探讨了二甲基聚硅氧烷阳离子型乳液耐电解质稳定性的影响因素。结果表明,加入少量的非离子型表面活性剂与阳离子型乳化剂并用进行乳液聚合,可以保护乳液粒子,防止由于电解质引的乳液粒子的相互凝聚而形成大颗粒。 相似文献

用自建悬滴动态界面张力仪测定了相同Tween60浓度但溶解位置不同时的甲苯-水动态界面张力,发现Tween60先溶在甲苯中的甲苯-水界面张力下降过程比Tween60先溶在水时快的多,并且前者的界面张力比后者低得多;同时发现在相同浓度下Tween60先溶在甲苯中制备的乳状液比Tween60先溶在水时稳定的多,文章将这两种现象联系起来,从Tween60形成胶束能力、分子扩散系数、溶解性以及界面组成差异等角度对乳化剂初始位置效应作了深入探讨。 相似文献

Insulin entrapped nanocapsules to use polylactide (PLA) as the encapsulating material were prepared through a modified water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsification and solvent evaporation method, The average particle size of PLA nanocapsules obtained was decreased to (181.5 ± 8.4) nm, and capably adjusted from 180 to 370 nm by using different types and content of nonionic emulsifiers. The influence of emulsifiers on property of nanocapsules was discussed in detail. The effects of spans and tweens to modify the size of the nanocapsules were different, which can be due to the distribution of the surfactants on the inner interface between the inner water and oil of the double emulsion. The encapsulation efficiency and drug release of nanocapsules were affected obviously by the content and type of emulsifiers. 相似文献

The semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization of vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate (VAc/BuA) (85:15) initiated by thermal initiators ammonium persulfate (APS) and potassium persulfate (PPS) at 70°C in the presence of nonylphenol ethoxylates of varying chain lengths (NP-n) and acrylamide partially polymerized (Amol) was investigated. VAc-BuA copolymer latexes were synthesized as two different series in the glass reactor, in the first serie was initiated by APS and PPS was used as initiator in the second serie. The influence of the counterions or initiators and chain lenghts of non-ionic emulsifier on the properties of VAc-BuA copolymer latexes were determined by measuring Brookfield viscosities, weight average molecular weights (M̄w), number average molecular weights (M̄w), molecular weight distribution and surface tension of latexes to air. The results of copolymer latexes indicated that their physicochemical properties increased with the increasing chain length of nonionic emulsifier for two initiators. 相似文献

以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为非离子单体,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为阳离子单体,偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐(AIBA)为引发剂,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)和乙撑基双(十六烷基二甲基氯化铵)(G16—2—16)为乳化剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法进行阳离子乳液聚合。探讨了乳化剂的分子结构和用量对反应速率、单体转化率以及乳胶粒粒径、Zeta电位等的影响。结果表明:乳化剂的用量越大,反应速率越大,单体转化率越高,而乳胶粒粒径越小;使用G16—2—16作乳化剂时,单体转化率较高,乳胶粒粒径较大,Zeta电位较高。 相似文献

Hollow polysiloxane particles with diameters between 1.40 and 1.60 micrometres were fabricated by consecutive cocondensation of methyltrimethoxysilane and diphenyldimethoxysilane monomers onto polydiphenylsiloxane,subsequently removing the templated polydiphenylsiloxane by exposure to solvents.TEM and AFM measurement reveal that there are obvious hollow sphere structures for the polysiloxane microsphere particles.The hollow spheres are envisioned to have applications in areas ranging from dye-industry,catalysis,pharmaceutics to materials science. 相似文献
