The thermodynamic and geometric parameters of the molecular structures of macrotricyclic Tc(II), Ru(II), Rh(II), Pd(II), Ag(II), and Cd(II) complexes with the (NSSN)-coordination of the ligand donor sites formed by complexation of the corresponding M(II) ions with ethanedithioamide H2N–C(=S)–C(=S)–NH2 and ethanedial HC(=O)–CH(=O) have been calculated by the OPBE/TZVPQZP hybrid density functional theory method with the use of the Gaussian09 program package. The bond lengths and bond angles in these complexes have been reported, and it has been stated that the Rh(II) and Ag(II) complexes are nearly planar, the Tc(II), Pd(II), and Cd(II) complexes are slightly nonplanar, while the Ru(II) complex exhibits a rather considerable deviation from coplanarity. The additional five-membered chelate ring resulting from template cross-linking is either strictly planar (in the Tc(II), Rh(II), Pd(II), and Ag(II) complexes) or nearly planar (in the Ru(II) and Cd(II) complexes).  相似文献

Density functional GGA-PW91 method with DNP basis set is applied to optimize the geometries of Ag n H (n = 1–10) clusters. For the lowest energy geometries of Ag n H (n = 1–10) clusters, the hydrogen atom prefers to occupy the two-fold coordination bridge site except the occupation of single-fold coordination site in AgH cluster. After adsorption of hydrogen atom, most Ag n structures are slightly perturbed and only the Ag6 structure in Ag6H cluster is distorted obviously. The Ag–Ag bond is strengthened and the strength of Ag–H bond exhibits a clear odd–even oscillation like the strength of Au–H bond in Au n H clusters, indicating that the hydrogen atom is more favorable to be adsorbed by odd-numbered pure silver clusters. The adsorption strength of small silver cluster toward H atom is obviously weaker than that of small gold cluster toward H atom due to the strong scalar relativistic effect in small gold cluster. The pronounced odd–even alternation of the magnetic moments is observed in Ag n H systems, indicating that the Ag n H clusters possess tunable magnetic properties by adsorbing hydrogen atom onto odd-numbered or even-numbered small silver cluster.  相似文献

The structural parameters, energies, and spectroscopic characteristics of acetylene π-complexes of metalloporphyrins M(P)(π-C2H2), where M is a 3d-metal atom in different multiplicity states have been calculated by the density functional theory B3LYP method. It has been shown that the activation of the coordinated acetylene molecule is manifested in (i) a sharp weakening of its C-C bond, (ii) a 20°–40° decrease of the bond angles φ(HCC) and an elongation by 0.05–0.10 Å of the R(CC) bond, (iii) a long-wavelength shift of the νstr(CC) stretching mode by 300–500 cm?1, (iv) considerable electron density transfer from the porphyrin ring (P ring) to the π-ligand, and (iv) a strong displacement (0.5–0.6 Å) of the M atom from the P ring plane toward the π-ligand and the dome distortion of the P ring. There is a trend in the behavior of the activation effects along the 3d series and with a change in the electronic state multiplicity of the complexes.  相似文献

The n-decane–n-hexadecane–cyclododecane, n-decane–cyclododecane, and n-hexadecane–cyclododecane systems are studied by means of low-temperature differential thermal analysis using a differential scanning heat flow calorimeter. It is noted that all studied systems belong to the eutectic type. It is concluded that in the n-decane–n-hexadecane–cyclododecane system, the eutectic composition contains 85.0 wt % n10Н22, 4.0 wt % n16Н34, and 11.0 wt % С12Н24. It has a melting point of ?35.0°C.  相似文献

Using the eutectic-type Txy diagram as an example, it can be represented the analysis of its geometrical construction dependence on the temperature of a component two polymorphous modifications which participate in mono- and invariant metatectic and invariant eutectic (eutectoid) transformations above or below (and within) binary eutectics temperature intervals and below a ternary eutectic temperature. Computer models for considered phase diagrams have been designed. Such models help to solve applied tasks like visualization, isopleths and isothermal sections decoding, mass balances calculation and evaluation of phase and conglomerate concentration in microstructure.  相似文献

