A method for obtaining the spectra of atoms adsorbed on a single crystal with an ion-covalent bond is suggested. A photostimulated burst of luminescence is used to record the spectra. The atoms are deposited in a vacuum by a mass-spectrometric technique. The absorption spectrum of silver atoms adsorbed on a silver chloride single crystal at concentrations comprising a millionth fraction of the surface monolayer has been obtained. It has been revealed that the optical ionization potential of an adsorbed silver atom is equal to 1.9 eV.  相似文献

We report a new diamond synthesis process in which cubic boron nitride single crystals are used as seeds, FesoNi20 alloy powder is used as catalyst/solvent and natural flake-like graphite is used as the carbon source. The samples are investigated using laser Raman spectra and x-ray diffraction (XRD). Morphology of the sample is observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based on the measurement results, we conclude that diamond single crystals have grown on the cBN crystal seeds under the conditions of high temperature 1230℃ and high pressure 4.8 GPa. This work provides an original method for synthesis of high quality hereto-semiconductor with cBN and diamond single crystals, and paves the way for future development.  相似文献

基于铌酸锂压电弹光双效应的单晶体弹光调制器   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了克服Kemp型弹光调制器调制效率低、加工工艺困难及体积大等缺点,提出了采用铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体压电弹光双效应的单晶体弹光调制器的设计思想;根据压电振动理论和晶体光学原理,分析了晶体各物理量随空间变换的特性,推导了调制电压相位差振幅之间的关系,并对晶体切型和通光方向进行了优化,所设计的晶体尺寸为41 mm×7.7 mm×17.1 mm(x×y×z),切割角为0°(x切),通光方向z轴(光轴),通过在x-z面施加与晶体谐振基频一致的周期性电压,产生沿x方向,频率为73.71 kHz的伸缩振动, 最后通过实验对所设计单晶体弹光调制器进行了验证;实验结果表明,对633 nm激光进行半波调制时,该弹光调制器所需调制电压为1.6 V;与基于钽酸锂(LiTaO3)且未进行切型优化的单晶体弹光调制器相比,调制电压下降了约4倍。  相似文献

Elastic properties of single crystalline germanium have been determined up to 6 GPa. All three elastic constants and their pressure derivative have been obtained by transit time measurements in a large volume cell. Comparison with previously published data fully validate the proposed set-up. The design of this set-up allows simultaneous in situ ultrasonic and X-ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献

ZnO单晶材料以其优良的综合性能在光电子器件方面掀起了研究热潮,因此对ZnO单晶的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。采用激光辐照的方式,对ZnO单晶进行了光致发光(photoluminescence, PL)光谱实验,分析研究了ZnO单晶在不同温度(低温)和不同激光能量强度照射下其光致发光特性。研究结果表明,ZnO单晶内存在少量杂质及表面氧缺陷,这些结构对其发光特性有一定的影响;在低温条件下,ZnO单晶具有良好的发光特性,且随着温度的提高,发光光谱峰的位置会向长波长方向移动,但强度会减小;当激光光源的强度增大,ZnO单晶的PL发射光谱的强度也会随之增大,且峰的位置和相对强度不变。结合拉曼(Raman)光谱实验,从分子及原子振动、转动类型验证了纤锌矿ZnO单晶的六方晶系结构;配合X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)技术,得出ZnO单晶良好的结晶特性以及晶轴取向。  相似文献

系统研究了表面润湿法合成β沸石的体系中,干晶种、润湿态晶种、异晶晶种(Y沸石、ZSM 5沸石)以及碱处理β沸石晶种在此晶化体系中的作用.采用β沸石产品及异晶作晶种时,可使产品的相对结晶度稍有提高,但对沸石微晶核的结构导向作用不明显.经浓碱液处理20min后的β沸石产品(碱处理晶种)作晶种引入晶化体系后,可以显著提高产品的相对结晶度,降低模板剂的用量,缩短晶化诱导期,成为表面润湿法合成β沸石体系的有效晶种形式.  相似文献

共振是自然界普遍存在的有趣现象。在核物理领域,存在许多奇特现象,共振在其中扮演着重要角色。介绍了近期发展的RMF-CSM、RMF-CGF和RMF-CMR方法及其对原子核单粒子共振态的研究。给出了120Sn,31Ne等核的单粒子共振态的能量和宽度及其随质量数、形变的变化规律,分析了19C,31Ne和39Mg等核的晕形成的物理机制和在N=20附近能级反转的原因。特别是新发展的RMF-CMR方法,在描述稳定核和奇特核方面都取得了成功,支持Zr同位素存在巨晕的预言。Resonance is an interesting phenomenon in nature. In nuclear physics, resonance plays an important role in the formation of many exotic phenomena. This paper introduces the recently developed RMF-CSM, RMFCGF, and RMF-CMR methods and their researches on nuclear single-particle resonances. The energies and widths of the single-particle resonant states in 120Sn and 31Ne and their evolution to mass number and deformation are given. In addition, the physical mechanism of the halo formation in 19C, 31Ne and 39Mg and the cause of energy level inversion near N=20 are analyzed. In particular, the newly developed RMF-CMR approach has been successful in describing stable and exotic nuclei and supports the prediction that Zr isotopes exist in a giant halo.  相似文献

The electroluminescent properties of the electrolyte/ZnSe junction give important information on electron transfer across the interface. Adsorption of OH? groups on it, that enables electron injection into the semiconductor, accounts for a luminescence at 2.0 eV, produced by an impact-ionization mechanism already observed in solid state diodes. Addition of Cu2+ ions in the electrolyte gives an additional luminescene at an energy of 2.2 eV. This phenomenon is connected to the adsorption of Cu0 and Cu2+ onto the semiconductor surface in relation with a corresponding energy level CuXZn in the semiconductor bulk.  相似文献

本文将传统电化学方法和现场表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)技术相结合 ,对碱性溶液中苯骈三氮唑对纯钴电极的缓蚀行为进行了研究。发现随着浸泡时间的延长 ,苯骈三氮唑、H2 O以及溶液中的溶解氧相互作用从而逐渐在Co电极表面形成致密的防腐层而达到缓蚀的效果。  相似文献
