Syntheses of (±)-2-exo-cyano-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-endo-yl acetate ( 1 ) and of (±)-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 2 ) are reported. The additon of PhSeCl to 1 afforded (±)-5-endo-chloro-2-exo-cyano-1-methyl-6-exo-(phenylselenenyl)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-endo-yl acetate ( 6 ), whereas 2 added to PhSeCl with the opposite regioselectivity giving (±)-6-endo-chloro-1-methyl-5-exo-(phenylselenenyl)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one ( 7 ). These adducts were converted into 5-chloro-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 9 ) and 6-chloro-1-methyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 10 ), respectively.  相似文献

[reaction:see text] The substituted cyclopentanic structures, 6-benzyloxymethyl-7-hydroxy-2-oxabicyclo [3.3.0]octan-3-one (1), a Corey lactone derivative, and 6-exo-benzyloxymethyl-2-oxabicyclo[3.3. 0]oct-7-en-3-one (2), have been obtained stereoselectively through the bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-3-en-6-one approach via 5-benzyloxymethyl-3-hydroxy-6-heptenoic acid, easily accessible from the inexpensive monoprotected cis-2-butene-1,4-diol.  相似文献

Bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-en-6-one (1) was reduced with an alcohol dehydrogenase from Thermoanaerobium brockii and a whole cell system (M. ramanniana) with excellent substrate enantioselectivity: 7,7-dimethylbicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-en-6-one (2) was similarly reduced using the 3α,20β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase from Streptomyces hydrogenans while M. ramanniana furnished both 6S-alcohols (4a), (6b) with high optical purity.  相似文献

Alkyl derivatives of 1H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-4-ium, 5H-pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-10-ium, 1H-[1,2,4]-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-4-ium, and 3-methylthiazolo[3,2-a]pyridin-4-ium bromides were obtained in two stages from (4Z)-5-(bromomethyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramethylhept-4-en-3-one, 5-bromo-4-methylpent-3-en-2-one, or (3E)-5-bromopent-3-en-2-one by alkylation of 1-alkyl-1H-imidazoles, 1-alkyl-1H-benz-imidazoles, 1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole, and 4-methylthiazole and subsequent cyclization of the quaternary azolium salts in the presence of bases.  相似文献

The title compound 2-oxo-3-phenyl-1-oxaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-4-yl 4-chloro-benzoate 6 (C22H19ClO4, Mr = 382.82) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-phenyl-1-oxaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one 5 with 4-chlorobenzoyl chloride, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.6749(11), b = 6.0573(7), c = 29.680(2) , β = 94.073(3)o, V = 1914.3(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.328 g/cm3, F(000) = 800, μ = 0.224 mm–1, S = 1.003, the final R = 0.0605 and wR = 0.1500 for 1828 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and 244 variable parameters. The crystal analysis shows that the molecular structure of the title compound has one planar furan ring, one chair conformation cyclohexane ring and two benzene rings. The furan and cyclohexane rings adopt whorl conformations.  相似文献

Treatment of methyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]heptane-1-carboxylate and phenyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl sulfone with a ~1:8 mixture of N2O4 and NOCl in diethyl ether at ?5 to 0°C gave products of formal anti-addition of NO2Cl at the central C1-C7 bond. In the reaction with phenyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl sulfone nitryl chloride acts as an effective chlorinating agent; as a result, a mixture of diastereoisomeric syn- and anti-6,7-dichlorobicyclo[3.1.1]hept-6-yl phenyl sulfones at a ratio of 7.5:1 is formed.  相似文献

In connection with another problem, we required authentic samples of 8-methylsiro[4.5]dec-7-en-6-one (1) and 6-methyl-spire[4.5]dec-6-en-8-one (2). The former compound is not reported in the literature. Although there are two reports of the latter material,1,2 the physical data ascribed to it do not agree. In a systematic effort to establish the relative as well as absolute configurations of two natural products isolated from Asomycete Daldinia concentrica, four independent (non-antipodal) diastereomers of hept-6-en-2,4,5-triol, the structure previously proposed for the natural products, were synthesized in enantiopure forms through a chiral-pool route and their optical rotation as well as NMR data were recorded. Although these four synthetic isomers cover all possible relative configurations the originally assigned triol may have, none of them gave spectroscopic data compatible with those reported for the natural products. Similar negative results were also obtained with a group of four non-antipodal diastereomers of hept-6-en-2,3,5-triol. The genuine structures of the natural products are therefore to be re-assigned.  相似文献

利用L-脯氨酸催化的5-氯水杨醛(1)与6-甲基-4-羟基吡喃酮(2)的缩合反应及硫酸铜催化下与1,3-二甲基-5-氨基吡唑(3)的串联反应,合成得到了10-氯-1,3-二甲基-5-(2-氧代丙基)色烯并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶-6(3H)-酮(4)和10-氯-5-二乙氧基甲基-1,3-二甲基色烯并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶-6(3H)-酮(5).化合物5的结构通过单晶X射线衍射法确定:晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1;相对分子质量Mr=803.68;晶胞参数a=1.03160(10)nm,b=1.42900(13)nm,c=1.44268(15)nm;V=1.9448(3)nm~3;Z=2;晶胞密度Dc=1.372g/cm~3;吸收系数μ=0.228mm-1;单胞中电子的数目F(000)=840.晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子为R=0.0681,w R=0.2051.在晶体结构中色烯环与吡啶环及吡唑环近似于共平面.  相似文献
