Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of ( n -Bu4N)2[ReBr5(NCS)] and ( n -Bu4N)2[ReBr5(NCSe)] The X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of (n-Bu4N)2[ReBr5(NCS)] ( 1 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 10.9860(9), b = 11.6860(7), c = 35.551(3) Å, β = 91.960(9)°, Z = 4) and (n-Bu4N)2[ReBr5(NCSe)] ( 2 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 11.0208(15), b = 11.7418(16), c = 35.621(12) Å, β = 92.003(18)°, Z = 4) reveal that the thiocyanate and the selenocyanate group are bonded with the Re–N–C angle of 168.5° ( 1 ) and 169.9° ( 2 ). Based on the molecular parameters of the X-ray determinations the IR and Raman spectra have been assigned by normal coordinate analysis. The valence force constants fd(ReN) are 1.81 ( 1 ) and 1.75 mdyn/Å ( 2 ).  相似文献

Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analyses of the Chloro-Iodo-Rhenates(IV) (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I], cis -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, trans -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, and fac -(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] [ReCl5I]2–, cis-[ReCl4I2]2–, trans-[ReCl4I2]2–, and fac-[ReCl3I3]2– have been synthesized by ligand exchange reactions of [ReI6]2– with HCl and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. X-ray structure determinations have been performed on single crystals of (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.685(2), b = 9.253(2), c = 12.090(4) Å, α = 90.06(2), β = 101.11(2), γ = 95.07(2)°, Z = 2), cis-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.662(2), b = 12.109(2), c = 12.9510(12) Å, a = 97.533(11), β = 96.82(2), γ = 89.90(2)°, Z = 2) , trans-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 3 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.315(7), b = 9.663(3), c = 15.232(3) Å, α = 80.09(2), β = 81.79(4), γ = 83.99(5)°, Z = 2) and fac-(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] ( 4 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/a with a = 17.453(2), b = 13.366(1), c = 19.420(1) Å, β = 112.132(8)°, Z = 4). The crystal structure of ( 1 ) reveals a positional disorder of the anion sublattice along the asymmetric axis. Due to the stronger trans influence of I compared with Cl on asymmetric axes Cl˙–Re–I′ is caused a mean lenghthening of the Re–Cl˙ distances of 0.020 Å (0.8%) and a shortening of the Re–I′ distances of 0.035 Å (1.3%) with regard to symmetrically coordinated axes Cl–Re–Cl and I–Re–I, respectively. Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determinations the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salts of all four chloro-iodo-rhenates(IV) are assigned by normal coordinate analyses. The weakening of the Re–Cl˙ bonds and the strengthening of the Re–I′ bonds is indicated by a decrease or increase of the valence force constants each by 9%.  相似文献

In order to correlate 119Sn Mössbauer parameters and structural data for dimethyltin(IV) derivatives, the molecular structures of bis(acetato)dimethyltin(IV) and bis(trifluoroacetato)dimethyltin(IV) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffration. Crystals of Me2Sn(OOCCH3)2 are monoclinic, a = 26.282(4), b = 5.282(1), c = 14.434(3) Å, β = 101.17(2)°, Z = 8, space group C2/c, and those of [Me2Sn(OOCCF3)2]n are monoclinic, a = 8.444(1), b = 17.689(1), c = 15.368(1) Å, β = 93.013(9)°, Z = 8, space group Cc. The structures were solved by the Patterson method and were refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to R = 0.025 and 0.027 (Rw = 0.023 and 0.030) for 2 298 and 4 182 reflections with I ≥ 3σ(F2), respectively.  相似文献

