A method for the determination of aldrin, dieldrin, DDT, DDE, and DDD contamination in animal fats (beef tallow, lard, and chicken fat) without using toxic reagents is developed, that uses high-performance liquid chromatography after the sample has been prepared by matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) with acidic alumina oxide. A reversed-phase C1-silica column with a mobile phase of 50% (v/v) ethanol solution (in water) and a photo-diode array detector were used for the determination. Average recoveries of the target compounds (0.2–5.0 g g–1) ranged from 84–98%, with coefficients of variation of <5%. The limits of quantitation were 0.16 g g–1 for AD, 0.10 g g–1 for DD, 0.06 g g–1 for DDT, 0.07 g g–1 for DDE, and 0.05 g g–1 for DDD. No toxic reagents were used at all.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Staub- und Aerosolproben werden im Stickstoffstrom im Temperaturbereich 25–420° C einer temperaturprogrammierten thermischen Desorption unterworfen. Die flüchtigen organischen Komponenten werden mittels FID summarisch als volatile organic carbon (VOC) bestimmt. Die Eichung des Analysators erfolgt durch ein Aliphaten-Standardgemisch. Bei Probemengen von 50–100g Aerosol ist eine Bestimmung des VOC-Gehaltes mit einer Reproduzierbarkeit vons=3,5–7 rel.% möglich. Die Nachweisgrenze der Methode liegt für Aerosolproben bei 0,3g VOC.
Determination of volatile organic components in atmospheric aerosol samples by thermal desorption and FID-detection
Summary Atmospheric dust and aerosol samples are treated in a nitrogen carrier gas stream at the temperature range 25–420° C by temperature programmed desorption. The volatile organic components are detected by FID. Calibration of the analyzer is carried out with a standard mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons. The result is expressed as volatile organic carbon (VOC). The reproducibility of the method for aerosol samples (sample weight 50–100g) is in the range of 3,5–7% r. s. d. The detection limit of the method is 0,3g VOC.

Zusammenfassung Ein schnelles und einfaches Mikroverfahren zum Nachweis einiger Heteroatome organischer Verbindungen wurde entwickelt. Nach Aufschluß mit metallischem Kalium werden die entstehenden Ionen mit der Ringofenmethode getrennt und mit empfindlichen Reaktionen nachgewiesen. Nachweisgrenze: 0,5 bis 1g Stickstoff, 1 bis 2g Schwefel, 2 bis 3g Jod, 4 bis 5g Brom, 5 bis 10g Chlor in 0,5 bis 1 mg Einwaage.
Summary A rapid and simple micromethod was developed for the detection of several hetero-elements in organic compounds. After breaking down the sample with metallic potassium, the resulting ions are separated by the ring oven method and detected by means of sensitive reagents. Detection limits: 0.5 to 1g nitrogen, 1 to 2g sulfur, 2 to 3g iodine, 4 to 5g bromine, 5 to 10g chlorine in samples weighing 0.5 to 1 mg.

Résumé On a découvert un procédé à l'échelle micro, simple et rapide, pour rechercher certains hétéroéléments dans les composés organiques. Après mise en solution par le potassium métallique, on sépare les ions formés suivant la méthode du four annulaire et l'on effectue la recherche au moyen de réactions sensibles. Limite de dilution: 0,5 à 1g d'azote, 1 àg de soufre, 2 àg d'iode, 5 à 10g de chlore sur 0,5 à 1 mg de prise d'essai.

Summary Five isomers present in technical benzene hexachloride were successfully separated by TLC on silica-gel G impregnated with silver nitrate solution. The -isomer was identified by running a control sample of -BHC. Measurement of the spot area was found suitable for the estimation of 5–20g of-BHC, and was applied to analysis of autopsy tissues. The limit of identification is 0.1g.
Zusammenfassung Auf mit Silbernitratlösung imprägniertem Kieselgel G konnten dünn-schichtchromatographisch fünf Isomere aus technischem Hexachlorbenzol erfolgreich getrennt werden. Das-Isomere wurde mit Hilfe einer Vergleichsprobe identifiziert. Die Planimetrie der Flecken eignet sich zur Schätzung von 5–20 g-Hexachlorbenzol. Die Methode wurde zur Untersuchung von Autopsieproben angewendet. Die Nachweisgrenze beträgt 0,1g.

