Treatment of copper(I) chloride with R2Si(NLiPh)2 (R = Me, Ph) in thf led to the formation of the octanuclear cluster compounds [Cu8{(R2Si(NPh)2}4] [R = Me ( 1 ), Ph ( 2 ).] Compound 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4/n, with a = 1505.41(5) and c = 1911.32(7) pm. The X‐ray crystal structure determination revealed a cube shaped Cu8 cluster core with μ4 bridging Me2Si(NPh)22– ligands. The copper atoms display an almost linear coordination with Cu–N distances in the range of 191.1(3)–191.4(3) pm. The Cu–Cu distances are 265.7(1)–267.3(1) pm. Compound 2 forms monoclinic crystals, space group P21/n, with a = 1461.87(4), b = 2483.77(6), c = 2725.49(8) pm, β = 100.77(1)°. The cluster core of compound 2 consists formally of two mutually perpendicular arranged trigonal prisms, which share a common square face. Like in the case of compound 1 the square faces of the cluster core are capped by μ4 bridging Ph2Si(NPh)22– ligands. The copper atoms adopt a nearly linear N–Cu–N coordination with Cu–N distances of 190.0(4)–195.1(4) pm. The Cu–Cu distances are 252.3(1)–305.6(1) pm.  相似文献

Treatment of copper(I) halides CuX (X = Cl, Br, I) with lithium 2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)anilide [Li(HL)] in THF led to the formation of hexanuclear copper(I) complexes [Cu6X2(HL)4] [X = Cl ( 1 ), Br ( 2 ), I ( 3 )]. In compounds 1 – 3 , the copper atoms are in a distorted octahedral arrangement and the amide ligands adopt a μ3‐κP,κ2N bridging mode. Additionally there are two μ2‐bridging halide ligands. Each of the [Cu6X2(HL)4] clusters comprises two copper atoms, which are surrounded by two amide nitrogen atoms in an almost linear coordination [Cu–N: 186.2(3)–188.0(3) pm] and four copper atoms, which are connected to an amide N atom, a P atom, and a halogen atom in a distorted trigonal planar fashion [Cu–N: 199.6(3)–202.3(3) pm)].  相似文献

Treatment of CuCl with the lithiated silyl amides RSi(NLiPh)3 (R = Me, Ph, Vin) in THF as solvent led to the formation of the novel CuI cluster compounds [Li(THF)4]2[Cu10{RSi(NPh)3}4]. For each of the three compounds the X‐ray crystal structure analysis revealed similar Si4N12Cu10 cores which are based on cubane like Cu8 cores bearing two additional peripheral copper atoms. The copper atoms are coordinated nearly linearly by the μ5‐bridging silyl amide ligands with Cu–N distances in the range of 187.1(3) to 194.5(4) pm and N–Cu–N angles of 171.6(1) to 178.7(1)°. For each of the compounds the structural parameters are very similar which indicates that the structures are barely influenced by the different steric requirements of the organic groups bound to silicon.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) compounds with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM‐MeImz)2 · (SCN)] 0.5[Cu(SCN)4] ( 1 ) and [Cu(IM‐MeImz)2 · (SCN)]ClO4 · H2O ( 2 ) (IM‐meImz = 2‐(5‐methylimidazol‐4‐yl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐2‐imidazoline‐1‐oxyl) have been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. X‐ray analysis demonstrates that complex 1 contains CuII ions in both square‐pyramidal and square planar coordination. There are complete charge separation into [Cu(IM‐MeImz)2(SCN)]+ cations and 0.5[Cu(SCN)4]? anions, in a 2:1 ratio. The complex 1 was connected as a one‐dimensional polymer by intermolecular interactions. In complex 2 , the coordination around the copper atom is distorted square pyramidal and the apical position is occupied by one nitrogen atom of SCN? anion. The 2‐D network structure was formed and arranged through intermolecular H‐bonds interactions. The complex 1 exhibits intramolecular weak ferromagnetic coupling between CuII ion and the radicals.  相似文献

Two novel copper(I) complexes with Cu‐O bonds, [Cu2L2(PPh3)2](BF4)2 ( 1 ) and [Cu(L)(dppeo)](BF4) ( 2 ) ( L = 6‐(4‐diethylmethylphosphonatephenyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, dppeo = bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane monoxide), have been prepared and their structures characterized. In the binuclear complex 1 , the ligand L serves as tridentate donor with the N, N′ and O as coordination atoms, and the two CuI atoms are bridged through both P = O donor atoms in different ligand L with a triphenylphosphine molecule as auxiliary ligand. While in mononuclear complex 2 , both ligands L and dppeo behave as bidentate with NN from L and PO from dppeo chelating to CuI atom.  相似文献

