利用温度跃升傅里叶变换红外原位分析技术(T-jump/FTIR)对苦味酸碳酰肼,苦味酸氨基脲和苦味酸氨基胍的快速热分解过程进行了研究,利用快速扫描傅里叶变换红外光谱在线检测气相产物的种类及浓度变化趋势。研究发现,在0.1 MPa氩气气氛下,这3种化合物快速热分解过程的含氮气相产物主要有NO、NH3、HCN、NO2、HONO和HNCO,含碳气相产物主要有CO2、CO、HCN、HNCO和HONO,NH3可进一步氧化为NO2,N2O和H2O等产物;实验同时得到了快速热分解主要气相产物摩尔分数随时间的变化关系曲线。研究表明,苦味酸氨基脲作为新型、安全、环保起爆药剂和汽车安全气囊产气剂组分有很好的发展前景。  相似文献

本文提出了极谱法测定痕量亚硝酸根的一个新体系。在含有Ni~(2+)和SCN~-的稀硫酸底液中,在单扫示波极谱仪上,有一灵敏的亚硝酸根配合物吸附波,峰电位为-0.57V(vs SCE)。一阶导数峰高与亚硝酸根浓度在2×10~(-8)~2×10~(-6)mol/L之间成线性关系。检测限达8×10~(-9)mol/L。回归方程为:Y=0.47x+0.096,相关系数为0.998,相对标准偏差为1.6%。该法具有良好的选择性,尤其是大量硝酸根不干扰测定。成功地应用于实际样品中痕量亚硝酸根的分析。  相似文献

海水中痕量亚硝酸根、硝酸根的含量是评价海水的富营养化的重要指标,采用离子色谱法可对它们进行同时测定。但海水中大量的Cl^-和SO4^2-会干扰海水中微量NO2^-和NO3^-的测定。目前,在用离子色谱法分析阴离子时排除Cl^-干扰的有效方法是银柱法,但银柱价格较贵,成本较高,使得银柱法的使用在国内受到限制。本实验以固体Ag2O和Ba(OH),为沉淀剂,采用氧化银沉淀法排除Cl^-和SO4^2-的干扰。用此方法对海水处理后,再用离子色谱法检测NO2^-和NO3^-,不仅结果令人满意,检测费用也大大低于银柱法。  相似文献

采用铜镉柱还原硝酸盐,与CdTe量子点增敏过氧亚硝酸-碳酸钠体系的化学发光信号相结合,开发了快速在线同时分析亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的新方法.对流动注射、化学发光等实验参数条件进行优化,在Na2CO3的浓度为0.2 M、H2O2的浓度为0.03 M、Na2EDTA的浓度为1×10-3 M、CdTe量子点粒径为2.84 nm的条件下,过氧亚硝酸-碳酸钠体系可以获得最优的化学发光信号.该方法检测亚硝酸盐的线性范围为0.3~75μM,检测限可达0.12μM,其相对标准偏差为1.9%;硝酸盐的线性范围为1.0~100μM,检测限可达0.26μM,其相对标准偏差为1.5%.此方法无需衍生和分离,可以实现同时、准确、快速和高选择性地检测人体尿液中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的含量,回收率分别为94%~105%和96.6%~110.4%.  相似文献

采用量子化学方法研究了CCl3O与NO及NO2反应机理.计算结果表明CCl3O+NO反应的主要产物为CCl2O+ClNO;次要产物为CCl2O+ClON.CCl3O+NO2反应的主要产物为CCl3ONO2和CCl2O+ClNO2.通过对反应机理的研究可以更好的理解CCl3O的大气化学行为.  相似文献

等离子体协同CuO/TiO2-γ-Al2O3催化CH4脱除NO   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对合成的12%CuO/15%TiO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行了BET和XRD表征, 并结合等离子体与催化协同脱除NO的反应装置, 考察了单一等离子体、单一催化剂以及等离子体与催化协同脱除NO+CH4+O2的反应结果, 研究了上述三种条件下NO和CH4的转化率. BET表征结果表明, 15%TiO2/γ-Al2O3的孔径分布在微孔和介孔之间; XRD结果表明, 催化剂表面有CuO晶相; 反应活性数据表明, 单一等离子体存在时, NO和CH4的转化率随着等离子体的输入功率增大而逐渐增加, 反应体系引入体积分数为2.5%的O2气促进了NO和CH4的转化; 使用单一催化剂时, NO和CH4的转化率随温度升高而分别增大至30%和20%. 同时NO转化率随O2气浓度的增加先增加后降低, CH4随O2气浓度的增加转化率逐渐增大; 等离子体与催化剂协同作用NO+CH4+O2反应中, NO和CH4的转化率随O2气浓度的增加与只有催化剂存在条件下的变化趋势一致, 但是增大了NO的低温转化率, 同时CH4的转化率提高到了90%.  相似文献

