首先利用水热法制备了由纳米片组装的粒径为1.5–2μm的Bi2WO6微球,然后在微球表面沉积了不同含量的AgCl (5 wt%,10wt%,20wt%,30wt%),制备了异质结构AgCl/Bi2WO6微球光催化剂.利用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射吸收等手段对所制的光催化剂进行表征,并以紫外光和可见光分别为光源,罗丹明B为降解对象测试了其光催化活性,考察复合不同含量的AgCl对Bi2WO6光催化剂的性能影响.结果表明,沉积AgCl对Bi2WO6的晶体结构、表面性能和光吸收性能没有产生明显影响,但大幅度提高了Bi2WO6的紫外和可见光催化活性.当复合20wt%AgCl时, AgCl/Bi2WO6光催化活性最佳,紫外光下比纯Bi2WO6提高了2.2倍,可见光下提高了1倍.这主要是由于形成的AgCl/Bi2WO6异质结能有效抑制光生电子和空穴的复合,从而提了其光催化性能.  相似文献

Graphene possesses excellent conductivity, adsorptivity, and controllability. The combination of photocatalysts and graphene will introduce these properties of graphene into photocatalysis. In this paper, graphene oxide-Bi(2)WO(6) composite was firstly prepared via in situ hydrothermal reaction in the presence of graphene oxide, then the graphene oxide was reduced by ethylene glycol and the graphene-Bi(2)WO(6) (G-BWO) composite was formed. The as-prepared graphene-Bi(2)WO(6) photocatalyst shows enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light (λ > 420 nm). The electronic interaction and charge equilibration between graphene and Bi(2)WO(6) lead to the shift of the Fermi level and decrease the conduction band potential, which has an important influence on the photocatalytic process. The enhanced photocatalytic activity could be attributed to the negative shift in the Fermi level of G-BWO and the high migration efficiency of photoinduced electrons, which may suppress the charge recombination effectively.  相似文献

In this work, an Ag-loaded octahedral Bi2WO6 photocatalyst has been successfully prepared by the hydrothermal method and photo deposition method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDX), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and ultra-violet adsorption spectrum (UV-Vis) were employed for characterization of the composite photocatalyst. Furthermore, two different photocatalysts including the obtained Ag-loaded octahedral Bi2WO6 were employed here for photodegradation of model contaminated water of Orange II (OII). Results show that Ag-loaded Bi2WO6 photocatalyst exhibits superior photocatalytic properties compared to the undoped Bi2WO6. The reasons for improvement in photocatalytic activity of the Ag-loaded octahedral Bi2WO6 were also discussed.  相似文献

Bi(2)WO(6) hollow microspheres with dimension of ca. 1.5 μm were synthesized via a hydrothermal method using polystyrene particles as the template. The as-prepared Bi(2)WO(6) hollow microspheres can be further transformed to double-shell Bi(2)O(3)/Bi(2)WO(6) hollow microspheres. The samples were fully characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution TEM, N(2)-sorption Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area, UV-vis diffuse-reflectance spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The as-formed double-shell Bi(2)O(3)/Bi(2)WO(6) hollow microspheres exhibit enhanced photocatalytic activity due to the hollow nature and formation of the p-n junction between p-type Bi(2)O(3) and n-type Bi(2)WO(6). The study provides a general and effective method in the fabrication of composition and dimension-tunable composite hollow microspheres with sound heterojunctions that may show a variety of applications.  相似文献

This study synthesized UiO-66(Zr) in situ on wood via a one-step solvothermal method. UiO-66/wood was successfully prepared and its catalytic performance for the ofloxacin(OFX) photodegradation under simulate sunlight was also explored. The photocatalytic ability of ZnO is improved through the addition of flower-like Bi2WO6 to prepare a Bi2WO6/ZnO composite with visible light activity. The composite is characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy with UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. After modification, the band gap energy of Bi2WO6/ZnO is reduced from 3.2 eV for ZnO to 2.6 eV. Under visible light irradiation, the Bi2WO6/ZnO composite shows an excellent photocatalytic activity for degrading methylene blue (MB) and tetracycline. The photo-degradation efficiencies of (0.3:1) Bi2WO6/ZnO for MB and tetracycline are approximately 246 and 4500 times higher than those of bare ZnO, respectively, and correspondingly, the photo-degradation rates for the two pollutants are approximately 120 and 200 times higher than those with bare ZnO, respectively. Moreover, the photocatalyst of (0.3:1) Bi2WO6/ZnO exhibits a higher transient photocurrent density of approximately 4.5 μA compared with those of bare Bi2WO6 and ZnO nanoparticles. The successful recombination of Bi2WO6 and ZnO enhances the photocatalytic activity and reduces the band gap energy of ZnO, which can be attributed to the effective separation of electron–hole pairs. Active species trapping experiments display that [O2]? is the major species involved during photocatalysis rather than ?OH and h+. This study provides insight into designing a meaningful visible-light-driven photocatalyst for environmental remediation.  相似文献

