The extraction of Au(III), Pt(IV), and Pd(II) ions from aqueous hydrochloric acid solutions with solutions of bis(2-ethylhexyl) N-butyl-N-octylaminomethylphosphonate in chloroform and xylene was studied. The recovery of the noble metal ions is the most efficient at low acidities of the aqueous solution, with a high selectivity of separation from the concomitant Fe(III), Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) ions.  相似文献

Oximidobenzotetronic acid is recommended for the separation and gravimetric determination of palladium and cobalt An ethanolic solution of the reagent quantitatively precipitates palladium(II) from solutions which are 0.75 N in acid up to pH 5.1, the complex is weighed as Pd(C9H5NO4)2. Cobalt(II) can be determined in the filtrate after the precipitation of palladium. With 0.5 N acid solutions, no interference was found from Pt(IV), Ir(IV), Rh(III), Ru(III), Os(IV), Au(III), Ag(I), Cu(II), Fe(III), Ni(II), Hg(II). Pb(II), Bi(III), Cd(II), As(V), Se(VI), Te(IV), Mo(VI), Sb(III), Al(III), Cr(III), Zn(II), Ti(IV), Zr(IV). acetate, oxalate, citrate, tartrate, phosphate and fluoride.  相似文献

The transition metal complex of Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Ti(III), Cr(III), Fe(III), Zr(IV), and UO2(VI) ion with a Schiff’s base ligand derived from 2-hydroxy-[2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-3H-indol-3-ylidene]-benzohydrazide have been prepared. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis data, IR and electronic absorption spectra, magnetic moments, and thermogravimetric analysis data. The complexes of the 1: 1 metal-to-ligand stoichiometry have been formed. The physico-chemical data have suggested the octahedral geometry for all the complexes except for Cu(II); the Cu(II) complex has been square planar. Thermal analysis data of the ligand and its complexes have been analyzed, and the kinetic parameters have been determined using the Horowitz–Metzger method. According to the solid-state electrical conductivity measurements, the ligand and its complexes are semiconducting in nature. The antimicrobial activity of the ligand and the complexes towards E. coli, S. typhi, P. aeruginosa, and S. aureus has been tested by the disc diffusion method.  相似文献

This work focuses on the application of polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) with tricaprylmethylammonium thiosalicylate, [A336][TS] (TOMATS), a thiol-containing task-specific ionic liquid for the transport of Pd(II) ions from aqueous solutions. 0.3 M thiourea in 0.1 M hydrochloric acid was found the most effective stripping phase in the transport of Pd(II) from membrane phase containing TOMATS. Separation of Pd(II) ions was also carried out from hydrochloric acid solution containing Pt(IV), Fe(III), Ni(II), and Mn(II). Pd(II) ions were preferably transported in the presence of these metal ions. The separation coefficients followed the order: S Pd/Pt < S Pd/Fe < S Pd/Ni < S Pd/Mn. [A336][TS] proved to be an excellent ion carrier for Pd(II) from hydrochloric acid solution. The results also showed that transport efficiency of the PIM was reproducible and it can be useful for the development of the simple and highly effective method of Pd(II) recovery from leach liquor of spent catalysts.  相似文献

A novel unsymmetrical multidentate ligand namely; N,N'-dimetyl-N,N'-didecyldithiodiglycolamide (DMD3TDGA) was synthesized and used as agent for the selective extraction of palladium(II) from hydrochloric acid solutions. A systematic investigation was carried out on the extraction of Pd(II) using DMD3TDGA. The quantitative extraction of Pd(II) with DMD3TDGA in n-dodecane is observed at ~4 M HCl. The main extracted species of Pd(II) is PdCl2. DMD3TDGA and IR spectra of the extracted species were investigated. The extraction of palladium(II) from various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solutions in the presence of metal ions, such as Pt(IV), Rh(III), Cr(II), Ni(II), Fe(III), Nd(III), Zr(II), and Mn(II) was carried. DMD3TDGA showed very high selectivity and extractability for Pd(II). Quantitative back extraction of Pd(II) was obtained in single contact using thiourea solution. The results obtained indicated that, excellent separation of Pd(II) from the investigated metal ions can be achieved. Five successive cycles of extraction/back-extraction, indicating excellent stability and re-utilization of this new extractant can be used for selective separation of Pd(II) from other elements in hydrochloric acid medium.  相似文献

A series of complexes [Co(NH3)6] x [ML6(4)] y , where M is Fe(III) and Fe(II), Cr(III), Cu(II); L is CN?, NCS?, 1/2C2O 4 2? , are synthesized. Their IR spectra and thermal decomposition in air are studied, and interplanar distances in crystalline lattices of the complexes are determined. The compounds can be used as precursors for producing homogeneous bimetallic nanodimensional powders.  相似文献

