The complex [Mn(bipy)3]·(ClO4)2 was synthesied and characterized by X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction result for the single crystal showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1, a=0.8123(2),b=1.1024(2), c=1.8646(4)nm,α=102.30(3)°,β=91.00(3)°,γ=99.69(3)°,V=1.6056(6)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.494g·cm-3. The thermal decomposition of [Mn(bipy)3](ClO4)2 occurred in a three steps pattern. The reaction mechanism of the first step decomposition was deduced as n(1-α)[-ln(1-α)](n-1)/n with the activation energy of 130kJ·mol-1.  相似文献

The complex, {[La2(β-ala)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·H2O}n, was synthesized in aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method .The crystal is triclinic with space group of .The cell pa-rameters are a=0.946(1)nm, b=1.2917(1)nm, c=2.1726(3)nm,α=76.79(1)°, β=80.85(1)°,γ=83.35(1)°, V=2.5429(5)nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.958g·cm-3.The complex is an one-dimensional infinite chain. The coordination number of lanthanum ion is nine, forming a distorted tricapped trigonal prism.  相似文献

A novel oxamido-bridged trinuclear complex Cu(NiL)2(ClO4)2(where H2L=2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,3-dien) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV-Visible spectrum and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n. The lattice parameters are: a=1.052 4(6) nm, b=1.182 1(6) nm, c=1.586 2(9) nm, β=91.657(9)°, and V=1.972 6(19) nm3, Z=2. The results show that the coordination geometry around copper(Ⅱ) in the title complex is hexa-coordinated octahedron. CCDC: 232608.  相似文献

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2/c with a=1.928 0(16) nm, b=1.297 0(11) nm, c=2.126 4(18) nm, V=5.242 2(8) nm3, Z=2, Mr=2 347.36, Dc=1.487 g·cm-3, μ=0.659 mm-1, F(000)=2 400, Rint=0.043 7, R=0.052 3, wR=0.118 6. The Mn atoms are octahed-rally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four N atoms of two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the bridging bidentate mode. The complex [Mn(H2O)(phen)2(PAc)](ClO4) was synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen=1,10-phenanthroline and PAc=phenylac-etate group. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group,P1 , with a=0.9289(2)nm,b=1.2425(2)nm,c=1.4791(3)nm,α=114.34(3)°,β=91.25(3)°,γ=104.65(1)°,V=1.4893(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=686,Dc=1.489g·cm-3,μ=0.589mm-1. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion has a six-coordinate distorted-octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands,a coordinated-water oxygen atom, and a carboxylate oxygen atom of PAc-. There is π-π stacking interaction between two phen rings from two neighbor molecules.  相似文献

The new compound was prepared by the reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O,1,10-phenanthroline (phen)and picric acid (HPA)(ratio 1∶3∶2) in methanol-aqueous solution refluxing for 4 hours. The crystals used for X-ray analysis was obtained by slow evaporation of the solution at room temperature. The crystal compound is in triclinic with space group with a=1.1363(4)nm,b=1.2593(2)nm,c=1.3972(4)nm,α=93.97(2)?,β=100.84(3)?,γ=106.29(2)?,Z=2,V=1.8690(9)nm3,Dc=1.715g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=0.677mm-1,F(000)=972,R=0.0907,wR=0.2240. In the complex, the Cd(Ⅱ) cation is octahedrally coordinated to two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands and two water molecules in cis disposition. As outer sphere, picrate anions are combined with inner by hydrogen bond and static electricity interaction.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(4,4′-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)·(4,4′-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 0(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°, β=97.495(2)°, γ=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm-3, μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR=0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4′-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

The crystal structure shows that the cadmium ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one phen molecule and five oxygen atoms respectively from three cinnamic acids, giving a pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. The new complex [Cu2(L-Asp)(phen)3(NO3)](NO3)·4H2O (L-Asp=L-aspartic acid and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic with space group P21/c, The cell parameters are: a=1.261 3(2) nm, b=1.500 8(4) nm, c=2.230 7(4) nm, β=99.55(1)°, and V=4.164 1(16) nm3Dc=1.587 g·cm-3. The complex contains two six-coordinated copper ions, and these two copper ions are connected together by L-aspartate to give rise to a binuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions are observed in the complex. CCDC: 249250.  相似文献

利用微波技术合成了配合物[Gd2(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6(H2O)5, 进行了化学成分分析、红外表征和热重分析. 应用X衍射仪测定其晶体结构, 该晶体为一维链结构, 属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 晶胞参数: a=1.1569(17) nm, b=1.4138(2) nm, c=1.5642(2) nm, α=96.910(2)°, β=102.735(2)°, γ=105.512(2)°, V=2.3606(6) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.144 g•cm-3. 采用精密溶解-反应量热计, 通过设计热化学循环, 计算出了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为 -(7960.73±3.23) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

