Six Diels–Alder adducts (1–6) and nine prenylated flavanones (7–15) were isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L. Among them, soroceal B (1) and sanggenol Q (7) were new compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1–3, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 15 exhibited cytotoxic activity against five human tumour lines and compound 2 inhibited significantly selective cytotoxic activities towards HL-60 and AGS cells with IC50 of 3.4 and 3.6 μM. Compounds 3, 5, 9 and 12 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against nitric oxide production in LPS-activated RAW264.7. 相似文献

Two new 2-arylbenzofuran derivatives, moracinfurol A and B (1–2), and ten known compounds (3–12) were isolated from the leaves of Morus alba. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. All of the 2-arylbenzofuran derivatives were evaluated for cytotoxicity against A549 cells. Some cytotoxic 2-arylbenzofuran derivatives might induce autophagy characterized by the accumulation of LC-3 Ⅱ. 相似文献

Two new kaempferol glycosides, 5‐hydroxy‐2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐oxo‐7‐(α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyloxy)‐4H‐chromen‐3‐yl 2‐O‐acetyl‐3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 1 ) and 5‐hydroxy‐2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐oxo‐7‐(α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyloxy)‐4H‐chromen‐3‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐6‐O‐[(2E)‐3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐enoyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), along with ten known compounds, were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the whole plant of Androsace umbellata. Three new kaempferol glycosides, kaempferol 3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐7‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 1 ), kaempferol 3‐O‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐7‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 2 ), and kaempferol 3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐7‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 3 ), were isolated from the whole herbs of Cardamine leucantha, along with three known kaempferol glycosides, kaempferol 7‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside, kaempferitrin, and kaempferol 3‐O‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐7‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside. Chemical investigation of the root bark of Morus alba led to the isolation of a new flavone, dioxycudraflavone A (1) and a new 2-arylbenzofuran, 5-hydroxyethyl moracin M (2), together with seven known compounds namely sanggenon V (3), morusin (4), morusignin L (5), licoflavone C (6), moracin C (7), alfafuran (8) and mulberrofuran G (9). The structure elucidation of these compounds was based on analyses of spectroscopic data including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. All compounds were evaluated for the α-glucosidase inhibitory and cytotoxic activities. Compounds 2–4, 8 and 9 exhibited strong α-glucosidase inhibitory activities with IC50 less than 10 μM, while only 4 and 9 showed moderate cytotoxic effects against lung cancer cells. 相似文献

A new megastigmane glucoside, simplicifloranoside ( 1 ), and three new flavonol glycosides, prunifolianosides A–C ( 2 – 4 , resp.), were isolated from the aerial parts of Spiraea prunifolia var. simpliciflora. In addition, fifteen known compounds, including five phenolic acids, three lignans, four flavonoids, one eugenol glycoside, and two alkyl‐primeverosides, were also identified.