Preparation, Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of Four Linkage Isomeric Tetrachlorodirhodanoosmates(IV) By treatment of cis- or trans-[OsCl4I2]2? with (SCN)2 in dichloromethane the linkage isomers cis-[OsCl4(NCS)2]2? ( 1 ), trans-[OsCl4(NCS)(SCN)]2? ( 2 ), cis-[OsCl4(NCS)(SCN)]2? ( 3 ) and trans-[OsCl4(SCN)2]2? ( 4 ) are formed which have been separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-Ray structure determinations on single crystals of cis-(Ph4As)2[OsCl4(NCS)2] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 10.019(5), b = 11.702(5), c = 21.922(5) Å, α = 83.602(5)°, β = 85.718(5)°, γ = 73.300(5)°, Z = 2), trans-(Ph4As)2[OsCl4 · (NCS)(SCN)] (monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.025(5), b = 11.445(5), c = 23.437(5) Å, β = 94.208(5)°, Z = 4), cis-(Ph4As)2[OsCl4(NCS)(SCN)] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 10.579(5), b = 11.682(5), c = 22.557(5) Å, α = 81.073(5)°, β = 85.807(5)°, γ = 87.677(5)°, Z = 2) and trans-(Ph4As)2 · [OsCl4(SCN)2] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 10.615(5), b = 11.691(5), c = 11.907(5) Å, α = 111.314(5)°, β = 96.718(5)°, γ = 91.446(5)°, Z = 1) reveal the complete ordering of the complex anions. The via N or S coordinated thiocyanate groups are located nearly direct above one of the cis-positioned Cl ligands with Os? N? C angles of 171.2° and 174.3° ( 1 ), 162.3° ( 2 ), 172° ( 3 ) and Os? S? C angles of 108.3° ( 2 ), 105.7° ( 3 ) and 105.5° ( 4 ). Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determinations the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salts of all four linkage isomers are assigned by normal coordinate analyses based on a modified valence force field. The valence force constants are fd(OsN) = 1.59 ( 1 ), 1.67 ( 2 ), 1.60 ( 3 ) and fd(OsS) = 1.27 ( 2 ), 1.31 ( 3 ) and 1.32 mdyn Å?1 ( 4 ). Taking into account increments of the trans influence a good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is achieved.  相似文献

The syntheses and single crystal X‐ray structure determinations are reported for [Li(thf)4][SnCl5(thf)] ( 1 ) and {[Li(Et2O)2]2‐(μ‐Cl2)2‐SnIVCl2} ( 2 ). Compound 1 is ionic with a tetrahedral coordinated lithium cation and distorted octahedral tin (IV) atom in the anion, while compound ( 2 ) is a centrosymmetric heteronuclear double salt of LiCl and SnCl4. [Li(thf)4][SnCl5(thf)] is monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.204(1), b = 15.599(1), c = 17.720(2) Å; β = 96.734(2)°, Z = 4, R 0.0418; {[Li(Et2O)2]2‐(μ‐Cl2)2‐SnIVCl2} is monoclinic, P21/n, a = 10.848(2), b = 12.764(2), c = 11.748(2) Å; β = 90.388(3)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0851.  相似文献

MoCl4, ReCl4, and ReCl5 react with PCl5 in sealed glass ampoules at temperatures between 220° and 320° to [PCl4]2[Mo2Cl10] ( 1 ) [PCl4]2[Re2Cl10] ( 2 ), and [PCl4]3[ReCl6]2 ( 3 ). 2 crystallizes isotypically to the previously reported 1 and the respective titanium and tin containing analogues. The structure (triclinic, P1, Z = 1, a = 897.3(2), b = 946.0(2), c = 687.13(9) pm, α = 95.59(2)°, β = 95.80(2)°, γ = 101.07(2)°, V = 565.4(2) 106 pm3) is built of tetrahedral [PCl4]+ and edge sharing double octahedral [Re2Cl10]2– ions and can be derived from a hexagonal closest packing of Cl ions with tetrahedral and octahedral holes partially filled by P(V) and Re(IV), respectively. 3 crystallizes isotypically to [PCl4]3[PCl6][MCl6] (M = Ti, Sn) (tetragonal, P 42/mbc, Z = 4, a = 1496.2(1), c = 1363.2(2) pm). Because no evidence was found for the presence of [PCl6] ions, Re in 3 has to be of mixed valency with ReIV and ReV sharing the same crystallographic site. The structure can be derived from a cubic closest packing or alternatively from an only sparsely distorted body centered cubic arrangement of Cl ions which is rarely found for anion arrays. The tetrahedral and octahedral holes are partially filled by PV and MIV/V, respectively. Magnetic measurements show all three compounds to be paramagnetic and confirm the oxidation state IV for Mo and Re in 1 and 2 and the mixed valence (IV/V) for Re in 3 .  相似文献

