基于贝叶斯神经网络的近红外光谱实木地板表面缺陷检测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
实木地板的表面缺陷直接影响其力学性能和产品等级,表面缺陷的快速检测对实木地板的在线分选具有重要的现实意义。针对视觉方法检测实木地板表面缺陷识别率低的问题,提出了一种基于近红外光谱分析技术的检测方法。首先,分别采集规格为200 mm×100 mm×20 mm的表面带有活节、死节以及无缺陷的实木地板的光谱数据各60份,其中30份作为训练样本,30份作为测试样本;其次,使用高斯滤波(GSF)、分段多元散射校正(PMSC)和去趋势法(DT)等方法对采集到的光谱数据进行预处理,降低光谱噪声、消除光谱的散射影响;然后,利用改进遗传算法从处理后的光谱中提取特征波长用于构建缺陷识别与分类模型;最后,使用基于贝叶斯理论改进的神经网络构建实木地板缺陷识别和分类模型。实验使用含有活节、死节以及无缺陷的实木地板样本对模型进行训练和测试,结果表明:通过贝叶斯神经网络构建的缺陷识别与分类模型能够准确识别活节、死节和无缺陷三类实木地板,识别率分别为92.20%, 94.47%和95.57%。证明了实木地板表面缺陷类型与其近红外吸收光谱密切相关,并为下一步实现实木地板表面缺陷的准确定位提供快速检测方法。  相似文献

Thermal heating/cooling conditions for metal-insulator-metal structures based on barium strontium titanate ferroelectric films are studied by numerical methods with the aim of their application in capacitive thermoelectric converters. A correlation between the thermal and capacitive properties of thin-film ferroelectric capacitors is considered. The time of the temperature response and the rate of variation of the capacitive properties of the metal-insulator-metal structures are determined by analyzing the dynamics of thermal processes. Thermophysical calculations are carried out that take into consideration the real electrical properties of barium strontium titanate ferroelectric films and allow estimation of thermal modulation parameters and the efficiency of capacitive thermoelectric converters on their basis.  相似文献

Synthesis from molecular beams in an ultrahigh vacuum is a promising method for producing multilayer semiconducting thin-film structures for high-efficiency conversion of heat and solar energies into electricity, where cascade converters with complex optimized chemical compositions and alloying profiles are necessary. Until recently, nanotechnologies of heterostructures, such as quantum wells, superlattices, and quantum dots, were not applied for photovoltaic conversion. Based on the coupled mode theory, this paper presents the study on the influence of input mode mixture in circular oversized waveguide mode converters. Three kinds of commonly used waveguide mode converters, including the waveguide mode converters with varying wall radius or small axis perturbations, and the waveguide mode converters with bent structures, are taken as the examples. The results show that the spurious input modes do not simply superimpose onto the output modes, and in some cases they may deteriorate the conversion efficiency for the main output mode. Methods for transforming such spurious input mode mixture simultaneously into the main output mode are also presented in this paper.  相似文献

丁酸类代谢物广泛存在于动物、植物和微生物中,且具有多种重要的生理功能,但它们的固体核磁共振参数、分子动力学性质及其结构依赖性并未得到清楚的认识. 该文使用高分辨交叉极化与魔角旋转核磁共振(13C CPMAS)实验技术,分析了一系列固体丁酸类代谢物的13C化学位移, 发现了这些代谢物的13C化学位移与其分子结构的一些相关性规律. 另外还发现,固体丁酸类代谢物与其在溶液中的13C化学位移有显著的差异. 这些代谢物中甲基参与的疏水作用以及羟基、氨基和羧基参与的氢键作用均对其化学位移大小有重要的影响. 上述结果为认识代谢物的结构和功能以及功能对结构的依赖性提供了重要信息.  相似文献

降压型、升压型和升压-降压型DC-DC变换器是应用广泛的基本开关DC-DC变换器.电流模式控制开关DC-DC变换器在较宽的电路参数范围内具有两个边界,基于开关切换前后电感电流的上升和下降斜率,建立了斜坡补偿电流模式控制开关DC-DC变换器的统一模型.该模型进行无量纲归一化处理后只有三个参数,可有效展示开关DC-DC变换器在电感电流连续传导模式(CCM)和电感电流不连续传导模式(DCM)时的动力学特性.利用此模型,导出了轨道状态发生转移时的两个分界线方程,由此确定了开关DC-DC变换器的稳定周期1域、CCM鲁棒混沌域和DCM弱混沌强阵发域三个工作状态区域.开关DC-DC变换器二维参数映射图和电流模式控制降压型DC-DC变换器的电路实验观察验证了由两条分界线划分工作状态域的正确性.  相似文献

采用横向表面PiN(SPiN)二极管构造的硅基可重构天线具有众多优于传统天线的独特优势, 是实现天线小型化和提升雷达与微波通信系统性能的有效技术途径. 本文提出一种Si/Ge/Si异质横向SPiN二极管, 并基于双极扩散模型与Fletcher型边界条件, 在大注入条件下建立了二极管结电压、电流密度与本征区固态等离子体浓度分布解析模型, 并数值模拟分析了本征区长度、P+与N+区掺杂浓度、外加电压对所建模型的影响. 结果表明, 固态等离子体浓度随本征区长度的增加下降, 随外加电压的增加而指数上升, 随P+与N+区掺杂浓度的提高而上升, 电流密度随外加电压的增加而指数上升. 同等条件下, 异质SPiN二极管的固态等离子体浓度相比同质二极管提高近7倍以上. 本文所建模型为硅基可重构天线的设计与应用提供有效的参考.  相似文献

