A new Schiff base Dibenzoyl-bissemicarbazone C15H16N6O2(L) and its complex with neodymium(Ⅲ ) perchlorate [NdL2(H2O)2](ClO4)3 were synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of the title complex were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic and conforms to space group P. with cell constants a=10. 893(2) A, b= 12. 118(3) A , c=22. 494(5) A , β=89. 86(3)% V = 2969.19A3. The final standard deviation R=0. 0919. In the complex Nd is coordinated by four nitrogen and six oxygen atoms, of which four nitrogen and four oxygen atoms are provided by two neutral ligands L, and the other two oxygen atoms are provided by two water molecules, forming a ten-coordinated complex cation, which the perchlorate groups exist in the outer sphere. The coordination polyhedron takes a bicapped anti-square prism arrangement. That the average bond length of Nd-N is 2. 735 A indicates that the coordination of N in groups to Nd( Ⅲ ) is very weak.  相似文献

A new Ni(II) complex [Ni2(salen)2]·(NCS)·NH4 (salen = N,N’-bis(salicylidenea- mino)ethanato) has been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 16.8725(13), b = 19.0046(15), c = 20.0583(16) , Z = 8, V = 6431.8(9) 3, C33H32N6Ni2O4S1, Mr = 726.13, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, F(000) = 3008, μ = 1.284 mm-1, the final R = 0.0394 and wR = 0.0767 for 4449 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complex involves a N,N’-ethylene-bis(salicylaldiminato) Schiff base, an isothiocyanato anion and an ammonium cation. The nickle(II) ion adopts a distorted square coordination geometry with N2O2 set of Schiff base ligand. The complexes are linked into a dimmer via intermolecular hydrogen bonds and the [Ni(salen)] moieties are connected together to form a 2-D layer structure by intermolecular N–H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. Cyclic-voltammetry method was used to characterize electrochemically the complex.  相似文献

After synthesis of an asymmetric tetradentate ONN0O0 Schiff base ligand(H2L) followed by reaction of the synthesized H2 L with an equimolar mixture of methanolic solutions of the VO(acac)2, a new oxidovanadium(IV) Schiff base complex(VOL) was synthesized. The Schiff base ligand and its complex were characterized by FT-IR and UV–vis spectra and C, H, N analysis. The crystal structure of VOL was also determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The VOL complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Cc. The Schiff base ligand acts as a tetradentate ligand through its two iminic nitrogens and two phenolic and acetylacetonate oxygens. Thermogravimetric analysis of the VOL showed that it decomposes in two steps and converts to mixed vanadium oxides at 477 8C. In addition, thermal decomposition of the VOL complex in air at 660 8C leads to formation of V2O5 nanoparticles with the average size estimated from XRD 49 nm. The catalytic activity of the VOL complex was investigated in the epoxidation reaction and different reaction parameters were optimized. The results showed that the cyclic alkenes were efficiently converted to the corresponding epoxides, whereas the VOL did not appreciably convert the linear alkenes.  相似文献

A complex [NiL2] was synthesized, in which L, or to be exact, a Schiff base ligand(HL), was derived from the condensation of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-5-pyrazolone(PMPAP) with L-phenylalanine methyl ester. They were characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Green block crystals of both ligand and its complex were grown at room temperature. The ligand, which consists of two individual fragments, crystalizes in the P1 space group(a = 5.6268(5), b = 10.6892(11) and c = 19.4869(18) ). The complex crystalizes in the P21 space group(a = 21.4076(18), b = 9.4792(8) and c = 25.287(2) ), which consists of a nickel six-coordinated compound. Every fragment is a distorted octahedron with four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms. The Schiff base ligand(HL) and its complex have been tested in vitro to evaluate their antibacterial activity against bacteria Escherichia Coli and Bacillus subtilis. It is found that the complex has higher activity than the corresponding free Schiff base ligand(HL) against the same bacterial.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2·4H2O with the Schiff base H2L in a methanol solution affords the red crystals of {[CoIIIL2]·[CoII(H2O)6]0.5·2.25H2O}4 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxyphenyl) sali-cylidenimine). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104H114Co6N8O37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4) , β = 102.990(4)o, V = 2581.6(11) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.034 mm-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex was measured, in which the two zinc atoms with coordination polyhedron of distorted tetragonal pyramid (TP) are bridged by an imidazolate in the apical position of the TP forming a dimer. The isomorphous [(trien)Cu(im)Zn(trien)](ClO4)3·H2O complex was doped in the title complex and the recorded single-crystal ESR spectra by fitting gave two sets of the principal values of g and A tensors, which were assigned to the physically distinct sites of the two magnetically equivalent molecules in the unit cell. Lattice distortion at the Cu(II) ion sites and the bonding parameters of Cu(II) ions are further calculated, and the bonding nature of Cu(II) ions is discussed.  相似文献

The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, powder X-ray diffraction, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a=9.197(2), b=10.445(2), c=24.149(5) ?, V=2319.8(8) ?~3, Z=4, C_(20)H_(30)N_2O11 Zn, M_r=539.83, Dc=1.546 g·cm~3, μ=1.122 mm~(-1), F(000)=1128, GOOF=0.971, the final R=0.0206 and w R=0.0506 for 4346 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). In complex I, each Zn(II) ion coordinates with three carboxyl oxygen atoms and two amine nitrogen atoms from three L-anions, forming a distorted five-coordinated trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Complex I exhibits a 1D wavy chain structure that is extended by hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a supramolecular network. Crystals of the title compound were prepared, whose structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction as a biscrown complex. The crystal is monoclinic with a=22.512 (11), b=22.649(9), c=18.113(8), β=104.84(4)°, V=8926(7)~3, Z=8, space group C2/c. Least square retinement has been performed on 2807 unique observed reflections to a final R of 0.91. It is noted from the structure that K+ is coordinated with ten oxygen atoms, forming an intramolecutar sandwiched complex. The bond distance of K+—O ranges from 2.780 to 3.102 with a mean value of 2.906. Local disorder is observed for SCN-group which distributes on three positions with site occupation factors 0.4, 0.3 and 0.3, respectively.  相似文献