Zusammenfassung Eine neue Methode zur Durchführung gravimetrischer Bestimmungen im Mikrogrammbereich wurde beschrieben; diese beruht im wesentlichen darauf, daß der Niederschlag nicht mehr zusammen mit dem Filter, sondern nach Überführen mit einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel in einem separaten Wägegefäß gewogen wird.Die dazu nötigen Geräte und deren Herstellung wurden beschrieben. Nach dieser Methode wurden folgende Bestimmungen mit zufriedenstellender Richtigkeit durchgeführt: 2,5–25g Al, 5–50g Cu und 5–50g Zn mit Oxin, 2,5–25g Fe(III) und 2,5–25g Ti(IV) mit N-Benzoyl-phenylhydroxylamin, 5–50g Ni und 5–50g Cu mit Salicylaldoxim, 2,5–50g Co(II) und 2,5–50g Fe(III) mit -Nitroso--naphthol sowie 5–50g Chlorid als Silberchlorid.
Precipitation analysis in the microgram-scale: A new method
Summary A new method for gravimetric determinations in the microgram-scale is described. This method is based on the fact that the precipitate is not weighed together with the filter but is transferred to a separate weighingvessel using a suitable solvent. The necessary simple devices and their use are described. The following determinations were carried out with satisfying accuracy: 2,5–25g Al, 5–50g Cu and 5–50g Zn with Oxine, 2,5–25g Fe and 2,5–25g Ti withN-benzoylphenylhydroxylamine, 5–50g Ni and 5–50g Cu with salicylaldoxime, 2,52–50g Co and 2,5–50g Fe with -nitroso--naphthol and 5–50g chloride as silver chloride.

The absorption spectra of 4f electron transitions of the complexes of neodymium and erbium with 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline in the presence of octylphenol poly(ethyleneglycol)ether have been studied by normal and third-derivative spectrophotometry. The proposed method is free of interference of other rare earths. The calibration graphs were linear up to 18 g/ml of neodymium and 21 g/ml of erbium (in the final solution). The derivative molar absorptivities are 395 l.mol–1.cm–1 for neodymium and 3421.mol–1.cm–1 for erbium. The corresponding values of Sandell's sensitivity were 0.36 and 0.49 g.cm–1, respectively. The relative standard deviations evaluated from ten independent determinations of 2.5 g/ml of neodymium and erbium are 1.5 and 3.8% for neodymium and 1.8 and 4.1% for erbium in absence and presence of 70 g of lanthanum, respectively. The detection limits (signal to noise ratio=2) are 0.23 g/ml for neodymium and 0.30 g/ml for erbium. The method has been used for the determination of neodymium and erbium in mixed rare earths with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Summary In natural waters, heavy metals such as Cd may be present in bound form. It is, therefore, important to consider chemical speciation, especially at low concentrations of the metal where a significant part can be bound by other trace constituents so tightly that it escapes several forms of its determination. It has been demonstrated that even the very strong complexant APDC is unable to leach out all of the heavy metal present in several coastal water samples from the German Bight.This paper describes a new micro method for the determination of total Cd in natural waters. First a small sample is dried in a polypropylene vial. Then the salt residue is heated to 90° C with a mixture of sulphuric and nitric acid for digestion of organic trace constituents (and oxidation of sulphides if present). After dilution subsamples are neutralized using an excess of NaHCO3 buffer solution. Extraction results are then independent from the possible slight variations of pH. The extractant, a solution of APDC in CCl4 is stable for weeks, and even the extract is stable for at least 16h. Precision is in the range of 7% at a concentration of 0.066 g Cd l–1; the detection limit is below 0.002 g l–1 and can be lowered, if necessary, by enlargement of the original sample. According to the sensitivity of the method the typical blank of 0.022 g Cd l–1 is high, but it is rather constant (mean variation from the mean: 0.0024 g l–1).Teil XI: Fresenius Z. Anal. HFe2Co(CO)9(3-S) reacts with (5-Cp)Mo(CO)3Cl in refluxing THF to give heterometallic trinuclear clusters (5-Cp)MoFeCo(CO)8(3-S) and [(5-Cp)Mo]2Fe(CO)7-(3-S), which have been characterized by elemental analyses, i.r., 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. and X-ray crystal structure determination. Treatment of Ru3(CO)12 with dpphSe2 (dpph = 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane) in refluxing toluene in the presence of Me3NO afforded two new compounds, Ru3(CO)7(-CO)(3-Se)(-dpph) (1) and Ru3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpph) (2). A similar reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with dpppeSe2 (dpppe = 1,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane) gave exclusively Ru3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpppe) (3). Treatment of Ru3(CO)12 with dpphS2 and dpppeS2 at 110°C in the presence of Me3NO afforded Ru3(CO)7(3-S)2(-dpph) (4) and Ru3(CO)7(3-S)2(-dpppe) (5), respectively. Reactions of Fe3(CO)12 with dpphSe2 and dpppeSe2, under identical conditions, afforded Fe3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpph) (6) and Fe3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpppe) (7), respectively. Compounds 1–7 were characterized spectroscopically and the molecular structures of compounds 1–4 were determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The core of 1 contains an equilateral triangle of ruthenium atoms with one capping selenium, one bridging dpph, one doubly bridging carbonyl and seven terminal carbonyl ligands. Complexes 2–4 have a square-pyramidal structure with two metal and two chalcogenide atoms alternating in the basal plane and the third metal atom at the apex of the pyramid, and belong to the family of well-known nido clusters with seven skeletal electron pairs.  相似文献

