使用片层结构的金属有机骨架作为前驱物,通过高温煅烧制备出氮掺杂的介孔碳材料,同时在片层碳骨架上均匀分布着石墨化碳包裹的钴纳米粒子.电化学测试表明,800℃制备的样品具有与铂炭(Pt/C)催化剂相接近的氧还原反应催化活性,催化稳定性和甲醇耐受性良好,显著超越商品化Pt/C催化剂.  相似文献

以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂预聚体为氮源、碳源,以乙酸钴为金属前驱体,制备氮掺杂碳载钴氧还原电催化剂。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱与热重联用(thermogravimetry-fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,TG-FTIR)、X射线衍射光谱分析(X-ray diffraction spectra,XRD)等研究了催化剂的制备过程和结构,采用旋转圆盘电极测试(rotating disc electrode,RDE)考察了制备过程中不同炭化温度对催化剂氧还原催化活性的影响。结果显示,在惰性气氛中,随炭化温度升高,样品中部分有机基团以CO,CO2,HCHO,NH3,NO2等形态随保护气流失,催化剂结构出现明显变化,形成典型的面心立方结构。旋转圆盘电极测试结果表明,所制备的催化剂都具有较好的电催化活性,氮掺杂碳载钴催化剂的氧还原起始电位在0.5V(vs.SCE)左右,炭化温度为700℃时制备的催化剂具有最高电催化氧还原活性。  相似文献

CVD法制备纳米碳管的催化剂多是以Al2 O3、SiO2 或MgO作载体 ,Fe、Ni或Co等过渡族金属为活性组分[1- 3] .催化剂与载体之间的关系存在多种形式[1] ,其中固溶体催化剂[4 ,5] 使过渡金属离子能均匀地分布在载体的内部和表面 .在后续反应过程中 ,均匀分布在表面或体内的金属离子被还原成具有催化活性的金属微粒 .此法称为“原位催化分解法 (insituCVD法 )” ,常用于制备直径分布较为均匀的纳米碳管 ,但以往的这些固溶体催化剂在制备纳米碳管的产量上并没有明显的改善 .本工作报道用燃烧法制备的Fe Mo Mg O固溶体 ,不但在用于CVD法生长…  相似文献

以石墨片为原料,在氮气气氛下,通过机械针磨法制备了氮掺杂石墨烯纳米片.扫描电子显微镜和比表面积分析表明机械针磨过程可以有效地将大尺寸石墨片破碎成石墨烯纳米片.在石墨片的破碎过程中,会引起C—C键的破坏.因此,在破坏的边缘位置能够产生碳活性点.这些碳活性点可以与氮反应实现氮元素的掺杂.X射线光电子能谱分析表明碳活性点与氮反应使氮元素掺入石墨烯结构边缘,形成吡咯型氮和吡啶型氮.电化学阻抗谱分析表明所制备的氮掺杂石墨烯纳米片对I_3~-还原反应具有较高的电催化活性,循环伏安与恒流充放电测试表明氮掺杂石墨烯纳米片具有较好的电容性能.较高的比表面积和边缘氮掺杂结构是氮掺杂石墨烯纳米片具有优异电化学性能的主要原因.因此,氮掺杂石墨烯纳米片可以应用于染料敏化太阳能电池对电极和超级电容器电极.  相似文献

