基于荧光共振能量转移的原理,以修饰于核酸适体上的FAM作为能量供体,以氧化石墨烯作为能量受体,构建了荧光适体传感器,分别对不同浓度的胰岛素和多巴胺进行检测.结果表明,胰岛素的线性检测范围为0.05~10μmol/L,多巴胺的线性检测范围为1~500μmol/L,当胰岛素和多巴胺检测浓度相同时,胰岛素检测信号远强于多巴胺.对胰岛素和多巴胺分别进行特异性实验,发现该传感器对胰岛素和多巴胺有较强的特异性.说明基于荧光共振能量转移的核酸适体传感器不仅可实现多种物质的微量检测,还具有较强的选择性,在生物和医药检测领域应用前景广阔.  相似文献

生物大分子动态的结构变化能够使用单分子对荧光共振能量转移谱技术来研究.主要研究了微腔在单分子对共振能量转移实验中有效提高相应单分子对的荧光发射信号的作用,从而提高该技术的时间分辨率.研究发现.由于受体一微腔的强耦合相互作用,光学微腔使得受体分子变成了一个类似于单原子激光的激光体.此外,随着距离的增加.受体的光子数会很快下降.微腔使受体的发射光对单分子对间的距离有更大的依赖性,在腔体中进行单分子对共振能量转移实验町以得到更高的时间分辨率.研究结果为单分子对荧光共振能量转移技术提供了实验方法和理论指导.  相似文献

Magnetic radiation phenomena appear inevitably in the magnetic-resonance wireless power transfer(MR-WPT)system, and regarding this problem the magnetic-shielding scheme is applied to improve the electromagnetic performance in engineering. In this study, the shielding effectiveness of a two-coil MR-WPT system for different material shields is analyzed in theory using Moser's formula and Schelkunoff's formula. On this basis a candidate magnetic-shielding scheme with a double-layer structure is determined, which has better shielding effectiveness and coils coupling coeffcient. Finally, some finite element simulation results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and the shielding effectiveness with the double-layer shield in maximum is 30 dB larqger than the one with the single-layer case.  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了以稀土离子Eu3+为激活剂的硅基发光材料,并考察了Na2WO4的掺杂对体系发光性能的影响。主要通过研究三维荧光光谱,荧光激发光谱和发射光谱,分析探讨了Na2WO4的掺入对发光中心Eu3+发光性质的影响,结果发现,三维荧光光谱高斯图像充分表明了Na2WO4的掺杂有效地提高了Eu3+的5D0→7F2特征跃迁。用荧光激发光谱图和发射光谱图进一步详细的表征了基质和Eu3+的f→f跃迁及其强度变化情况。通过能级图、位形坐标图和敏化过程示意图等理论对这个影响的原因进行了进一步的说明和探讨。结果表明,O→W的电荷迁移带吸收了大量的能量,并有效地将能量传递给Eu3+,促使发光中心的发光强度增大。但由于Na2WO4的掺杂还增加了硅基质的能量吸收而使整体材料的发光效率下降。  相似文献

The resonant transition in the Paul trap is studied by the time-space transformation and function series expansion. A new selection rule for the transition in the trap is derived strictly. Tlte probability in the ground state and solrle transition rates to the excited states are calculated. 通过溶胶反应在乙醇溶液中合成了60nm的SiO2纳米粒子,将其与聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)共混,得到了不同质量分数的PVK/SiO2复合体系,利用荧光光谱,吸收光谱,研究了PVK/SiO2复合体系的荧光效应,光致发光的研究表明在PVK与SiO2纳米粒子之间存在界面能量传递过程,这种能量传递的必要条件是PVK的发射谱与SiO2纳米粒子的吸收谱有重叠,以上研究表明PVK/SiO2复合体系存在较强的界面效应,是研究有机与无机纳米体系界面效应的良好模型。  相似文献

对 4 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 间苯二酚 (PAR)与吖啶黄间荧光能量转移进行了探讨 ,研究了其能量转移的最佳条件 ,并应用该体系测定痕量铁 (Ⅱ ) ,由此建立了能量转移荧光测定痕量铁的新方法。在λex/em =46 5nm/5 0 5nm ,十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)作用下 ,pH =9 2时 ,吖啶黄与PAR 铁 (Ⅱ )络合物间能发生有效能量转移 ,使吖啶黄的荧光猝灭。铁的量在 0~ 10 μg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。最低检出限 0 0 6 μg·L-1。该方法用于水样、发样中痕量铁的测定 ,结果满意。  相似文献

