The title compound, C17H11F5N4O, is described and compared with two closely related analogues in the literature. There are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions into dimeric entities, presenting a noticeable noncrystallographic C2 symmetry. These dimers are in turn linked by a medium‐strength type‐I C—F...F—C interaction into elongated tetramers. Much weaker C—H...F contacts link the tetramers into broad two‐dimensional substructures parallel to (101).  相似文献

The title compound, C7H7N3, is the first crystallographically characterized 1H‐pyrrolyl‐1H‐pyrazole derivative and contains two unique molecules in its asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). These molecules associate into centrosymmetric tetramers through N—H...N hydrogen bonding, including a cyclic dimerization of one of the two unique pyrazole rings. These tetramers are linked further by two weaker N—H...π contacts to give a novel two‐dimensional (3,4)‐connected net with a (32.8)2(3.82)2 topology.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H18N4O3S·C2H6OS, the biindenylidene component shows evidence of polarization of the electronic structure. The dimethyl sulfoxide solvent molecules are disordered over two sites, and they are linked to the biindenylidenedione components via N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. A combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds links the nonsolvent components into a chain of edge‐fused centrosymmetric R22(8) and R22(22) rings, and these chains are linked into sheets by a single aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

Five distinct strong hydrogen‐bonding interactions of four kinds (N—H...Cl, N—H...O, O—H...N, and O—H...Cl) connect molecules of the title compound, C9H18N3+·Cl·H2O, in the crystal structure into corrugated sheets stacked along the a axis. The intermolecular interactions are efficiently described in terms of the first‐ through fifth‐level graph sets. Crystals of the title compound, 2C3H7N6+·C10H6O6S22−·C3H6N6·5H2O, are built up of neutral 2,4,6‐triamino‐1,3,5‐triazine (melamine), singly protonated melaminium cations, naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate dianions and water molecules. Two independent anions lie across centres of inversion in the space group P. The melamine molecules are connected by N—H...N hydrogen bonds into two different one‐dimensional polymers almost parallel to the (010) plane, forming a stacking structure along the b axis. The centrosymmetric naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate anions interact with water molecules via O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (001) plane. The cations and anions are connected by N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. The title compound, C9H13N4O3+·NO3, is the first structurally characterized Schiff base derived from semicarbazide and pyridoxal. Unusually for an unsubstituted semicarbazone, the compound adopts a syn conformation, in which the carbonyl O atom is in a cis disposition relative to the azomethine N atom. This arrangement is supported by a pair of hydrogen bonds between the organic cation and the nitrate anion. The cation is essentially planar, with only a hydroxymethyl O atom deviating significantly from the mean plane of the remaining atoms (r.m.s. deviation of the remaining non‐H atoms = 0.01 Å). The molecules are linked into flat layers by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the hydroxymethyl group as a donor interconnect the layers into a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H15N4O+·Cl·1.5H2O, one water site is fully ordered with unit occupancy while the other, which lies close to an inversion centre in the space group C2/c, has only 0.5 occupancy. The cation exhibits bond fixation in the fused carbocyclic ring and electronic polarization in the terminal heterocyclic ring. A first preliminary report on the crystal structure of a hydrated salt formulated as [Ge(taci)2]Cl4·13H2O (taci is 1,3,5‐triamino‐1,3,5‐trideoxy‐cis‐inositol) appeared more than 20 years ago [Ghisletta (1994). PhD thesis, ETH Zürich. Switzerland]. At that time it was not possible to discriminate unambiguously between the positions of some of the chloride ions and water O atoms, and disorder was thus postulated. In a new determination, a conclusive scheme of hydrogen bonding proves to be a particularly appealing aspect of the structure. Single crystals of the title compound, C12H30GeN6O64+·4Cl·6H2O or [Ge(taci)2]2Cl8·12H2O, were grown from an aqueous solution by slow evaporation of the solvent. The two [Ge(taci)2]4+ cations exhibit a double‐adamantane‐type structure with exclusive O‐atom coordination and approximate D3d symmetry. The taci ligands adopt a zwitterionic form with deprotonated hydroxy groups and protonated amino groups. Both cations are hydrogen bonded to six water molecules. The structure of the hydration shell of the two cations is, however, slightly different. The {[Ge(taci)2]·6H2O}4+ aggregates are interlinked in all three dimensions by further hydrogen bonds of the types N—H...Cl...H—N, N—H...O(H)2...H—N, (Ge)O...H—O(H)...H—N, N—H...O(H)—H...Cl...H—N, (Ge)O...H—O—H...Cl...H—N, N—H...O(H)—H...Cl...H—(H)O...H—N, (Ge)O...H—O—H...Cl...H—(H)O...H—N and Ge(O)...H—O—H...Cl...H—O—H...O(Ge).  相似文献

The title compound, C17H13NO4, crystallizes in two polymorphic forms, each with two molecules in the asymmetric unit and in the monoclinic space group P21/c. All of the molecules have intramolecular hydrogen bonds involving the amide group. The amide N atoms act as donors to the carbonyl group of the pyrone and also to the methoxy group of the benzene ring. The carbonyl O atom of the amide group acts as an acceptor of the β and β′ C atoms belonging to the aromatic rings. These intramolecular hydrogen bonds have a profound effect on the molecular conformation. In one polymorph, the molecules in the asymmetric unit are linked to form dimers by weak C—H...O interactions. In the other, the molecules in the asymmetric unit are linked by a single weak C—H...O hydrogen bond. Two of these units are linked to form centrosymmetric tetramers by a second weak C—H...O interaction. Further interactions of this type link the molecules into chains, so forming a three‐dimensional network. These interactions in both polymorphs are supplemented by π–π interactions between the chromone rings and between the chromone and methoxyphenyl rings.  相似文献
