We present the observables for theA=3 bound state with a two-pion exchange three-body force added to the de Tourreil and Sprung realistic nucleon-nucleon interaction. This results mainly in increasing the binding energy by 650 keV. In the framework of the impulse approximation, we find no sensible improvement for the electromagnetic form factors, and no central depression for the He3 charge density with point nucleons. We compute the contribution of the three-body force to then-d doublet scattering length whose agreement with experiment is improved.  相似文献

The parity-non-conserving longitudinal asymmetry in proton-proton (p p) elastic scattering is calculated in the lab energy range 0-350 MeV using contemporary, realistic strong-interaction potentials combined with a weak-interaction potential comprised of - and -meson exchanges as exemplified by the DDH model. We evaluate the threshold matrix–element for the reaction ppppπ0 in a fully relativistic Feynman diagrammatic approach. We employ a simple effective range approximation to take care of the S–wave pp final–state interaction. The experimental value for the threshold amplitude A = (2.7 −i0.3) fm4 can be reproduced by contributions from tree level chiral (long–range) pion exchange and short–range effects related to vector meson exchanges, with ω-exchange giving the largest individual contribution. Pion loop effects appear to be small. We stress that the commonly used heavy baryon formalism is not applicable in the NN–system above the pion production threshold due to the large external momentum, |p|≃ (Mm π)−1/2, with M and m π the nucleon and the pion mass, respectively. We furthermore investigate the reaction pppnπ+ near threshold within the same approach. We extract from the data the triplet threshold amplitude as B = (2.8 −i1.5) fm4. Its real part can be well understood from (relativistic) tree level meson–exchange diagrams. In addition, we investigate the process ppppη near threshold. We use a simple factorization ansatz for the ppη final–state interaction and extract from the data the modulus of the threshold amplitude, |C|= 1.32 fm4. With g ηN= 5.3, this value can be reproduced by (relativistic) tree level meson–exchange diagrams and η–rescattering, whose strength is fixed by the ηN scattering length. Using chiral perturbation theory we calculate for pion Compton scattering the isospin-breaking effects induced by the difference between the charged and neutral pion mass. At one-loop order this correction is directly proportional to mp±2-mp02\ensuremath{m_{\pi^\pm}^2-m_{\pi^0}^2} and free of (electromagnetic) counterterm contributions. The differential cross-section for charged pion Compton scattering p-g? p-g\ensuremath{\pi^-\gamma \rightarrow \pi^-\gamma} gets affected (in backward directions) at the level of a few permille. At the same time the isospin-breaking correction leads to a small shift of the pion polarizabilities by d(ap- bp) @ 1.3 ·10-5\ensuremath{\delta(\alpha_\pi- \beta_\pi) \simeq 1.3 \cdot 10^{-5}} fm^3. In case of the low-energy gg? p0p0\ensuremath{\gamma\gamma \rightarrow \pi^0\pi^0} reaction isospin breaking manifests itself through a cusp effect at the p+p-\ensuremath{\pi^+\pi^-} threshold. We give an improved estimate for it based on the empirical p \pi p \pi -scattering length difference a0-a2\ensuremath{a_0-a_2} .  相似文献

Rapidity-dependent transverse momentum spectra of negatively charged pions measured at different rapidities in proton-proton collisions at the Super Proton Synchrotron(SPS) at various energies within its Beam Energy Scan(BES) program are investigated by using one-and two-component standard distributions where the chemical potential and spin property of particles are implemented. The rapidity spectra are described by a doubleGaussian distribution. At the stage of kinetic freeze-out, the event patterns are structured by the scatter plots in the three-dimensional subspaces of velocity, momentum and rapidity. The results of the studies of the rapidityindependent transverse mass spectra measured at mid-rapidity in proton-proton collisions are compared with those based on the similar transverse mass spectra measured in the most central beryllium-beryllium, argon-scandium and lead-lead collisions from the SPS at its BES energies.  相似文献

One of the most important experimental results for proton-proton scattering at the LHC is the observation of a so-called "ridge" structure in the two-particle correlation function versus the pseudorapidity difference Δη and the azimuthal angle difference Δφ. One finds a strong correlation around Δφ=0, extended over many units in Δη. We show that a hydrodynamical expansion based on flux tube initial conditions leads in a natural way to the observed structure. To get this result, we have to perform an event-by-event calculation, because the effect is due to statistical fluctuations of the initial conditions, together with a subsequent collective expansion. This is a strong point in favor of a fluidlike behavior even in pp scattering, where we have to deal with length scales of the order of 0.1 fm.  相似文献

The radiative corrections to elastic pion-nucleus scattering are evaluated for kinematical conditions pertaining to the pion spectrometer facilities at the newer meson factories, and are found to be experimentally relevant. We have analysed the several sets of experimental data on pp elastic scattering in the Coulomb interference region in the range plab between 9 and 500 GeV/c, in order to estimate the size of the spin dependent part of the strong amplitude. Calling β the ratio of this spin-dependent part to the spin-dependent amplitude in the forward direction, we find all the data strongly suggest but do not conclusively prove a non-negligible β whose value is around 10% and approximately constant with energy. This result cannot be explained theoretically in terms of exchange of any simple factorising Regge pole. We suggest important pomeron cut contributions. Implications of our analysis for some experiments at ISR energies which appear to give rising total cross sections are discussed.  相似文献
