提出了一种新的应用希尔伯特变换解调干涉条纹相位的算法,可以从单幅干涉条纹图中解调出全场相位分布.在实际应用中,常借助傅里叶变换实现希尔伯特变换算法,但是会忽略负频率成分,造成相位信息的丢失.对于相位分布非单调变化的干涉条纹,提出了一种判断函数,用来计算相位信息零频率点的分布.利用相位的零频率点分布构造了一个二元模板,使用该模板对本文提出的两次希尔伯特变换法产生的包裹相位图进行修正.对修正后的包裹相位图进行解包裹处理,可以得到连续的全场相位分布.对该方法用计算机模拟进行了验证.  相似文献

提出一种基于正弦相位调制的频域光学相干层析成像,利用正弦相位调制干涉术探测复频域干涉条纹的实部和虚部,重建复频域干涉条纹。对该复频域干涉条纹作逆傅里叶变换后,消除了频域光学相干层析成像中存在的复共轭镜像以及直流背景和自相干噪声。对玻璃片样品进行了层析成像实验。实验结果表明,采用正弦相位调制的频域光学相干层析成像,将可利用的成像深度范围扩大到原来的2倍,实现了全深度探测的频域光学相干层析成像。  相似文献

针对单幅载频变形条纹图的相位重构问题,提出了一种快速、高精度和免解包裹的相位恢复新算法。该算法利用两次希尔伯特(Hilbert)变换法从单幅条纹图中分离出正弦分量和余弦分量,然后由这两个分量计算出相位的斜率,对水平和垂直两个方向上的相位斜率进行积分,最后得到全场相位分布。计算机模拟和实验结果表明,该算法仅需一幅变形条纹图即可很好的恢复全场相位分布。与传统的傅里叶方法相比,该算法不需要解包裹处理,简化了计算量,避免了相位解包裹过程带来的误差,并且对阴影和相位不连续点不敏感。  相似文献

基于非载波条纹图的条纹灰度分布的极值准确定位,提出了一种新的由单幅条纹图解调相位方法.该方法首先准确定位每个条纹灰度的极值包括最大和最小,再基于极值图将条纹的强度值分布线性地变换到-1和1之间,最后利用arcos反余弦取代传统的atan2反正切算法求出相位,结合极值图就能快速准确地解调出含有封闭条纹的条纹图相位.本方法仅用一幅条纹图,不需要传统的条纹定级和对分数级条纹插值与拟合,自动判别条纹相位变化的波谷,准确获得条纹相位分布.这一方法使光测法研究动态和瞬态问题成为可能,而不需引入载波法调制条纹.文中通过实例说明了本方法的处理过程.  相似文献

相移法因其精度高、运算简单,所以被广泛应用于形貌检测中的相位解调。该方法的弱点是:不仅要采集多幅相移图像,而且不能克服相移器的移相误差。将小波分析与希尔伯特变换结合起来,采用小波分析去除直流背景成分,利用希尔伯特变换方法实现90°相移;利用相移法解调形貌相位,由于是采用软件来实现相移的,因此只需采集一幅变形栅线图。对该方法与传统相移技术进行了模拟比较实验,结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度。  相似文献

为了提高小波变换三维面形测量技术中相位信息的解调速度,依据不同的并行计算原理,提出两种基于并行一维连续小波变换的光学条纹图快速解调方法。利用多核CPU运算平台进行了计算机模拟和实验,结果表明并行一维连续小波变换光学条纹图相位解调方法相比于串行一维连续小波变换光学条纹图相位解调方法,在精度不变的同时计算速度显著提高:对850pixel×1000pixel大小实测条纹图像解调速度提高了7.5倍。并行一维连续小波变换相位解调方法为小波变换三维面形测量技术在实时/瞬态过程三维面形测量中的应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

偏离中心条纹的抽样以及光纤干涉仪的缺陷引起光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪(FFTS)输出的干涉图不对称,导致由傅里叶余弦变换计算得到的光谱带有相位误差,影响光谱的线型。文章首次将卷积方法应用到光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪中干涉图的对称化处理,利用干涉图的中心部分计算出相位误差,通过傅里叶变换得到了对称化处理函数,用卷积运算在时域完成了光谱的相位误差校正。实验研究表明,在FFTS中该方法能在时域有效地实现干涉图对称化,校正了光谱的相位误差。该方法不仅克服了双边干涉图的缺点,而且校正的结果有较高的准确度。  相似文献

提出了一种采用双方波信号和B-样条小波解调弱反射光纤布拉格光栅(WFBG)的方法,并进行了实验验证.单个方波周期设置为相邻WFBG间光纤中激光往返传输的时间,对单个方波进行猝发操作形成双方波,则前WFBG反射的后方波与后WFBG反射的前方波重叠干涉.采用B-样条小波变换降低干涉信号的噪声,利用Hilbert变换对干涉信号进行π/2相移,对原干涉信号和相移后干涉信号比值进行反正切运算,得到干涉信号的相位信息.将间隔为50m的5-WFBG阵列置于木地板上,分别接收不同振幅和频率的正弦声波,采用上述方法解调的干涉相位信号能较好地反映声波信息.该解调方法解调光路简单,数据处理简单.  相似文献