氢能是一种能量密度高、储量大、可再生、零污染的新能源。光催化水分解制氢是一种绿色、清洁的能源转换技术,被认为是一种有效的制氢方法。UiO-66-NH2是一种可见光响应、稳定性良好的金属有机骨架材料,但存在可见光响应范围有限、导电性差、载流子复合率高等问题。研究者们采用金属粒子掺杂、染料敏化、金属纳米粒子负载等多种方法对UiO-66-NH2进行改性,提升UiO-66-NH2在光催化水分解制氢反应中的性能,并报道了许多研究成果。因此,本文对近年来报道的有关增强UiO-66-NH2光催化水分解制氢性能的方法进行了综述,并对后续的发展提出了建议,以期为UiO-66-NH2在光催化水分解制氢中应用研究提供参考。  相似文献

Photocatalysis technology has been proved to be a potential strategy for removal of organic dyes, however high-power light sources are generally necessary to initiate photocatalytic reaction. In this work, we employed an excellent photocatalyst of Bi2WO6 with visible light harvest and meanwhile an intrinsic ferroelectricity, which realized the efficient degradation of organic dye via the synergetic photopiezocatalysis. Through coupling the illumination by a low-power (9 W) LED and the ultrasonic vibration (120 W) by an ultrasonic cleaner, the nanoflower-like Bi2WO6 composed of ultrathin nanosheets showed a much more enhanced photopiezocatalysis performance for purification of organic dye than the individual photocatalysis and piezocatalysis. Furthermore, the high mineralization efficiency and the good durability of the Bi2WO6 catalyst were demonstrated. The possible mechanism of photopiezocatalysis was finally proposed, where the ultrasound-induced piezoelectric field in Bi2WO6 drove photo-generated electrons and holes to diffuse along opposite directions, consequently promoting the separation efficiency of charge carriers. This work indicates that the synergetic photopiezocatalysis by coupling irradiation and ultrasonic vibration is a promising strategy to purify organic pollutants in wastewater.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了不同Ti/Bi摩尔比的TiO_2/Bi_2WO_6纳米异质结可见光光催化剂.采用XRD、HR-TEM、XPS及UV-vis DRS测试技术对样品的晶相结构、微观形貌、组成及吸光性能等进行了表征分析.以MB模拟环境污染物,考察了TiO_2/Bi_2WO_6纳米异质结的可见光光催化活性.结果表明,当热处理温度为700℃,n(Ti)∶n(Bi)的比值为1∶5.4,可见光照射180 min时,TiO_2/Bi_2WO_6纳米异质结对MB的降解率达80.0%,是纯Bi_2WO_6的12倍.光催化活性的提高可归因于TiO_2与Bi_2WO_6复合后可以产生能带交叠效应,从而促进光生电子-空穴对的有效分离.  相似文献

Visible light-induced Bi(2)WO(6)/rectorite (BR) composites were prepared by a sol-gel method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET). The UV absorption edges of the BR-450 catalyst showed a marked red shift as compared to that of the pure Bi(2)WO(6). The photocatalytic activities of the as-prepared samples were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of 4BS dye in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation (>420 nm). The results showed that the BR-450 catalyst exhibited a strong adsorption capability and a higher photocatalytic degradation activity than the pure Bi(2)WO(6) for 4BS dye, which could be attributed to the synergetic effects of the adsorbability of rectorite and the photocatalytic property of Bi(2)WO(6) in it.  相似文献

本文利用亚硫酸盐与Bi2WO6协同作用,有效地提升其光催化活性。以甲基橙和抗生素环丙沙星(CIP)作为被降解物对该体系的光催化降解性能和机理进行了研究。结果表明:光催化活性增强主要原因为亚硫酸盐能与Bi2WO6的光生空穴及羟基自由基反应,不仅能生成新的活性物质亚硫酸自由基(SO3^2-),还能促进Bi2WO6光生电子—空穴对的分离。此外,还考察了催化剂的用量、和污染物的浓度对该体系光催化性能的影响。  相似文献