Preparation of Halogeno Pyridine Rhenates(III), [ReX6?n(Py)n](3?n)? (X = Br, Cl; n = 1?3) Crystal Structures of trans-[(C4H9)4N][ReBr4(Py)2], mer-[ReCl3(Py)3], and mer- [ReBr3(Py)3] The mixed halogeno-pyridine-rhenates(III), [ReX6?n(Py)n](3?n)? (X = Br, Cl), n = 1?3, have been prepared for the first time by reaction of the tetrabutylammoniumsalts (TBA)2[ReX6] (X = Br, Cl) in pyridine with (TBA)BH4 and separation by chromatography on Al2O3. Apart from the monopyridine complexes only the trans and mer isomers are formed from the bis-and tris-pyridine compounds. The X-ray structure determinations of the isotypic neutral complexes mer- [ReX3(Py)3] (monoclinic, space group P 21/n, Z = 4; for X = Cl: a = 9,1120(8), b = 12,5156(14), c = 15,6100(13) Å, β = 91,385(7)°; for X = Br: a = 9,152(5), b = 12,852(13), c = 15,669(2) Å, β = 90,43(2)°) reveal, due to the stronger trans influence of pyridine compared with Cl and Br, that the Re? X distances in asymmetric Py? Re? X3 axes with ReCl3 = 2,397 Å and ReBr3 = 2,534 Å are elongated by 1,3 and 1% in comparison with symmetric X1? Re? X2 axes with ReCl1 = ReCl2 = 2,367 Å and ReBr1 = 2,513 and ReBr2 = 2,506 Å, respectively. The Re? N bond lengths are roughly equal with 2,12 Å. Trans-(TBA)[ReBr4(Py)2] crystallizes triclinic, space group P1 , a = 9,2048(12), b = 12,0792(11), c = 15,525(2) Å, α = 95,239(10), β = 94,193(11), γ = 106,153(9)°, Z = 2. The unit cell contains two independent but very similar complex anions with approximate D2h(mmm) point symmetry.  相似文献

Crystal Structures, Spectroscopic Analysis, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of ( n ‐Bu4N)2[M(ECN)4] (M = Pd, Pt; E = S, Se) The reaction of (NH4)2[PdCl4] or K2[PtCl4] with KSCN or KSeCN in aqueous solutions yields the complex anions [Pd(SCN)4]2–, [Pt(SCN)4]2– and [Pt(SeCN)4]2–, which are converted into (n‐Bu4N) salts with (n‐Bu4N)HSO4. (n‐Bu4N)2[Pd(SeCN)4] is formed by treatment of (n‐Bu4N)2[PdCl4] with (n‐Bu4N)SeCN in acetone. X‐ray structure determinations on single crystals of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pd(SCN)4] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.088(3), b = 12.481(2), c = 13.574(3) Å, β = 91.494(15)°, Z = 2), (n‐Bu4N)2[Pd(SeCN)4] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.171(2), b = 12.644(2), c = 13.560(2) Å, β = 91.430(11)°, Z = 2) and (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(SeCN)4] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.167(2), b = 12.641(1), c = 13.563(2) Å, β = 91.516(18)°, Z = 2) reveal, that the compounds crystallize isotypically and the complex anions are centrosymmetric and approximate planar. In the Raman spectra the metal ligand stretching modes of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pd(SCN)4] ( 1 ) and (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(SCN)4] ( 3 ) are observed in the range of 260–303 cm–1 and of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pd(SeCN)4] ( 2 ) and (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(SeCN)4] ( 4 ) in the range of 171–195 cm–1. The IR and Raman spectra are assigned by normal coordinate analysis using the molecular parameters of the X‐ray determination. The valence force constants are fd(PdS) = 1.17, fd(PdSe) = 1.17, fd(PtS) = 1.44 and fd(PtSe) = 1.42 mdyn/Å. The 77Se NMR resonances are 23 for 2 , –3 for 4 and the 195Pt NMR resonances 549 for 3 and 130 ppm for 4 .  相似文献

