐hydroxy‐1‐(2‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐5‐yl]benzoate, C17H15N3O3, (V), where the molecules are linked by paired O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献

The 1,5‐benzodiazepine ring system exhibits a puckered boat‐like conformation for all four title compounds [4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C21H18N2O, (I), 2‐(2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (II), 2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (III), and 2‐(2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (IV)]. The stereochemical correlation of the two C6 aromatic groups with respect to the benzodiazepine ring system is pseudo‐equatorial–equatorial for compounds (I) (the phenyl group), (II) (the 2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl group) and (III) (the 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl group), while for (IV) (the 2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl group) the system is pseudo‐axial–equatorial. An intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl OH group and a benzodiazepine N atom is present for all four compounds and defines a six‐membered ring, whose geometry is constant across the series. Although the molecular structures are similar, the supramolecular packing is different; compounds (I) and (IV) form chains, while (II) forms dimeric units and (III) displays a layered structure. The packing seems to depend on at least two factors: (i) the nature of the atoms defining the hydrogen bond and (ii) the number of intermolecular interactions of the types O—H...O, N—H...O, N—H...π(arene) or C—H...π(arene).  相似文献

Two mononuclear copper complexes, {bis[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl‐κN2)methyl]amine‐κN}(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐κN2)(perchlorato‐κO)copper(II) perchlorate, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H8N2)(C12H19N5)]ClO4, (I), and {bis[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl‐κN2)methyl]amine‐κN}bis(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐κN2)copper(II) bis(hexafluoridophosphate), [Cu(C5H8N2)2(C12H19N5)](PF6)2, (II), have been synthesized by the reactions of different copper salts with the tripodal ligand tris[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methyl]amine (TDPA) in acetone–water solutions at room temperature. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that they contain the new tridentate ligand bis[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methyl]amine (BDPA), which cannot be obtained by normal organic reactions and has thus been captured in the solid state by in situ synthesis. The coordination of the CuII ion is distorted square pyramidal in (I) and distorted trigonal bipyramidal in (II). The new in situ generated tridentate BDPA ligand can act as a meridional or facial ligand during the process of coordination. The crystal structures of these two compounds are stabilized by classical hydrogen bonding as well as intricate nonclassical hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C15H14N2O3, is the first example of a structurally determined tertiary amine with both N‐5‐nitro­furfuryl and N‐prop‐2‐ynyl moieties. The mol­ecule is not planar, i.e. the furan ring is inclined at an angle of 84.35 (4)° to the phenyl ring. The crystal structure is dominated by van der Waals forces. The structure of the title compound, C14H19N2+·C9H3Cl6O4?·H2O, consists of singly ionized 1,4,5,6,7,7‐hexachlorobicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐5‐ene‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid anions and protonated 1,8‐bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene cations. In the (8‐dimethylamino‐1‐napthyl)dimethylammonium cat­ion, a strong disordered intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed with N?N = 2.589 (3) Å. The geometry and occupancy obtained in the final restrained refinement suggest that the disordered hydrogen bond may be asymmetric. Water mol­ecules link the anion dimers into infinite chains via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
