[Li(12-Crown-4){(Me3Si)2N}2TiCH2SiMe2NSiMe3] – an Ion-Pair with a Linear Li–C–Ti-Axis The title compound ( 1 ) has been prepared from Ti[N(SiMe3)2]3 and n-butyllithium in OEt2/n-hexane in the presence of 12-crown-4. Smaragd-green single crystals of 1 · C7H8 which were suitable for X-ray crystallography were formed from toluene solutions at –18 °C. According to the crystal structure determination 1 forms ion pairs between the lithium atom and the CH2-carbon atom which is member of a planar Ti–C–Si–N heterocycle. The coordination geometry of the Li–C–Ti axis is linear (bond angle 172.8° in average of the two symmetry independent species) with coordination number five at the CH2-carbon atom.  相似文献

[Yb3OBr4{N(SiMe3)2}3(THF)3], an Amido Complex of Ytterbium with a Clusterlike Structure The title compound has been prepared from YbBr3 and NaN(SiMe3)2 in THF suspension, forming yellow single crystals from hexane solutions which were characterized by a crystal structure determination. Space group P1 , Z = 2, lattice dimensions at ?100°C: a = 1085.4(1), b = 1410.2(1), c = 1912.0(1) pm; α = 78.62(1)°, β = 80.61(1)°, γ = 73.45(1)°, R = 0.025. In the molecular structure of [Yb3OBr4{N(SiMe3)2}3(THF)3] the three ytterbium atoms together with the μ3-oxygen atom and a μ3-bromine atom form a distorted trigonal bipyramid. In addition, three μ2-Br atoms coordinate the Yb atoms in the equatorial plane, whereas the THF molecules and the N(SiMe3)2? ligands are terminally coordinated, thus forming a distorted octahedrally surrounding of the Yb atoms.  相似文献

The novel metalloid germanium cluster [Ge9(Hyp)2HypGe] ( 1 ) was synthesized, exhibiting two different bulky groups [Hyp = Si(SiMe3)3; HypGe = Ge(SiMe3)3]. Further reaction of 1 with ZnCl2 gives the derivative [ZnGe18(Hyp)4(HypGe)2] ( 2 ) in good yield, showing that the substitution of Si(SiMe3)3 by Ge(SiMe3)3 within a metalloid Ge9R3 compound leads to a comparable reactivity. 1 and 2 are characterized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry ( 1 ) and single crystal structure analyses ( 2 ). 1 and 2 are the first metalloid germanium clusters bearing germyl groups.  相似文献

[(THF)2Na(Ph2N)2Sm{N(SiMe3)2}2], an Amido Complex of Samarium with a Sandwich-like Coordinated Sodium Ion The title compound has been prepared from Sm[N(SiMe3)2]3, NaN(SiMe3)3, and HNPh2 in THF solution forming yellow-green single crystals, which were characterized by a crystal structure determination. The complex forms an ion pair in which the sodium ion is coordinated by two THF molecules and by two phenyl groups of the diphenylamido groups in a sandwich-like fashion. The samarium atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by the four nitrogen atoms of the NPh2 and the N(SiMe3)2 ligands.  相似文献

We report on the synthesis of new derivatives of silylated clusters of the type [Ge9(SiR3)3]? (R = SiMe3, Me = CH3; R = Ph, Ph = C6H5) as well as on their reactivity towards copper and zinc compounds. The silylated cluster compounds were synthesized by heterogeneous reactions starting from the Zintl phase K4Ge9. Reaction of K[Ge9{Si(SiMe3)3}3] with ZnCl2 leads to the already known dimeric compound [Zn(Ge9{Si(SiMe3)3}3)2] ( 1 ), whereas upon the reaction with [ZnCp*2] the coordination of [ZnCp*]+ to the cluster takes place (Cp*=1,2,3,4,5‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) under the formation of [ZnCp*(Ge9{Si(SiMe3)3}3)] ( 2 ). A similar reaction leads to [CuPiPr3(Ge9{Si(SiMe3)3}3)] ( 3 ) from [CuPiPr3Cl] (iPr=isopropyl). Further we investigated the novel silylated cluster units [Ge9(SiPh3)3]? ( 4 ) and [Ge9(SiPh3)2]? ( 5 ), which could be identified by mass spectroscopy. Bis‐ and tris‐silylated species can be synthesized by the respective stoichiometric reactions, and the products were characterized by ESI‐MS and NMR experiments. These clusters show rather different reactivity. The reaction of the tris‐silylated anion 4 with [CuPiPr3Cl] leads to [(CuPiPr3)3Ge9(SiPh3)2]+ as shown from NMR experiments and to [(CuPiPr3)4{Ge9(SiPh3)2}2] ( 6 ), which was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 6 shows a new type of coordination of the Cu atoms to the silylated Zintl clusters.  相似文献

