按文献方法制备了3种八面体MnO6分子筛催化剂K-OMS-2、H-K-OMS-2和Cu-OMS-2,用SEM和XRD测试技术表征了它们的结构和组成。 考察了这3种催化剂对用氧气选择性氧化醇为相应的醛或酮的催化作用,研究了采用不同OMS-2在离子液体[bmim]PF6中反应时间和反应温度对催化反应的影响。 其中H-K-OMS-2对苄醇和烯丙醇氧化的转化率和选择性均超过90%。 催化剂和离子液体可分别用萃取法和减压蒸馏法从反应体系中回收,其中减压蒸馏法回收循环使用效果较好。 相似文献

以价格低廉的己内酰胺为原料,制备和表征了4种己内酰胺功能化离子液体:1-(3-磺丙基)己内酰胺硫酸氢盐([C3SO3HCP]HSO4)、1-(3-磺丙基)己内酰胺对甲苯磺酸盐([C3SO3HCP]PTSA)、1-(3-磺丙基)己内酰胺磷酸氢盐([C3SO3HCP]H2PO4)、1-(3-磺丙基)己内酰胺四氟硼酸盐([C3SO3HCP]BF4).以乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应考察4种酸性离子液体的催化活性,并与3种具有不同氮杂环的SO3H-功能化离子液体和浓硫酸相对照.结果表明:当n(C2H5OH)∶n(CH3COOH)=1∶1.5,催化剂[C3SO3HCP]HSO4用量为酸醇总质量的5%,反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h,酯收率可达93.8%,离子液体经真空干燥重复使用10次后,仍具有较高的催化活性,而且对奥氏体316 L不锈钢试样的腐蚀率不到浓硫酸的1/6.还考察了以[C3SO3HCP]HSO4为催化剂催化合成系列乙酯也获得了较高的酯收率,且离子液体均能与酯产物自动分相.与传统硫酸催化酯化相比,此类离子液体催化酯化具有生产成本低、过程清洁、腐蚀率低、使用周期长等优点,具有替代传统浓硫酸催化醇酸酯化反应的潜力. 相似文献

2,2,6,6-四甲基-N-氧自由基哌啶醇(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-ol-N-oxyl,TEMPO)与氯乙酰氯反应生成2-氯乙酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-氧-4-哌啶醇酯,该酯与N-甲基咪唑发生季铵化反应后再与六氟磷酸钾进行离子交换制得2,2,6,6-四甲基-N-氧自由基哌啶醇负载离子液体TEMPO-IL。温和条件下以离子液体1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate,[bmim]PF6)为溶剂,TEMPO-IL和CuCl为催化剂,分子氧氧化各种醇为相应的醛或酮。研究发现,该氧化体系对苄醇和烯丙醇有较好的氧化效果,65℃下反应10h左右,转化率可达99%,收率可达80%~90%。氧化体系对醛酮有高度的选择性,在实验所采用的条件范围内未检测到有羧酸生成。溶剂和催化剂可循环使用,在苯甲醇的氧化中,溶剂和催化剂循环使用6次,反应转化率和苯甲醛的收率保持不变。 相似文献

本文首次将一系列含有不同酸性咪唑阳离子和不同杂多酸阴离子的杂多酸离子液体[C4mim]3PW12O40、[COOH-Cmim] 3PW12O40、[SO3H-C3mim]3PW12O40、[SO3H-C3mim]3PMo12O40和[SO3H-C3mim]4 SiW12O40作为催化剂,乙腈为萃取剂,H2O2为氧化剂,用于催化含二苯并噻吩、苯并噻吩及噻吩模型油的萃取氧化脱硫研究中.实验结果显示,杂多酸离子液体催化燃油脱硫性能不仅与阳离子的酸性强弱有关,而且与阴离子结构密切相关.阳离子的催化活性顺序为:[SO3H-C3mim]+>[COOH-Cmim]+>[C4mim]+;阴离子的催化活性顺序为PW12O403-> PMo12O403-> SiW12O404-.其中[SO3H-C3 mim]3 PW12O40催化活性最高,在60℃反应40min的条件下,二苯并噻吩的转化率约为100%,催化不同硫化物的转化率为:二苯并噻吩>苯并噻吩>噻吩.此外,该杂多酸离子液体循环使用5次催化活性仅略有下降. 相似文献

合成了一系列氨基醇杂多酸类离子液体,并将其用于催化环酮的Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应.以2-庚基环戊酮为模板底物,H2O2为氧化剂,探究了此类氨基醇杂多酸类离子液体的催化活性,筛选出催化活性最高的催化剂为[Pro-ps]H2PW12O40,最佳反应条件:n(2-庚基环戊酮)∶n(催化剂)∶n(H2O2)=1∶0. 03∶4,反应温度40℃,反应时间8 h,无溶剂.在最佳条件下,2-庚基环戊酮的转化率为98. 19%,产物δ-十二内酯的选择性可达82. 84%.水相中的离子液体[Pro-ps]H2PW12O40经干燥后可以重复使用.经过5次循环使用后催化活性未见明显下降.[Pro-ps]H2PW12O40还可用于催化其它多种环酮的Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应,结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的... 相似文献