Crystal Structures and Vibrational Spectra of Tetrahalogenoacetylacetonatoosmates(IV), [OsX4(acac)]?, X ? Cl, Br, I By reaction of the hexahalogenoosmates(IV) with acetylacetone the tetrahalogenoacetylacetonatoosmates(IV) [OsX4(acac)]? (X = Cl, Br, I) are formed, which have been purified by chromatography and precipitated from aqueous solution as tetraphenylphosphonium (Ph4P) or cesium salts. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals have been performed of (Ph4P)[OsCl4(acac)] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 9.9661(6), b = 11.208(2), c = 13.4943(7) Å, α = 101.130(9), β = 91.948(6), γ = 96.348(8)°, Z = 2), (Ph4P)[OsBr4(acac)] ( 2 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.0251(8), b = 12.423(2), c = 27.834(2) Å, β = 94.259(7)°, Z = 4) and (Ph4P)[OsI4(acac)] ( 3 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.294(3), b = 10.664(2), c = 18.333(3) Å, β = 117.68(2)°, Z = 4). Due to the increasing trans influence in the series O < Cl < Br < I the Os? O. distances of O.? Cl? X′ axes are lengthened and the OsO. stretching vibrations are shifted to lower frequencies. The Os? X′ bond lenghts are shorter as compared with symmetrically coordinated X? Os? X axes.  相似文献

The bond lengths are Pt–S = 2.357, Pt–Se = 2.480 and Pt–O = 2.011 ( 1 ) und 2.006 Å ( 2 ). The oxalato ligands are nearly plane with O–C–C–O torsion angles of 1.7–3.6°. The via S or Se coordinated linear groups are inclined between both oxalato ligands with Pt–E–C angles of 100.4 (E = S) and 97.4° (Se). In the vibrational spectra the PtE stretching vibrations are observed at 299–314 ( 1 ) and 189–200 cm–1 ( 2 ). Crystal Structure, Vibrational Spectrum, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of (PNP)2[ReFBr5] · H2O From the complex mixture obtained by oxidative ligand exchange of [ReBr6]2– with BrF3 [ReFBr5]2– has been isolated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose with 45% yield. The X-ray structure determination of (PNP)2[ReFBr5] · H2O (monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 21.498(2), b = 13.314(3), c = 23.945(2) Å, β = 105.235(7)°, Z = 4) reveals a completely ordered anion sublattice resulting from the solvent water linked to the F ligand by a hydrogen bond (O–F: 2.758(6) Å). Due to the stronger trans influence of Br compared with F on the F · –Re–Br′ axis the Re–Br′ distance is shortened by 0.6% with regard to symmetrically coordinated axes. Based on the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determination the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectrum of the (Me4N) salt is assigned by a normal coordinate analysis. The strengthening of the Re–Br′ bond due to the trans influence is indicated by an increase of the valence force constant fd(ReBr′) = 1.43 by 8% as compared with fd(ReBr) = 1.32 mdyn/Å of symmetric axes.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of [(Me2PhP)3Cl2ReN]2ReCl4, [(Me2PhP)3Cl2ReN]2ReCl4 · 2 SbCl3 and [Re(NH)Cl2(PMe2Ph)3][SbCl6] The reaction of ReNCl2(PMePh)3 with SbCl5 in toluene yields the trinuclear complex [(Me2PhP)3Cl2Re≡N]2ReCl4 · 2 SbCl3 ( 1 · 2 SbCl3). It forms triclinic crystals with the composition 1 · 2 SbCl3, as well as monoclinic crystals 1 · 2 SbCl3 · 4 C7H8. The monoclinic crystals with the space group P21/c, and a = 1212.3(2), b = 2098.5(4), c = 1827.7(3) pm, β = 95.51(1)°, Z = 2, have been used for a crystal structure determination. In the centrosymmetric complex 1 two complexes ReNCl2(PMe2Ph)3 coordinate with their nitrido ligands a square planar, central unit ReCl4. The SbCl3 molecules are coordinated by chlorine bridges to Cl atoms of 1 , and, in addition, connect the complexes 1 with each other. The SbCl3 free compound 1 is obtained in good yield by the reaction of ReNCl2(PMePh)3 with ReCl4(NCEt)2. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 1037.7(3), b = 1153.0(2), c = 1393.8(3) pm, α = 72.31(2)°, β = 74.06(2)°, γ = 67.94(2)°, and Z = 1. The bond lengths of the Re–N triple bonds are 172 pm in 1 and 170 pm in 1 · 2 SbCl3. By the reaction of ReNCl2(PMePh)3 with SbCl5 in CH2Cl2 the solvent is decomposed forming HCl which protonates the nitrido ligand to afford the imido complex [Re(NH)Cl2(PMe2Ph)3][SbCl6] ( 2 ) crystallizing in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 1221.4(2), b = 1358.6(2), c = 2177.3(1) pm, β = 92,72(1)° and Z = 4. The Re–N distance in the almost linear unit Re≡N–H is 169,1 pm.  相似文献