The Reaction of Cyanide Ions with Trimethylgallium. The Crystal Structures of [Cs{CN(GaMe3)2}]n (1) and [Cs(toluene)2{CN(GaMe3)2}]n (2) CsCN reacts with GaMe3 in the molar ratio of 1 : 2 in the absence of additional solvent to the metalate [Cs{CN(GaMe3)2}] ( 1 ). 1 can be recrystallized from MeCN/toluene, forming [Cs(toluene)2{CN(GaMe3)2}] ( 2 ). If CsCN is treated with one equivalent GaMe3 in Et2O at 20 °C, the metalate [Cs(NCGaMe3)] can be isolated. 1 – 3 were characterized by NMR, IR, and MS techniques. In addition, X-ray structure analyses of 1 and 2 were prepared. According to the structural characterization 1 consists of a helix of Cs+ ions and side-on coordinated anions [Me3GaCNGaMe3], running along [010]. π-Electron-Cs+ contacts between Cs cations and toluene molecules are dominating the structure of 2 . The residual equatorial positions at the [Cs(toluene)2]+ sandwich-ion are occupied by Cs+-hydrogen(methyl) interactions. A three-dimensional network is the result of the contacts between cations and anions.  相似文献

Amido Metalates of Rare Earth Elements. Syntheses and Crystal Structures of [Na(12-crown-4)2][M{N(SiMe3)2}3(OSiMe3)] (M = Sm, Yb), [Na(THF)3Sm{N(SiMe3)2}3(C≡C–Ph)], [Na(THF)6][Lu2(μ-NH2)(μ-NSiMe3){N(SiMe3)2}4], and of [NaN(SiMe3)2(THF)]2. Applications of Rare Earth Metal Complexes as Polymerization Catalysts The amido silyloxy complexes [Na(12-crown-4)2][M{N(SiMe3)2}3(OSiMe3)] with M = Sm ( 1 a ), Eu ( 1 b ), Yb ( 1 c ), and Lu ( 1 d ) were obtained from the trisamides M[N(SiMe3)3]3 and NaOSiMe3 in n-hexane in the presence of 12-crown-4; they form yellow to orange-red crystals, of which 1 a and 1 c were characterized crystallographically. The complexes crystallize isotypically with one another in the monoclinic space group I2/a with eight formula units per unit cell. The metal atoms of the complex anions are tetrahedrally coordinated by the three nitrogen atoms of the N(SiMe3)2 ligands and by the oxygen atom of the OSiMe3 ligand. With 172.4° for 1 a and 179.3° for 1 c the bond angles M–O–Si are practically linear. With ethynylbenzene in the presence of NaN(SiMe3)2 in tetrahydrofuran the trisamides M[N(SiMe3)2]3 react under formation of the complexes [Na(THF)3M{N(SiMe3)2}3 · (C≡C–Ph)] with M = Ce ( 2 a ), Sm ( 2 b ), and Eu ( 2 c ), of which 2 b was characterized crystallographically (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4). 2 b forms an ion pair in which the terminal carbon atom of the C≡C–Ph ligand is connected with the samarium atom of the Sm[N(SiMe3)2]3 group and the sodium ion is side-on connected with the acetylido group. According to the crystal structure determination (space group P212121, Z = 4) [Na(THF)6][Lu2(μ-NH2)(μ-NSiMe3) · {N(SiMe3)2}4] ( 3 ), which is formed as a by-product, consists of [Na(THF)6]+ ions and dimeric anions, in which the lutetium atoms are connected to form a planar Lu2N2 four-membered ring via a μ-NH2 bridge with average Lu–N distances of 227.2 pm and via a μ-NSiMe3 bridge of average Lu–N distances of 218.5 pm. According to the crystal structure determination (space group P 1, Z = 1) [NaN(SiMe3)2(THF)]2 ( 4 ) forms centrosymmetric dimeric molecules with Na–N distances of the Na2N2 four-membered ring of 239.9 pm and distances Na–O of the terminally bonded THF molecules which are 226.7 pm. The vinylic polymerization of methylmethacrylate (MMA) catalyzed by 1 c resulted in high molecular weight polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) with moderate yields. The reaction of 1 a or 2 b with MMA did not give PMMA. Insoluble polynorbornene was obtained in low yields by reaction of norbornene/methylaluminoxane (MAO) with 1 a , 1 c , or 2 b . The ring opening polymerization of ϵ-caprolacton or δ-valerolacton catalyzed by 2 b resulted in corresponding polylactones in quantitative yields.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and characterization of the uranium(III) triamide complex [UIII(N**)3] [ 1 , N**=N(SiMe2tBu)2?]. Surprisingly, complex 1 exhibits a trigonal planar geometry in the solid state, which is unprecedented for three‐coordinate actinide complexes that have exclusively adopted trigonal pyramidal geometries to date. The characterization data for [UIII(N**)3] were compared with the prototypical trigonal pyramidal uranium(III) triamide complex [UIII(N“)3] (N”=N(SiMe3)2?), and taken together with theoretical calculations it was concluded that pyramidalization results in net stabilization for [UIII(N“)3], but this can be overcome with very sterically demanding ligands, such as N**. The planarity of 1 leads to favorable magnetic dynamics, which may be considered in the future design of UIII single‐molecule magnets.  相似文献