表面合金电催化剂上甲酸氧化的原位FTIR反射光谱研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用原位红外反射光谱(FTIRS)和电化学循环伏安法(CV)研究了甲酸在三种不同电极上的电催化特性。结果表明甲酸在碳载铂电极(Pt/GC)上的电催化氧化机理与本体铂电极(Pt)相类似,即可以通过活性中间体或毒性中间体氧化至CO_2。Pt/GC对甲酸的氧化比Pt具有更高的电催化活性。Pt/GC表面以Sb吸附原子修饰的电极(Sb-Pt/GC)上,甲酸氧化的起始电位(E;)提前至-0.10V,氧化电流峰电位(Ep)提前至0.34V,氧化峰电流(jp)值增加了7.28倍,半峰宽(FWHM)为0.30V。同样,Surface al-loy/GC电极上,E_I为-0.12V,E_p为0.32V和j_p为7.25mA·cm~(-2),相对Pt/GC分别负移了0.22,0.02V和增大了8.15倍,半峰宽(FWHM)为0.5V。表明Sb-Pt/GC和Surface alloy/GC电极不仅能够有效地抑制毒性中间体CO的生成,而且还可以显著地提高其对活性中间体的氧化的电催化活性。  相似文献

本文合成了含有2~4个Au原子的超小金纳米团簇并测试了其电催化氧还原性能.通过将前驱AuPPh_3Cl暴露在氨水中一个星期制备了超小的金纳米团簇.运用了ESI质谱、X射线精细结构吸收谱、X射线光电子能谱来测试这些超小金纳米团簇,表明这些超小金纳米团簇含有三苯基膦、羟基和吸附氧分子.将这些超小金纳米团簇负载到玻碳电极上,并用循环伏安法和线性伏安法测试其电催化氧还原性能.循环伏安结果表明,这些超小金纳米团簇电催化氧还原反应的起始电势为0.87 V(相对可逆氢电极),转移的电子数为4.  相似文献

开发高效、稳定的电催化剂是燃料电池走向实用的关键.为了解决催化剂因尺寸效应引起的催化活性和稳定性之间的矛盾,采用简便的一步溶剂热法设计合成了具有一维链状结构的Pt-Ni合金纳米颗粒催化剂.链状Pt-Ni纳米颗粒由平均尺寸约为10 nm的纳米颗粒和直径约为3 nm,长度为几百纳米的纳米线组装而成,该结构具有零维纳米颗粒高的比表面积和一维纳米线高的结构稳定性优势,可显著提高甲醇氧化反应的催化活性和稳定性,其质量活性和比活性分别是商业Pt/C纳米催化剂的5.7倍和7.6倍.经1000圈循环伏安测试后,该纳米材料仍保留91.2%的比活性,远高于商业Pt/C的4.4%.制备的一维链状结构很好地解决了纳米颗粒催化剂在反应中的团聚问题,为获得同时具有较高催化活性和稳定性的Pt基纳米催化剂提供了新的途径,有望实现大范围工业化应用.  相似文献

电催化水分解的速率控制步骤是水的氧化反应.高活性的电催化剂可加速水氧化的反应速率从而提升水分解反应的整体效果.我们通过水热-热解法制备了一种高活性的Co304催化剂去高效电催化产氧气.电镜表征证实了Co3O4具有超薄的纳米片层结构,X射线光电子能谱及电子顺磁共振波谱确认了Co304纳米片中存在大量氧空位.大幅提高的比表面积有利于更多包括作为活性点位的氧缺陷在内的点位暴露.Co304纳米片可加速阳极与电解质之间的产氧气反应,以很低的过电势(310 mV)及电流密度(10 mA/cm~2)高效催化产氧气,在1.0 mol/L KOH中表现出突出的稳定性.  相似文献

采用燃烧法制备了Fe/Mo/MgO催化剂,用化学气相沉积法在1000℃下催化裂解甲烷制得了单壁纳米碳管.实验结果表明,550℃下焙烧的催化剂效果最好,适宜的酸碱性应该是催化剂具有较高活性的原因.用扫描电镜、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜、热重分析和拉曼光谱等方法对制备的纳米碳管粗产品进行了表征.结果表明,该产物确为高质量单壁纳米碳管,其形态基本都以束状存在,且单壁纳米碳管直径分布较窄(0.85~1.22nm);对反应气氛的考察表明,CH4/N2=50/300为最佳,该气氛下所制得粗产物中单壁碳管的含量接近40%,经稀盐酸室温处理后,碳管含量可达到75%以上.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献