The synthesis, IR spectroscopic study, and X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF file CCDC no. 1574078) are carried out for 1,3-diamino-2-hydroxypropane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid (I). The structural units of a crystal of compound I are (H4.5HPdta)0.5– anions, (H5.5HPdta)0.5+ cations, and molecules of water of crystallization joined by a branched network of hydrogen bonds: strong intermolecular O–H…O and intramolecular N–H…O bonds.  相似文献

Structures corresponding to energy minima and the binding of cadmium cation to threo- nine (Thr) in model systems [Cd(Thr) n ]2+ (n = 1–3) were studied theoretically. Quantum chemical computations were performed within the framework of the density functional theory using the B3LYP, BLYP, and P functionals. In the optimized structures of the complexes [CdThr]2+ and [Cd(Thr)2]2+, threonine acts as a bidentate ligand and cadmium binds to oxygen atoms of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups with the formation of one and two six-mem- bered rings, respectively. In the complex [Cd(Thr)3]2+, cadmium binds to three nitrogen atoms and three oxygen atoms of carbonyl groups in three Thr molecules to form three five-mem- bered rings.  相似文献

The bonding mechanism of ethene to a nickel or palladium center is studied by the density matrix renormalization group algorithm, the complete active space self-consistent field method, coupled cluster theory, and density functional theory. Specifically, we focus on the interaction between the metal atom and bis-ethene ligands in perpendicular and parallel orientations. The bonding situation in these structural isomers is further scrutinized using energy decomposition analysis and quantum information theory. Our study highlights the fact that when two ethene ligands are oriented perpendicular to each other, the complex is stabilized by the metal-to-ligand double-back-bonding mechanism. Moreover, we demonstrate that nickel–ethene complexes feature a stronger and more covalent interaction between the ligands and the metal center than palladium–ethene compounds with similar coordination spheres.  相似文献

A new complex, bis(triethylene glycol-O,O′,O′’,O?)manganese(II) dibromide [Mn(TEG)2]2+·2Br?, was prepared. Its structure was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex cation [Mn(TEG)2]2+ is of the host-guest type with two TEG ligands (podands) as hosts. Both TEG ligands are disordered and tetradentate, with all the four oxygen atoms of each ligand participating in the coordination. The Mn2+ cation has coordination number 8, and its coordination polyhedron is a distorted bisdisphenoid (trigonal dodecahedron). The geometric parameters (bond lengths, bond and torsion angles) of the complex were determined relatively accurately. In the crystal structure, the ions form infinite thick layers by interionic hydrogen bonds O-H···Br?.  相似文献

Non-reducing cellulose mimics, termed alkyl β-d-cellulosides, were successfully prepared by two efficient multi-step syntheses starting from commercially available microcrystalline cellulose or cellulose triacetate. Introduction of the alkoxy moiety and degradation of the cellulose backbone was carried out in the presence of a Lewis acid, on one hand. On the other hand, cellulose hydrolysis mediated by mineral acids was combined with β-glycosidation performed in the presence of silver salts. The samples obtained possess a number-average degree of polymerization from 5 to 25, determined by size-exclusion chromatography, elemental analyses, NMR spectroscopy, and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Samples in multi-gram quantities were available. Selective formation of a β-glycosidic bond between the C-1 atom of the reducing end group and alkoxy moieties was confirmed by a combination of 2D NMR spectroscopic and MALDI-TOF MS techniques. Due to the blocking of the aldehyde function, the cellulosides described are very useful mimics for the investigation of polysaccharide interactions with other complex molecules such as proteins or to determine polymer properties in solution or in solid state.  相似文献

