In the title compound, C18H15N4O+·Cl·1.5H2O, one water site is fully ordered with unit occupancy while the other, which lies close to an inversion centre in the space group C2/c, has only 0.5 occupancy. The cation exhibits bond fixation in the fused carbocyclic ring and electronic polarization in the terminal heterocyclic ring. The components are linked into complex sheets by a combination of N—H...O, N—H...Cl, O—H...O, O—H...Cl and C—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The 5,6,7,8,9,10‐hexahydro‐2‐methylthiopyrimido[4,5‐b]quinolines 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d and their oxidized forms 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d were obtained from the reaction of 6‐amino‐2‐(methylthio)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one 2 or 6‐amino‐3‐methyl‐2‐(methylthio)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one 3 and α,β‐unsaturated ketones 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d using BF3.OEt2 as catalyst and p‐chloranil as oxidizing agent. Some of the new compounds were evaluated in the US National Cancer Institute (NCI), where compound 5a presented remarkable activity against 46 cancer cell lines, with the most important GI50 values ranging from 0.72 to 18.4 μM from in vitro assays.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C26H25N3OS, which was prepared by means of an acid‐catalysed cyclocondensation reaction between a 6‐aminopyrimidinone and 2,6‐dibenzylidenecyclohexanone, exhibit a polarized electronic structure, namely (9E)‐9‐benzylidene‐3‐methyl‐2‐methylsulfanyl‐5‐phenyl‐3,5,6,7,8,9‐hexahydropyrimido[4,5‐b]quinolin‐10‐ium‐4‐olate, involving charge separation in the vinylogous amide portion. Four hydrogen bonds, two each of the C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) types, link the molecules into bilayers comprising inversion‐related pairs of sheets, each containing a single type of R43(36) ring.  相似文献

The structures of two salts of flunarizine, namely 1‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine, C26H26F2N2, are reported. In flunarizinium nicotinate {systematic name: 4‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐1‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazin‐1‐ium pyridine‐3‐carboxylate}, C26H27F2N2+·C6H4NO2, (I), the two ionic components are linked by a short charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bond. The ion pairs are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In flunarizinediium bis(4‐toluenesulfonate) dihydrate {systematic name: 1‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(4‐methylbenzenesulfonate) dihydrate}, C26H28F2N22+·2C7H7O3S·2H2O, (II), one of the anions is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.832 (6) and 0.168 (6). The five independent components are linked into ribbons by two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and four independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are linked to form a three‐dimensional framework by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, but C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are absent from the structure of (II). In the molecule of 4‐(2‐chlorophenyl)pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxaline, C17H11ClN2, (I), the bond lengths are consistent with electron delocalization in the two outer rings of the fused tricyclic system, with a localized double bond in the central ring. The molecules of (I) are linked into chains by a π–π stacking interaction. In (4RS)‐4‐(1,3‐benzodioxol‐6‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxaline, C18H14N2O2, (II), the central ring of the fused tricyclic system adopts a conformation intermediate between screw‐boat and half‐chair forms. A combination of N—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules of (II) into a sheet. Comparisons are made with related compounds.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H14N2O2, crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin, but the structure can be satisfactorily refined as a merohedral twin, in which a monoclinic unit cell with a cell angle β close to 90° emulates a metrically orthorhombic cell. The two molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar in structure and they are related by an approximate pseudo‐screw axis. Reaction of 4H‐pyrimido[2,1‐b]benzothiazole‐2‐thiomethyl‐3‐cyano‐4‐one (1) with hydrazine hydrate/aryl hydrazine/heteryl hydrazine in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate and dimethyl formamide afforded 3‐amino‐4‐oxo‐(2H)/aryl/heteryl pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1‐b]benzothiazoles in good yield. These pyrazole derivatives on diazotization followed by replacement with hydroxy, chloro, bromo, iodo and on reduction gave the corresponding 3‐substituted derivatives.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

New pyrano[2′,3′: 5,6]chromeno[4,3‐b]quinolin‐4‐ones have been synthesized by intramolecular aza‐Diels? Alder reaction of the azadienes generated in situ from aryl amines and 8‐formyl‐7‐(prop‐2‐ynyl)2,3‐disubstituted chromones using CuFe2O4 nanoparticles as a catalyst in DMSO at 80–90° in good‐to‐excellent yields. Particularly valuable features of this methodology include simple implementation, inexpensive and reusable catalyst, and good yields. The structures were established by spectroscopic data and further confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis of one of the products.  相似文献

The title compound, C11H10N3+·Cl?·H2O, belongs to the N1‐methyl‐substituted imidazo­[4,5‐f]­quinoline family, in which the heterocyclic ring is protonated at the pyridine rather than at the imidazole N atom. The mol­ecule as a whole is almost exactly planar. The molecular structure has been compared with that of the 2‐amino analogue described in the literature, and it was found that the extra amino group of the latter is involved in conjugation with the adjacent double bond, i.e. the conjugation does not extend over the entire heterocyclic system. The cation of the title compound forms a strong hydrogen bond with the Cl? anion and the anions are interconnected by the water solvent mol­ecule.  相似文献

Thiazole 1 , when reacted with chloroacetyl chloride, afforded N‐(5‐acetyl‐4‐methylthiazol‐2‐yl) chloroacetamide 2 . It has been found that compound 2 reacted with α‐cyanocinnamonitrile derivatives 6a–c to afford reaction products 8a–c . Also, compound 2 coupled smoothly with benzenediazonium chloride afforded the phenylhydrazone 14 . 4‐Hydrazino‐2‐methylpyrimidino[4′,5′:4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 4 ) was obtained from hydrazinolysis of the 4‐chloro derivative 3 with hydrazine hydrate. The hydrazino derivative 4 was further cyclized to the corresponding pyrazole 5 , pyrazolone 6 and 5‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1″,5″:3′,4′]pyrimidino[5′,6′:5,4]‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 9 ) and 5‐methy‐1,2,4‐triazolo[4″,3″:3′,4′]pyrimidino[5′,6′:5,4]thiazolo‐[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 10 ), respectively. New tricyclic 1,2,3‐triazolo‐1,2,4‐triazolo‐pyridazine derivatives, bearing a methyl substituent on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, were prepared as potential biological agents. N‐Methylation of dimethyl 1,2,3‐triazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate allowed synthesis of the isomeric 1‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy and 2‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy triazolo‐pyridazines 4a and 4b which, by a chlorination reaction, gave the corresponding 1‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐( 6a ), 1‐methyl‐7‐chloro‐ ( 6b ) and 2‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐ ( 9 ) substituted 1,2,3‐triazolo‐pyridazines. The nucle‐ophilic substitution with hydrazine hydrate and the suitable cyclization to form the 1,2,4‐triazole ring, provided the expected tricyclic isomeric derivatives 8a, 8b and 11 respectively. The p‐methoxybenzyl substituent, introduced as a leaving group to obtain either v‐triazolo‐pyridazine or v‐triazolo‐s‐triazolo‐pyri‐dazine derivatives unsubstituted on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, appeared inadequate. Some compounds underwent binding assays toward the adenosine A1and A2A receptors.  相似文献
