以乙醇为溶剂,冰醋酸为催化剂,4-氨基-5-(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯吡唑)-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(1)与芳醛经缩合反应合成了7个新型的4-取代苯次甲亚胺-5-(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯吡唑)-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(3a~3g),收率66%~74%,其结构经1H NMR,IR及元素分析表征。合成4-(苯次甲亚胺)-5-(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯吡唑)-2H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(3a)的最佳反应条件为:以乙醇为溶剂,乙酸为催化剂,1 10 mmol,n(苯甲醛)∶n(1)=1.2,于75℃反应3 h,产率74%。 相似文献

以水合肼和硝酸胍为原料,经过环合、氧化和肼化,得到3-(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-6-肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪(4),以此为原料和不同芳香醛发生腙化反应,得到系列1-芳基亚甲基-2-(6-(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪-3-基)肼(5),产物经元素分析、1H NMR、IR和MS表征。所合成的系列化合物抗菌活性测试表明,它们对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌等3种细菌表现出一定程度的抑制活性。 相似文献

为了寻找高效低毒的农药,从3-甲基-1-取代苯基-5-吡唑酮出发,经过几步反应得到5-氯-3-甲基-1-取代苯基-4-吡唑羰基异硫氰酸酯.5-氯-3-甲基-1-取代苯基-4-吡唑羰基异硫氰酸酯分别与对三氟甲基苯胺和2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺反应得到10个未见文献报道的N-(取代对三氟甲基苯基)-N'-(1,3,5-三取代吡唑-4-羰基)硫脲类化合物,其结构经元素分析,IR,1H NMR确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物有一定的杀菌活性. 相似文献

A series of 1H-isochromen-1-one derivatives and their thio analogues were synthesized by thionation using Lawesson's reagent for evaluation of their cytotoxic effect on cancer cells. The effect of these derivatives was tested on the growth of human epidermoid carcinoma A431 cell line by MTT [3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] colorimetric assay. MTT assay revealed that these new compounds are potent inhibitors of cell growth. Supplemental materials are available for this article. 采用不同电压高压芒刺静电场对小鼠进行全身辐射,荧光免疫流式细胞术检测蛋白表达量的变化.通过时程/量效研究不同电压高压芒刺静电场对细胞表面分子LFA-1和ICAM-1的影响.剂量效应结果表明,LFA-1和ICAM-1在10~20 kV之间处理组的表达量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);在30 kV以上电压表达量明显降低(P<0.05);时间进程研究结果表明,处理后2 h开始实验组表达量与对照组相比差异显著,一直持续到24 h.不同电压高压芒刺静电场可引起ICAM-1和LFA-1不同的生物效应,二者的相互作用在免疫调节反应中发挥重要功能. 相似文献

Molecular structure and conformational equilibria of 1-methoxy- 1 and 1-hydroxy-1-phenylsilacyclohexanes 2 were studied by quantum chemical (QC) calculations and combined gas electron diffraction/mass spectrometry (GED/MS). Both molecules may exist in 5 or 6 forms, differing from each other by the substituents' position: (i) axial or equatorial and (ii) rotational orientation relative to the six-membered ring frame. The contribution of axial forms of both compounds varies from 35 to 60% depending on the theoretical method applied. From the GED data, the summarized molar fractions of the conformers were found to be Phax:Pheq = 70(15):30(20) and 50(20):50(20)% which corresponds to ΔG = Gax–Geq = ?0.55(46) and 0.00(56) kcal/mol, for compound 1 and 2, respectively. The concentration of the Phax forms of 1-phenyl-1-(X)-silacyclohexanes (X = H, HO, Me, MeO and Me2N) increases with the size of the second substituent at the silicon atom: 38(10)<50(20)<58(15)<70(15) <80(15)%. 相似文献

The partial molar volume of 1-hexanol in the 1-hexene system shows a large and sharp minimum and in the 1-decene system is positive over the whole concentration range.
