The Copper(Ⅰ) supramolecular complexes of 4,5-bis(methylthio)-1,3-dithiole-2-thione (C5H6S5), [Cu(C5H6S5)(SCN)] 1 and [Cu(C5H6S5)I] 2, have been prepared and characterized. X-ray structure analysis for complex 1 reveals that the infinite chain structure with polymeric stairs of different lengths is formed through the coordination mode (μ3) of the thiocyanate bridges. The shorter interchain S…S contacts give rise to a three-dimensional network structure. CCDC: 215668.  相似文献

Metal complexes of dmit and related ligands, such as dmio, have been studied extensively over the last few decades: [dmit](2-) = bis(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolato); [dmio](2-) = bis(1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolato). While much effort has been placed on determining structural properties, very few vigorous spectroscopic studies of these metal complexes have been undertaken. The spectroscopic features of the infrared, Raman and UV-vis spectra, previously reported, have largely been used to characterize compounds. In particular, many details of the electronic structure are still to be revealed. We now report a detailed analysis of the UV-vis spectra of the [M(dmit)](-1) and [M(dmio)](-1) anions, where M = Sb(III) or Bi(III). Experimental spectra were deconvoluted and analysed by several theoretical methodologies, including ab initio CI, TD and CISD calculations. The results led to the assignments of several MLCT/LMCT bands, occurring between 390 and 300 nm, and the confirmation of metal orbital contributions to the HOMO-LUMO boundary.  相似文献

Ionic compounds, [Q] [R2SnX(dmit)][dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-dithiolate; Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium or tetraalkylammonium; R=Phor alkyl; X=Cl, Br, I, NCS, NCSe, or N3] have been obtained by (a) from R2SnX2 and [Q]2[Zn(dmit)2] in the presence of excess QX,(b) from halide exchange reactions in acetone solution between [Q] [R2SnCl(dmit)]and a halide or pseudohalide source, or (c) by addition of QX to [R2Sn(dmit)]. Crystalstructure determinations of [NEt4] [Ph2SnI(dmit)] and [1,4-Me2pyridiniuml [Ph2SnBr(dmit)] as well as of the mixed halides, [1a, 1b, 4a, 2] [Ph2SnClnI1−n(dmit)] (n=0.57, 0.42 or0.22), indicated that the tin atoms have distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries in the anions,with the X ligand and a dithiolato atom in the axial sites. The [R2SnX(dmit)] anions remain essentially intact in organic solvents, but lose X on extractionwith H2O to give the neutral species, R2Sn(dmit).  相似文献

用模板法合成了1个大环金属铜(II)配合物[CuLCl2]·3H2O (1)和3个大环金属镍(II)配合物[NiLCl2] (2),[NiL](ClO4)2 (3)和[NiLH2](ClO4)4 (4)(L=3,10-二乙基-1,3,5,8,10,12-六氮杂十四烷),通过X-射线衍射单晶结构分析测定了它们的晶体结构。晶体结构显示:配合物12的金属离子与大环配体的4个氮原子及大环平面轴向的2个氯离子以八面体配位方式配位;配合物34的金属离子与大环配体的4个氮原子以平面正方形配位方式配位,配合物4的侧链氮原子的质子化导致侧链结构翻转,使得其侧链与大环平面共面。  相似文献

用单晶 X-射线衍射分析方法解析了[Co(2,3-tri)(cmen)Cl][ZnCl4](2,3-tri=N-(2-胺基乙基)-1,3-丙二胺,cmen=1,2-二胺基-丙烷,化学简式:CoCl(C9H25N5)ZnCl4,Mr=492.88)体系中的 2个异构体的晶体结构。其中异构体m2[ZnCl4]晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=10.7741(2),b=15.3411(7),c=11.7710(3)A,β=100.928(3)°,V=1909.8(4)A3,Dc=1.714g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=1000,R=0.0488,wR=0.1301,晶胞中含4个配合物阳离子,4个[ZnCl4]2-阴离子;异构体m4'[ZnCl4]晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=8.8472(5),b=10.0484(7),c=11.9139(9)A,α=90.456(3),β=99.972(3)°,γ=112.836(3)°,V=957.8(3)A3,Dc=1.709g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=520,R=0.0493,wR=0.1174,晶胞中含有2个配合物阳离子,2个[ZnCl4]2-阴离子。两异构体中Co3+为六配位。在结构单元中对映体的比例均为1:1。  相似文献