TiO2/Bi2WO6 composite nanofibers have been successfully synthesized by a simple electrospinning process. XRD, SEM, HR-TEM, nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms and UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectra were used to characterize the composite nanofibers. The composite fibers with diameters about 100 nm was composed of nanoparticles and possessed of high specific surface area (49.6 m2 g?1) and porous structure. Besides, the TiO2/Bi2WO6 composite nanofibers exhibited excellent visible photocatalytic property in the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB), and over 97.2 % of MB was degraded within 5.5 h.  相似文献

Composites of metal-organic frameworks and carbon materials have been suggested to be effective materials for the decomposition of chemical warfare agents. In this study, we synthesized UiO-66-NH2/zeolite-templated carbon (ZTC) composites for the adsorption and decomposition of the nerve agents sarin and soman. UiO-66-NH2/ZTC composites with good dispersion were prepared via a solvothermal method. Characterization studies showed that the composites had higher specific surface areas than pristine UiO-66-NH2, with broad pore size distributions centered at 1–2 nm. Owing to their porous nature, the UiO-66-NH2/ZTC composites could adsorb more water at 80% relative humidity. Among the UiO-66-NH2/ZTC composites, U0.8Z0.2 showed the best degradation performance. Characterization and gas adsorption studies revealed that beta-ZTC in U0.8Z0.2 provided additional adsorption and degradation sites for nerve agents. Among the investigated materials, including the pristine materials, U0.8Z0.2 also exhibited the best protection performance against the nerve agents. These results demonstrate that U0.8Z0.2 has the optimal composition for exploiting the degradation performance of pristine UiO-66-NH2 and the adsorption performance of pristine beta-ZTC.  相似文献

We report the fabrication of macroscopically and microscopically homogeneous, crack-free metal-organic framework (MOF) UiO-66-NH2 (UiO: Universitetet i Oslo; [Zr6O4(OH)4(bdc-NH2)6]; bdc-NH22−: 2-amino-1,4-benzene dicarboxylate) thin films on silicon oxide surfaces. A DMF-free, low-temperature coordination modulated (CM), layer-by-layer liquid phase epitaxy (LPE) using the controlled secondary building block approach (CSA). Efficient substrate activation was determined as a key factor to obtain dense and smooth coatings by comparing UiO-66-NH2 thin films grown on ozone and piranha acid-activated substrates. Films of 2.60 μm thickness with a minimal surface roughness of 2 nm and a high sorption capacity of 3.53 mmol g−1 MeOH (at 25 °C) were typically obtained in an 80-cycle experiment at mild conditions (70 °C, ambient pressure).  相似文献

以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,制备了复合光催化材料α-Si W11Ti/PANI/Ti O2。用UV-Vis、IR、XRD和SEM-EDS等测试手段对其结构及形貌等进行了表征。IR结果表明,复合后聚苯胺的IR振动峰发生红移。N2吸附-脱附显示产物为介孔材料,具有双孔结构,平均孔径约为20.07nm和26.69nm。以刚果红染料废水(15 mg/L)为探针反应,评价了其光催化性能,与一元催化剂Ti O2和二元催化剂/PAIN/Ti O2比较,三元催化剂Si W11Ti/PANI/Ti O2表现出更高的光催化降解性能,经30W紫外灯照射150min后,其降解率为92.44%。  相似文献

将光响应分子甲基螺吡喃SP-CH3引入UiO-66的非极性孔笼中,构筑吸附活性位可光控调节的光响应吸附剂。SP-CH3功能化的吸附剂完好保留了载体UiO-66的骨架和孔道结构。以阴离子染料甲基橙为探针,研究了吸附剂在不同光照条件下的吸附和解吸性能。结果表明,经紫外光照后,吸附剂对甲基橙的吸附量为41.99 mg·g-1,相较于可见光照后样品的吸附量提升57.56%,吸附作用增强;经可见光照后,甲基橙的脱附量为81.6%。本策略通过光照刺激改变UiO-66孔笼中SP-CH3的构型及表面电荷性质,即对吸附活性位进行光控调节,在不同光照条件下实现对吸附质的高效吸附和有效脱附。  相似文献
