In this paper, we using bifurcation theory method of dynamical systems to find the exact solutions of generalized Zakharov equations with high order singular points and arbitrary power nonlinearities. Under different parameter conditions, we obtain exact solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions as well as kink and anti-kink wave solutions.  相似文献

In this paper,we focus on studying approximate solutions of damped oscillatory solutions of the compound KdV-Burgers equation and their error estimates.We employ the theory of planar dynamical systems to study traveling wave solutions of the compound KdV-Burgers equation.We obtain some global phase portraits under different parameter conditions as well as the existence of bounded traveling wave solutions.Furthermore,we investigate the relations between the behavior of bounded traveling wave solutions and the dissipation coefficient r of the equation.We obtain two critical values of r,and find that a bounded traveling wave appears as a kink profile solitary wave if |r| is greater than or equal to some critical value,while it appears as a damped oscillatory wave if |r| is less than some critical value.By means of analysis and the undetermined coefficients method,we find that the compound KdV-Burgers equation only has three kinds of bell profile solitary wave solutions without dissipation.Based on the above discussions and according to the evolution relations of orbits in the global phase portraits,we obtain all approximate damped oscillatory solutions by using the undetermined coefficients method.Finally,using the homogenization principle,we establish the integral equations reflecting the relations between exact solutions and approximate solutions of damped oscillatory solutions.Moreover,we also give the error estimates for these approximate solutions.  相似文献

In this paper we consider positive solutions of second order quasilinear ordinary differential equations with singular nonlinearities. We obtain asymptotic equivalence theorems for asymptotically superlinear solutions and decaying solutions. By using these theorems, exact asymptotic forms of such solutions are determined. Furthermore, we can establish the uniqueness of decaying solutions as an application of our results.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the qualitative properties and classification of the solutions to the elliptic equations with Stein-Weiss type convolution part. Firstly, we study the qualitative properties, such as the symmetry, regularity and asymptotic behavior of the positive solutions. Secondly, we classify the non-positive solutions by proving some Liouville type theorems for the finite Morse index solutions and stable solutions to the nonlocal elliptic equations with double weights.

In this paper, we studied the bifurcation behaviors and exact traveling wave solutions of the generalized Sinh-Gordon equation under three different functions transformations by using the bifurcation theory of dynamical system. As a result, we obtained all possible traveling wave solutions such as solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions, breaking kink wave solutions and compactons under different parametric conditions.  相似文献

In this paper we study second order scalar differential equations with Sturm-Liouville and periodic boundary conditions. The vector fieldf(t,x,y) is Caratheodory and in some instances the continuity condition onx ory is replaced by a monotonicity type hypothesis. Using the method of upper and lower solutions as well as truncation and penalization techniques, we show the existence of solutions and extremal solutions in the order interval determined by the upper and lower solutions. Also we establish some properties of the solutions and of the set they form.  相似文献

In this article, we study a sequence of finite difference approximate solutions to a parabolic system, which models two dissimilar rods that may come into contact as a result of thermoelastic expansion. We construct the approximate solutions based on a set of finite difference schemes to the system, and we will prove that the approximate solutions converge strongly to the exact solutions. Moreover, we obtain and prove rigorously the error bound, which measures the difference between the exact solutions and approximate solutions in a reasonable norm. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior and exact parametric representations of the traveling wave solutions for the generalized Burger-Fisher equation and the Sharma-Tasso-Olver equation under different parametric conditions, the exact monotonic and non-monotonic kink wave solutions, two-peak solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions, as well as unbounded traveling wave solutions are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper we address bargaining games where the agents have to take into account different criteria to value the decisions. We propose the class of generalized maximin solutions, as the natural extension for these games of the maximin solutions in conventional bargaining. In order to refine this solution concept, we define a multicriteria lexicographic partial ordering and present the class of generalized leximin solutions as those that are nondominated with respect to this relation. We establish some properties of these solutions and characterize them as solutions of multicriteria problems. In a recent paper, Hsieh and Liu (2010) consider quality investment and inspection strategies of one supplier and one manufacturer. They propose solutions of four non-cooperative game models with different degrees of information available about the players’ inspection sampling rates and quality investments. For the two most comprehensive scenarios, we show that these (interior) solutions do not always represent the optimal solutions, as the boundary solutions lead to considerably higher profits. Furthermore, we propose modified algorithms providing the optimal solutions by including the boundary solutions into the consideration.  相似文献

In the paper, we investigate an elliptic system well-known as the Gray-Scott model and present some further results for positive solutions of this model. More precisely, we give the refined a priori estimates of positive solutions, and improve some previous results for the non-existence and existence of positive non-constant solutions as the parameters are varied, which imply some certain conditions where the pattern formation occurs or not.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the integral bifurcation method and the Sakovich’s transformations, we study the two-component short pulse equations of the first kind, different kinds of exact traveling wave solutions with two-loop character, such as two-loop soliton solutions, periodic loop-compacton wave solutions and different kinds of periodic two-loop wave solutions are obtained. Further, we discuss their dynamical behaviors of these exact traveling wave solutions and show their profiles of time evolution by illustrations. This is first time in our research area that we obtain two-soliton solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations under no help of Hirota’s method, inverse scattering method, Darboux transformation and Bächlund transformation.  相似文献

In this article, we discuss nonsymmetric solutions of the colored Yang-Baxter equation dependent on spectral as well as colored parameters and give all seven-vertex solutions by Wu's method. It is also proved that the solutions are composed of six groups of basic solutions up to five solution transformations. In this paper, we construct a new mixed function method for the first time. By using this new method, we study the two nonlinear differential-difference equations named the generalized Hybrid lattice and two-component Volterra lattice equations. Some new exact solutions of mixed function type such as discrete solitary wave solutions, discrete kink and anti-kink wave solutions and discrete breather solutions with kink and anti-kink character are obtained and their dynamic properties are also discussed. One of the main problems in the theory of orthogonal polynomials in several variables is the determination of partial differential equations which have the given polynomials as their solutions. In this note, we consider partial differential equations which are two-dimensional generalizations of the classical differential equation for the Chebyshev polynomials in one variable and we will give conditions for its polynomial solutions. In addition, we will be able to determine all polynomials of a given class which are solutions of the partial differential equation under consideration. In the last section, we establish a connection between the different polynomial solutions.  相似文献

For 2-D quasilinear wave equations with cubic nonlinearity and small initial data, we not only show that the solutions blow up in finite time but also give a complete asymptotic expansion of the lifespan of classical solutions. Hence we solve a problem posed by S. Alinhac and A. Hoshiga. Moreover, as an application of this result, we prove the blowup of solutions for the nonlinear vibrating membrane equations.  相似文献

Nonlinear fractional differential-algebraic equations often arise in simulating integrated circuits with superconductors. How to obtain the nonnegative solutions of the equations is an important scientific problem. As far as we known, the nonnegativity of solutions of the nonlinear fractional differential-algebraic equations is still not studied. In this article, we investigate the nonnegativity of solutions of the equations. Firstly, we discuss the existence of nonnegative solutions of the equations, and then we show that the nonnegative solution can be approached by a monotone waveform relaxation sequence provided the initial iteration is chosen properly. The choice of initial iteration is critical and we give a method of finding it. Finally, we present an example to illustrate the efficiency of our method.  相似文献
