The square-planar complex trans-[PtCl2L2] (L = 5-diphenylphosphinyl-25,26,27,28-tetrabenzyloxy-calix[4]arene) was prepared in two steps from [PtCl2(cod)] (cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) and the corresponding phosphine. In the solid state, the calixarene moieties adopt a typical pinched cone conformation; they are both turned towards the Cl–Pt–Cl rod, thereby forming a capsule that hosts the platinum centre.  相似文献

The abnormally bound, anionic NHC–borane complex [Ru(IDipp‐BF3)(p‐cymene)Cl]2 ( 4 ; IDipp‐BF3=1,3‐(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2‐2‐BF3(C3HN2)‐4‐yl) was synthesized by transmetalation from Li[(IDipp‐BF3)2Ag]. Addition of donors gave species of the form [Ru(IDipp‐BF3)(p‐cymene)(L)Cl], whereas halide abstraction with Ag(Et2O)[B(C6F5)4] gave C?H activation of the methine position of the IDipp?BF3 ligand.  相似文献

Hydrocarbon‐bridged Metal Complexes. L Dicarbonyl Cyclopentadienyl Pyridoyl Iron Complexes as Ligands Dicarbonyl‐cyclopentadienyl‐2‐ and 3‐pyridoyl‐iron (L1, L2) and 2,6‐dicarbonyl‐pyridine‐bis(dicarbonyl‐cyclopentadienyl‐iron) (L3) function as ligands in metal complexes and the N,O‐chelates [(OC)4M(L1)] (M = Mo, W, 8 a, b ) and [(Ph3P)2Cu(L1)]+BF4 ( 9 ) were prepared. Monodentate coordination of L1 and L2 through the pyridine N‐atom occurs in the palladium(II) complexes [Cl2Pd(PnBu3)(L1)] ( 10 ), [Cl2Pd(PnBu3)(L2)] ( 11 ) and [Cl2Pd(L2)2] ( 12 ). Ligand L3 forms the O,N,O‐bis(chelate) [Cl2Zn(L3)] ( 13 ). The crystal and molecular structures of L1, 8 b (M = W), 9–11 and 13 were determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

In the presence of excess NaOH, reaction of Cu(OAc)2·H2O with equimolar ammonium calix[4]arene [H4L]I4 ( 1 , H4L = [5,11,17,23‐tetrakis(trimethylammonium)‐25,26,27,28‐tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene]) resulted in the formation of a mononuclear cationic Cu(II) complex [Cu(II)L(H2O)]I2 ( 2 ) in 43% yield. Complex 2 was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (IR), and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The Cu(II) atom in 2 is coordinated by four oxygen atoms of one L4? ligand and one O atom from one water molecule, forming a square pyramidal geometry. Complex 2 exhibited high catalytic activity in the oxidative polymerization of 2,6‐dimethylphenol using O2 as oxidizing agent in water under mild conditions. The selective polymerization produced poly(2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐phenylene oxide) in high yields with almost no diphenoquinone. The influence of the polymerization temperature, the time interval, the molar ratio of 2,6‐dimethylphenol/ 2 , the concentrations of sodium hydroxide, and sodium n‐dodecyl sulfate were examined. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ferrocene‐amide‐functionalized 1,8‐naphthyridine (NP) based ligands {[(5,7‐dimethyl‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐2‐yl)amino]carbonyl}ferrocene (L1H) and {[(3‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐2‐yl)amino]carbonyl}ferrocene (L2H) have been synthesized. Room‐temperature treatment of both the ligands with Rh2(CH3COO)4 produced [Rh2(CH3COO)3(L1)] ( 1 ) and [Rh2(CH3COO)3(L2)] ( 2 ) as neutral complexes in which the ligands were deprotonated and bound in a tridentate fashion. The steric effect of the ortho‐methyl group in L1H and the inertness of the bridging carboxylate groups prevented the incorporation of the second ligand on the {RhII–RhII} unit. The use of the more labile Rh2(CF3COO)4 salt with L1H produced a cis bis‐adduct [Rh2(CF3COO)4(L1H)2] ( 3 ), whereas L2H resulted in a trans bis‐adduct [Rh2(CF3COO)3(L2)(L2H)] ( 4 ). Ligand L1H exhibits chelate binding in 3 and L2H forms a bridge‐chelate mode in 4 . Hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amide hydrogen and carboxylate oxygen atoms play an important role in the formation of these complexes. In the absence of this hydrogen‐bonding interaction, both ligands bind axially as evident from the X‐ray structure of [Rh2(CH3COO)2(CH3CN)4(L2H)2](BF4)2 ( 6 ). However, the axial ligands reorganize at reflux into a bridge‐chelate coordination mode and produce [Rh2(CH3COO)2(CH3CN)2(L1H)](BF4)2 ( 5 ) and [Rh2(CH3COO)2(L2H)2](BF4)2 ( 7 ). Judicious selection of the dirhodium(II) precursors, choice of ligand, and adaptation of the correct reaction conditions affords 7 , which features hemilabile amide side arms that occupy sites trans to the Rh–Rh bond. Consequently, this compound exhibits higher catalytic activity for carbene insertion to the C?H bond of substituted indoles by using appropriate diazo compounds, whereas other compounds are far less reactive. Thus, this work demonstrates the utility of steric crowding, hemilability, and hydrogen‐bonding functionalities to govern the structure and catalytic efficacyof dirhodium(II,II) compounds.  相似文献

