The crystal structure of a double complex salt of the composition [Au(en)2]2[Cu(C2O4)2]3·8H2O (en = ethylenediamine) at 150 K is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal data for C20H48Au2Cu3N8O32 are: a = 9.1761(3) Å, b = 16.9749(6) Å, c = 13.4475(5) Å, β = 104.333(1)°, V = 2029.43(12) Å3, P21/c space group, Z = 2, d x = 2.450 g/cm3. It is demonstrated that the thermal decomposition of the double complex salt in a helium or hydrogen atmosphere affords the solid solution Au0.4Cu0.6.  相似文献

The compound [Co(NH3)6]2[W4Se4(CN)12]·8.5H2O was obtained by evaporating an aqueous ammonia solution of K6[W4Se4(CN)12]·6H2O and CoCl2·6H2O complexes. The starting Co(II) of CoCl2·6H2O transforms into [Co(NH3)6]3+ when exposed to air in a water-ammonia medium. The complex [(HOCH2)3CNH3] 2 + [HgI4]2? (I) was synthesized by reacting (trioxymethyl)methylammonium iodide with mercury dioide (2: 1 mol/mol) in acetone. X-ray crystallography shows that the complex consists of two types of crystallographically independent [(HOCH2)3CNH3]+ cations and tetrahedral anions [HgI4]2? (IHgI, 106.49(2)°–113.99(4)°; Hg-I, 2.7849(8)-2.8105(8) Å. [(HOCH2)3CNH3]+ cations are linked via hydrogen bonds O…H-N and O-H…N (O…N, 2.84–2.92 Å) to form polymer chains, which are cross-linked with one another via anions (I…H, 2.81, 2.82 Å).  相似文献

Single crystals of the Na4[Na2Cr2(C2O4)6] · 10H2O complex were synthesized for the first time. The structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with the unit cell parameters a = 17.290(4) Å, b = 12.521(3) Å, c = 15.149(3) Å, β = 100.45(3)°, Z = 4, space group Cc. Anionic layers [NaCr(C2O4)3] 2n 4n? can be distinguished in the crystal structure of the complex. The Na+ cations and water molecules, involved in the formation of a hydrogen bond network, are located between the anionic layers.  相似文献

The complex Na3(NH4)2[Ir(SO3)2Cl4]·4H2O was examined with single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Crystal data: a = 7.3144(4) Å, b = 10.0698(5) Å, c = 12.3748(6) Å, β = 106.203(1)°, V = 875.26(8) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.547 g/cm3. In the complex anion two trans SO 3 2? groups are coordinated to iridium through the S atom. The splitting of O-H bending vibrations of crystallization water molecules and N-H ones of the ammonium cation is considered in the context of different types of interactions with the closest neighbors in the structure.  相似文献

Binuclear iron nitrosyl complex Na2[Fe2(S2O3)2(NO)4] · 4H2O (I) was synthesized by the reaction of iron(II) sulfate with sodium thiosulfate in the flow of NO gas. According to X-ray diffraction data, the [Fe2(S2O3)2(NO)4]2– anion has binuclear centrosymmetric structure with Fe atoms bonded by the µ-S atoms of thiosulfate groups. The isomeric shift for complex I =0.168(1) mm/s and quadrupole splitting E Q =1.288 mm/s at T=80 K. When heated, complex I transforms to Na2[Fe2(S2O3)2(NO)4] (II), whose unit cell parameters found by X-ray diffraction method differ from those of complex I. The process of transformation of I to II was studied by calorimetric method. The interaction of the [B10H10]2– and [B12H12]2– anions with aliphatic and aromatic nitro compounds (RNO2, where R = Et, n-Pr, i-Pr, tert-Bu, Ph) has been studied under irradiation with visible and UV light. It has been shown that, depending on the reaction conditions, both mono- and disubstituted nitro-closo-decaborates can be selectively obtained in yields up to 50%.  相似文献

A new compound {[Cu(En)2]2V2O7} · 4H2O (I) (En = ethanediamine) has been synthesized by the combination of hydrothermal and solvent evaporation method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF file CCDC no. 1450218), IR, UV-Vis spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, and fluorescence analysis. Crystal data for I: C8H40Cu2N8O11V2, Mr = 653.44, orthorhombic, space group Cmca, a = 18.559(11), b = 17.583(11), c = 7.600(6) Å, V = 2480(3) Å3, and Z = 4. Interestingly, two [Cu(En)2]2+ coordination cations are bridged by the [V2O7]4– unit to build up a neutral framework compound.  相似文献

