In the novel title binuclear zinc(II) Schiff base complex, bis(μ‐11‐thiosemicarbazonoindeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline‐8‐carboxylato)bis[(dimethyl sulfoxide)zinc(II)] dimethyl sulfoxide trisolvate, [Zn2(C17H9N5O2S)2(C2H6OS)2]·3C2H6OS, each ZnII atom is five‐coordinated and situated in a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, coordinated by two L2− ligands and one dimethyl sulfoxide molecule. Each L2− ligand, which coordinates to two ZnII atoms, has two parts. One part, acting in a tridentate chelating mode, coordinates to one ZnII atom through two N atoms and one S atom, while another part coordinates to another ZnII atom through a monodentate carboxylate group. The whole complex has a dimeric structure. The coordination mode of the nearly planar L2− ligand is quite different from the most common mode for Schiff bases.  相似文献

In the title CuII complex, [Cu(C19H14O3P)2(C3H7NO)(H2O)2], the molecule is bisected by a twofold axis relating the two 2‐(diphenylphosphoryl)benzoate (ODPPB) ligands. The asymmetric unit consists of a CuII metal centre on the symmetry axis, an ODPPB ligand, one water ligand and one dimethylformamide (DMF) ligand (disordered around the twofold axis). The CuII ion has fivefold coordination provided by two carboxylate O atoms from two ODPPB ligands, two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules and another O atom from a (disordered) DMF molecule, giving a CuO5 square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The ODPPB ligand adopts a terminal monocoordinated mode with two free O atoms forming two strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the coordinated water molecules, which may play a key role in the stability of the molecular structure, as shown by the higher release temperature for the coordinated water molecules than for the coordinated DMF molecule. The optical absorption properties of powder samples of the title compound have also been studied.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu4(C2H3O2)6(OH)2(C5H11N)4]·2H2O, possesses an unusual inversion‐symmetric tetranuclear copper framework, with each CuII atom displaying a square‐pyramidal geometry and one additional long Cu...O contact. The four piperidine ligands are terminal, one at each CuII atom, and the two hydroxide ligands are triply bridging. The six acetate ligands exhibit two distinct coordination modes, namely as two monodentate acetates and four bridging acetates that bridge the two inequivalent copper centres. The noncoordinating acetate O atom is involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonding with H atoms from the hydroxide and one piperidine ligand. In addition, extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the solvent water molecules is observed.  相似文献