The novel title ruthenium(II) complex, [RuCl(C10H14)(C10H10N3OS)], was synthesized from the reaction of 1,2,4‐triazepine, a new class of bidentate ligands, with [Ru(p‐cymene)Cl2]2. The 1,2,4‐triazepine ligand is coordinated to the metal centre through the N‐4 and S atoms, forming a four‐membered chelate ring. This is the first structural example of a transition metal complex containing a 1,2,4‐triazepine ligand.  相似文献

A new class of half‐sandwich (η6p‐cymene) ruthenium(II) complexes supported by 2‐aminofluorene derivatives [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L)] ( L  = 2‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)phenol ( L 1 ), 2‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)‐3‐methoxyphenol ( L 2 ), 1‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)naphthalene‐2‐ol ( L 3 ) and N‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐9H‐fluorene‐2‐amine ( L 4 )) were synthesized. All compounds were fully characterized by analytical and spectroscopic techniques (IR, UV–Vis, NMR) and also by mass spectrometry. The solid state molecular structures of the complexes [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L2)], [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L3)] and [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L4)] revealed that the 2‐aminofluorene and p‐cymene moieties coordinate to ruthenium(II) in a three‐legged piano‐stool geometry. The synthesized complexes were used as catalysts for the dehydrogenative coupling of benzyl alcohol with a range of amines (aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic). The reactions were carried out under thermal heating, ultrasound and microwave assistance, using solvent or solvent free conditions, and the catalytic performance was optimized regarding the solvent, the type of base, the catalyst loading and the temperature. Moderately high to very high isolated yields were obtained using [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L4)] at 1 mol%. In general, microwave irradiation produced better yields than the other two techniques irrespective of the nature of the substituents.  相似文献

Two heterobimetallic Zn‐Nd phenylene‐bridged Schiff‐base ligands complexes [ZnNd L1 (Py)(NO3)3] ( 1 ) and [Zn L2 Nd(Py)(NO3)3]·MeCN ( 2 ) (Py = pyridine, H2L1 = N,N′‐bis‐ (3‐methoxy‐salicylidene)phenylene‐1,2‐diamine, H2L2 = N,N′‐bis‐5‐bromo‐3‐methoxy‐salicylidene)phenylene‐1,2‐diamine) were obtained. Both 1 and 2 were structurally characterized by X‐ray crystallography, and their near‐infrared (NIR) luminescent properties were determined. For the two complexes, the occupation of pyridine at the axial position of 3d Zn2+ ions could effectively prevent luminescent quenching arising from OH‐, NH‐ or CH oscillators of the solvates around the 4f Nd3+ ions, and the heavy‐atom (Br) effect of the Schiff‐base ligands on their NIR luminescent properties is also discussed.  相似文献

Five conical calix[4]arenes that have a PPh2 group as the sole functional group anchored at their upper rim were assessed in palladium‐catalysed cross‐coupling reactions of phenylboronic acid with aryl halides (dioxane, 100 °C, NaH). With arylbromides, remarkably high activities were obtained with the catalytic systems remaining stable for several days. The performance of the ligands is comparable to a Buchwald‐type triarylphosphane, namely, (2′‐methyl[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐2‐yl)diphenylphosphane, which in contrast to the calixarenyl phosphanes tested may display chelating behaviour in solution. With the fastest ligand, 5‐diphenylphosphanyl‐25,26,27,28‐tetra(p‐methoxy)benzyloxy‐calix[4]arene ( 8 ), the reaction turnover frequency for the arylation of 4‐bromotoluene was 321 000 versus 214 000 mol(ArBr).mol(Pd)?1. h?1 for the reference ligand. The calixarene ligands were also efficient in Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions with aryl chlorides. Thus, by using 1 mol % of [Pd(OAc)2] associated with one of the phosphanes, full conversion of the deactivated arenes 4‐chloroanisole and 4‐chlorotoluene was observed after 16 h. The high performance of the calixarenyl–phosphanes in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling of aryl bromides possibly relies on their ability to stabilise a monoligand [Pd0L(ArBr)] species through supramolecular binding of the Pd‐bound arene inside the calixarene cavity.  相似文献