异丁烯氧化制备甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是一条极具优势、清洁高效的工艺技术路线.但甲基丙烯酸甲酯极易聚合[1],故异丁烯三步法及传统的丙酮氰醇法均在酯化过程中加入对苯二酚、对羟基苯甲醚、2,4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚等有机物作为阻聚剂[2].而甲基丙烯醛直接氧化酯化为MMA时,碱性和加热的反应条件使MMA更易聚合[3].因而防止MMA在反应过程中的聚合成为工艺技术的关键问题.本文在甲基丙烯醛一步氧化酯化生成MMA的反应体系中添加离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([bm im]PF6),结果表明,该离子液体既能提高MMA的选择性还有效防止MMA的聚合. 相似文献

制备和表征了三种新型质子酸离子液体: 吗啡啉硫酸氢盐([Hnhm]HSO4)、4-甲基吗啡啉硫酸氢盐 ([Hnmm]HSO4)和SO3H-功能化的4-(3-磺丙基)吗啡啉硫酸氢盐([C3SO3Hnhm]HSO4). 以氯乙酸(CAA)和乙醇合成氯乙酸乙酯的酯化反应考察了它们的酸性和催化活性, 并与1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐、1-(3-磺丙基)吡啶硫酸氢盐、1-(3-磺丙基)-2-吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐等三种具有不同氮杂环的SO3H-功能化酸性离子液体以及浓硫酸相对照. 结果表明, 上述SO3H-功能化离子液体对酯化反应的催化性能比非SO3H-功能化的[Hnhm]HSO4和[Hnmm]HSO4都高, 等同甚至优于浓硫酸. 当反应条件为: n(EtOH)∶n(CAA)∶n([C3SO3Hnhm]HSO4)=1.3∶1∶0.2, 反应温度80 ℃, 反应时间3 h, 酯收率可达93.4%. 而且离子液体经真空干燥重复使用9次, 催化活性仍无明显下降. 以[C3SO3Hnhm]HSO4催化乙酸和不同醇的酯化反应获得较高的酯收率和选择性, 离子液体跟酯产物均能自动分相. 还考察了SO3H-功能化酸性离子液体对奥氏体316不锈钢的腐蚀性. 尽管SO3H-功能化离子液体与硫酸的酸性相近, 但对钢试样的腐蚀率不到硫酸的1/3. 相似文献

以PhI(OAc)2为氧化剂,考察了1,3-二烷基咪唑硫酸酯系列离子液体中Mn(Salen)催化仲醇氧化的反应. 结果表明, 在MMISM-CH2Cl2(1:4,v:v)混合溶剂中, 反应条件为n((-苯乙醇): n(醋酸碘苯): n(催化剂1c)=50: 70: 1时, (-苯乙醇的转化率可以达到97.8%, 产物苯乙酮的选择性为100%, 远高于在纯CH2Cl2中的结果, 也要好于[bmim]BF4和[bmim]PF6对该反应的促进作用. 此外, BMISM及BEISE对催化剂1c有较好的稳定作用,催化剂可以重复使用. 相似文献

Various imidazolium and choline-based functional ionic liquids(ILs) comprising different cations and anions were grafted onto Burkholderiacepacia lipase(BCL) through surface amino acids coupling. The catalytic activity, thermostability, organic solvent tolerance and adaptability to temperature and pH changes of the modified BCL were then evaluated in olive oil hydrolysis reaction. The results showed that different combinations of cations and anions in ILs had important influence on the catalytic performance of the modified lipases. BCL modified with IL[Choline] [H2PO4] was the most improved lipase, in which increases by 1.2 folds in relative activity, 2.5 folds in typical proton solvent(10% methanol, volume fraction), and 1.4 folds in thermostability(after incubation at 70℃ for 2 h) were achieved in relative toits native form. BCL modified with[HOOCEPEG350IM] [BF4] had higher optimal tempe-rature and pH, and better thermosability compared with the native and other modified BCLs. The conformational changes of BCLs were also confirmed by fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy. 相似文献

The properties of ionic liquids are determined by the energy‐balance between Coulomb‐interaction, hydrogen‐bonding, and dispersion forces. Out of a set of protic ionic liquids (PILs), including trialkylammonium cations and methylsulfonate and triflate anions we could detect the transfer from hydrogen‐bonding to dispersion‐dominated interaction between cation and anion in the PIL [(C6H13)3NH][CF3SO3]. The characteristic vibrational features for both ion‐pair species can be detected and assigned in the far‐infrared spectra. Our approach gives direct access to the relative strength of hydrogen‐bonding and dispersion forces in a Coulomb‐dominated system. Dispersion‐corrected density functional theory (DFT) calculations support the experimental findings. The dispersion forces could be quantified to contribute about 2.3 kJ mol?1 per additional methylene group in the alkyl chains of the ammonium cation. 相似文献

We present the first deuteron quadrupole coupling constants (DQCCs) for selected protic ionic liquids (PILs) measured by solid‐state NMR spectroscopy. The experimental data are supported by dispersion‐corrected density functional theory (DFT‐D3) calculations and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The DQCCs of the N−D bond in the triethylammonium cations are the lowest reported for deuterons in PILs, indicating strong hydrogen bonds between ions. The NMR coupling parameters are compared to those in amides, peptides, and proteins. The DQCCs show characteristic behavior with increasing interaction strength of the counterion and variation of the H‐bond motifs. We report the similar presence of the quadrupolar splitting pattern and the narrow liquid line in the NMR spectra over large temperature ranges, indicating the heterogeneous nature of PILs. 相似文献
