The structure of the title compound, (C7H10NO)2[Mn2V10O28(H2O)10]·4H2O or (C5H4NHCH2CH2OH)2[{Mn(H2O)5}2V10O28]·4H2O, at 293 (2) K has triclinic (P) symmetry. The asymmetric unit consists of one half of a decavanadate anion of Ci symmetry, one [Mn(H2O)5]2+ group, one 2‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)pyridinium cation and two solvent water molecules. The decavanadate ion bridges between two [Mn(H2O)5]2+ groups, thus forming a dodecanuclear complex unit. Complex units are connected via a hydrogen‐bonding network, forming supramolecular layers lying in the (001) plane. Cations and solvent water molecules are located between these layers.  相似文献

The CuII ion in the title complex, [Cu(C5H10NO3)2] or [Cu(He‐ala)2] [He‐ala = N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)‐β‐alaninate], resides at the inversion centre of a square bipyramid comprised of two facially arranged tridentate He‐ala ligands. Each He‐ala ligand binds to a CuII ion by forming one six‐membered β‐alaninate chelate ring in a twist conformation and one five‐membered ethanol­amine ring in an envelope conformation, with Cu—N = 2.017 (2) Å, Cu—OCOO = 1.968 (1) Å and Cu—OOH = 2.473 (2) Å. The [Cu(He‐ala)2] mol­ecules are involved in a network of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (10) plane. The layers are connected into a three‐dimensional structure by van der Waals inter­actions, so that the mol­ecular centres form pseudo‐face‐centered close packing.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H8N3O2)2]·2C5H9NO, consists of a neutral copper complex, in which the CuII centre coordinates to two bis(methoxycarbimido)aminate ligands, solvated by two molecules of 1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one. The complex is planar and centrosymmetric, with the CuII centre occupying a crystallographic inversion centre and adopting approximately square‐planar geometry. N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions exist between the amine NH groups of the ligands and the O atoms of the 1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one molecules. The associated units pack to form sheets.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, [Hg(C13H9N2O2S)2], has approximate twofold rotation symmetry, with the Hg atom in an essentially linear two‐coordinate HgS2 environment supported by secondary π interactions with the nitrophenyl rings of both ligands. The title compound, [Co(C18H23N10)](BF4)2·H2O, is the result of complexing a Co cation (initially in a CoII state) with tris[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐2‐ylmethyleneamino)ethyl]amine (L), obtained by a condensation process involving imidazole‐2‐carbaldehyde and tris(2‐aminoethyl)amine. Both the Co cation and the ligand were modified in the synthesis process, the cation via oxidation to CoIII, and the ligand via deprotonation to convert it into the 2‐(2‐{bis[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐2‐ylmethyleneamino)ethyl]amino}ethyliminomethyl)imidazolide anion (L). The ligand chelates the metal centre in a hexadentate fashion, forming a slightly distorted octahedral CoN6 chromophore. Packing is governed by N—H...N hydrogen bonds defining zigzag chains. A similar structure in the literature is discussed, and the wrong assignment of the oxidation state, given therein to the Co cation, is corrected.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐di­methyl­biguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water mol­ecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes.  相似文献

The palladium(II) center in the title compound, trans‐[PdCl2(C5H2F6N2)2]·H2O, possesses a distorted square‐planar geometry. The NH groups are positioned on the same side of the PdN2Cl2 coordination plane. Four symmetry‐independent strong hydrogen bonds of three types (N—H⋯Cl, N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl) hold the structure together.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: 2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediyldioxydi‐o‐phenylenebis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol}, C29H26N2O4, exists as the phenol–imine form in the crystal, and there are strong intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, with O⋯N distances of 2.545 (2) and 2.579 (2) Å. The C=N imine bond distances are in the range 1.276 (2)–1.279 (2) Å and the C=N—C bond angles are in the range 123.05 (16)–124.64 (17)°. Both 10‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)acridin‐9(10H)‐one, C15H13NO2, and 10‐(2‐chloroethyl)acridin‐9(10H)‐one, C15H12ClNO, have monoclinic (P21/c) symmetry and supramolecular three‐dimensional networks. But the differences in the intermolecular interactions displayed by the hydroxy group and the chlorine substituent lead to stronger intermolecular π‐stacking interactions and hydrogen bonding, and hence a significantly higher melting point for the former.  相似文献

