Abstract

A simple, mild, straightforward, efficient and eco-friendly protocol has been developed for the synthesis of a series of α-aminonitriles via the one-pot three-component Strecker reactions between various aldehydes, amines and trimethylsilyl cyanide using a catalytic amount of mandelic acid as a naturally occurring, low-cost, efficient organo-catalyst under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. Under the same optimized conditions synthesis of α-aminophosphonates were also achieved via the one-pot three-component Kabachnik-Fields reactions of aldehydes, amines and triethyl phosphate.  相似文献

An Fe(III)-catalyzed efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of selenoester derivatives in high yields through the coupling of α-amino carbonyl/glycine derivatives and diselenides under ambient air. A library of benzoselenoate derivatives having a variety of substituents has been synthesized. A plausible reaction pathway has been predicted. Experimental results suggest that the reaction proceeds through a radical pathway. Operational simplicity, compatibility with various α-amino carbonyls and diselenides, high yields, fast reaction and mild reaction conditions are the notable advantages of this procedure. We have also shown the practical application of the synthesized selenoesters which is useful to generate peptide bonds in biological sciences.  相似文献

Three-component reactions of aldehydes, amines and diethyl phosphite are efficiently catalyzed by ytterbium perfluorooctanoate [Yb(PFO)3] under solvent-free conditions, giving the corresponding α-aminophosphonates in good to excellent yields. The catalyst can be recovered and reused for several times without any significant loss of activity. Furthermore, a possible mechanism for this transformation is also presented.  相似文献

An ultrasound promoted easy, efficient, and environment friendly process has been devised for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates within seconds through a one-pot three-component condensation of the aldehydes, amines, and triethylphosphite. The desired products were obtained in excellent yields and in high purity under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions. Study with various aldehydes and amines reveals that ultrasound radiation plays a key role in the direct synthesis of α-aminophosphonates.  相似文献

Zwitterionic imidazolium sulfonates are excellent catalysts for stereoselective aza-Henry reaction under solvent-free conditions. The major syn-β-nitroamine is obtained in high yields. New α-aminophosphonates of the type (OCH2CMe2CH2O)P(O)CH(NHCO2R)(R′) [6a-i, 7a-e, and 8a-c] have been synthesized in high yields by a three-component reaction using (OCH2CMe2CH2O)PCl (3), benzamide (or urethane or benzyl carbamate), and an aldehyde without using any catalyst under solvent-free conditions. This route can be readily adapted for bis-aminophosphonates as well as optically active binaphthoxy α-aminophosphonates; it also tolerates the phenolic -OH group as shown by the synthesis of hydroxy functionalized aminophosphonates. Partial hydrolysis of compounds 7a-d leads to products in which the phosphorinane ring is cleaved first. Compounds (OCH2CMe2CH2O)P(O)CH[NHC(O)Ph](9-anthryl) (6f) and optically pure (R,S)-(−)-(C20H12O2)P(O)CH(NHCO2Et)(Ph) (14a) were characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of twenty halomethylated β-enaminones [RC(O)CH=C(R 1)NR 3 R 4, where R = CF3,CCl3, CHCl2; R 1 = H, Me, Ph; R 3 = H, Me, Bu, Et; R 4 = Me, Et, Bu, allyl, tert-amyl, CH2CH2OH, Bn, Ph] were synthesized using the ionic liquid [bmim]BF4 at room temperature. It is demonstrated that this ionic liquid is a reaction medium suitable for the amination of β-alkoxyvinyl halomethyl ketones. An efficient and eco-friendly procedure for one-pot synthesis of β-amino carbonyl compounds by three-component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, acetophenone, and aromatic amines via a Mannich type reaction using a stable tightly bound complex, titanium tetrachloride incorporated crosslinked polystyrene copolymer (PS/TiCl4), as a water tolerant, recoverable, and reusable polymeric Lewis acid catalyst in ethanol at room temperature is reported. The complex of the polystyrene and TiCl4 provides a shelf-stable acidic, water tolerant material, and it is not easily hydrolyzed by water. Our findings thus show a novel and improved modification of the Mannich type reaction in terms of mild reaction conditions, clean reaction profiles, applicability to various substrates using a simple workup procedure which makes this reaction an interesting alternative to previously applied procedures. The recyclability of the catalyst makes this protocol environmentally benign.  相似文献