量子点虽然广泛应用于生物荧光标记,但仍停留在实验阶段,目前还不能通过实验的办法得到量子点的荧光分布特征。利用有限元的方法对量子点的荧光场分布特征进行了数值模拟计算,选取几种不同材料球形量子点进行电磁散射分析,论述了量子点的荧光场分布规律。通过对单个量子点进行荧光场分析,确定了CdSe量子点、CdTe量子点荧光共振能量转移模型,计算结果表明:量子点的荧光场的分布规律可以由量子点的电磁散射场给出,对量子点散射场的分析有助于我们更细致地了解量子点荧光共振能量转移的过程,对于探知一般实验无法得到的量子点荧光场分布规律是可行的。该结果对控制量子点的荧光分布,提高量子点荧光效率具有重要的实际意义。  相似文献

A simple method to detect mercury ions confined in a Paul trap has been developed by resonant ejection. In this method, frequency of the additional ejection ac voltage is scanned instead of the amplitude of the rf drive voltage in conventional methods. It is possible not only to observe the spectra of the secular oscillation of the trapped ions directly, but also to eject the confined ions from the trap mass-selectively.  相似文献

We compare the efficiency of microwave heating of electrons in a dense plasma at the fundamental harmonics ( = eH/(mc)) and at the subharmonics ( = eH/(2mc)) of the electron gyrofrequency. In particular, recent experimental results showing a higher efficiency of microwave heating at the frequency equal to one half of the electron gyrofrequency are analyzed. Equations describing the nonlinear subharmonic electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) heating are derived for an arbitrary geometry of the microwave field. If the microwave field has the vacuum polarization, then the microwave power absorbed by electrons at the fundamental harmonic of the electron gyrofrequency in rarefied plasmas exceeds by many orders of magnitude the corresponding power absorbed by electrons in the case of nonlinear heating at one half of the electron gyrofrequency. However, it is shown that this difference in a dense plasma does not exceed one order of magnitude, which is explained by the effect of depression of the resonance component of the microwave field. In this case, the efficiency of the formation of high-energy electron population can be influenced not only by the energy-deposition rate but mainly by the stability condition of an electron in the magnetic trap. It is shown that a twofold decrease in the magnetic field, necessary to satisfy the ECR condition at one half of the electron gyrofrequency, leads to a dramatic shortening of the hot-electron lifetime in a magnetic trap and, in turn, to a dramatic decrease in the energy-deposition efficiency. We discuss the dependence of the electron heating on the effect of quasi-static enhancement of the microwave field near a target located in a magnetic trap for the generation of X-ray emission.  相似文献

A fluorescent nitrone composed of a nitrostilbene moiety and the tert-butyl-nitrone has been synthesized. Upon addition of short-lived oxygen radicals a relatively stable nitroxide is formed which quenches the fluorescence. Simultaneously, the fluorescence maximum is shifted to shorter wavelength due to the shorter conjugated system. Hence, by means of confocal laser microscopy the formation of reactive oxygen species can be followed with subcellular resolution. The probe co-localizes with mitochondria. Quench was followed in Chinese hamster ovary cells on the second time scale either after generation of hydroxyl radicals by the Fenton reaction or, at almost the same rate, by blocking complexes I and III of the respiratory chain by rotenone and antimycin A. The fluorescence lasted for more than 20 min in controls. The fluorescence decay can be followed in a video presentation on our homepage (http://pcbc00.chemie.uni-kl.de/videostream/stream2java.html). The nature of the initial radical may eventually be determined by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy of the adduct.  相似文献

A paradigm model is suggested for describing the diffusive limit of trajectories of two Lorentz disks moving in a finite horizon periodic configuration of smooth, strictly convex scatterers and interacting with each other via elastic collisions. For this model the diffusive limit of the two trajectories is a mixture of joint Gaussian laws (analogous behavior is expected for the mechanical model of two Lorentz disks).  相似文献
