Molecules of the title compound, [(4‐nitrophenyl)sulfanyl]acetic acid, C8H7NO4S, are linked by paired O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.81 Å, O?O 2.6456 (15) Å and O—H?O 178°] into centrosymmetric dimers containing an R(8) motif. A single C—H?O hydrogen bond having a nitro O atom as acceptor [H?O 2.47 Å, 3.3018 (19) Å and C—H?O 147°] links the dimers into a molecular ladder, and neighbouring ladders are weakly linked into sheets by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions. 相似文献

The title 4,4′‐disubstituted diphenyl‐1,3‐triazines, C14H15N3, (I), C12H9ClFN3, (II), and C13H12FN3, (III), each contain a triazene group (–N=N—NH–) having an extended conformation. The dihedral angles between the two benzene rings in (I), (II) and (III) are 4.3, 3.4 and 6.5°, respectively. The molecules are almost entirely planar, with maximum deviations from the mean planes of 0.1087 (2), −0.1072 (7) and 0.1401 (3) Å, respectively. In each compound, the molecules are linked by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form chains and pack similarly in the crystal structures. 相似文献

The pyrimidine rings in ethyl (E)‐3‐[2‐amino‐4,6‐bis(dimethylamino)pyrimidin‐5‐yl]‐2‐cyanoacrylate, C14H20N6O2, (I), and 2‐[(2‐amino‐4,6‐di‐1‐piperidylpyrimidin‐5‐yl)methylene]malononitrile, C18H23N7, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group, are both nonplanar with boat conformations. The molecules of (I) are linked by a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R44(20) rings, while the two independent molecules in (II) are linked by four N—H...N hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(20) rings. This study illustrates both the readiness with which highly‐substituted pyrimidine rings can be distorted from planarity and the significant differences between the supramolecular aggregation in two rather similar compounds. 相似文献

A series of novel N‐(4‐(2‐aryloxythiazol‐5‐yl)but‐3‐yn‐2‐yl)benzamide derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were identified by 1H NMR and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some title compounds provided >80% control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum at 50 µg/mL and >70% herbicidal activities against B. campestris at 100 µg/mL. In the crystal structures of 2‐amino‐5‐chloropyridinium trichloroacetate, C5H6ClN2+·C2Cl3O2−, (I), and 2‐methyl‐5‐nitroanilinium trichloroacetate monohydrate, C7H9N2O2+·C2Cl3O2−·H2O, (II), the protonated planar 2‐amino‐5‐chloropyridinium [in (I)] and 2‐methyl‐5‐nitroanilinium [in (II)] cations interact with the oppositely charged trichloroacetate anions to form hydrogen‐bonded one‐dimensional chains in (I) and, together with water molecules, a three‐dimensional network in (II). The crystals of (I) exhibit nonlinear optical properties. The second harmonic generation efficiency in relation to potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 0.77. This work demonstrates the usefulness of trichloroacetic acid in crystal engineering for obtaining new materials for nonlinear optics. 相似文献

Both title compounds are derivatives of salicylic acid. 5‐Formylsalicylic acid (systematic name: 5‐formyl‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid), C8H6O4, possesses three good hydrogen‐bond donors and/or acceptors coplanar with their attached benzene ring and abides very well by Etter's hydrogen‐bond rules. Intermolecular O—H...O and some weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a planar sheet. Reaction of this acid and o‐phenylenediamine in refluxing ethanol produced in high yield the new zwitterionic compound 5‐(benzimidazolium‐2‐yl)salicylate [systematic name: 5‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium‐2‐yl)‐2‐hydroxybenzoate], C14H10N2O3. Each imidazolium N—H group and its adjacent salicyl C—H group chelate one carboxylate O atom via hydrogen bonds, forming seven‐membered rings. As a result of steric hindrance, the planes of the molecules within these pairs of hydrogen‐bonded molecules are inclined to one another by ∼74°. There are also π–π stacking interactions between the parallel planes of the imidazole ring and the benzene ring of the salicyl component of the adjacent molecule on one side and the benzimidazolium component of the molecule on the other side. 相似文献

