For the first time an in situ plated bismuth film electrode has been applied to catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetry of cobalt in the presence of nitrite. At optimised conditions bismuth film was plated before each measurement for 30 s at ?1.0 V from a sample solution with the added supporting electrolyte and Bi(III) in the form of its complex with tartrate. The calibration graph for Co(II) for an accumulation time of 120 s was linear from 5×10?10 to 1×10?8 mol L?1. The detection limit was 1.1×10?10 mol L?1. The proposed procedure was applied for Co(II) determination in certified water reference material.  相似文献

A lead‐copper film electrode was proposed for Co(II) determination by catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The electrode was plated in situ and hence the exchange of a solution after plating step was not required. At optimized conditions the calibration graph for Co(II) was linear from 5×10?10 to 2×10?8 mol L?1 for accumulation time of 15 s. The relative standard deviation for Co(II) determination at concentration 5×10?9 mol L?1 was 4.1%. The detection limits for Co(II) were 1.2×10?10 and 1.0×10?11 mol L?1 for an accumulation time of 15 and 180 s, respectively. The method was applied to Co(II) determination in certified reference material and other water samples.  相似文献

A fast adsorptive stripping voltammetric procedure for simultaneous determination of Ni(II) and Co(II) in the presence of nioxime as a complexing agent at an in situ plated lead film electrode was described. The time of determination of these ions was shortened due to the application of gold as a substrate for lead film. At gold substrate lead film formation and accumulation of Ni(II) and Co(II) complexes with nioxime proceeds simultaneously. To obtain a stable signals for both ions a simple procedure of activation of the electrode was proposed. Calibration graphs for an accumulation time of 20 s were linear from 5×10?9 to 1×10?7 mol L?1 and from 5×10?10 to 1×10?8 mol L?1 for Ni(II) and Co(II), respectively. The procedure with the application of a lead film electrode on a gold substrate was validated in the course of Ni(II) and Co(II) determination in certified reference materials.  相似文献

Two novel potentiometric azide membrane sensors based on the use of manganese(III)porphyrin [Mn(III)P] and cobalt(II)phthalocyanine [Co(II)Pc] ionophores dispersed in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) PVC matrix membranes are described. Under batch mode of operation, [Mn(III)P] and [Co(II)Pc] based membrane sensors display near‐ and sub‐Nernstian responses of ?56.3 and ?48.5 mV decade?1 over the concentration ranges 1.0×10?2?2.2×10?5 and 1.0×10?2?5.1×10?5 mol L?1 azide and detection limits of 1.5×10?5 and 2.5×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. Incorporation of both membrane sensors in flow‐through tubular cell offers sensitive detectors for flow injection (FIA) determination of azide. The intrinsic characteristics of the [Mn(III)P] and [Co(II)Pc] based detectors in a low dispersion manifold show calibration slopes of ?51.2 and ?33.5 mV decade?1 for the concentration ranges of 1.0×10?5?1.0×10?2 and 1.0×10?4?1.0×10?2 mol L?1 azide and the detection limits are1.0×10?5 and 3.1×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. The detectors are used for determining azide at an input rate of 40–60 samples per hour. The responses of the sensors are stable within ±0.9 mV for at least 8 weeks and are pH independent in the range of 3.9?6.5. No interferences are caused by most common anions normally associated with azide ion.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective method for the determination of Pb(II) with a zirconium phosphated silica gel (SiZrPH) modified carbon paste electrode has been developed. The measurements were carried out in three steps including an open circuit accumulation following by electrolysis of accumulated Pb(II) at the modified carbon paste electrode and differential pulse voltammetric determination. The analytical performance was evaluated with respect to the carbon paste composition, pH of solution at the accumulation step, pH and concentration of supporting electrolyte, electrolysis potential, accumulation time and electrolysis time. Two linear calibration graphs were obtained in the concentration ranges 2.5×10?9 mol L?1–5.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 5.0×10?8 mol L?1–5.0×10?6 mol L?1 with an accumulation time of 120 s. The detection limit was found to be 3.5×10?10 mol L?1. The effects of potential interfering ions were studied, and it was found that the proposed procedure is free from interferences of common interfering ions such as tin, thallium and etc. The developed method was applied to Pb(II) determination in a wastewater sample.  相似文献