A new Co(III) complex of 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime and thiocarbamide with an SO 4 2? anion and solvation water molecules in the outer sphere has been synthesized and its structure has been defined. Orthorhombic crystals, a = 11.659(2) Å, b = 26.448(5) Å, c = 30.142(6) Å, V = 9295(3) Å 3, Z = 8, dcalc = 1.599 g/cm3, space group Pbca; final R index is 0.0578 for 8221 reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the octahedral Co(III) complex, two 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime residues lie in the equatorial plane, while two thiocarbamide molecules are in the axial plane. Intramolecular bonds: N-H…O and O-H…O type hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions that stabilize the complex cations. In crystal, the components are linked by N-H…O and O-H…O hydrogen bonds into a 3D framework.  相似文献

[RhPy4Cl2]4[Re6S8(CN)6]·1.5H2O (Py is pyridine) was investigated by X-ray analysis. In the cluster anion, the Re-Re distances vary from 2.6063(2) Å to 2.6125(2) Å. For two crystallographically independent complex cations, the distances are 〈Rh-N〉 2.060 Å and 〈Rh-Cl〉 2.336 Å. The motif of the three-layered close packing was found; the [Re6S8(CN)6]4? anions follow the vertices of a rhombohedron with the parameters a c ≈ 15.5 Å and αc ≈ 61°.  相似文献

Double complex salts (DCS) α-[Pd(NH3)4][IrF6]·H2O (P21/m, a = 6.3181(3) Å, b = 10.8718(5) Å, с = 7.4526(4) Å, β = 103.568(2)°), β-[Pd(NH3)4][IrF6]·H2O (P21/с, a = 8.5773(3) Å, b = 10.8791(4) Å, с = = 12.6741(3) Å, β = 122.497(2)°), [Pd(NH3)4]3[IrF6]2Cl2·H2O (P-1, a = 7.6080(2) Å, b = 7.6274(2) Å, с = 11.8070(3) Å, β = 122.497(2)°), and [Pd(NH3)4]2[IrF6]NO3 (Fm-3m, a = 11.21210(10) Å) have been synthesized and structurally characterized for the first time. The existence of polymorphs for the DCS has been revealed. The influence of the chemical composition of the initial reagents on the reaction course and, respectively, the products, has been demonstrated. A hypothesis on the influence of the second coordination sphere on the formation of one or the other polymorph of the DCS has been suggested. It has been shown that the series α-[Pd(NH3)4][МF6]·H2O (M = Pt, Pd) exhibits isostructurality.  相似文献

The reaction of the trinuclear oxo-centered mixed-valence complex [Mn3O(O2CPh)6(Py)2(H2O)] with 2,2′-bipyridyl (Bipy) and another potential tripodal ligand affords the title compound [Mn3(PhCO2)6(Bipy)2] · H2O in good yield. The X-ray crystallographic diffraction study reveals that three mangenese ions are arranged in a linear mode with Mncenter-Mnterminal and Mnterminal-Mnterminal diatances of 3.588 and 7.176 Å, respectively. Molar magnetic susceptibility of the compound gradually decreases from 12.23 (300 K) to 4.45 cm3 K mol?1 (2 K). Taking into account the structure of this compound, the data in the 2.0–300 K range were fit to the appropriate theoretical expression to give J = ?2.73 cm?1, ρ = 2.07%, N a = ?0.0004 cm3 mol?1, g = 1.992, and R 2 = 0.99996. The magnetization versus external magnetic field measurements at 2 K shows that the ground state is S T = 5/2.  相似文献

The clathrate [Zn(C6H5COO)2(H2O)2] · 2CH3COOH (I) was obtained for the first time from zinc(II) benzoate. The individuality, the unit cell parameters, and the number of “guest” molecules in complex I were determined from X-ray diffraction and derivatographic data. A novel copper compound constructed from Wells-Dawson polyanion clusters and metal-organic complex subunits,[Cu(2,2′-Bipy)3]3(P2W18O62) · 2H2O(I), has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, TG, cyclic voltammetry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal structural analysis indicates that I crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P \(\bar 1\), a = 15.6195(11), b = 17.144(2), c = 25.0900(15) Å, α = 93.1040(10)°, β = 94.309(3)°, γ = 102.642(2)°. Three Cu2+ ions have the same coordination environment: Cu(1), Cu(2), and Cu(3) are all six-coordinated by three 2, 2′-Bipy. The Dawson polyoxoanion [P2M18O62]6? do not coordinate with the Cu2+ ion added for charge balance.  相似文献

