The crystal structure of Sr(H2O)4[(C12H11O14)B] · 3H2O (I) has been restudied and determined with a higher accuracy. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 11.405(1) Å, b = 18.814(1) Å, c = 11.987(1) Å, β = 110.79(1)°; Z = 4. The structure was refined by full matrix least-squares calculation to R = 0.0547 on 5343 unique reflections with R int = 0.0419. The structural units of crystal I are the Sr2+ cation, seven water molecules, and doubly charged dicitratoborate anion, which is not equivalent to the singly charged complex dicitratoborate anion identified previously in the crystal structures of complexes of boric and citric acids. The coordination polyhedron of the Sr2+ cation is a distorted dodecahedron composed of four O atoms of coordinated water molecules and four O atoms of two complex anions. The crystal packing of I is layered. Thirteen independent O-H…O and O-H…, O′ contacts form an intricate system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Single crystals of diisopropylammonium dicitratoborate of the formula (C3H7)2NH2[(C6H6O7)2B] (I) were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 15.9978(5) Å, b = 11.0805(4) Å, c = 13.1872(4) Å, α = 90°, β = 103.34(1)°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, V = 2274.5 (1) Å 3, Z = 8, ρcalc = 1.440 g/cm3, 2237 reflections with I > 2σ(I); R1 = 0.0408. Structure I is built from complex spiran-type dicitratoborate anions and diisopropylammonium cations. In the crystal packing, the anions and the cations form staggered stacks linked by a system of hydrogen bonds involving three independent contacts O(N)-H...O. X-ray diffraction data for structure I were compared with those for complexes of boric and citric acids with ammonium and alkylammonium cations.  相似文献

Arsenic 4-methoxy-8-mercaptoquinolinate As[C9H5(4-OCH3)NS]3 (I) was synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. Crystals are trigonal: space group R3, a = b = 13.9867(4) Å, c = 12.4991(5) Å, γ = 120°, V = 2117.58(12) Å3, ρ = 1.519 g/cm3, Z = 3. An arsenic atom in the crystal structure occupies a special position on axis 3. The structural unit of the crystal (neutral complex I) has symmetry C3. 4-Methoxy-8-mercaptoquinoline acts as a bidentate (N,S-) ligand. The coordination polyhedron of the arsenic atom is a symmetric octahedron (3S + 3N) or, with allowance for the lone electron pair, ψ-one-capped octahedron (3S + 3N + E). Bond lengths are as follows: As-S, 2.3179(7)Å; As…N 2.688(3) Å. The geometries of coordination polyhedra of arsenic atoms are compared in the crystal structures of As(C9H6NS)3, As[C9H5(2-CH3)NS]3, and As[C9H5(4-CH3)NS]3.  相似文献

Coordination polymers [Ag(C4H10N2)]ReO4 (I) and [Ag(C4H10N2)]PF6 (II) (C4H10N2 is piperazine, Ppz) were synthesized and their structures were determined. Crystals of compound I are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 6.207(1) Å, b = 12.533(1) Å, c = 11.386(1) Å, β = 93.41(1)°, V = 884.2(2) Å3, ρcalc = 3.337 g/cm3, Z = 4. Crystals of II are monoclinic, space group C2/m, a = 8.723(1) Å, b = 9.083(1) Å, c = 5.797(1) Å, β = 95.07(1)°, V = 457.5(1) Å3, ρcalc = 2.548 g/cm3, Z = 2. Structure I contains polymer chains [Ag(Ppz)] + . The silver atom is linked with two nitrogen atoms of the adjacent Ppz ligands to form a nearly linear fragment; the Ag-Nav distance is 2.173 Å, and the NAgN angle is 169.4(3)°. The chains are linked with each other by weak interactions Ag…O(ReO4) (2.643(8) Å) and N-H…O hydrogen bonds. The structure of compound II also contains cationic polymer chains [Ag(Ppz)] + . The Ag+ ion is located in the inversion center and has a linear coordination (Ag-N distance is 2.171(9) Å). The central P atom of the octahedral fluorophos-phate ion is also located in the inversion center; the anion is slightly distorted and has no contacts with silver ions at a distance <3.4 Å.  相似文献