Experiments on forming periodic nanostructures with relief that repeats the trajectory of the AFM probe are performed, and the parameters affecting their dimensions, height, width, shape, profile, and so on are studied. The induced deposition of silver clusters on the surface of a p-type silicon wafer an external field is demonstrated for the first time. The possibility is demonstrated of using such structures as hybrid schemes for photoelectric converters; as active elements for the amplification, generation, and control systems in laser and optoelectronic devices for fiber optics; and for creating photonic crystals (elements) based on periodic structures.  相似文献

This overview will highlight features of the main classes of hydrogen storage materials based on their crystal structures. High-pressure techniques have proven to be a useful approach to rapidly discover light-weight, high-capacity hydrogen storage materials in the solid state. High and low resolution solid state NMR methods have been applied to characterise a few samples of ancient wood. In an ancient larch wood sample, by applying 1H low resolution NMR methods as a function of the temperature, the average pore size and its distribution have been determined. In addition, high resolution NMR techniques have allowed addressing of the question of the proximity of water pools to cellulose and lignin. In particular, a model can be hypothesized in which water pools are surrounded by thin layers of amorphous cellulose and/or lignin while the crystalline domains of cellulose surround the layers of amorphous cellulose. Preliminary results obtained using a fully non invasive and portable NMR unilateral relaxometer, the Eureka-Mouse10 (EM10), are reported. Recent results obtained at the institute of Catalysis from studies of heterogeneous catalysis using high-resolution1H,13C,15N,27Al,29Si,31P and51V solid state NMR have been summarized. Emphasis is made on: (1) structural studies of active in catalysis compounds and sites in supported oxides, hydrides and inorganic acids; (2) studies of structures and properties of surface OH groups active in Bronsted acid catalysis; (3) studies of Lewis acidity of heterogeneous catalysts using15N NMR of adsorbed N2O and (4) studies of adsorption mechanisms for molecules of reactants over various catalysts.  相似文献

多金属氧酸盐(简称多酸,Polyoxometalates,POMs)是由处于d0电子构型的前过渡金属元素通过共边或共角缩聚而成的金属-氧簇类化合物.由于其具有丰富的分子结构和独特的物理化学性质,已经被广泛应用于功能材料、催化化学和药物化学等领域.其中钒取代的多酸阴离子具有很好的催化活性,特别是对烃类的氧化,它的活性主要受钒取代的数目和钒中心的阴离子环境这两个因素影响.该文利用固体核磁技术分析了一取代钒的两类典型结构中51V的局域结构和化学环境,以及有机阳离子对多酸阴离子结构的影响,特别是对51V的化学环境的影响,为研究多酸的催化活性和催化机理提供基本的结构信息.  相似文献

采用非均相沉淀法制备了Sr3-xSi1-xAlxO5∶xCe3+荧光粉,并与高温固相法制备的该荧光粉进行了对比。以XRD、SEM和荧光光谱分析来表征所制备的荧光粉。结果表明,非均相沉淀法比高温固相反应法制备的荧光粉相纯度更高,颗粒分布更窄,晶面清晰,团聚程度小,相对发光强度也更高。荧光粉的激发光谱为270~500 nm的双峰宽带,最强激发峰位于417 nm处。发射光谱为450~700 nm的单峰宽带,峰值位于525 nm处。电荷补偿剂对荧光粉相对发光强度影响较大,外加Al3+置换Si4+作为电荷补偿剂比外加Li+置换Sr2+的效果更好。  相似文献

The emergence of differences in potential in a natural macromolecular heterogeneous structure (wood) upon natural changes in temperature with allowance for humidity is considered. It is shown that the magnitude of the emerging difference in potential in the wood is proportional to the change in temperature and grows along with the humidity of the wood.  相似文献

A molecular dynamics method is used to study the influence of a heavy dispersed particle on a liquid-solid phase transition in a molecular system of solid spheres. It is shown that the presence of a dispersed particle shifts the transition toward higher densities and pressures. In addition, in the liquid state the heterogeneous system has a lower pressure, whereas in the solid state the pressure is higher than that in the corresponding states of a homogeneous medium. It is established that the pressures of the heterogeneous mixture in the regions before and after the phase transition can be converted to the pressure of the single-component system by introducing various scaling factors (effective densities of the medium). Mechanical behaviour of wood considered as an orthotropic solid can be determined with ultrasonic technique. The propagation phenomena in wood are complex and theoretically are regulated by Christoffel's equation. Three type of waves can propagate in wood. During the propagation phenomena three slowness sheets are observed, corresponding to a fast longitudinal wave (inner sheet) and two shear waves, one fast and one slow (outer sheet). These waves are submitted continuously to mode conversion phenomena. The polarization angle changes when the propagation direction is out of the principal directions of symmetry of the material. In this article an analysis of the propagation phenomena in tridimensional representation is performed for different wood species. This approach contributes to the understanding of dynamic aspects of particle displacement associated with the wave fronts propagation. Globally, the anisotropy of each species, expressed by their acoustical behaviour is well represented.  相似文献

The general principles for designing mode converters based on air-hole collapse in photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) are theoretically investigated in this paper. The splice-like point in mode converters is found unnecessary for mode conversion; however, two different and separated cores, the adiabatic transitional part and the final merged core, are essential. Three structures are investigated using logical deduction, and the numerical results agree well with the logical conclusions.  相似文献
