[Pb(3-HPYA)2]n的合成及其晶体结构

3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸(3-HPYA)配体与过渡金属离子铅通过水热法合成了一种新的三维配位聚合物[Pb(3-HPYA)2]n(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射仪表征.1属于单斜晶系,空间群P2/c,晶胞参数:a=1.032 3(3)nm,b=1.6944(5)nm,c=0.864 9(3)nm,β=93.939(5)°,Z=1.509 2(8)nm3,Z=4,Mr=490.73,Dc=2.216 g·cm-3,F(000)=9444,μ=11.200.     

超分子化合物[H3N(CH2)3NH3]•[Pb2(SIP)2]•6H2O的水热合成与表征

在水热条件下, 用NaH2SIP与Pb(Ⅱ)盐, 以1,3-丙二胺(1,3-PDA)作为结构导向剂进行反应, 得到化合物[H3N(CH2)3NH3]•[Pb2(SIP)2]•6H2O(1). 同时采用单晶X射线衍射、X射线粉末衍射、元素分析、红外光谱和荧光光谱对化合物1进行了表征.     

[In2(HPO3)4]·(NH3CH2CH2NH3)的水热合成与晶体结构

用乙二胺作模板剂在水热条件下合成出一个新的三维开放骨架结构的亚磷酸铟[In2(HPO3)4]·(NH3CH2CH2NH3)(1), 并对其晶体结构进行了测定和表征.     

Three Lead(II) Complexes in One Coordination Polymer, [Pb(TpyCl)Cl][Pb(TpyCl)Cl2][PbCl3](CH3OH)

[Pb(TpyCl)Cl][Pb(TpyCl)Cl₂][PbCl₃](CH₃OH) ( 1 ), a new coordination polymer of divalent lead with the ligand 4′‐chloro‐2,2′:6′,2"‐terpyridine (TpyCl), was obtained as single crystals by the branched tube method. The crystal structure contains three complexes, the cationic [Pb(TpyCl)Cl]⁺, the neutral [Pb(TpyCl)Cl₂] and the anionic [PbCl₃]^–, which are connected through bridging chlorides and hydrogen bonds to a two‐dimensional coordination polymer. In all three complexes, the arrangement around the Pb²⁺ ion suggests the existence of a stereoactive lone pair.     

RE[CH2（CH2）4CONC4H9]3（NO3）3（RE=La,Dy）的合成和晶体结构

采用Ｘ－射线四园衍射仪测定了Ｄｙ「Ｃｈ２（ＣＨ２）４ＣＯＮＣ４Ｈ９」３（ＮＯ３）３和Ｌａ「ＣＨ２（ＣＨ２）４ＣＯＮＣ４Ｈ３」３（ＮＯ３）３的晶体结构。两个配合物具有相似的结构，均属单斜晶系，空间群为Ｐ２１／ｃ。晶体参数：Ｄｙ「Ｌａ」：ａ＝１．８５６４（３）「１．８５６４（２）」ｎｍ，ｂ＝０．９７６９（２）「０．９８３４（１）」ｎｍ，ｃ＝２．１８６３（６）「２．２００３８（７）」ｎｍ，β＝９６．０８     

3-[N-(4-甲基苯基)氨基羰基]-5-[4-(4-甲酸基苯甲氧基)苯亚甲基]-2,4-噻唑烷二酮的合成

以对甲苯胺和对甲基苯甲酸甲酯为起始原料,经NBS溴化、亲核取代、酸水解和Knoevenagel缩合等6步反应合成了抗细菌生物膜化合物—3-[N-(4-甲基苯基)氨基羰基]-5-[4-(4-甲酸基苯甲氧基)苯亚甲基]-2,4-噻唑烷二酮,总收率57.3％,其结构经1H NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析确证.     

3-[(2-二甲基氨甲基)环己基]苯基乙酸酯盐酸盐的合成

以盐酸曲马多为起始原料,通过脱羟基,去甲基和乙酰化反应合成了一种新化合物3-[(2-二甲基氨甲基)环己基]苯基乙酸酯盐酸盐,其结构经1H NMR, MS和元素分析表征.     

