PPh4{MoNCl3[N(SiMe3)2]}, a Nitrido Amido Complex of Molybdenum (VI) PPh4{MoNCl3[N(SiMe3)2}] has been prepared by the reaction of PPh4[MoNCl4] with N,N,N′-Tris(trimethylsilyl)benzamidine in boiling dichloromethane, forming amber coloured crystals, which were characterized by their IR spectrum as well as by an X-ray structure determination. Space group P21/n, Z = 4, R = 0.043 for 5168 observed independent reflexions. The lattice dimensions are at ?65°C: A = 918.9; b = 2850.5; c = 1353.9 pm; β = 107.51°. The compound consists of PPh4+ ions and anions {MoNCl3[N(SiMe3)2]} in which the complex molybdenum anion forms a distorted tetragonal pyramid with the nitrido ligand (r MoN 165 pm) in the apical position and the chlorine atoms along with the nitrogen atom of the amido ligand (r MoN 194 pm) in the basical positions. Azidocuprates(II). Crystal Structure of (PPh4)2[Cu2(N3)6] (PPh4)2[Cu(N3)4] and (PPh4)2[Cu2(N3)6], which is already known, are prepared from the corresponding chloro cuprates and excess silver azide in dichloro methane suspension. The azido cuprates form nonexplosive brown crystals of low sensitivity to moisture and are characterized by i.r. spectroscopy. (PPh4)2[Cu2(N3)6] was submitted to a X-ray crystallographic structural analysis (4284 observed, independent reflexions, R = 0.034). The compound crystallizes triclinic in the space group P1 with one formula unit per unit cell. The lattice parameters are a = 1047.4 pm; b = 1131.1 pm; c = 1179.4 pm; α = 101.26°; β = 109.31°; γ = 103.42°. The compound consists of PPh4 cations and centrosymmetric anions [Cu2(N3)6]2?, which meet D2h-symmetry fairly well. In the anions the copper atoms are linked to a planar Cu2N2 four-membered ring by the N α atoms of two azide groups. The other azido ligands are bonded terminally and complete coordination number 4 at the Cu atoms which show planar geometry.  相似文献

Azido Complexes of Manganese(II) and Cobalt(II). Crystal Structures of (PPh4)2[Mn(N3)4] and PPh42[Co(N3)3Cl] (PPh4)2[Mn(N3)4] and (PPh4)2[Co(N3)3Cl] were obtained as light-brown and green blue, nonexplosive crystalline compounds, respectively. They are only slightly sensitive to moisture and were obtained from the tetrachloro complexes (PPh4)2MCl4 by reactions with silver azide in dichloromethane. The compounds were characterized by thier i.r. spectra and by crystal structure analyses. Both crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, Z = 4, but they are not isotypic. (PPh4)2[Mn(N3)4]: structure determination with 711 independent reflexions, R = 0.097; a = 2249.1, b = 1499.6, c = 1370.3 pm, β = 104.86°. (PPh4)2[Co(N3)Cl]: 2753 reflexions, R = 0.075; a = 1119.7, b = 1899.2, c = 2115.4 pm, β = 90.47°. The structures consist of PPh4+ ions and of anions that are situated on twofold crystallographic rotation axes. The anions show positional disorder, statistically assuming two different orientations with probabilities of 50% each; in the case of [Co(N3)3Cl]2?, the Cl atom is superimposed statistically with an azido group, whereas the [Mn(N3)4]2? ion is tilted by about 20° from the ideal position to two sides of the crystallographic axis. In both compounds the cation form layers and the anions are located between the layers.  相似文献