The [Mn(H2O)4]3 · [MnMo9O32] · 2H2O complex was synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, powder X-ray diffraction, and IR spectroscopy. The reaction of [Sc(OH)(H2O)5]2Cl4 · 2H2O in isopropanol with 4,4′-Bipy in CHCl3 produced a crystalline compound, which was identified as [H4(4,4′-Bipy)3][Sc(OH)(H2O)5]2Cl8 (I) by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the structure of compound I, the three protonated diimine molecules form a centrosymmetric trimer via N...N hydrogen bonds. The polyhedron around the Sc atom is an octahedron with one split vertex. The excursion of the Sc atom from the plane formed by the oxygen atoms (water molecules) toward the hydroxo bridges is 0.5 Å. The thermolysis of compound I generates ScCl3, whereas the final decomposition product of the precursor dimer is ScOCl.  相似文献

By the hydration of MVO(SeO4)2 with saturated water vapors at room temperature a series of isostructural complex compounds of vanadium(V) of the composition M[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)2]·H2O (K, Rb, NH4) are synthesized and their physicochemical properties are studied. Based on the X-ray and neutron diffraction data, it is found that their crystal structure is composed of VO6 octahedra linked in infinite chains by bridging SeO4 tetrahedra. Each of the VO6 octahedra has two short terminal V-O bonds forming a bent dioxovanadium group VO2+. Two water molecules are coordinated by vanadium and one molecule is out of the first coordination sphere in the interchain space. The vibrational spectra of the studied compounds are completely consistent with their structural features.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of potassium pivalates (trimethylacetates) from potassium tert-butoxide and pivalic acid was proposed. The complexes of the formulas [K(H2O)(Piv)](I) and [K2(Phen)(H2O)2(Piv)2] (II) (Piv denotes the pivalate anion and Phen denotes 1,10-phenanthroline) were obtained and characterized by elemental analysis and IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of complexes I and II were determined using X-ray diffraction. Crystal structure I has a layered motif with two nonequivalent K atoms (C.N.s 5 + 2 and 6). The coordination of phenanthroline in II gives rise to a ribbon motif, the structure containing three nonequivalent K atoms (C.N.s 6, 6 + 1, and 8).  相似文献

A novel binuclear Cobalt(II) complex with N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone (C10H10N2O4, H3L) was prepared and characterized. The crystal structure of [Co(C10H9N2O4)2] · 3H2O was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffractometry. The Co2+ ion is six-coordinated by the carboxyl and acyl O atoms and azomethine N atoms of two tridentate N-(2-propionicacid)-salicyloyl hydrazone ligands, which form two stable five-numbered rings sharing one side in the keto form. The coordination environment around the Co2+ ion might be described as a distorted octahedron. Abundant hydrogen bonds of the types O-H…N and O-H…O between the water molecules and ligands not only form the three-dimensional network, but also provide an extrastability for the crystal. The complex was studied for the interaction with calf thymus DNA by electronic absorption titration and emission titration. The results show that the complex is bound to calf thymus DNA mainly by intercalation. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

Double complex salts (DCS) [RuNO(NH3)4(H2O)]2[MCl4]Cl4·2H2O, M = Pt (I) and Pd (II), are prepared and characterized using IR spectroscopy, single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystalline phases of I and II are isostructural (P2(1)/n space group) and have the following crystallographic characteristics: a = 6.689 Å, b = 15.609 Å, c = 12.348 Å, V = 1289.1 Å3, Z = 2, d x = 2.425 g/cm3 (I) and a = 6.637 Å, b = 15.521 Å, c = 12.244 Å, V = 1261.2 Å3, Z = 2, d x = 2.255 g/cm3 (II). The thermolysis of the obtained DCS in the hydrogen atmosphere affords two-phase mixtures of limited solid solutions of the metals: hcp for ruthenium-based ones and fcc for Pt or Pd based solutions. On decomposition in the helium atmosphere the products contain a minor amount of RuO2. For the phases obtained during thermolysis the parameters are determined and the compositions are estimated. The heating of I to 400°C in the helium-air atmosphere yields a nanocrystalline composite Pt+RuO2 with CSR of ~20 nm.  相似文献