Mononuclear Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), Ca(II), Pt(IV), Au(III), and Pd(II) complexes of the drug amlodipine besylate (HL) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic technique (IR, UV–Vis, solid reflectance, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, and 1H-NMR) and magnetic measurements. The elemental analyses of the complexes are confirmed by the stoichiometry of the types [M(HL)(X)2(H2O)]·nH2O [M = Mn(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Ni(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), and Ca(II); X = Cl? or NO3 ?], [Cd(HL)(H2O)]Cl2, [Pd(HL)2]Cl2, [Pt(L)2]Cl2, and [Au(L)2]Cl, respectively. Infrared data revealed that the amlodipine besylate drug ligand chelated as monobasic tridentate through NH2, oxygen (ether), and OH of besylate groups in Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), Ca(II), and Au(III) complexes, but in Pt(IV) and Pd(II) complexes, the amlodipine besylate coordinates via NH2 and OH (besylate) groups. An octahedral geometry is proposed for all complexes except for the Cd(II), Pt(IV), and Pd(II) complexes. The amlodipine besylate free ligand and the transition and non-transition complexes showed antibacterial activity towards some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and the fungi (Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans).  相似文献

Using first-principles pseudo-potential plane wave method, the formation enthalpy ΔH, binding energy ΔE, elastic constants, and electronic structure were calculated and analyzed carefully for NiTiX (X = Cu, Fe) shape memory alloy. The results show that the Cu or Fe element prefers to occupy the Ni site in the NiTi matrix phase respectively. Compared with the NiTi matrix phase, the ΔH, ΔE, c 44 and c′ of NiTi (Cu) are similar to each other. However, the structural stability of the NiTi phase is improved obviously by the Fe alloying process. Simultaneously, the shear modulus c 44 and c′ of NiTi (Fe) are larger than those of the NiTi matrix phase. Furthermore, Milliken population results indicate that Q Cu–Ti is smaller than Q Ni–Ti after the Cu alloying process, but Q Fe–Ti is larger than Q Ni–Ti. The electron density difference shows that some covalent bonding exists between Fe and Ti elements. Based on the upward analysis, the difference in the phase stability and elastic constants of NiTiX (X = Cu, Fe) is the substantial mechanism for the different M s of NiTiX (X = Cu, Fe) although Cu or Fe substitutes for the same atom Ni elements in the NiTi matrix phase.  相似文献

The Voronoi-Dirichlet polyhedra (VDP) and the intersecting sphere method were used to analyze the coordination of Pb(II) and Pb(IV) atoms by halogen atoms in the crystal structures of 158 compounds. A decrease in the steric effect of the Pb(II) lone electron pair with a decrease in the electronegativity of the surrounding atoms was established. The influence of the nature of the central atom on the steric effect of the lone pair in the structure of the AX n z? complexes, where X is halogen or oxygen, A = Tl(I), Sn(II), Pb(II), As(III),Sb(III), Bi(III), S(IV), Se(IV), Te(IV), or Cl(V) was considered.  相似文献

Isothermal titration calorimetry, potentiometric titration and circular dichroism spectroscopy were used to study the interaction of copper(II) ions with Argireline (Ac-Glu-Glu-Met-Gln-Arg-Arg-NH2) and three of its point mutation derivatives: Glu-Ala-Met-Gln-Arg-Arg-NH2 (AN1), Glu-Ala-His-Gln-Arg-Arg-NH2 (AN2) and Glu-Ala-Met-Gln-Ala-Arg-NH2 (AN3). Under the experimental conditions (20 mmol·L?1 Caco solution, pH 6, 298.15 K), copper(II) ions form 1:1 complexes with the peptides Argireline, AN1, and AN2. The complexation reactions are entropy-driven processes. The stability of the resulting complexes increases in the order log10KCu(AN1) < log10KCu(Argireline) < log10KCu(AN2). The relationship between the point mutations of Argireline and the binding properties of these peptides towards copper(II) ions is discussed.  相似文献

The formation of mixed-ligand complexes in the M(II)–Nta, Ida–L (M = Cu(II), Ni, Zn, Co(II), L = Ser, Thr, Asp, Arg, Asn) systems, where Ida and Nta are the residues of iminodiacetic and nitrilotriacetic acids, respectively, is studied using pH measurements, calorimetry and spectrophotometry. The thermodynamic parameters (logK, ΔrG0, ΔrH, ΔrS) of their formation at 298.15 K and ionic strength I = 0.5 (KNO3) are determined. The most likely scenario of amino acid residue coordination in the composition of mixed complexes is discussed.  相似文献

The formation of mixed-ligand complexes in the M(II)–Ida–L systems (M = Cu, Ni, L = His, Orn, Lys), where Ida is the iminodiacetic acid residue, was studied by pH-metry, calorimetry, and spectrophotometry. The thermodynamic parameters (logK, ΔrG0, ΔrH, ΔrS) of formation of the complexes were determined at 298.15 K and the ionic strength I = 0.5 (KNO3). The chloroform extraction of 32 elements (Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Cd, Ge, Sn, Pb, V, As, Sb, Bi, Cu, Ag, Au, Mn, Re, Ga, In, Tl, Ce, Se, Te, Cr, Mo, U, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir, Ru and Os) from O.1-10M hydrochloric acid media in the presence of potassium ethyl xanthate has been studied. The oxidation states in which some elements react, and potential analytical separations, are discussed. Pd(II), As(III) and Se(IV) are completely extracted as ethyl xanthate complexes, Te(IV) is almost completely extracted, and Au(III) is largely extracted over the range of acid concentration investigated. Mn(II), Zn, Rh(III), Ir(IV), Ru(III), Os(IV), Cr(III), Cr(VI), Ce(III) and Ce(IV) are not extracted. Ge is partly extracted from 6-10M media as the chloro-complex. Depending on the acid concentration, the remaining elements are all partially extracted as xanthate complexes.  相似文献

