The gold(I)-catalyzed carboalkoxylation of alkynes to form indanone derivatives from readily available ortho-acetylenic benzylic ethers is described. Importantly, the gold(I)-catalyzed rearrangement of enantioenriched benzylic ethers proceeds with chirality transfer, thus providing a practical method for the enantioselective synthesis of indenyl ethers.  相似文献

The rearrangement of 1-alkynyl cyclobutanols and cyclopropanols to alkylidene cycloalkanones catalyzed by cationic triarylphosphine gold(I) complexes is described. The reaction tolerates terminal alkynes as well as alkyl, aryl, and halo-substitution at the acetylenic position and stereoselectively provides a single olefin isomer. The gold(I)-catalyzed rearrangement is stereospecific with regard to substituents on the ring, thus providing a practical method for the stereoselective synthesis of highly substituted cyclopentanones from cyclopropanols. The reaction stereoselectively provides a single olefin isomer and is stereospecific with regard to substituents on the ring via sequential gold(I)-catalyzed ring expansion reactions.  相似文献

Boron-substituted di(allyl) ethers provide an efficient conduit for expanding the structural diversity available from olefin isomerization-Claisen rearrangement (ICR) reactions. Easily prepared allyl propargyl ethers undergo chemoselective Zr(IV)-catalyzed hydroboration to afford the boron-substituted ICR substrates. The boron-substituted allyl residue undergoes chemoselective Ir(I)-catalyzed olefin isomerization and in situ Claisen rearrangement to afford stereodefined beta-boryl aldehyde products. Functionalization of the C-B linkage by oxidation or Suzuki cross-coupling provides a route to Claisen adducts previously inaccessible from the ICR methodology.  相似文献

A gold(I)-catalyzed regioselective method for the preparation of 3-bromo/iodo-tetrahydropyran-4-one derivatives from homopropargyl acetal is reported. A one-pot procedure based on a gold(I)-catalyzed Petasis–Ferrier rearrangement/cyclization and subsequent electrophilic halogenation was developed. Corresponding hemiacetals were not suitable substrates for the formation of the 3-halo-pyran derivatives. The present transformation is a useful method to readily afford highly substituted 3-halo-tetrahydropyran-4-ones, which are suitable substrates in a variety of reactions in further synthesis.  相似文献

Reaction conditions for circumventing allyl vinyl ether cleavage that had previously plagued catalyzed rearrangement of α-unsubstituted vinyl ether substrates are described. Merging Pd(II) catalysis with the facile access to the Claisen substrates afforded by Ir(I)-catalyzed olefin isomerization provides an expedient procedure for realizing asymmetric anti-selective Claisen rearrangements.  相似文献

This rearrangement represents new evidence for the recently discussed gold-stabilized nonclassical carbocation character of intermediates in gold catalysis. Synthesis of substituted 1,3-dienes was achieved via gold(I)-catalyzed Claisen rearrangement of allenyl vinyl ethers. The N-heterocyclic carbene gold chloride catalyst (IPrAuCl) was superior in terms of activity and selectivity and afforded the 3,3-product in excellent yields.