Methylammonium dicitratoborate CH3NH3[(C6H6O7)2B] (I) was synthesized for the first time. The crystal structure of the compound was studied by X-ray crystallography. Crystals of I are triclinic, space group P \(\bar 1\), a = 8.9726(3) Å, b = 10.1039(3) Å, c = 10.7231(4) Å, α = 66.894(1)°, β = 85.347(1)°, γ = 84.991(2)°, V = 889.57(5) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalcd = 1.580 g/cm3. Crystals of I are built up from large dicitratoborate anions with a spiran structure and methylammonium cations. The crystals have a layered structure. A hydrogen-bond system is formed by seven independent contacts O(N)-H?O.  相似文献

The synthesis, vibrational spectra, and X-ray diffraction analysis results for 2-(diphenylphosphinylmethoxy) aniline, 2-[(C6H5)2P(O)OCH2]C6H4NH2(I), are described. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 18.4515(17) Å, b = 10.5421(12) Å, c = 17.897(2) Å, β = 104.479(8)°, V = 3370.7(6) Å3, Z = 8, space group P21/c, R = 0.0546 for 1770 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The syntheses and crystal structures of the layered coordination polymers M(C8H8NO2)2 [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Ni (3) and Zn (4)] are described. These isostructural compounds contain centrosymmetric trans-MN2O4 octahedra as parts of infinite sheets; the ligand bonds to three adjacent metal ions in μ3-N,O,O′ mode from both its carboxylate O atoms and its amine N atom. In each case, weak intra-sheet N–H?O and C–H?O hydrogen bonds may help to consolidate the structure. Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The centrosymmetric binuclear complex of samarium(III) nitrate with bicyclic biscarbamide 2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo(3.3.0)octane-3,7-dione, or mebicar (Mk) namely, [Sm(C8H14N4O2)(H2O)2(NO3)3]2 (I) has been synthesized. Its crystal structure has been characterized (CIF file CCDC no. 1451436). Crystals of complex I are triclinic, space group P1 a = 9.8661(2) Å, b = 10.2913(3) Å, c = 10.9629(3) Å, α = 74.475(2)°, β = 67.802(2)°, γ = 67.570(2)°, V = 942.68(5) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.01028 g/cm3, and Z = 1. The samarium atom is coordinated by the two oxygen atoms of two Mk molecules bonded via the symmetry center, three bidentate nitrate anions, and two water molecules. The coordination number of the samarium atom is 10, the coordination polyhedron of the metal atom is a decahedron and the Sm…Sm distance is 9.7904(4) Å.  相似文献

2-Methyl-8-oxyquinolinium dicitratoborate dihydrate [(2-CН3)(8-OH)C6H5NH][(C6H5O7)2B] ? 2H2O (I) was synthesized for the first time. Single crystals were synthesized in an aqueous solution, and their crystal structure was studied by X-ray diffraction. Crystals were triclinic, space group P\(\bar 1\), a = 9.3454(2) Å, b = 9.8522(2) Å, c = 15.6638(4) Å, α = 78.489(1)°, β = 77.255(1)°, γ = 63.622(2)°, FW = 587.25, V = 1251.68(5) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.558 g/cm3. The structure was refined by the full-matrix least-squares technique to R1 = 0.045 for 4689 independent reflections with Rint = 0.072. Crystal structure units in complex I were large complex dicitratoborate anions with a spirane structure, 2-methyl-8-oxyquinolinium cations [(2-CН3)(8-OH)C6H5NH]+, and two crystallization water molecules. The crystal packing was layered and three-dimensional. The network of hydrogen bonds in crystals was created by seven independent three-center O–H···O contacts.  相似文献