The salts [(BAC)2PO][BF4] ( 5 ) and [(BAC)2PO2][BF4] ( 4 ) (BAC=bis(diisopropylamino) cyclopropenylidene), consisting of the PO+ and PO2+ cations, respectively, coordinated to the singlet carbenes, have been prepared. Computational investigations reveal that the electronic structure of the PO+ cation is a hybrid between the charge‐localized and charge‐delocalized resonance forms, resulting in ambiphilic reactivity. Compound 5 reacts as a donor with the transition‐metal complex K2PtCl4 to furnish [[(BAC)2PO]2PtCl2][BF4]2 ( 6 ) and KCl. Remarkably, both 5 and 4 have shown to act as electrophiles undergoing reactions with fluoride anion, leading to [OPF2]? and (BAC)PO2F, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of CuI with 1 or 2 equivalent(s) N,N′‐Bis(diphenylphosphino)‐2,6‐diaminopyridine (BDDP) gives two different complexes, [Cu(I)μ‐(BDDP‐κP,Npy)]2 ( 1 ) and [Cu(BDDP‐κP,Npy)2]I ( 2 ), in high yields. The determination of the molecular structure show that both CuI atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated, rather than a square‐planar geometry reported for Cr0, NiII‐BDDP complexes before, which contains a planar tridentate chelate ring system. The introduction of AuCl(tht) (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) into [Cu(BDDP‐κP,Npy)2]I leads unexpectedly to the formation of a digold complex 2,6‐[(ClAuPh2P)HN]2C5H3N and dimeric [Cu(I)μ‐(BDDP‐κP,Npy)]2.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) π‐coordination onto [28]hexaphyrins(1.1.1.1.1.1) has been accomplished. Reactions of bis‐AuIII and mono‐AuIII complexes of hexakis(pentafluorophenyl) [28]hexaphyrin with [RuCl2(p‐cymene)]2 in the presence of NaOAc gave the corresponding π‐ruthenium complexes, in which the [(p‐cymene)Ru]II fragment sat on the deprotonated side pyrrole. A similar reaction of the bis‐PdII [26]hexaphyrin complex afforded a triple‐decker complex, in which the two [(p‐cymene)Ru]II fragments sat on both sides of the center of the [26]hexaphyrin framework.  相似文献

Treatment of a range of bis(thiourea) ligands with inert organometallic transition‐metal ions gives a number of novel complexes that exhibit unusual ligand binding modes and significantly enhanced anion binding ability. The ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(κS,S′,N‐ L3 ?H)]+ ( 2 b ) possesses juxtaposed four‐ and seven‐membered chelate rings and binds anions as both 1:1 and 2:1 host guest complexes. The pyridyl bis(thiourea) complex [Ru(η6p‐cymeme)(κS,S′,Npy‐ L4 )]2+ ( 4 ) binds anions in both 1:1 and 1:2 species, whereas the free ligand is ineffective because of intramolecular NH???N hydrogen bonding. Novel palladium(II) complexes with nine‐ and ten‐membered chelate rings are also reported.  相似文献

1,1′‐[(Ethane‐1,2‐diyldioxy)di‐o‐phenylene]bis(indoline‐2,3‐dione), C32H24N2O6, L or (I), adopts a trans conformation with the two terminal indoline‐2,3‐dione groups located on opposite sides of the central ether bridge, as required by a centre of inversion located at the mid‐point of the ethane C—C bond. However, in the discrete binuclear AgI metallocycle complex salt bis{μ‐1,1′‐[(ethane‐1,2‐diyldioxy)di‐o‐phenylene]bis(indoline‐2,3‐dione)}disilver(I) bis(hexafluoridoantimonate), [Ag2(C32H24N2O6)2][SbF6]2, (II), synthesized by combination of L with AgSbF6, L adopts a gauche conformation to bind AgIvia the two indolinedione O atoms and two C atoms from the phenoxy ring. One dione O atom from the opposite side of the ether bridge completes the irregular coordination environment of each AgI atom. The complex is on a centre of inversion located between the AgI atoms. In the solid state, these binuclear [Ag2L2]2+ metallocycles stack together via intermolecular π–π interactions to generate a one‐dimensional chain motif, with the [SbF6] counter‐ions, which are disordered, located between the chains.  相似文献