Solid-state mechanochemical synthesis of tris(4-imino-2-pentanonato)chromium,Cr[CH3C(NH)CHC(O)CH3]3

Tris(4-imino-2-pentanonato)chromium was prepared by solid-state synthesis under conditions of mechanical activation of a mixture of chromium(III) chloride and sodium 4-imino-2-pentanonate and characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electronic absorption spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Thermal decompositions of [Co(py)4Cl2]2PbCl6 and [Ru(dipy)3]PbCl6

The thermal decompositions of [Co(py)₄.Cl₂]₂PbCl₆ and [Ru(dipy)₃]PbCl₆ were examined by dynamic thermoanalytical methods and under isothermal conditions permitting quantitative determination of some of the reaction products. A comparative study of the corresponding chloride salts was also performed. Both groups of compounds decompose with the liberation of chlorine and organic ligands (and H₂O in the case of the hydrates of the chlorides), and the process is accompanied by the simultaneous transitions Pb(4 +)Pb(2 +) and Co(3 +) Co(2 +). The ruthenium complex salts initially decompose without a change in the oxidation state of the Ru atom, but upon thermal treatment of the hexachloroplumbate certain chlorination products of the organic ligands are formed.

Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe dynamischer thermoanalytischer Methoden und unter die quantitative Bestimmung einiger Reaktionsprodukte ermöglichenden isothermen Bedingungen wurde die thermische Zersetzung von [Co(py)₄Cl₂]₂PbCl₆ und [Ru(dipy)₃]PbCl₆ untersucht. Eine vergleichende Betrachtung der korrespondierenden Chloride wurde ebenfalls durchgeführt. Die Zersetzung beider Verbindungsgruppen geschieht unter Freisetzung von Chlor und organischen Liganden (bei den Hydraten der Chloride auch von Wasser) und ist von den übergängen Pb(4 +) Pb(2 +) bzw. (Co(3 +) Co(2 +) begleitet. Die Komplexsalze des Rutheniums zersetzen sich anfangs ohne Änderung der Oxydationsstufe des Rutheniumatoms, es bilden sich allerdings infolge von Wärmezufuhr aus dem Hexachloroplumbat verschiedene Chlorprodukte der organischen Liganden.

[CH3NH3][NH3(CH2)6NH3]H3[P2Mo2W16O62]·H2O的水热合成与表征

首次合成了[CH3NH3][NH3(CH2)6NH3]H3[P2Mo2W16O62]·H2O,通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对合成产物进行了表征,并用TGA-DSC研究了化合物的热稳定性.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,a=1.2596(3)nm,b=1.8715(4)nm,c=1.9816(4)nm,α=γ=90°,β=90.16(3)°,V=4.671(2)nm3,Z=2,Mr=4358.66,Dc=3.100g·cm-3,μ=19.978mm-1,F(000)=3792,R=0.0835,Rw=0.2026.结果表明,在晶体结构内形成了0.7364nm×0.8354nm的微孔.     

Zur solvensfreien Darstellung von Tetramethylammoniumsalzen: Synthese und Charakterisierung von [N(CH3)4]2[C2O4], [N(CH3)4][CO3(CH3)], [N(CH3)4][NO2], [N(CH3)4][CO2H] und [N(CH3)4][O2C(CH2)2CO2(CH3)]