Oxidative Addition of N‐chlorotriphenylphosphoraneimine onto Phosphorus(III) Chloride and Antimony(III) Chloride. Crystal Structures of (Cl3PNPPh3)2[PCl6][ClHCl], [SbCl4(HNPPh3)2][SbCl6], and [Sb(NPPh3)4][SbCl6] Phosphorus(III) chloride reacts with N‐chlorotriphenylphosphoraneimine, ClNPPh3, in CH2Cl2 solution strongly exothermically via oxidative addition to give (Cl3PNPPh3)2[PCl6][ClHCl] ( 1 ). As a by‐product, Ph3PNP(O)Cl2 can be obtained, which is formed from PCl3 and ClNPPh3 in the presence of POCl3. In contrast to these results, antimony(III) chloride reacts with ClNPPh3 in CH2Cl2 solution to give a mixture of the phosphoraneimine complex [SbCl4(HNPPh3)2][SbCl6] ( 2 ) and the phosphoraneiminato complex [Sb(NPPh3)4][SbCl6] ( 3 ). Isothiocyanate Complexes of Copper(II) with Square-Planar and Tetragonal-Pyramidal Coordination: Structure, Phase Transitions, and Redox-Properties In dependence on the kind and size of the counter-cations Cu2+-ions form isothiocyanate complexes with different coordination number and geometry. The structures of compounds with square-planar coordination [(NEt4)2[Cu(NCS)4] · CHCl3 (brown): Space group 14/mmm, Z = 2; a = 1204.3(2) pm, c = 1154.2(3) pm] and with tetragonal-pyramidal polyhedra [(NEt4)3[Cu(NCS)5] · SM (green, SM: unidentified solvent molecule): Space group P21/c, Z = 4; a = 1154.2(6) pm, b = 2291.6(10) pm, c = 1739.9(9) pm, ß = 95.98(5)°] are reported. The green complex transforms into a brown compound at room-temperature; the transformation is (partly) reversibly. Solutions of NCS-anions and Cu2+ are redox unstable. In a new oxidative route, Ag+[Al(ORF)4]? (RF=C(CF3)3) and metallic indium were sonicated in aromatic solvents, such as fluorobenzene (PhF), to give a precipitate of silver metal and highly soluble [In(PhF)n]+ salts (n=2, 3) with the weakly coordinating [Al(ORF)4]? anion in quantitative yield. The In+ salt and the known analogous Ga+[Al(ORF)4]? were used to synthesize a series of homoleptic PR3 phosphane complexes [M(PR3)n]+, that is, the weakly PPh3‐bridged [(Ph3P)3In–(PPh3)–In(PPh3)3]2+ that essentially contains two independent [In(PPh3)3]+ cations or, with increasing bulk of the phosphane, the carbene‐analogous [M(PtBu3)2]+ (M=Ga, In) cations. The MI? P distances are 27 to 29 pm longer for indium, and thus considerably longer than the difference between their tabulated radii (18 pm). The structure, formation, and frontier orbitals of these complexes were investigated by calculations at the BP86/SV(P), B3LYP/def2‐TZVPP, MP2/def2‐TZVPP, and SCS‐MP2/def2‐TZVPP levels.  相似文献

[PPh4][EI4] (E=As, Sb, Bi) salts were reacted with four and five equivalents of AgN3 to form tetraazidopnictates and pentaazidopnictates of the type [PPh4][E(N3)4] and [PPh4]2[E(N3)5], respectively. The synthesis of [PPh4][P(N3)4] was also attempted from the reaction of P(N3)3 with [PPh4]N3, but it yielded only the starting materials. Herein, we report the synthesis and structure elucidation of [PPh4][E(N3)]4 (E=As, Sb) and pentaazidobismuthate, stabilized as the dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) anion adduct, [PPh4]2[Bi(N3)5(dmso)]. Successive anion formation along the series E(N3)3+nN3? (n=1–3) and E(N3)5+N3? was studied by density functional theory.  相似文献

Azido Beryllates with Adamantan‐like Structures: Synthesis, IR Spectra, and Crystal Structures of (Ph4P)2[Be4X4(μ‐N3)6] (X = Cl, Br) The azido beryllates (Ph4P)2[Be4X4(μ‐N3)6] (X = Cl 1a , X = Br 1b ) have been prepared by the reaction of Me3SiN3 with the halogeno beryllates (Ph4P)2[Be2Cl6] and (Ph4P)2[Be2Br6], respectively, in CH2Cl2 and CH2Br2 solution, respectively. Both complexes form moisture sensitive, colourless crystals, which are nonexplosive with respect to mechanical or thermal stress. They are characterized by IR spectroscopy and by crystal structure determinations. 1a and 1b crystallize isotypically in the space group C2/c with 12 formula units per unit cell. Whereas 1a was only refined to R1 = 0.13, which is caused by disordering, 1b could be refined to R1 = 0.066. The structures contain adamantanlike dianions [Be4X4(μ‐N3)6]2— with two symmetry nonequivalent individuals which differ only slightly from one another. The Be4N6 core is formed by bridging function of the α‐nitrogen atoms of the azide groups with BeN bond lengths of 172.5 and bond lengths Nα—Nβ = 123.2 pm and Nβ—Nγ = 113.1 pm on average in the structure of 1b .  相似文献

Novel Silver‐Telluride Clusters Stabilised with Bidentate Phosphine Ligands: Synthesis and Structure of {[Ag5(TePh)6(Ph2P(CH2)2PPh3)](Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2)}, [Ag18Te(TePh)15(Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2)3Cl], and [Ag38Te13(Te t Bu)12(Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2)3] Bidentate phosphine ligands have been found effective to stabilise polynuclear cores containing silver and chalcogenide ligands. They can act as intra and intermolecular bridges between the silver centres. The clusters {[Ag5(TePh)6(Ph2P(CH2)2PPh3)](Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2)} ( 1 ), [Ag18Te(TePh)15(Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2)3Cl] ( 2 ), and [Ag38Te13(TetBu)12(Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2)3] ( 3 ) have been prepared and their molecular structure determined. Compound 2 and 3 are molecular structures with separated cluster cores while 1 forms a polymeric chain bridged by phosphine ligands.