采用了B3LYP方法和6-311G(d) 基组,并辅以MP2方法详细地计算了硝酸(HONO2)和过氧亚硝酸(HOONO)及相应正离子的各种可能构象、能量、振动频率等,分析了它们的相对稳定性、电离势、光电子能谱,探讨了用光电子能谱去探测HOONO的可能性.结构优化结果表明, HOONO和HOONO+均有三种稳定的构象, HOONO有三个一阶鞍点的结构.作出了HOONO和HOONO+的能量随O-O键旋转的变化曲线图,定性地讨论了可能存在的物种以及各构象之间几何结构的变化.  相似文献

该文利用汞特异性核酸适配体和可以嵌入双螺旋脱氧核糖核酸中的荧光染料 PicoGreen 建立了一种 快速检测汞离子的荧光分析方法。通过荧光信号强度来测定汞离子浓度,并获得了汞离子浓度的对数和荧光 强度之间的线性关系。方法的线性范围为 0. 001~100 μg/mL,检出限达到 0. 38 ng/mL。在 As3+ 、Pb2+ 、Cd2+ 、 Cr2+ 、K+ 等干扰离子存在的情况下,具有很好的特异性。同时,在灌溉水实际样品检测中的回收率为95. 2%~ 97. 9%,相对标准偏差为2. 3%~4. 0%。该方法利用核酸适配体和荧光染料实现了对汞离子的痕量检测,是一 种简单、快速、灵敏的测定方法。  相似文献

采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定地下水中的亚硝酸盐氮(NO2^-)、氨氮(NH4^+)、硝酸盐氮(NO3^-)。考察NO2^-,NH4^+和NO3^-测定时的相互干扰,并给出了相应的消除方法。研究结果表明,测定NO2^-时,NH4^+和NO3^-无干扰;NO2^-对测定NH4^+和NO3^-产生干扰,可分别采用分段法和加入2滴10%氨基磺酸溶液的方法消除干扰;对于不含NO2^-或NO2-含量不高的地下水样品,可简化操作步骤直接测定NO3^-。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.73%~2.74%(n=12),样品加标回收率为97.67%~100.28%。所用检测仪器具有流动注射、自动进样及在线绘制标准曲线的功能,简化了标准方法中的样品前处理过程,减少了样品的损失,实现了自动化分析,大幅提高了检测结果的准确度和工作效率。  相似文献

本论文简述用Nafion_Os(bpy) 3 2 + /PVP复合膜修饰的乙炔黑粉末微电极 ,以亚硝酸根还原为模型反应 ,实现从复合修饰及扩大电极比表面两方面改善电极性能的思路 .结果表明 ,它同时显示Nafion_Os(bpy) 3 2 + /PVP修饰电极对NO2 -及NO+ 双重富集并再生活性粒子NO+ 、防止中继体流失、加速膜中中继体传输、改变反应途径等复合修饰电极的多种功能以及粉末微电极的高比表面、高液相传质速度以及薄层效应的特性 .与平面修饰电极及裸粉末微电极相比 ,它明显提高了酸性溶液中亚硝酸根还原的可逆性、呈数量级地提高稳态极限电流密度以及NO2 -的检测指标 .  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

The thermodynamics of adsorption has been studied of hydrolyzed modified polyacrylnitrile (HMP) in water solutions with a concentration ranging from 0.25 g/l to 2.00 g/l on bleached sulphate and unbleached and bleached sulphite celluloses at temperatures of 0, 20, 40, and 60 C.It has been established that with the rise in temperature, the amount of adsorbed polymer —(HMP) decreases. The values of the enthalpy change are negative and show a linear decrease with the increase in the amount of adsorbed polymer. The adsorption equilibrium is defined by the logarithmic isotherm of Tjumkin, valid for uniform heterogeneous surfaces.With the increase in the amount of adsorbed HMP the values of the entropy change become negative and linearly decrease. A compensation effect has been noticed which results from the simultaneous action of the entropy and energy factors.The values of the change of the chemical potential for the three types of cellulose are negative and linearly decrease with the increase in the amount of adsorbed HMP and with the rise in temperature.  相似文献

The kinetics of the interaction between lithium carbonate and silica with various degrees of dispersion was investigated by TG and DTA methods. It was found that the utilization of pyrogenic silica with a specific surface area of about 300 m2g-1 instead of aerosil with one of 175 m2g-1 leads to an increase of the reaction rate between lithium carbonate and silica, which depends on the formation and growth of lithium orthosilicate crystals in the first stage, and is conditioned by the diffusion of lithium and oxygen ions through the lithium orthosilicate layer formed at temperatures above 800 K. This supposition is supported by the kinetic analysis results obtained with the use of the different models. The optimal regime of heating is recommended.