Solvent-free Synthesis of Tetramethylammonium Salts: Synthesis and Characterization of [N(CH₃)₄]₂[C₂O₄], [N(CH₃)₄][CO₃CH₃], [N(CH₃)₄][NO₂], [N(CH₃)₄][CO₂H], and [N(CH₃)₄][O₂C(CH₂)₂CO₂CH₃] A general procedure to synthesize tetramethylammonium salts is presented. Several tetramethylammonium salts were prepared in a crystalline state by solvent-free reaction of trimethylamine and different methyl compounds at mild conditions: [N(CH₃)₄]₂[C₂O₄] (cubic; a = 1 114.8(3) pm), [N(CH₃)₄][CO₃CH₃] (P2₁/n; a = 813.64(3), b = 953.36(3), c = 1 131.3(4) pm, β = 90.03(1)°), [N(CH₃)₄][NO₂] (Pmmn; a = 821.2(4), b = 746.5(3), c = 551.5(2) pm), [N(CH₃)₄][CO₂H] (Pmmn; a = 792.8(7), b = 791.7(3), c = 563.3(4) pm) and [N(CH₃)₄][O₂C(CH₂)₂CO₂CH₃] (P2₁; a = 731.1(2), b = 826.4(3), c = 1 025.2(3) pm, β = 110.1(1)°). The tetramethylammonium salts were characterized by IR-spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structures of the methylcarbonate and the nitrite are described.     

Synthesis and Anticancer Activity Evaluation of 5-[2-Chloro-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-propenylidene]-4-thiazolidinones

A series of novel 5-[(Z,2Z)-2-chloro-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-propenylidene]-thiazolidinones (Ciminalum–thiazolidinone hybrid molecules) have been synthesized. Anticancer activity screening toward the NCI60 cell lines panel, gastric cancer (AGS), human colon cancer (DLD-1), and breast cancer (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) cell lines allowed the identification of 3-{5-[(Z,2Z)-2-chloro-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-propenylidene]-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl}propanoic acid (2h) with the highest level of antimitotic activity with mean GI₅₀/TGI values of 1.57/13.3 μM and a certain sensitivity profile against leukemia (MOLT-4, SR), colon cancer (SW-620), CNS cancer (SF-539), melanoma (SK-MEL-5), gastric cancer (AGS), human colon cancer (DLD-1), and breast cancers (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) cell lines. The hit compounds 2f, 2i, 2j, and 2h have been found to have low toxicity toward normal human blood lymphocytes and a fairly wide therapeutic range. The significant role of the 2-chloro-3-(4-nitrophenyl)prop-2-enylidene (Ciminalum) substituent in the 5 position and the substituent’s nature in the position 3 of core heterocycle in the anticancer cytotoxicity levels of 4-thiazolidinone derivatives have been established     

Synthese,schwingungsspektroskopische Charakterisierung und Einkristallröntgenstrukturanalyse von Tetramethylammoniumcyanat [N(CH3)4]OCN

Synthesis, Vibrational Analysis, and Single Crystal Structure of Tetramethylammoniumcyanate [N(CH₃)₄]OCN By ionic exchange pure tetramethylammoniumcyanate [N(CH₃)₄]OCN was synthesized for the first time. Single crystals were investigated on a 4-circle-diffractometer. Structure solution and refinement was done in Pmn2₁. The structure may be derived from the CsCl-type with linear, non-symmetric cyanate-anions and tetrahedral, slightly distorted tetramethylammonium-cations. Vibrational spectra confirm the distortion of the cation which can be caused by weak O … H(C)-interactions.     

N-(5-对溴苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-N''''-芳酰基硫脲的合成及生物活性

通过2-氨基-5-对溴苯氧甲基-1，3，4-噻二唑与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应，合成了13种新的标题化合物（3a-3m），其结构经1^H NMR，IR和元素分析确证。室内初步的生物活性测定试验结果表明，部分化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性，其中3c，3h具有较高的生长素活性。

1,2-双[2-甲基-5-(3,4-二氟苯基)噻吩-3-基]全氟环戊烯的合成

在冰浴条件下, 2-甲基噻吩(1)与液溴反应生成3,5-二溴-2-甲基噻吩(2); 在－78 ℃条件下, 硼酸三丁酯加入2, 得到2-甲基-3-溴-5-硼酸基噻吩(3); 3,4-二氟溴苯与3反应得到2-甲基-3-溴-5-(3,4-二氟苯基)噻吩(4); 在－78 ℃下全氟环戊烯与4反应, 得到一种新的二芳基乙烯类光致变色化合物1,2-双[2-甲基-5-(3,4-二氟苯基)噻吩-3-基]全氟环戊烯(DT-1). 用IR, NMR, MS和元素分析确定了化合物DT-1的结构, 并对该化合物的光致变色特性进行了初步研究.     