RhCl3·3H2O reacted with Na2dmit (dmit2−; 1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate anion) and [NBu4nOH in methanol to afford [NBu4n][Rh(dmit)2] (1) and [NBu4n]1.5[Rh(dmit)2] (2). Salt 1 was oxidized electrochemically in acetonitrile to afford [NBu4n]0.4[Rh(dmit)2] (3). Suspended powders of 1 or 2 reacted with iodine in hexane to afford [NBu4n][Rh(dmit)2][I3]1.3 (4) or [NBu4n]1.5[Rh(dmit)2[I3]0.4 (5). On the other hand, 1 dissolved in acetonitrile, reacted with bromine and iodine to yield [NBu4n]0.25[Rh(dmit)2Br] (6) and [NBu4n]0.35[Rh(dmit)2I] (7), respectively. All the salts behave as semi-conductors with electrical conductivities of 1 x (10−5 − 10−8) S cm−1 at 25°C measured for compacted pellets. Electronic absorption, ESR and X-ray photoelectron spectra of the salts are discussed.  相似文献

Tetradentate Schiff-base carboxylate-containing ligands, bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amino-5-valeric acid (Hpmva) and bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amino-6-caproic acid (Hpmca), react with copper(II) perchlorate to give rise to the carboxylated bridged chain complexes {[Cu(μ-pmva)(H2O)](ClO4)}n (1) and {[Cu(μ-pmca)(H2O)](ClO4)}n (2). These complexes have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopic, and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. In 1 and 2, each of the copper(II) ions exhibit CuN3O2 coordination environments with the three nitrogen atoms of the ligand and one oxygen atom belonging to the carboxylate group of an adjacent molecule occupying the basal position and a water molecule coordinated in the axial position. The electronic spectra of the complexes are significantly affected by the coordination geometry. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that complexes exhibit very weak ferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two monomeric copper(II) carboxylates with 2-aminopyridine have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The hexanoate complex crystallizes as its acetonitrile solvate [Cu(C6H11O2)2(C5H6N2)2 · CH3CN] in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.1020(6), b = 13.7106(9), c = 13.7673(9) Å, = 113.79(1), = 103.86(1), and = 94.38(4). The heptanoate compound shows an unsolvated structure [Cu(C7H13O2)2(C5H6N2)2] and also crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with the following cell parameters: a = 8.4487(9), b = 12.238(1), c = 13.504(2) Å, = 87.034(9), = 77.489(9), and = 71.41(1)°. Both compounds contain the CuO4N2 chromophore, with ligands arranged around the copper center in a cis mode. 2-Aminopyridine is coordinated through the endocyclic nitrogen atom. The ortho position of the amino group, with respect to the pyridine nitrogen atom, allows the formation of both, intra-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) complexes having the (Me-Tp)2PMA ligand ((Me-Tp)2PMA = bis(5-methyl-2-thiophenemethyl)(2-pyridylmethyl)amine) with nitrates (1), chlorides (2), and perchlorates (3) as anions were synthesized and isolated. All these complexes were successfully characterized by physicochemical methods including X-ray crystallographic analysis. In complex 1, the ligand binds in a bidentate N2 fashion, whereas in the cases of 2 and 3 the ligand binds in the tridentate N2S form. The coordination geometry around the nickel(II) atoms in these complexes is distorted octahedral.  相似文献