The reaction behaviour of 1, 3, 5‐triaza‐2σ3λ3‐phosphorin‐4, 6‐dionyloxy‐substituted calix[4]arenes towards mono‐ and binuclear rhodium and platinum complexes was investigated. Special attention was directed to structure and dynamic behaviour of the products in solution and in the solid state. Depending on the molar ratio of the reactands, the reaction of the tetrakis(triazaphosphorindionyloxy)‐substituted calix[4]arene ( 4 ) and its tert‐butyl‐derivative ( 1 ) with [(cod)RhCl]2 yielded the mono‐ and disubstituted binuclear rhodium complexes 2 , 3 , and 5 . In all cases, a C2‐symmetrical structure was proved in solution, apparently caused by a fast intramolecular exchange process between cone conformation and 1, 3‐alternating conformation. The X‐ray crystal structure determination of 5 confirmed [(calixarene)RhCl]2‐coordination through two opposite phosphorus atoms with a P ⃜P separation of 345 pm. The complex displays crystallographic inversion symmetry, and the Rh2Cl2 core is thus exactly planar. Reaction of 1 and of the bis(triazaphosphorindionyloxy)‐bis(methoxy)‐substituted tert‐butyl‐calix‐[4]arene ( 7 ) with (cod)Rh(acac) in equimolar ratio and subsequent reaction with HBF4 led to the expected cationic monorhodium complexes 5 and 8 , involving 1, 3‐alternating P‐Rh‐P‐coordination. The cone conformation in solution was proved by NMR spectroscopy and characteristic values of the 1J(PRh) coupling constants in the 31P‐NMR‐spectra. Reaction of equimolar amounts of 4 with (cod)Rh(acac) or (nbd)Rh(acac) led, by substitution of the labile coordinated acetylacetonato and after addition of HBF4, to the corresponding mononuclear cationic complexes 9 and 10 . Only two of the four phosphorus atoms in 9 and 10 are coordinated to the central metal atom. Displacement of either cycloocta‐1, 5‐diene or norbornadiene was not observed. For both compounds, the cone conformation was proved by NMR spectroscopy. Reaction of 4 with (cod)PtCl2 led to the PtCl2‐complex ( 11 ). As for all compounds mentioned above, only two phosphorus atoms of the ligand coordinate to platinum, while two phosphorus atoms remain uncoordinated (proved by δ31P and characteristic values of 1J(PPt)). NMR‐spectroscopic evidence was found for the existence of the cone conformation in the cis‐configuration of 11 .  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru(η6p‐cymene)Cl2]2 with two equivalents of [Ph4P][Cl] in CH2Cl2 yields [Ph4P][Ru(η6p‐cymene)Cl3], containing a trichlororuthenate(II) anion. In solution, an equilibrium between the product and [Ru(η6p‐cymene)Cl2]2 is observed, which in CDCl3 is nearly completely shifted to the dimer, whereas in CD2Cl2 essentially a 1:1‐mixture of the two ruthenium species is present. Crystallization from CH2Cl2/pentane yielded two different crystals, which were identified by X‐ray analysis as [Ph4P][Ru(η6p‐cymene)Cl3] and [Ph4P][Ru(η6p‐cymene)Cl3]·CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Multifaceted Coordination Chemistry of Vanadium(V): Substitution, Rearrangement Reactions, and Condensation Reactions of Oxovanadium(V) Complexes of the Tripodal Oxygen Ligand LOMe? = [η5‐(C5H5)Co{P(OMe)2(O)}3]? The octahedral oxovanadium(V) complex [V(O)F2LOMe] of the tripodal oxygen ligand LOMe? = [η5‐(C5H5)Co{P(OMe)2(O)}3]? reacts with alcohols and phenol with substitution of one fluoride ligand to form alkoxo complexes [V(O)F(OR)LOMe], R = Me, Et, i‐Prop, Ph. In the presence of water, however, both fluoride ions are substituted and a complex with the composition VO2LOMe can be isolated. The crystal structure shows that the oxo‐bridged trimer [{V(O)(LOMe)O}3] was synthesized. In the presence of BF3 the fluoride ligand in the alkoxo‐complex [V(O)F(OEt)LOMe] can be exchanged for pyridine to yield [V(O)(OEt)pyLOMe]BF4. Analogous attempts to exchange the fluoride ligand for tetrahydrofuran and acetonitrile induces a rearrangement reaction that leads to the vanadium complex [V(O)(LOMe)2]BF4. The crystal structure of this compound has been determined. Its 1H and 31P‐NMR spectra show that it is a highly fluxional vanadium complex at ambient temperature in solution. The two tripodal ligands LOMe? coordinate the vanadium centre as bidentate or tridentate ligands. The exchange bidentate/tridentate becomes slow on the NMR time scale below about 200 K.  相似文献