Synthesis, Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analyses of the mer ‐Trihalogeno‐tris‐Pyridine‐Osmium(III) Complexes mer‐[OsX3Py3], X = Cl, Br, I By reaction of the hexahalogenoosmates(IV) with pyridine and iso‐amylalcohol mer‐trihalogeno‐tris‐pyridine‐osmium(III) complexes are formed and purified by chromatography. X‐ray structure determinations on single crystals have been performed of mer‐[OsBr3Py3] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.098(5), b = 12.864(5), c = 15.632(5) Å, β = 90.216(5)°, Z = 4) and mer‐[OsI3Py3] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.0952(17), b = 13.461(4), c = 15.891(10), β = 91.569(5)°, Z = 4). The pyridine rings are twisted propeller‐like against the N3 meridional plane with mean angles of 49° (Cl), 46° (Br), 44° (I). Based on the molecular parameters of the X‐ray structure determinations and assuming C2 point symmetry, the IR and Raman spectra are assigned by normal coordinate analysis. Due to the stronger trans influence of pyridine as compared with the halide ligands for N'–Os–X · axes significantly different valence force constants are observed in comparison with symmetrically coordinated octahedron axes: fd(OsCl) = 1.74, fd(OsCl·) = 1.49, fd(OsBr) = 1.43, fd(OsBr · ) = 1.18, fd(OsI) = 0.99, fd(OsI · ) = 0.96, fd(OsN) between 1.96 and 2.07 and fd(OsN') between 2.13 and 2.32 mdyn/Å.  相似文献

Synthesis, Crystal Structures and Vibrational Spectra of Linkage Isomeric Pentabromorhodanoosmates(IV) By treatment of (n‐Bu4N)2[OsBr5I] with (SCN)2 in dichloromethane the linkage isomers (n‐Bu4N)2[OsBr5(NCS)] and (n‐Bu4N)2[OsBr5(SCN)] are formed which have been separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. X‐ray structure determinations on single crystals of (n‐Bu4N)2[OsBr5(NCS)] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 10.955(5), b = 11.649(5), c = 35.478(5) Å, β = 91.92(1)°, Z = 4) and (CH2Py2)[OsBr5(SCN)] (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 12.244(2), b = 10.134(3), c = 15.882(4) Å, β = 107.91(2)°, Z = 4) have been performed. The thiocyanate group is coordinated with the Os–N–C angle of 168° for N bonding and the Os–S–C angle of 110° for S bonding. Based on the molecular parameters of the X‐ray determinations the IR and Raman spectra of both linkage isomers are assigned by normal coordinate analysis. The valence force constants are fd(OsN) = 1,81 and fd(OsS) = 1,42 mdyn/Å.  相似文献