In the molecule of the title compound, C26H21N3O5S, a new type of sulfonamide derivative with potential antibacterial activity, the flavone moiety is almost planar. The isoxazole and aminophenyl rings are also planar and make dihedral angles of 77.0 (2) and 81.4 (1)°, respectively, with the best plane of the flavone ring system. The crystal structures of the title compounds, viz. C24H14F2N2O2, (I), and C25H17FN2O2, (II), respectively, have been determined in order to unravel the role of an ordered F atom in generating stable supramolecular assemblies. On changing the substitution from fluorine to a methyl group, C—H⋯F interactions are replaced by C—H⋯π interactions, revealing the importance of such weak interactions when present alongside N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The dihedral angle between the planes of the 4‐fluorophenyl ring and the pyridine ring is 26.8 (1)° in (I), while that between the planes of the 4‐methylphenyl and pyridine rings is 29.5 (1)° in (II). 相似文献

In the present investigation, a novel series of 3‐(4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐(4‐methyl‐2‐substituted thiazol‐5‐yl)thiazolidin‐4‐one derivatives were synthesized by condensation of 2‐substituted‐4‐methylthiazole‐5‐carbaldehyde with 4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)benzenamine followed by cyclo‐condensation with thioglycolic acid in toluene. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass) methods. The title compounds were screened for quantitative antibacterial activity (minimal inhibitory concentration). All compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h and 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h show moderate to good antimicrobial activity, whereas compounds ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h ) also show moderate antifungal activity. 相似文献

Pyranylium perchlorates with azulen‐1‐yl moiety in 4‐position and thiophen‐2‐yl or furan‐2‐yl in 2 and 6‐positions were obtained by the substitution of 4‐chloro corresponding salts with azulenes. The pyranylium salts are used as starting materials for the synthesis of pyridine and pyridinium salts. The products were characterized and for pyridines pKa was spectroscopically determined. A new series of 2‐(p‐tolyloxy)‐3‐(5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)quinoline were synthesized from oxidative cyclization of N′‐((2‐(p‐tolyloxy)quinoline‐3‐yl)methylene)isonicotinohydrazide in DMSO/I2 at reflux condition for 3–4 h. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses as well as IR, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectral data. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activities against various bacterial strains. Several of these compounds showed potential antibacterial activity. J. In the title mononuclear complex, [Cu(C5H9N3)(C10H15N5)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre is surrounded by two N‐donor ligands, which impose a square‐pyramidal environment on the metal. A series of new 1‐substituted 3, 5‐diarylpyrazolines ( 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 ) were synthesized in good yield by both conventional and microwave‐assisted synthesis from α, β‐ unsaturated ketones ( 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 ) in n‐butanol and benzothiazole hydrazines ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ). All the new compounds were characterized by IR, NMR, and mass spectral data. The synthesized compounds ( 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 ) were evaluated for antibacterial and anthelmintic activities. The compounds showed potent anthelmintic activity against earthworm species (Eudrilus eugeniae) and moderate antibacterial activity against bacterial strains such as Gram positive bacteria, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis, and Gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis. 相似文献

The crystal structures of the four E,Z,E isomers of 1‐(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, namely (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C19H17NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C20H19NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐6‐(4‐n‐propoxyphenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C21H21NO3, and (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐n‐butoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C22H23NO3, have been determined. Intermolecular N⋯O dipole interactions between the nitro groups are observed for the methoxy derivative, while for the ethoxy derivative, two adjacent molecules are linked at both ends through N⋯O dipole–dipole interactions between the N atom of the nitro group and the O atom of the ethoxy group to form a supramolecular ring‐like structure. In the crystal structures of the n‐propoxy and n‐butoxy derivatives, the shortest intermolecular distances are those between the two O atoms of the alkoxy groups. Thus, the nearest two molecules form an S‐shaped supramolecular dimer in these crystal structures. 相似文献