Crystal structures are determined by X-ray crystallography for tetrafluoroantimonates(III) of single and double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cations of the composition (C2H5N4)SbF4 (I) (monoclinic: a = 4.7723(6) Å, b = 19.643(2) Å, c = 7.6974(9) Å, β = 97.239(2)°, Z = 4, Cc space group) and (C2H6N4)(SbF4)2 (II) (monoclinic: a = 4.7617(3) Å, b = 15.512(1) Å c = 7.4365(5)Å β = 107.706(1)°, Z = 2, P21/n space group). The structure of I is built from complex [SbF4]? anions and single charged (C2H5N4)+ cations; the structure of II is built from the same anion and double charged 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation: (C2H6N4)2+. In the structure, weak interactions Sb…F join the anions in polymeric layers [SbF4] n n? that are assembled in a 3D framework by N-H…F hydrogen bonds. The formation of the double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation (C2H6N4)2+, found in the crystal structure of II, is observed for the first time.  相似文献

The coordination polymers [AgPF6(Me4Pyz)2] (I) and [AgPF6(2,3-Et2Pyz)2] (II) were synthesized, and their structures were determined. Crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 10.213(2) Å, b = 16.267(3) Å, c = 12.663(3) Å, β = 92.90(3)°, V = 2102.1(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.660 g/cm3, Z = 4. The structure of I is built of polymeric zigzag [Ag(C8H12N2)] + chains and octahedral [PF6] anions. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is a flat triangle. Crystals of II are tetragonal, space group P \(\bar 4\)2(1)/c,a = b = 10.641(1) Å, c = 18.942(1) Å, V = 2144.6(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.627 g/cm3, Z = 4. In the structure of II, 2D cationic layers of fused square rings exist; the rings consist of four Ag+ cations linked by four bridging ligands of diethylpyrazine Et2Pyz. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is an irregular four-vertex polyhedron.  相似文献

The interaction of oxythiamine chloride hydrochloride with a solution of palladium chloride in hydrochloric acid affords a salt of protonated oxythiamine [H2OT][PdCl4] (I) (HOT is 4-methyl-3-[(2′-methyl-4′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydropyrimidinyl-5′)methyl]-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)thiazolium, C12H16N3O2S+). The crystal structure of salt I is determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 9.474(3) Å, b = 13.822(2) Å, c = 13.626(4) Å, β = 93.42(2)°, V = 1781.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/n. The structural units of salt I are doubly-charged cations [H2OT]2+ and anions [PdCl4]2? joined by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction into dimeric supermolecules. The thiazolium and pyrimidine rings in the cation are planar (the dihedral angle between the planes is 89.6°) and oriented relative to the linking methylene center to form torsion angles Φ t = 64.9° and Φ p = 49.9° characteristic of the V′ conformation.  相似文献

A novel copper(II) complex {[Cu(BIX)2(H2O)2](PhCOO)2} n (1) (BIX = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-methyl))-benzene) is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the P-1 space group, Z = 1, a = 9.465(2) Å, b = 9.703(2) Å, c = 12.060(2) Å, α = 77.26(3)°, β = 70.37(3)°, γ = 67.14(3)°, and V = 956.1(3) Å3. The crystal structural analysis of complex 1 shows that the copper center is six-coordinated in an elongated octahedral geometry by four N atoms from four different BIX and two O atoms from two water molecules; two neighboring Cu(II) cations are bridged by two BIX extending into an infinite 1D double chain structure.  相似文献

Triethylammonium dicitratoborate monohydrate (C2H5)3NH[(C6H6O7)2B]·H2O (I) was synthesized for the first time. Its crystal structure was solved from single crystal X-ray diffraction data (a = 9.7821(2) Å, b = 23.2196(4) Å, c = 10.0705(2) Å; β = 90.97(1)°; Z = 4, space group P21/n, 5091 reflections with R int = 0.0219; R1 = 0.0733). The structural units of crystal I (the large dicitrato borate anion with a spirane structure, the triethylammonium cation, and the crystal water molecule) form a layered packing with a system of seven O-H...O and N-H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