The article examines the electronic structure and orbital nature of luminescence excitation in a series of molecular crystals with the general formula E n AX6, where E n are organic and inorganic cations (diphenylguanidinium, guanidinium, and cesium); n is the number of cations; AX6 are Te(IV) and Sb(III) anions; X are the atoms of halogens Cl or Br. The electronic structure of these molecular crystals is determined from the data of X–ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the core and valence levels and еру quantum chemical modeling фе the density functional theory level together with the previously obtained single crystal X–ray diffraction data.  相似文献

The influence exerted by the degree of substitution of sulfoethylated chitosan cross-linked with glutaraldehyde on the sorption of Pd(II) chloride complexes from multicomponent solutions containing Pt(IV), Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Cd(II), and Zn(II) was studied. The sorption of transition metal ions under the conditions of the experiment at pH 0.5–5.0 is virtually fully suppressed. The strongest interfering effect on the Pd(II) sorption is exerted by Pt(IV). Calculation of the selectivity coefficients KPd/Pt shows that the selectivity of the Pd(II) sorption relative to Pt(IV) increases with an increase in the degree of substitution of chitosan from 0.3 to 0.5. Integral kinetic curves of the Pd(II) sorption were obtained, and the dependences were subjected to mathematical processing using the models of diffusion and chemical kinetics. The equilibrium in the palladium(II) chloride solution–sorbent system is attained within 40 min. Pd and Pt are quantitatively desorbed from the sorbent surface under dynamic conditions with 3.5 M HCl solution.  相似文献

Fifteen new complexes of transition metals were designed using three Schiff base ligands and aldol condensation of 2,3-diaminopyridine with 5-R-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde (R = F, Cl, Br) in the 1:2 molar ratio. The tetradentate ligands N,N′-bis(5-R-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) pyridine were acquired with the common formula H2[(5-R-sal)2py] and characterized by IR, UV–Vis spectra, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. These ligands produce 1:1 complexes M[(5-R-sal)2py] with Fe(III), Ni(II), Co(III), V(IV) and U(VI) metal ions. The electronic property and nature of complexes were identified by IR, UV–Vis spectra, elemental analysis, X-ray crystallography and cyclic voltammetric methods. The catalytic activity of complexes for epoxidation of styrene with UHP as primary oxidant at minimal temperature (10 °C) has been planned. The spectral data of the ligands and their complexes are deliberate in connection with the structural changes which happen due to complex preparation. The electrochemical outcome has good conformability with what suggested for electronic interaction among metal center and ligand by the UV–Vis and IR measurements.  相似文献

The reactions of 1, 1, 3-trichloro-1-propene and also 1, 1, 1-trichloro-2-propene with acetoacetic ester gave α-(γ, γ-dichlorallyl)acetoacetic ester (I). In the reactions with aniline and o- and p-toluidines, the corresponding α-(γ, γ-dichloroallyl)-β-arylamino-crotonic esters were produced, thermal cyclization of which gave 2-methyl-3-(γ, γ-dichloroallyl)-4-hydroxyquinoline (II) and its 6CH3- (III) and 8CH3- (IV) homologs. With phosphorus oxychloride, II–IV gave the corresponding 4-chloro-substituted quinolines (V–VII); with concentrated sulfuric acid, II–VII were converted into the corresponding β-quinolinylpropionic acids VIII–XIII.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of the cyano-bridged complex {Ni(En)2[Ni(CN)4]} n are reported. The complex was synthesized by the reaction of [Ni(En)2](ClO4)2 and K2[Ni(CN)4] in an H-shaped tube. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.0917(4), b = 10.6629(5), c = 9.4975(5) Å, β = 108.193°, M = 170.85, Z = 4, V = 682.27(6) Å3. The title complex reveals the trans-CN-Ni(En)2-NC structure.  相似文献

Novel volatile heterocomplex compounds based on copper(II) and palladium(II) fluorinated β-diketonates are studied. The crystals of the synthesized compounds are shown to be composed of 1D coordination polymers in the form of chains of alternating molecules of monometallic complexes. The crystallographic data for [Cu(hfa)2?Pd(zif)2] are as follows: C26H22F18O10CuPd, P21/c, a = 7.9947(18) Å, b = 19.277(4) Å, c = 13.609(3) Å, β = 118.298(15)°, V = 1846.7(7) Å3, Z = 2, d = 1.810 g/cm3. The thermal properties of the compounds are examined by TG-DTA and vacuum sublimation. The complexes are studied as the precursors for producing copper-palladium alloy films by chemical vapor deposition. It is demonstrated that bimetallic alloy coatings with a ratio Cu/Pd = 1:1 can be prepared from [Cu(hfa)2?Pd(zif)2].  相似文献