在水热条件下,稀土氧化物与2,2′-联苯二甲酸及异烟酸反应得到了两个新颖的一维交替链状配位聚合物[Er(dpa)(pya)(H2O)]n和[Nd2(pya)6(H2O)4]n(H2dpa=2,2′-联苯二甲酸;Hpya=异烟酸)。测定了它们的晶体结构,并进行了红外光谱和元素分析等 性质的表征。晶体结构测定表明这两个化合物同属单斜晶系,并具有相同的空间群P21/n, 晶体学参数分别为配合物1a= 0.8830(3) nm,b=1.058 5(3) nm,c=2.089 1(6) nm,β=98.429(4)°,Dc=1.883g·cm-3V=1.931 4(10) nm3Z=4; 配合物2a=0.968 9(4) nm,b=1.978 3(9) nm,c=1.164 2(6) nm,β=112.106(7)°,Dc=1.756 g·cm-3V=2.067 5(17) nm3Z=4。  相似文献

The crystal structures of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P2/c with a=1.322(4) nm, b=1.035(3) nm, c=1.498(4) nm, β=101.62(4)°, V=2.008(10) nm3Z=2, Dx=1.440 g·cm-3, μ(Mo)=8.16 cm-1, F(000)=884, R1=0.058 6, wR=0.099 1. The bond length Sn-C is 0.217 2(7) nm, The Sn-O is 0.208 9(6) nm, The Sn-N is 0.257 5(8) nm. This compound is monomeric, with six-coordinated tin atom in a distorted octahedron geometry. Three tin (Ⅳ) complexes with N,N-dialkyl dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CN(CH3)C6H5 (1),Ph3SnS2CN(C4H8NH) (2) and Sn(Cl)2(S2CNEt2)2 (3) have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray sin- gle crystal diffraction. A crystal of the complex 1 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.9485(3)nm, b=1.0491(3)nm, c=1.3631(4)nm, α=70.996(4)°, β=72.294(4)°, γ=79.609(4)°, Z=2, V=1.2168(6)nm3, Dc=1.453g·cm-3, μ=1.234mm-1, R=0.0442, wR=0.0858. A crystal of the complex 2 is monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c, a=1.2214(2)nm, b=1.1651(2)nm, c=1.5769(3)nm,β=99.039(2)°, Z=2, V=2.2162(7)nm3, Dc=1.532g·cm-3, μ=1.352mm-1, R=0.0267, wR=0.0591. A crystal of the complex 3 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.7179(2)nm, b=0.9256(3)nm, c=1.5327(5)nm,α=93.857(4)°,β=98.992(4)°, γ=109.481(4)°, Z=2, V=0.9405(5)nm3, Dc=1.717g·cm-3, μ=2.076mm-1, R=0.0263, wR=0.0662. In the complexes 1 and 2 the tin atoms rendered five-coordination in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure and in the complex 3 the tin atom rendered six-coordination in a distorted octahedron structure. The cations of [Cu2(L-ala)2(phen)2]n2n+ have an one-dimensional polymeric structure, due to the bridging of two Cu(phen)2+ units by a carboxylate group of L-alaninate, and each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is in a slightly distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry, with the phen (N,N′) and the L-ala(N,O) acting as bidentate ligands in the equatorial plane and another carboxylate oxygen atom from a symmetry-related neighboring L-alaninate ion in the apical position. The title complex has been synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and cobalt perchlorate anhydrous in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=0.870 7(3) nm, b=1.284 4(4) nm, c=1.692 9(5) nm; α=75.430(5)°, β=77.562(5)°, γ=86.346(5)°, V=1.789 4(9) nm3, Dc=1.456 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=806. Final GooF=1.065, R1=0.068 4, wR2=0.127 5. The crystal stru-cture shows that the Cobaly ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms from one m-chlorobenzoic acid molecule and one water molecule respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. In this article we report the synthesis of (R,S)-4,4′-biquinoline-6,6′-dimethyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate (DBBD) (1) and the formation of copper(I) coordination polymer [CuI(DBBD)2]n (2) by inducing a bidentate organic ligand (DBBD). The crystal 1 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21, and a=0.881 30(19) nm, b=1.966 0(6) nm, c=1.478 1(4) nm, β=119.429(12)°, V=2.230 5(10) nm3, Dc=1.276 g·cm-3. The crystal 2 belongs to orthogonal system with space group Fmm2, and a=2.044 41(17) nm, b=1.543 06(13) nm, c=1.652 45(13) nm, V=5.212 9(7) nm3, Dc=1.669 g·cm-3, Z=8.