This article the first reports on a fabrication and application of an electrochemical three electrode micro‐set containing: in situ plated lead film on carbon fiber working microelectrode, Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a platinum wire counter electrode placed in one casing for simultaneous Ni(II) and Co(II) traces determination by square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SW AdSV). Ni(II) and Co(II) in forms of their complexes with nioxime were accumulated on the lead film plated on a carbon fibers microelectrode during standard procedure of measurement. Thanks to the fact that measurements were performed in micro‐vessel of a volume of 200 μl small amounts of reagents were used to prepare samples for measurements. In addition, because of the use of microelectrode, sample solutions were not mixed during accumulation step of measurements. This fact creates the possibility of conducting fields analysis. The experimental parameters (composition of the supporting electrolyte, potential and time of accumulation) and possible interference effects were investigated. The linear calibration graphs for Ni(II) and Co(II) were in the range from 2×10?9 to 1×10?7 mol L?1 and from 2×10?10 to 1×10?8 mol L?1 for Ni(II) and Co(II), respectively. The correctness of the proposed method was checked by determining Ni(II) and Co(II) in the certified reference material (SPS‐SW1) with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective on‐line voltammetric procedure for determination of traces of Se(IV) is presented. The pulsed potential accumulation was proposed for minimization of interferences of surface active substances and foreign ions. The calibration plot was linear from 1×10?9 mol L?1 to 4×10?8 mol L?1 for accumulation time of 180 s. The relative standard deviation was 6.1% (n=5) for a Se(IV) concentration of 1×10?8 mol L?1. The detection limit estimated from (3 σ) for an accumulation time of 180 s was about 4×10?10 mol L?1. The validation of the procedure proposed was made by a recovery tests for tap and river water samples.  相似文献

A bare glassy carbon electrode is applied to nickel determination by adsorptive stripping voltammetry in the presence of dimethylglyoxime as a complexing agent. A procedure of nickel determination and electrode regeneration was proposed. The calibration graph for Ni(II) for an accumulation time of 120?s was linear from 2?×?10?9 to 1?×?10?7?mol?L?1. The detection limit was 8.2?×?10?10?mol?L?1. The relative standard deviation for a solution containing 2?×?10?8?mol?L?1 of Ni(II) was 4.1%. The proposed procedure was applied for Ni(II) determination in certified water reference materials.  相似文献

A novel catalytic adsorptive stripping chronopotentiometric (CC‐CAdSCP) procedure for the determination of Co(II) traces was developed using a lead film electrode (PbFE). The PbFE was generated in situ on a glassy carbon support from a 0.1 M ammonia buffer containing 1×10?5 M Pb(II), 6.5×10?5 M DMG and the target metals. An addition of 0.2 M NaBrO3 to the solution yielded an 11‐fold catalytic enhancement of chronopotentiometric response of the Co(II)‐DMG complex. The CC‐CAdSCP curves were well‐developed, sharp and reproducible (RSD 5.0 % for 5×10?9 M Co(II)). The limit of detection for Co(II) for 210 s of accumulation time was 4×10?10 M (0.024 µg L?1). In addition, the elaborated method allowed the simultaneous quantification of Co(II) and Ni(II) simultaneously.  相似文献

The present work describes the individual, selective and simultaneous quantification of acetaminophen (ACP) and tramadol hydrochloride (TRA) using a modification‐free boron‐doped diamond (BDD) electrode. Cyclic voltammetric measurements revealed that the profile of the binary mixtures of ACP and TRA were manifested by two irreversible oxidation peaks at about +1.04 V (for ACP) and +1.61 V (for TRA) in Britton‐Robinson (BR) buffer pH 3.0. TRA oxidation peak was significantly improved in the presence of anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), while ACP signal did not change. By employing square‐wave stripping mode in BR buffer pH 3.0 containing 8×10?4 mol L?1 SDS after 30 s accumulation under open‐circuit voltage, the BDD electrode could be used for quantification of ACP and TRA simultaneously in the ranges 1.0–70 μg mL?1 (6.6×10?6–4.6×10?4 mol L?1) and 1.0–70 μg mL?1 (3.3×10?6–2.3×10?4 mol L?1), with detection limits of 0.11 μg mL?1 (7.3×10?7 mol L?1) and 0.13 μg mL?1 (4.3×10?7 mol L?1), respectively. The practical applicability of the proposed approach was tested for the individual and simultaneous quantification of ACP and/or TRA in the pharmaceutical dosage forms.  相似文献