Summary The quantitative determination of trace elements in human blood serum by Total Reflection X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (TXRF) is influenced by absorption- and reflection-effects caused by the organic (proteins) and inorganic (P, S, Na, K, Ca, Cl) matrices. To minimize these effects we have developed a sample preparation technique based on the decomposition of the organic matrix and followed by the separation of the trace elements from the organic matrix by ion-exchange. The described method enables the simultaneous determination of K (1584 g), Ca (666 g), Fe (22 g), Cu (9.6 g), Zn (8.8 g), Se (0.97 g), Sn (1.3 g), Pb (0.12 g) and Rb (1.6 g) (obtained values in parentheses).

Nanometer-sized l-cysteine-capped ZnS particles have been synthesized and used as a fluorescence probe to investigate the effect of proteins on fluorescent intensity. With =190 nm, maximum and constant synchronous fluorescence enhancement was produced at 267 nm and pH 5.12 in the presence of proteins. A highly sensitive synchronous fluorescence method for the rapid determination of proteins has been developed. Under optimum conditions, calibration graphs are linear over the range 0.03–8.0 g mL–1 for bovine serum albumin (BSA), 0.01–6.0 g mL–1 for human serum albumin (HSA), 0.05–8.0 g mL–1 for -globulin (-G), and 0.04–4.0 g mL–1 for ovalbumin, respectively. The relative standard deviations of seven replicate measurements were 1.75% for 1.0 g mL–1 BSA, 1.90% for 1.0 g mL–1 HSA, 1.65% for 1.0 g mL–1 -G, and 2.32% for 1.0 g mL–1 ovalbumin.  相似文献

Summary N,N-Ditnethyl-N-(4-methyl-5-nitro-2-thiazolyl)thiourea A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of palladium with N,N-dimethyl-N-(4-methyl-5-nitro-2-thiazolyl)thiourea (DMNT) is proposed. DMNT instantly forms a yellow chelate with Pd(II) at pH 2 at room temperature, which is readily extracted into organic solvents such as chloroform and shows a higher absorption maximum (=40,400) at 413 nm. The ratio of Pd(II) to reagent in the chelate is 12 as determined by the widely used method and also verified by synthesis of the authentic Pd-chelate. The chelate conforms well with the Lambert-Beer's law over a wide concentration range (3.3–22g in 10 ml chloroform). The optimum concentration range of palladium for spectrophotometry by the Ringbom plot is 5.6–18.6g in 10 ml of chloroform solution. This method gives a good reproducibility, high sensitivity and high accuracy in the presence of many foreign ions.
Spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Palladium mit N,N-Dimethyl-N- (4-methyl-5-nitro-2-thiazolyl)-thioharnstoff (DMNT)
Zusammenfassung Eine neue spektrophotometrische Methode zur Bestimmung von Palladium mit DMNT wurde vorgeschlagen. Dieses Reagens bildet mit Pd(II) bei pH 2 und Zimmertemperatur ein gelbes Chelat, das mit Chloroform gut extrahierbar ist und bei 413 nm ein hohes Absorptionsmaximum (=40400) zeigt. Dessen Zusammensetzung wurde in üblicher Weise zu 12=Pd: DMNT bestimmt. Im Konzentrationsbereich 3,3–22g/10 ml entspricht das Chelat dem Lambert-Beerschen Gesetz. Die optimale Konzentration für die spektrophotometrische Bestimmung liegt zwischen 5,6 und 18,6g/10 ml Chloroform. Das Verfahren gibt gut reproduzierbare Ergebnisse, ist hoch empfindlich und auch in Anwesenheit vieler Fremdionen sehr genau.