The central AlIII atom of the title compound, [Al(C27H28NO)3]·1.5C7H8, has octahedral geometry in which the three N atoms are arranged in a meridional fashion. One of the toluene solvent molecules is located on a general position, while the second is disordered around a centre of inversion. The ligand molecule has axial chirality, and two of the three ligands in the complex exhibit the same stereochemistry. The three independent chelate rings exhibit significantly different bite angles at the metal atom, with one [83.72 (8)°] notably smaller than the other two [87.22 (8) and 87.13 (8)°]. Calculation of the solid angle covered by the ligands at the metal atom reveals that coverage is greatest for the ligand group with the shortest Al—O bond distance.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C17H8ClN5)(H2O)]n, contains one CdII atom, two half benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, one 11‐chloropyrido[2′,3′:2,3]pyrimidino[5,6‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand and one coordination water molecule. The 1,4‐bdc ligands are on inversion centers at the centroids of the arene rings. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐bdc ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral coordination sphere. Each CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions to give a one‐dimensional chain. π–π stacking interactions between L ligands of neighboring chains extend adjacent chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular (6,3) network. Neighboring (6,3) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual inclined mode, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework. Additionally, the water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds observed in the network consolidate the interpenetrating nets.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Cd(C8H11O4)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of linear chains formed through 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands linking seven‐coordinated CdII ions. Each CdII ion is in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment, coordinated by one water ligand, two 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate ligands and one bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to generate linear chains. The water molecules and the Cd atom on one side, and the 4,4′‐bipyridine unit on the other, are bisected by two sets of twofold axes. The carboxylate group of the 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxyl ligand chelates a CdII ion, while the (protonated) carboxyl group forms hydrogen bonds with adjacent chains, resulting in a layered structure. This is the first reported occurrence of a dicarboxycyclohexane ligand exhibiting a non‐bridging coordination mode.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(C7H7N2O2)2]·H2O}n, the CoII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two O atoms in axial positions and four N atoms in equatorial sites from six different 3,5‐diaminobenzoate ligands. Each 3,5‐diaminobenzoate anion acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand, linking three adjacent CoII ions through one O atom and two N atoms to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cd2(C7H4IO2)4(C12H10N2)(H2O)2]n, were obtained by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (bpe) and 4‐iodobenzoic acid (4‐IBA). Each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination environment by four carboxylate O atoms from two different 4‐IBA ligands, two O atoms from two water molecules and one N atom from a bpe ligand. The CdII centres are bridged by the aqua molecules and bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional net. Topologically, taking the CdII atoms as nodes and the μ‐aqua and μ‐bpe ligands as linkers, the two‐dimensional structure can be simplified as a (6,3) network.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Cd2(SO4)2(C13H8N4)(H2O)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent CdII centres with different coordination geometries. The first CdII centre is hexacoordinated by four O atoms of four sulfate ligands, one water O atom and one N atom of a 1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP) ligand, giving a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The second CdII centre is heptacoordinated by four O atoms of three sulfate ligands, one water O atom and two N atoms of one chelating IP ligand, resulting in a distorted monocapped anti‐trigonal prismatic geometry. The symmetry‐independent CdII ions are bridged in an alternating fashion by sulfate ligands, forming one‐dimensional ladder‐like chains which are connected through the IP ligands to form two‐dimensional layers. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by interlayer hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A new one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[acetatohexaaqua{μ4‐2,6‐bis[bis(carboxylatomethyl)aminomethyl]‐4‐methylphenolato}trizinc(II)] octahydrate], [Zn3(C17H17N2O9)(C2H3O2)(H2O)6]·8H2O, is a trinuclear complex consisting of three zinc centers joined by a phenolate bridge and Zn(H2O)4 units. In each complex polymer unit, the three Zn atoms have different coordination modes. Of the two phenolate‐bridged Zn ions, one adopts a distorted octahedral coordination composed of two carboxylate ligands, one tertiary N atom, two water molecules and the bridging phenolate ligand, while the other adopts a pyramidal geometry composed of two carboxylate ligands, one tertiary N atom from another coordination arm, one acetate anion as the counter‐anion and the bridging phenolate ligand. The third type of Zn centre is represented by two independent Zn atoms lying on inversion centres. They both have an octahedral coordination consisting of four O atoms from four water molecules and two acetate carbonyl O atoms from the ligand. The latter Zn atoms join the above‐mentioned binuclear complex units through O atoms of the carboxylate groups into an infinite chain. Neighboring aromatic rings are distributed above and below the chain in an alternating manner. Between the coordination chains, the Zn...Zn separations are 5.750 (4) and 6.806 (4) Å. The whole structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds formed mainly by solvent water molecules.  相似文献

In the isomorphous title compounds, [Cd2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2] and [Zn2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2], the CdII centre is seven‐coordinated by two N atoms from one [2‐(2‐chloro‐6‐fluorophenyl)‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one water O atom and four carboxylate O atoms from two different benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdc) ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination, while the ZnII centre is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, one water O atom and three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,2‐bdc ligands in a distorted octahedral coordination. Each pair of adjacent metal centres is bridged by two 1,2‐bdc ligands to form a dimeric structure. In the dimer, each L ligand coordinates one metal centre. The dimer is centrosymmetric, with a crystallographic inversion centre midway between the two metal centres. The aromatic interactions lead the dimers to form a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Finally, O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds reinforce the two‐dimensional structures of the two compounds.  相似文献

In the C2‐symmetric dinuclear title complex, [Zn2(C18H13N4O2)2(C2H3O2)2]·4H2O, each ZnII ion is five‐coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal fashion by one carboxylate O atom from one benzoate ligand, one imine N atom and two pyridyl N atoms from a second benzoate ligand, and one O atom from an acetate anion. The two Zn atoms are bridged by the two benzoate ligands, forming a dinuclear structure with a 14‐membered macrocycle. Adjacent dinuclear units are further connected by extensive hydrogen bonds involving the solvent water molecules, giving a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded framework. The framework can be regarded as an example of the four‐connected node network of the PtS topology.  相似文献