3-烷基/芳基-6-(3’-吡啶基)均三唑并[3,4,-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物的合成

前文指出,三唑并噻二唑类化合物之所以显示出广谱生物活性,无疑起因于其基本骨架。但核上取代基位置及结构的影响又是不可忽视的,深入研究很有必要。考虑烷基以及芳氧亚甲基醚能增加分子脂溶性及负电性,有可     

61-甲基-61-[12-(N,N-四氯邻苯二甲酰基)脱氢枞胺]-1,2-亚甲基富勒烯[60]的合成

以脱氢枞胺为原料,经氨基酰化、12位乙酰化、与对甲苯磺酰肼形成对甲苯磺酰腙衍生物,再通过卡宾中间体与C60进行[2+1]环加成反应合成了C60-脱氢枞胺衍生物。目标化合物经IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR,13C NMR,MALDI-TOF MS表征,所得化合物为[6,6]闭环结构C60加成产物。     

Kronenetherkomplexe von Blei(II). Die Kristallstrukturen von [PbCl(18-Krone-6)][SbCl6], [Pb(18-Krone-6)(CH3CN)3][SbCl6]2, and [Pb(15-Krone-5)2][SbCl6]2

Crown Ether Complexes of Lead(II). The Crystal Structures of [PbCl(18-Krone-6)][SbCl₆], [Pb(18-Krone-6)(CH₃CN)₃][SbCl₆]₂ und [Pb(15-Krone-5)₂][SbCl₆]₂ . [PbCl(18-crown-6)][SbCl₆] has been prepared in low yield besides [Pb(CH₃)₂(18-crown-6)][SbCl₆]₂ by the reaction of Pb(CH₃)₂Cl₂ with antimony pentachloride in acetonitrile solution in the presence of 18-crown-6, forming pale-yellow crystals. The other two title compounds are formed as colourless crystals by the reaction of PbCl₂ with antimony pentachloride in acetonitrile solutions in the presence of 18-crown-6 and 15-crown-5, respectively. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and by crystal structure determinations. [PbCl(18-crown-6)][SbCl₆]: Space group P2₁/c, Z = 8, 5 003 observed unique reflections, R = 0.046. Lattice dimensions at - 80°C: a = 1 386.9; b = 1 642.7; c = 2 172.1 pm, β = 92.95°. The lead atom in the cation [PbCl(18-crown-6)]⁺ is surrounded in an almost hexagonal-planar construction by the six oxygen atoms of the crown ether and an axially oriented Cl atom. [Pb(18-crown-6)(CH₃CN)₃][SbCl₆]₂: Space group P1 , Z = 2, 6 128 observed unique reflections, R = 0.076. Lattice dimensions at - 70°C: a = 1 228.0; b = 1 422.9; c = 1 463.2 pm, α = 69.08°; β = 65.71°; γ = 64.51°. In the cation [Pb(18-crown-6)(CH₃CN)₃]²⁺ the lead atom is coordinated by the six oxygen atoms of the crown ether and by the three nitrogen atoms of the acetonitrile molecules. The structure determination is restricted by disorder. [Pb( 15-crown-5)₂][SbCI₆]₂: Space group P6₃/m, Z = 6, 5 857 observed unique reflections, R = 0.059. Lattice dimensions at -70°C: a = b = 2 198.5; c = 1499.4 pm, α = β = 90°, γ = 120°. In the cation [Pb(l5-crown-5)₂]² the lead atom is sandwich-like coordinated by the ten oxygen atoms of the two crown ether molecules. The structure determination is restricted by disorder.     

(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸的合成

以(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺为原料,依次经缩合,Diels-Alder反应,还原,Cbz-保护和水解反应,合成了抗丙肝新药HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶拟肽类抑制剂的重要中间体——(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸,总收率66%,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。
