用于检测生产过程的多数传统控制图都假定过程的受控分布是已知的,并假定数据服从正态分布。然而在很多情况下,由于没有足够的数据来估计过程的分布,这种假定就变得不现实,而非参数控制图却不需要任何关于分布的特殊形式的假定。另外,多数的已有控制图都是使用两个单独的均值与方差控制图来同时检测生产过程.本文中,我们提出一个新的基于Cramer-von-Mises(CvM)检验的非参数累积和控制图(称为CvM图)来同时检测过程位置参数和尺度参数。文中给出了基于不同受控平均运行长度(ARL)下的CvM图的控制限,通过步长的均值、方差及分位数来研究控制图的性能表现。最后用一个实例来说明CvM图的实际应用。  相似文献

We investigate tail behavior of the supremum of a random walk in the case that Cramer's condition fails, namely, the intermediate case and the heavy-tailed ease. When the integrated distribution of the increment of the random walk belongs to the intersection of exponential distribution class and O-subexponential distribution class, under some other suitable conditions, we obtain some asymptotic estimates for the tail probability of the supremum and prove that the distribution of the supremum also belongs to the same distribution class. The obtained results generalize some corresponding results of N. Veraverbeke. Finally, these results are applied to renewal risk model, and asymptotic estimates for the ruin probability are presented.  相似文献

A single distribution-free (nonparametric) Phase II exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) chart based on the Cucconi statistic, referred to as the EWMA-Cucconi (EC) chart, is considered here for simultaneously monitoring shifts in the unknown location and scale parameters of a univariate continuous process. A comparison with some other existing nonparametric EWMA charts is presented in terms of the average, the standard deviation and some percentiles of the run length distribution. Numerical results based on Monte Carlo analysis show that the EC chart provides quite a satisfactory performance. The effect of the Phase I (reference) sample size on the IC performance of the EC chart is studied in detail. The application of the EC chart is illustrated by two real data examples.  相似文献

In this paper, absolute ruin problems for a kind of renewal risk model with constant interest force are studied. For certain situations of the claim distribution with heavy tail, consider the surplus of the arrival time, and discrete the surplus process, then use the method of renewal function and convolution, we present the asymptotic properties of absolute ruin probability when the initial surplus tends to infinity.  相似文献

We study the asymptotic behavior of the Gerber-Shiu expected discounted penalty function in the renewal risk model. Under the assumption that the claim-size distribution has a convolution-equivalent density function, which allows both heavy-tailed and light-tailed cases, we establish some asymptotic formulas for the Gerber-Shiu function with a fairly general penalty function. These formulas become completely transparent in the compound Poisson risk model or for certain choices of the penalty function in the renewal risk model. A by-product of this work is an extension of the Wiener-Hopf factorization to include the times of ascending and descending ladders in the continuous-time renewal risk model.  相似文献

It is well known that statistical control charts such as Shewhart, CUSUM and EWMA charts have widespread applications in improving the quality for manufacturing and service systems. The average run length is a traditional measurement of a control chart’s performance. Usually, finding the run length distribution and the average run length is a difficult and tedious task. In this article, we develop a general and unified approach based on the use of discretization and the finite Markov chain imbedding technique to investigate the run length properties for various control charts when the process observations are autocorrelated. 随着质量改进活动的不断开展,现代制造过程中的不合格项在逐渐降低。在这种情况下,常规的休哈特型计数控制图往往是失效的。为了监控高质量的过程运行,一种方法是采用累计合格品计数(CCC)图;另一种方法是采用几何Q图,本文首先分析了这两种控制图的基本原理;进而以平均链长(ARL)和探测过程发生漂移的概率为准则,系统分析和比较了这两种控制图的性能,仿真结果表明,在大多数情况下,这两种控制图具有相似的性能;最后,通过实例说明了这两种控制图的应用,并给出了若干建议。  相似文献

A common criteria function for the selection of decision variables in renewal reward processes is the leading term in the asymptotic expansion of the expected cost per unit time, namely the ratio of expected cost per cycle to expected cycle length. The general implications of refining this criteria function by adopting the first two terms in the asymptotic expansion as an objective function are discussed. 针对过程数据存在异常值的问题,为了监控过程均值的偏移,采用中位数统计量(X)代替传统均值(X)统计量,提出了一种单边合格品链长X(Sided Sensitive Conforming Run Length X, SCRL & X)控制图。采用马尔科夫链方法研究了SCRL & X控制图的性能,首先推导出其一步状态转移矩阵,进一步根据马尔科夫链的性质得到其平均链长(Average Run Length, ARL)。为了获得控制图的最优设计参数和性能指标值,保证其处于过程受控状态下的性能,并使其处于过程失控状态下的平均链长最小。研究结果表明,提出的SCRL & X控制图的统计性能优于传统的双边合格品链长X(Conforming Run Length, CRL & X)控制图,尤其针对过程均值产生较小偏移的情形,其优势较为明显。  相似文献

Suppose we have a renewal process observed over a fixed length of time starting from a random time point and only the times of renewals that occur within the observation window are recorded. Assuming a parametric model for the renewal time distribution with parameter θ, we obtain the likelihood of the observed data and describe the exact and asymptotic behavior of the Fisher information (FI) on θ contained in this window censored renewal process. We illustrate our results with exponential, gamma, and Weibull models for the renewal distribution. We use the FI matrix to determine optimal window length for designing experiments with recurring events when the total time of observation is fixed. Our results are useful in estimating the standard errors of the maximum likelihood estimators and in determining the sample size and duration of clinical trials that involve recurring events associated with diseases such as lupus.  相似文献

Nonparametric control charts have received increasing attention in process monitoring. In this article, a new nonparametric sign (SN) control chart with variable sample size (VSS) for a finite horizon process is developed. The novelty of this research lies in the incorporation of the VSS technique into the nonparametric SN chart for a finite horizon process, hence, resulting in the development of a more sensitive nonparametric short run chart. The statistical performance of the new nonparametric VSS SN control chart is evaluated and compared with the existing fixed sample size (FSS) SN chart for a finite horizon process. The charts' performances are compared using the truncated average run length (TARL) and truncated standard deviation of the run length (TSDRL) criteria. The results obtained show that the nonparametric VSS SN short run chart is always quicker than the FSS SN short run chart in detecting process shifts for various underlying process distributions, hence, reducing scrap and rework cost. Finally, an application of the proposed control charting scheme is shown through a real-life example on the fill volume of soft drink beverage bottles.  相似文献

常规指数加权移动平均(EWMA)控制图的假设前提是观测数据相互独立,但在实际生产过程中,数据相关违背假设条件。本文首先讨论了序列自相关对常规EWMA控制图的影响,结果表明其检测效能降低。因此,重新估计了平稳过程的σz并在此基础上建立了改进型EWMA控制图。然后运用平均链长比较了改进型EWMA控制图与休哈特图和残差控制图,模拟研究说明当过程非强相关且过程均值发生中小偏移条件下。改进型EWMA控制图的检测效果要优于其他两种控制图。最后,通过一个实例验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate a renewal risk model in which the distribution of the interclaim times is a mixture of two Erlang distributions. First, the Laplace transform and the defective renewal equation for the Gerber-Shiu function are derived. Then, two asymptotic results for the Laplace transform of the time of ruin are given when the initial surplus tends to infinity for the light-tailed claims and heavy-tailed claims, respectively.