In order to overcome the measurement and calculation difficulty for aspheric surface with phase retrieval technology, an improved phase retrieval algorithm was proposed. Due to significant departure from sphere surface, reflected light from different part of the aspheric surface under test will overlap in some areas in the collected images by CCD with general phase retrieval measurement setup, which will lead to the failure to recover the surface phase. The proposed algorithm will only use those areas without light overlapping in each image in the iteration process and employ several defocused images to recover the whole surface. This algorithm can improve the measurement range for aspheric surface with phase retrieval technology. The experimental system was established and a 180 mm diameter, f/1.6 parabolic mirror and a 180 mm effective diameter, f/1.33 hyperboloid mirror were tested by the proposed method. The experimental results show that the retrieved surface errors are in good consistent with that obtained by interferometer, which confirms the validity of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

研究了大口径非球面光学元件表面轮廓测量过程可视化,并设计、开发了基于双向链接边表的软件系统。提出一种改进的双向链接边表数据结构完成三维模型加载方法,建立数据结构及其相关图形元作为软件的基础层。计算非球面曲面方程获得表面轮廓的数据生成图形场景节点,并自动生成曲面测量轨迹。在非接触检测平台上进行测试,对测量数据进行平滑处理,拟合出测量获得的非球面面形,完成面形精度和表面粗糙度的评价。实验结果表明,该可视化系统技术路线正确高效、稳定性好,为非球面检测数据及其综合分析仿真提供直观的可视化平台。  相似文献

介绍了一种轴对称非球面透镜的光轴共轴度的测量方法。激光管发出的光束经束腰变换透镜入射到被测透镜的非球面表面,由CCD摄像头接收非球面的反射激光光斑,CCD的光敏面位于反射激光光束的束腰位置;调整被测透镜位置,直到激光束腰中心位置不随被测非球面透镜的旋转而变化,这说明被测透镜的非球面对称轴与机械旋转轴重合;再利用球面偏心测量原理检测被测透镜球面一面的偏心量,即可以求得被测非球面透镜的光轴共轴度。该测量方法的误差小于20″。该方法适用于判定非球面透镜和非球面反射镜是否合格,以及调整非球面透镜的制造工艺。  相似文献

为实现球面波干涉检测非球面镜片,得到非球面镜片的完整面形信息,提出了基于标记的Givens变换,实现环形子孔径的精确定位和消旋转的处理.利用求解目标函数最小值的方法精确求解拟合波面以对子孔径数据进行处理,建立了全局优化拼接数学模型.对外径150 mm,内径100 mm的抛物面镜片进行三孔径拼接检测实验,均方根值为0.053 λ.对比补偿器法得到的全口径干涉检测结果均方根值△Wrms=0.052 λ,相对误差为1.92%.实验结果表明,该方法稳定可靠,降低了传统的环形子孔径拼接干涉检测方法中对导轨的高精度要求.  相似文献

A simplified reconstructing method for the aspheric surface testing based on scanning interference technology is presented. The aspheric normal intersects the optical axis at different points with different angles, which is called normal congruence; a normal congruence can identify an aspheric surface. In this method, the test aspheric surface is shifted along the optical axis to scan the tested aspheric surface; meanwhile a series of interferograms and phase maps are obtained. The angles between the normal lines and the aspheric axis are obtained using the positions of zero-phase points, according to the image-forming principle of the camera. Here, Zernike polynomials are applied to analyze the phase maps and extract the zero-phase points. Finally, the absolute coordinates of the test surface is rebuilt through iterative integration. Because both the system deformation and amplification do not affect the reconstruction result, this method can avoid complicated stitching algorithm in the subaperture stitching interferometric method. Experimental results show that the method has high accuracy and reliability.  相似文献

A deflectometer with a synthetically generated reference circle is proposed for aspheric surface testing. Rotation and translation movements are combined to realize laser scanning and make the measurement of the aspheric surface in polar coordinates. It effectively improves the measurement precision for aspheric surfaces with large relative aperture. The measuring equipment is calibrated using a defocused standard spherical surface, and it achieves a precision of λ/5–λ/10 (λ=0.6328 μm), which is close to the precision of the interferometric method (λ/20). This testing technique based on laser deflectometry is capable of measuring most kinds of aspheric surfaces, especially those with large asphericity and those of concave shapes. The feasibility of the technique is shown and experimental results are presented.  相似文献

A new method based on new reconstruction algorithm and new interferogram fringe analysis was proposed for testing a large aspheric surface. In the testing process, firstly, the interferometer or the tested aspheric surface was shifted relatively for measurement of the whole aperture of the tested aspheric surface to obtain a series of interferograms. Then these interferograms were analyzed to extract the best matching point, where the annular sub-surface was tangent with the corresponding reference sphere of the reference wavefront. Finally, the wavefront aberration of the whole aperture was figured out to describe the deformation information of the tested surface. Without any additional null optical elements, this method can perform the measurement directly. So, this method provides an effective and convenient means of testing the large-aperture aspheric surface. The mathematical model of this method is described, and the results of simulation tests are presented to verify it.  相似文献

Interferometric optical testing using computer-generated hologram (CGH) has provided an approach to highly accurate measurement of aspheric surfaces. While designing the CGH null correctors, we should make them with as small aperture and low spatial frequency as possible, and with no zero slope of phase except at center, for the sake of insuring lowisk of substrate figure error and feasibility of fabrication. On the basis of classic optics, a set of equations for calculating the phase function of CGH are obtained. These equations lead us to find the dependence of the aperture and spatial frequency on the axial diszance from the tested aspheric surface for the CGH. We also simulatethe ptical path difference error of the CGH relative to the accuracy of controlling laser spot during fabrication. Meanwhile, we discuss the constraints used to avoid zero slope of phase except at center and give a design result of the CGH for the tested aspheric surface. The results ensure the feasibility of designing a useful CGH to test aspheric urface fundamentally.  相似文献