New functionalized 1,7‐diaryl‐6‐cyano‐1,2,4‐triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidin‐5(1H)‐one derivatives ( 5a–j ) were synthesized via reaction of 5‐cyano‐6‐phenyl‐2‐thiouracil 1 with the respective hydrazonoyl halides 2a–j and their biological activity was evaluated. The title complex, [Cu(ClO4)2(C9H13N5O)(CH3OH)], was synthesized from a methanolysis reaction of N‐(methylpyridin‐2‐yl)cyanoguanidine (L3) and copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CuII ion is six‐coordinated by an N3O3 donor set which confers a highly distorted and asymmetric octahedral geometry. Three N‐donor atoms from the chelating 1‐(methoxymethanimidoyl)‐2‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)guanidine (L3m) ligand and one O atom from the methanol molecule define the equatorial plane, with two perchlorate O atoms in the apical sites, one of which has a long Cu—O bond of 2.9074 (19) Å. The dihedral angle between the five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings is 8.21 (8)°. Two molecules are associated into a dimeric unit by intermolecular N—H...O(perchlorate) hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the weakly coordinated perchlorate anions also link adjacent [Cu(ClO4)2(L3m)(CH3OH)] dimers by hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting in a two‐dimensional layer in the (100) plane. Further C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the two‐dimensional layers along [100] to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The two title crystalline compounds, viz.meso‐bis{η5‐1‐[1‐(dimethylamino)ethenyl]‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)cyclopentadienyl}iron(II), [Fe(C12H20NSi)2], (II), and meso‐bis{η5‐1‐[1‐(dimethylamino)ethenyl]‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)cyclopentadienyl}cobalt(II), [Co(C12H20NSi)2], (III), were obtained by the reaction of lithium 1‐[1‐(dimethylamino)ethenyl]‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)cyclopentadienide with FeCl2 and CoCl2, respectively. For (II), the trimethylsilyl‐ and dimethylaminoethenyl‐substituted cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings present a nearly eclipsed conformation, and the two pairs of trimethylsilyl and dimethylaminoethenyl substituents on the Cp rings are arranged in an interlocked fashion. In the case of (III), the same substituted Cp rings are perfectly staggered leading to a crystallographically centrosymmetric molecular structure, and the two trimethylsilyl and two dimethylaminoethenyl substituents are oriented in opposite directions, respectively, with the trimethylsilyl group of one Cp ring and the dimethylaminoethenyl group of the other Cp ring arranged more closely than in (II).  相似文献

The synthesis and molecular structure of trans‐{bis[(acetato‐κO)‐(2‐(1‐aziridinyl)ethanol‐κ2N,O)]}cobalt(II) ( 4 ) and cis‐{bis[chlorido‐(2‐(1‐aziridinyl)ethanol‐κ2N,O)]}cobalt(II) ( 5 ) is reported. Both neutral chelate complexes are prepared from the corresponding CoII salt [CoX2; X = OAc ( 1 ), Cl ( 2 )] and 2‐(1‐aziridinyl)ethanol (azolH, 3 ) in dry dichloromethane. A third, ionic complex, cis‐{bis[aqua‐(2‐(1‐aziridinyl)ethanol‐κ2N,O)]}cobalt(II) diacetate ( 6 ) is formed from 4 in the presence of water and could be crystallized from aqueous dichloromethane. In all cases, 2‐(1‐aziridinyl)ethanol is coordinating as bidentate chelate ligand by the nitrogen and oxygen atom of the aziridinyl and hydroxy moiety. After purification, the compounds have been fully characterized using IR spectroscopy and FAB+‐MS. The single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis revealed a distorted octahedral geometry for all complexes with either trans ( 4 ) or cis ( 5 , 6 ) configuration.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C13H15N3O3·C3H7NO, was determined as part of a larger project focusing on creatinine derivatives as potential pharmaceuticals. The molecule is essentially planar, in part because of intramolecular hydrogen bonding. Inversion‐related pairs of molecules result from intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The π systems of 2‐amino‐5‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzylidene)‐1‐methylimidazol‐4(5H)‐one and an inversion‐related molecule overlap slightly, indicating a small amount of π–π stacking. Bond lengths, angles and torsion angles are consistent with similar structures, except in the imidazolone ring near the doubly bonded C atom, where significant differences occur.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The title compound, C17H14O4, is an unprecedented new synthetic isoaurone‐type enol ether that has the E configuration. The planar furanone ring is fused to a methoxy­benzene ring system, with an interplanar angle of 175.7 (1)°. Due to this ring fusion, the six‐membered ring has a significant amount of ring strain, as shown by the internal ring angle range of 115.8 (1)–124.7 (1)°, whereas the vinylic phenyl ring has internal angles between 119.7 (1) and 120.2 (1)°. The mol­ecules form infinite hydrogen‐bonding layers along the b direction of the form C—H?O, where the keto O atom acts as a bifurcated acceptor. These layers are connected along the c direction by another hydrogen bond with a methoxy H atom as donor. In addition to this connection, the layers are stacked via centres of symmetry by a pair of symmetry‐related benzo­furan­one ring systems.  相似文献