In (η6p‐cymene)(difluorophosphinato‐κO){2‐[(1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methyl‐κN2]pyridine‐κN}ruthenium(II) 0.85‐hexafluorophosphate 0.15‐tetrafluoroborate, [Ru(PO2F2)(C10H14)(C9H9N3)](PF6)0.85(BF4)0.15, (I), the [PO2F2] ligand exhibits positional disorder due to one F atom and one O atom sharing the same two positions related by a mirror reflection across the O—P—F plane. The correct composition of this coordinated anion was successfully determined to be [PO2F2] by refining the complex with various tetrahedral anions in which terminal atoms have similar atomic form factors. The noncoordinated counter‐ion is compositionally disordered between [PF6] and [BF4]. The difficulty in determining the correct composition of this anion illustrates the importance of a crystallographer remaining impartial and open to encountering unexpected moieties in the process of elucidating a structure.  相似文献

The NiII‐mediated tautomerization of the N‐heterocyclic hydrosilylcarbene L2Si(H)(CH2)NHC 1 , where L2=CH(C?CH2)(CMe)(NAr)2, Ar=2,6‐iPr2C6H3; NHC=3,4,5‐trimethylimidazol‐2‐yliden‐6‐yl, leads to the first N‐heterocyclic silylene (NHSi)–carbene (NHC) chelate ligand in the dibromo nickel(II) complex [L1Si:(CH2)(NHC)NiBr2] 2 (L1=CH(MeC?NAr)2). Reduction of 2 with KC8 in the presence of PMe3 as an auxiliary ligand afforded, depending on the reaction time, the N‐heterocyclic silyl–NHC bromo NiII complex [L2Si(CH2)NHCNiBr(PMe3)] 3 and the unique Ni0 complex [η2(Si‐H){L2Si(H)(CH2)NHC}Ni(PMe3)2] 4 featuring an agostic Si? H→Ni bonding interaction. When 1,2‐bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane (DMPE) was employed as an exogenous ligand, the first NHSi–NHC chelate‐ligand‐stabilized Ni0 complex [L1Si:(CH2)NHCNi(dmpe)] 5 could be isolated. Moreover, the dicarbonyl Ni0 complex 6 , [L1Si:(CH2)NHCNi(CO)2], is easily accessible by the reduction of 2 with K(BHEt3) under a CO atmosphere. The complexes were spectroscopically and structurally characterized. Furthermore, complex 2 can serve as an efficient precatalyst for Kumada–Corriu‐type cross‐coupling reactions.  相似文献

[LCRP((PhP)2C2H4)][OTf] ( 4 a,b [OTf]) and [LCiPrP(PPh2)2][OTf] ( 5 b [OTf]) were prepared from the reaction of imidazoliumyl‐substituted dipyrazolylphosphane triflate salts [LCRP(pyr)2][OTf] ( 3 a,b [OTf]; a : R=Me, b =iPr; LCR=1,3‐dialkyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazol‐2‐yl; pyr=3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl) with the secondary phosphanes PhP(H)C2H4P(H)Ph) and Ph2PH. A stepwise double P?N/P?P bond metathesis to catena‐tetraphosphane‐2,3‐diium triflate salt [(Ph2P)2(LCMeP)2][OTf]2 ( 7 a [OTf]2) is observed when reacting 3 a [OTf] with diphosphane P2Ph4. The coordination ability of 5 b [OTf] was probed with selected coinage metal salts [Cu(CH3CN)4]OTf, AgOTf and AuCl(tht) (tht=tetrahydrothiophene). For AuCl(tht), the helical complex [{(Ph2PPLCiPr)Au}4][OTf]4 ( 9 [OTf]4) was unexpectedly formed as a result of a chloride‐induced P?P bond cleavage. The weakly coordinating triflate anion enables the formation of the expected copper(I) and silver(I) complexes [( 5 b )M(CH3CN)3][OTf]2 (M=Cu, Ag) ( 10 [OTf]2, 11 [OTf]2).  相似文献