The title CdII compound, {[Cd2(C13H7NO4)2(H2O)4]·5H2O}n, was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and 5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)isophthalic acid (H2L). The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent CdII cations, two deprotonated L2− ligands, four coordinated water molecules and five isolated water molecules. One of the CdII cations adopts a six‐coordinate octahedral coordination geometry involving three O atoms from one bidentate chelating and one monodentate carboxylate group of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. The second CdII cation adopts a seven‐coordinate pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry involving four O atoms from two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. Each L2− ligand bridges three CdII cations and, likewise, each CdII cation connects to three L2− ligands, giving rise to a two‐dimensional graphite‐like 63 layer structure. These two‐dimensional layers are further linked by O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescence properties of the title compound were also investigated.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H10N2)]·0.5C12H10N2}n or {[Zn(HO‐BDC)(bpe)]·0.5bpe}n [HO‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and bpe is 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene], the asymmetric unit contains a ZnII atom, one HO‐BDC ligand, one coordinated bpe ligand and half a noncoordinating bpe molecule with crystallographic inversion symmetry. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by two O atoms from two distinct HO‐BDC ligands and two N atoms from two different bpe ligands in a ZnO2N2 coordination environment. The three‐dimensional topology of the title compound corresponds to a fourfold interpenetrating diamondoid coordination polymer network, with the uncoordinated bpe ligands located in the cavities, hydrogen bonded to the main network via the hydroxy group of the HO‐H2BDC ligand.  相似文献

The solvothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2·2H2O with 3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoic acid (H2ADB) in H2O at 393 K afforded the title complex, [Zn(C14H8N2O4)(H2O)]n. The asymmetric unit contains half a ZnII cation, half an ADB ligand and half a water molecule. Each ZnII centre lies on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis and is five‐coordinated by four O atoms of bridging carboxylate groups from four ADB ligands and one O atom from a water molecule, forming a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The [Zn(H2O)] subunits are bridged by carboxylate groups to give one‐dimensional [Zn(μ‐COO)4(H2O)]n chains. The chains are linked by ADB ligands into two‐dimensional sheets, and these sheets are further connected to neighbouring sheets via hydrogen bonds (OW—HW...O), forming a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond‐stabilized structure with an unprecedented 374175262 topology.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ru(C6H6NO2)2(C15H11N3)(H2O)]·CH3CN·H2O, is a transfer hydrogenation catalyst supported by nitrogen‐donor ligands. This octahedral RuII complex features rare monodentate coordination of 3‐methoxy‐2‐pyridonate ligands and interligand S(6)S(6) hydrogen bonding. Comparison of the title complex with a structural analog with unsubstituted 2‐pyridonate ligands reveals subtle differences in the orientation of the ligand planes.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd3(C6H13N2)2Cl8]·2H2O}n, consists of pendant protonated cationic diamine ligands bonded to an anionic one‐dimensional coordination polymer chloridocadmate scaffold. Each coordination chain features two kinds of CdII centre, each with distorted octahedral coordination geometry. One CdII cation lies on a centre of inversion and is coordinated by six bridging chloride ligands, while the other is coordinated by four bridging chloride ligands, one terminal chloride ligand and a 1‐aza‐4‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane aza N atom. This gives a reversible corner‐sharing half‐cubic linear polymer that lies along the crystallographic a direction. The chains interact through hydrogen bonding with solvent water, with each water molecule accepting one N—H...O interaction from a cation and donating to two O—H...Cl interactions with anionic chains, thus linking three separate chains and completing the packing structure.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(C14H8O4)(C14H14N4)]·0.15H2O}n, is composed of one CdII cation, one biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) anion, one 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligand and 0.15 solvent water molecules. The coordination environment of the CdII cation is defined by four carboxylate O atoms from two different bpdc anions in a chelating mode and two N atoms from two distinct bix ligands, constructing a distorted trigonal prism polyhedron. Two inversion‐related CdII cations are bridged together by two positionally disordered bpdc anions, forming a 22‐membered ring with a Cd...Cd distance of 9.1966 (9) Å. These rings are then further linked by two bix ligands, extending into a two‐dimensional layer along (102) with 63 topology.  相似文献