New Organometallic Indium Nitrogen Compounds. Synthesis and Crystal Structures of [{Cp(CO)3Mo}2InN(SiMe3)2] and [{Cp(CO)3Mo}In{N(SiMe3)2}2] The reaction of [{Cp(CO)3Mo}2InCl] with LiN · (SiMe3)2 leads to the formation of [{Cp(CO)3Mo}2InN · (SiMe3)2] ( 1 ). 1 is monomeric and it contains an indium atom which is coordinated in a trigonal planar manner by two {Cp(CO)3Mo} fragments and a N(SiMe3)2 group. The corresponding bis-amide [{Cp(CO)3Mo}In{N(SiMe3)2}2] ( 2 ) is prepared by the reaction of [{Cp(CO)3Mo}InCl2] with two equivalents of LiN(SiMe3)2. In analogy to 1, 2 is monomeric and it contains an indium atom in a trigonal planar coordination.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Be33‐O)3(MeCN)6{Be(MeCN)3}3](I)6·4CH3CN ( 1 ·4CH3CN) were obtained in low yield by the reaction of beryllium powder with iodine in acetonitrile suspension, which probably result from traces of beryllium oxide containing the applied beryllium metal. The compound 1 ·4CH3CN forms moisture sensitive, colourless crystal needles, which were characterized by IR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (Space group Pnma, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 2317.4(1), b = 2491.4(1), c = 1190.6(1) pm, R1 = 0.0315). The hexaiodide complex cation 1 6+consists of a cyclo‐Be3O3 core with slightly distorted chair conformation, stabilized by coordination of two acetonitrile ligands at each of the beryllium atoms and by a {Be(CH3CN)3}2+ cation at each of the oxygen atoms. This unique coordination behaviour results in coplanar OBe3 units with short Be–O distances of 155.0 pm and 153.6 pm on average of bond lengths within the cyclo‐Be3O3 unit and of the peripheric BeO bonds, respectively. Exposure of compound 1 ·4CH3CN to moist air leads to small orange crystal plates of [Be(H2O)4]I2·2CH3CN ( 3 ·2CH3CN). According to the crystal structure determination (Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 1220.7(1), b = 735.0(1), c = 1608.5(1) pm, β = 97.97(1)°, R1 = 0.0394), all hydrogen atoms of the dication [Be(H2O)4]2+ are involved to form O–H ··· N and O–H ··· I hydrogen bonds with the acetonitrile molecules and the iodide ions, respectively. Quantum chemical calculations (B3LYP/6‐311+G**) at the model [Be33‐O)3(HCN)6{Be(HCN)3}3]6+ show that chair and boat conformation are stable and that the distorted chair conformation is stabilized by packing effects.  相似文献

[MoNCl3(THF)]4 – a Nitrido Complex with a Folded Mo4N4 Eight-Membered Ring Red moisture sensitive single crystals of [MoNCl3(THF)]4 ( 1 ) prepared from saturated solutions of CH2Cl2 were characterized by a crystal structure determination. Space group P 4 21c, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = b = 1291.2(1), c = 1116.3(1) pm, R = 0.0581. In 1 the molybdenum atoms are linked by nearly linear Mo≡N–Mo bridges with MoN distances of 167 and 216 pm, which corresponds with triple and single bonds. In trans position to the Mo≡N bond the THF molecule is bonded by its oxygen atom. Along the diagonal axis Mo…Mo 1 is folded with an aperture angle of 140° thus forming a butterfly structure.  相似文献

Cs[Yb(NPPh3)4] – a Homoleptic Phosphoraneiminato Complex of Ytterbium Cesium tetrakis(phosphoraneiminato)ytterbate, Cs[Yb(NPPh3)4] ( 1 ) has been prepared by the reaction of the dimeric complex [Yb(NPPh3)3]2 with CsNPPh3 in thf solution. 1 crystallizes from thf solution to give colourless moisture sensitive crystals which contain three molecules thf per asymmetric unit. According to the crystal structure determination 1 forms a dimeric ion ensemble [Cs{Yb(NPPh3)4}]2 in which the Cs+ ions connect the [Yb(NPPh3)4] ions via Cs…N bridges.