A bismuth/multi‐walled carbon nanotube (Bi/MWNT) composite modified electrode for determination of cobalt by differential pulse adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry is described. The electrode is fabricated by potentiostatic pre‐plating bismuth film on an MWNT modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The Bi/MWNT composite modified electrode exhibits enhanced sensitivity for cobalt detection as compared with the bare GC, MWNT modified and bismuth film electrodes. Numerous key experimental parameters have been examined for optimum analytical performance of the proposed electrode. With an adsorptive accumulation of the Co(II)‐dimethylglyoxime complex at ?0.8 V for 200 s, the reduction peak current is proportional to the concentration of cobalt in the range of 4.0×10?10?1.0×10?7 mol/L with a lower detection limit of 8.1×10?11 mol/L. The proposed method has been applied successfully to cobalt determination in seawater and lake water samples.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of 3‐nitrofluoranthene and 3‐aminofluoranthene was investigated in mixed methanol‐water solutions by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at boron doped diamond thin‐film electrode (BDDE). Optimum conditions have been found for determination of 3‐nitrofluoranthene in the concentration range of 2×10?8–1×10?6 mol L?1, and for determination 3‐aminofluorathnene in the concentration range of 2×10?7–1×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. Limits of determination were 3×10?8 mol L?1 (3‐nitrofluoranthene) and 2×10?7 mol L?1 (3‐aminofluoranthene).  相似文献

A lead film plated in situ at a carbon paste support was tested as a novel, potential electrode for adsorptive stripping voltammetric determination of cobalt traces in an ammonia buffer solution. To show the practical applicability of the new electrode, a catalytic adsorptive Co system in a supporting electrolyte containing 0.1 M ammonia buffer, 5×10?4 M nioxime and 0.25 M nitrite was selected and investigated as a model solution. Pb and Co ions were simultaneously accumulated in situ on the electrode surface: Pb ions electrochemically at ?1.3 V) and then at ?0.75 V, at which potential the Co(II)‐nioximate complex was also pre‐concentrated via adsorption. Instrumental parameters, such as the time of nucleation and formation of Pb film deposits, the time of accumulation of the Co‐nioxime complex at the PbF/CPE, and the procedures of electrode regeneration, were optimized to obtain good reproducibility and sensitivity of the Co response. The optimized procedure yields favorable and highly stable stripping responses with good precision (RSD=3% for a 5×10?8 M Co) and good linearity (up to 5×10?7 M, coefficient of determination, R=0.996). The detection limit was 4×10?10 M Co (0.023 μg L?1) for an accumulation time of 120 s. The method enables the determination of Co in the presence of high excesses of Ni or Zn. The voltammetric data were correlated with the structural characterization by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF).  相似文献

A cobalt oxide nanocluster/overoxidized polypyrrole composite film electrochemical sensing interface was fabricated by two step electrochemical method. The electrochemical properties and electrocatalytic activity of the resulting modified electrode were also studied carefully. The results showed that this modified electrode exhibited good stability, good anti‐interference ability, as well as high electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of glucose. The linear range for the amperometric determination of glucose was 2.0×10?7–2.4×10?4 mol L?1 and 2.4×10?4–1.4×10?3 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The sensitivity was 1024 µA mM?1 cm?2.  相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride)‐based membranes of salen ligands, 2‐((E)‐((1R,2S)‐2‐((E)‐5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzylideneamino)cyclohexylimino)methyl)‐4‐tert‐butyl phenol (S1) and 2‐((E)‐((1R,2S)‐2‐((E)‐3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzylideneamino)cyclohexylimino)methyl)‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenol (S2) were fabricated and explored as cobalt(II) selective electrodes. The performance of the polymeric membrane electrode (PME) and coated graphite electrode (CGE) were compared and it was observed that CGE showed a wide working concentration range of 1.1×10?8 to 1.0×10?1 mol L?1 with a limit of detection of 7.0×10?9 mol L?1 exhibiting the Nernstian slope 29.6 mV/decade of activity in the pH range 3.0–9.0. It was used for the determination of cobalt(II) ions in water, soil, beer, pharmaceutical samples and medicinal plants and would be used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration with EDTA.  相似文献