The geometric parameters of the molecular structures of (454)macrotricyclic M(II) complexes with a tetradentate chelating ligand with the (NSSN)-coordination of donor sites formed by the template reactions in the M(II)–thiosulfate anion S2O32-–ethylenediamine H2N–CH2–CH2–NH2 have been calculated by the hybrid OPBE/TZVP density functional theory (DFT) method. The standard enthalpies, standard entropies, and standard Gibbs energies of formation of these complexes have been calculated, and a conclusion has been drawn that the template synthesis in these systems is possible when carrying out appropriate reactions under common conditions (in solution of solid phase).  相似文献

Catalytic aminomethylation of pyrrole and indole with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylmethanediamine in the presence of 5 mol % of ZrOCl2·8H2O proceeds selectively at the positions 2, 5 of pyrrole and 1, 3 of indole. Carbazole under the same conditions affords 3-formyl-9-aminomethyl derivative. The reaction in the presence of 5 mol % of K2CO3 occurs as monoaminomethylation: for pyrrole at the position 2, for indole at the position 3, and for carbazole at the nitrogen atom of the substrate. Water-soluble 1,1′-(1H-pyrrole-2,5-diyl)bis(N,N-dimethylmethanamine) exhibits a fungistatic activity with respect to phytopathogenic fungi Rhizoctonia solani.  相似文献

The gas-phase structure of 1-adamantylphosphine has been determined by electron diffraction, supplemented with data from ab initio and DFT calculations. The adamantyl fragment was modeled with local C 3v symmetry and the phosphino group was found to be in a position almost bisecting a mirror plane of the adamantyl group, giving the molecule overall approximate C s symmetry. There is a small displacement of the C–P bond from the local threefold axis of the adamantyl group. Geometry optimizations were also performed for bis-(1-adamantyl)phosphine (C 1 point-group symmetry) and tris-(1-adamantyl)phosphine (C 3 symmetry), demonstrating extremely crowded environments around the phosphorus atoms leading to adamantyl groups that were much less symmetric. The adamantyl groups were also found to twist by a significant amount to minimize the strain.  相似文献

The structure and stability of perlithioannulenes C n Li n (n = 3–6) were examined ab initio [MP2(full)/6-311+G**] and in terms of the density functional theory (B3LYP/6-311+G**). The systems with n = 3, 5, and 6 may be stabilized as planar star-like structures with bridging lithium atoms and hypercoordinate carbon atoms. Star-like structures are the most stable isomers of odd-numbered annulenes (n = 3, 5), while the most stable isomers of even-numbered annulenes (n = 4, 6) have less symmetric nonplanar structures.  相似文献

20S-Protopanaxadiol (3β,12β,20S-trihydroxydammar-24-ene) 3-, 12-, and 20-O-β-D-galactopyranosides were synthesized for the first time. Condensation of 12β-acetoxy-3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-ene (1) and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-galactopyranosylbromide (α-acetobromogalactose) (2) under Koenigs–Knorr conditions with subsequent removal of the protecting groups resulted in regio- and stereoselective formation of 20S-protopanaxadiol 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, an analog of the natural ginsenoside Rh2. Glycosylation of 12β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-3-one (5) by 2 with subsequent treatment of the reaction products with NaBH4 in isopropanol and deacetylation with NaOMe gave 20S-protopanaxadiol 12- and 20-O-β-Dgalactopyranosides.  相似文献

The Diels–Alder reactions of three β-chloro-α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds 1–3 with different dienes were carried out to afford highly functionalized cyclohexenes 4–9, bearing quaternary centers, in good yields. These cycloadducts (CAs) undergo dehydrochlorination with subsequent aromatization in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene DBU to produce new substituted benzenes 11–14. Compound 10 is the product of lactonization and removal of an HCl molecule from compound 7. All products were characterized by NMR, IR, elementary analysis and some of them by MS. Structure assignments of isomers were carried out on the basis of NMR chemical shifts and coupling constants using 1D, 2D and heteronOe NMR techniques.  相似文献