The structural parameters of stable palladium(II) compounds, namely, [Pd(-OAc)2]3, Pd(OAc)2 · 2NHEt2, [Pd(OAc)(-OAc)(CH3)2SO]2, [Pd(-OAc)(-SEt)]4, and [Pd(-SEt)2]6, were determined by relativistic and nonrelativistic calculations using the density functional method with account taken of all electrons or with the use of pseudopotentials. The gradient functional (PBE) and local density functional (LSDA) ensure good agreement between the calculated structural parameters of the Pd(II) complexes and clusters under study and data of X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The optimum conditions for the extractive spectrophotometric determination of dioxouranium(VI) with hexamethyleneiminecarbodithioate(HMICdt) have been established. Dioxouranium(VI) reacts with this ligand at pH 4.5 to form a yellowish-orange uncharged 12 metal-ligand complex which can be extracted by chloroform. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 1–20 g ml–1 of dioxouranium(VI) at 335 nm. The molar absorptivity of the extracted species is 5.952×103 l mol–1 cm–1 with Sandell's sensitivity of 0.04 g cm–2. The average of 10 determinations of dioxouranium was 49.75 g for the samples containing 50 g of U(VI) and the variation from the mean at 95% confidence limit was 49.75±0.5955.  相似文献

Summary Spots of citrinin, ochratoxin A, aflatoxin M1 and penicillic acid on thin-layer chromatograms can be semi-quantitatively estimated by using a grey scale, commonly used in photo laboratories. The detection limits are 0.01 g for citrinin, 0.006 g for ochratoxin A, 0.002 g for aflatoxin M1 and 0.01 g for penicillic acid. Standard curves for these mycotoxins are given.

Die Nachweisgrenzen betragen 0,01 g für Citrinin, 0,006 g für Ochratoxin A, 0,002 g für Aflatoxin M1 und 0,01 g für Penicillinsäure. Eichkurven werden angegeben.

Photochemical reaction of a diplatinum -phenylethenylidene complex with (p-tolyl) C C(p-tolyl) occurs with C-C coupling of the phenylethenylidene ligand and alkyne moieties to give an expanded, unsaturated -1:3-butadienediyl ligand. The location of the twop-tolyl groups on adjacent carbon atoms of the butadienediyl skeleton is consistent with incorporation of the alkyne moiety as an intact species.  相似文献

Summary The reducing fusion gas extraction method has been used for the determination of nitrogen in uranium metal and uranium dioxide reference materials at levels of about 10–15g·g–1. It has been found that when extracting at temperatures above 2700° C the use of a platinum flux is no longer necessary. Pure nitrogen and nitrogen-helium mixtures were used for calibrating the detection unit in the range of 1.5–670 g. The calibration of the extraction was performed with metallic reference materials in the range of 8–331 g N2 content.

Zusammenfassung Die Gasextraktion aus reduzierender Schmelze wurde zur Stickstoffbestimmung in Uranmetall- und Urandioxid-Referenzmaterialien bei Gehalten von 10–15 g·g–1 angewendet. Bei Temperaturen über 2700° C ist kein Platinbad mehr erforderlich. Zur Eichung der Detektionseinheit im Bereich von 1,5–670 g wurden reiner Stickstoff oder Stickstoff-Helium-Mischungen benutzt. Zur Eichung der Extraktion wurden metallische Referenzmaterialien mit (8–331g) N2 eingesetzt.

Triosmium cluster Os3(-H)(CO)10(--2-CCC Me2OMe) (1) was obtained by treating OS3(-H)(-Cl)(CO)10 with LiCCCMe2OMe. The reaction of cluster1 with HBF4 · Et2O at –60 °C leads to the cationic complex [Os3(-H)(CO)10(-,,2-C=C=C Me2)]+BF4 (2) with an allenylidene ligand. Thes1H and13C NMR spectra of complex2 reveal the temperature dependence caused by migration of hydrocarbon and carbonyl ligands. Schemes of redox transformations were proposed for osmium carbonylhydride clusters: trinuclear (-H)Os3(-CR = CHR')(CO)1 0 (R = R' = H, Ph; R = H, R' = Ph), (-H)2Os3(3-L)(CO)9 (L = C = CHPh, CHCPh), tetranuclear CpMnOs3 (-CH = CHPh)(-H)(-CO)(CO)1 1, and trinuclear Os3(3-C = CHPh)(CO)9. Two-electron reduction of the trinuclear clusters results in elimination of the unsaturated ligand with preservation of the metal framework.  相似文献