The paper describes the first electrochemical method (differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry, DPAdSV) using a screen‐printed sensor with a carbon/carbon nanofibers working electrode (SPCE/CNFs) for the direct determination of low (real) concentrations of paracetamol (PA) in environmental water samples. By applying this sensor together with DPAdSV, two linear PA concentration ranges from 2.0×10?9 to 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (r=0.9991) and 1.0×10?7–2.0×10?6 mol L?1 ( r=0.9994) were obtained. For the accumulation time of 90 s, the limit of detection was 5.4×10?10 mol L?1. Moreover, the SPCE/CNFs sensor and the DPADSV procedure for PA determination are potentially applicable in field analysis. The process of PA adsorption at the SPCE/CNFs surface was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and theoretical studies. In the theoretical study of the interaction of CNF and PA, the first species was modelled by graphene‐like clusters containing up to 37 rings. It was found that the preferable orientation of PA is parallel to the carbon surface with the binding energy of about ?68 kJ/mol calculated by symmetry‐adapted perturbation theory (SAPT). Both the selectivity and the accuracy of the developed sensor for real sample analysis were also investigated using Polish river and sea samples.  相似文献

A new voltammetric procedure for the simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and paracetamol (PA) using boron doped diamond electrode modified with Nafion and lead films (PbF/Nafion/BDDE) was investigated. The use of this electrode resolved the overlapped voltammetric waves of DA and PA into well‐defined peaks with peak to peak separation of about 320 mV. Under the optimized experimental conditions in differential pulse voltammetric technique, DA and PA gave a linear response over the ranges 2.0×10?7–1.0×10?4 mol L?1*(R2=0.9996) and 5.0×10?7–1.0×10?3 mol L?1 (R2=0.9979), respectively. The detection limits were found to be 5.4×10?8 mol L?1 for DA and 1.4×10?7 mol L?1 for PA. They are lower, comparable or in some cases a little bit higher than those obtained using other electrochemical sensors. However, the proposed procedure of the sensor preparation is much simpler than procedures described in the literature with a lower detection limit. The proposed procedure was successfully applied to the determination of PA in some commercial pharmaceuticals as well as to the simultaneous determination of DA and PA in human urine, whole blood and serum samples directly without any separation steps.  相似文献

A graphite electrode modified with silver (Ag‐CPE) has been applied to detect mercury(II) using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Under optimized conditions, the calibration curve is linear in the range from 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 to 1.0×10?4 mol L?1 of mercury(II). The detection limit was found to be 3.38×10?8 mol L?1 with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.25 % (n=8). The proposed method was successfully applied for the detection of mercury(II) in leachate samples. The Ag‐CP composites were characterized using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), BET adsorption analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for simultaneously measuring dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA) using a poly(1‐aminoanthracene) and carbon nanotubes nanocomposite electrode is presented. The experimental parameters for composite film synthesis as well as the variables related to simultaneous determination of DA, AA, and UA were optimized at the same time using fractional factorial and Doehlert designs. The use of carbon nanotubes and poly(1‐aminoanthracene) in association with a cathodic pretreatment led to three well‐defined oxidation peaks at potentials around ?0.039, 0.180 and 0.351 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) for AA, DA, and UA, respectively. Using differential pulse voltammetry, calibration curves for AA, DA, and UA were obtained over the range of 0.16–3.12×10?3 mol L?1, 3.54–136×10?6 mol L?1, and 0.76–2.92×10?3 mol L?1, with detection limits of 3.95×10?5 mol L?1, 2.90×10?7 mol L?1, and 4.22×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine DA, AA, and UA in biological samples with good results.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of trace copper was described. A multiwalled carbon nanotube modified carbon paste electrode was prepared and the adsorptive voltammetric behavior of copper‐alizarin red S (ARS) complex at the modified electrode was investigated. By use of the second‐order derivative linear sweep voltammetry, it was found that in 0.04 mol/L acetate buffer solution (pH 4.2) containing 4×10?6 mol/L ARS, when accumulation potential is 0 mV, accumulation time is 60 s and scan rate is 100 mV/s, the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the electrode, yielding one sensitive reduction peak at ?172 mV (vs. SCE). The peak current of the complex is proportional to the concentration of Cu(II) in the range of 2.0×10?11–4.0×10?7 mol L?1 with a detection limit (S/N=3) of 8.0×10?12 mol/L (4 min accumulation). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of copper in biological samples with satisfactory results, the recoveries were found to be 96%–102%.  相似文献