以取代苄氯(1a~1c)为起始原料,与咪唑经氮烷基化反应制得苄基咪唑氯盐(2a~2c); 2a~2c与氧化银经原位去质子化反应合成了3种新型的氮杂环卡宾银配合物--(NHC)AgCl[NHC: 1,3-二(4-甲氧基苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3a), 1,3-二(3-甲氧基苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3b)]和[(NHC)AgCl]2[NHC=1,3-二(4-氯苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3c)],其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。3a~3c单晶结构均属单斜晶系,3a为P21/n空间群,3b和3c为P21/c空间群,3a和3b为单核银配合物,3c为双核银配合物。  相似文献

From solutions of copper iodide and dodecyldimethylsulphonium iodide in acetonitrile, single crystals of [Cu4I4(DodecylMeS)4] ( 1 ) and [Cu3I4(DodecylMeS)3](DodecylMe2S) ( 2 ) could be obtained. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic crystal system, space group P1¯ ( 1 : a = 957.23(1), b = 967.25(2), c = 3818.38(6) pm, α = 90.3837(6)°, β = 86.4687(7)°, γ = 75.0996(7)°, 2 : a = 874.23(1), b = 979.29(1), c = 4388.75(4) pm, α = 90.4472(3)°, ß = 94.7088(3)°, γ = 116.1162(3)°). 1 consists of tetrahedral Cu4 clusters, which are capped by four iodide ions over the tetrahedral faces. 2 contains trigonal Cu3 clusters, which are coordinated by four iodide ions, one centered over the plane, three bridging over the edges of the Cu3 triangle. In both compounds, the S atoms of (DodecylMeS) ligands coordinate to the Cu atoms. In 2 , a (DodecylMe2S) cation is also present.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(I) chloride with 2,2-bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-l-phenylthiopropane P2S produced a dimeric species [(P2S)CuC1]2 (2). Treatment of 2 with silver nitrate in acetonitrile gave a hexameric crystalline metal complex {[(P2S)Cu(CH3CN)]6+6NO3} (4), which had a “cyclodextrin-type” structure. A linear polymeric copper complex [(P2S)Cu(NO3)]n was obtained by recrystallization of 4 in chloroform. These complexes were characterized by single crystal analyses, and their coordination behaviors in solution are discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of [(Ph3P)2CuCl]2 with 4‐amino‐6‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazine‐thione‐5‐one (AMTTO, 1 ) in methanol and further recrystallization from methanol/acetone solution gives [(C4H4N3SON(=CMe2)Cu(PPh3)2Cl] ( 2 ) as a neutral complex. [(C4H4N3SON(=CMe2)Ag(PPh3)2]NO3 ( 4 ) can be obtained in excellent yield by the reaction of [(AMTTO)2Ag]NO3 ( 3 ) with triphenylphosphane in methanol/acetone. Both complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X‐ray diffraction studies. Crystal data for 2 at –80 °C: space group P1 with a = 1233.8(1), b = 1389.7(1), c = 1417.1(1) pm, α = 89.36(1)°; β = 65.10(1)°, γ = 65.95(1)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0582 and for 4 at –80 °C: space group P1, with a = 1193.3(1), b = 1308.5(1), c = 1385.3(1) pm, α = 94.69(1)°, β = 109.14(1)°, γ = 93.42(1)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0716.  相似文献

Five copper zinc phenylchalcogenolate complexes [(iPr3PCu)3(ZnMe2)2(SPh)3] ( 1 ), [(iPr3PCu)2(ZnPh)4(SPh)6] ( 2 ), [(iPr3PCu)2(ZnEt)4(SPh)6] ( 3 ), [(iPr3PCu)3(ZnEt)(SePh)4] ( 4 ), and [(iPr3PCu)3Cu(iPr3PZn)(TePh)6] ( 5 ) were synthesized by the reaction of phosphine stabilized copper phenylchalcogenolate complexes with ZnR2 (R = Me, Et, Ph) with and without additional chalcogenol. The novel mixed metal compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis and NMR spectroscopy. 4 and 5 are the first examples of compounds with a Zn–Se–Cu or a Zn–Te–Cu linkage, respectively.  相似文献

Two heterospin complexes [Cu(NIT3Py)(cda)H2O] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(NIT2Py)(cda)H2O] · H2O · CH3OH ( 2 ) with CuII ions and pyridyl‐substituted nitronyl nitroxide radicals (NITxPy = 2‐(x′‐pyridyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐imidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide, x = 3, 2; H2cda = 4‐hydroxy‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. The single crystal structures show that the two complexes are both two‐spin complexes, in which the different radicals make the two complexes have different hydrogen bonding interactions to form 2D and 1D supramolecular network for complexes 1 and 2 , respectively. The magnetic measurements indicate that complexes 1 and 2 both exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions between CuII and radicals.  相似文献

The reaction of of 4‐amino‐5‐ethyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione (AETT, L ) with furfural in methanol led to the corresponding Schiff‐Base ( L1 ). The reaction of L1 with [Cu(PPh3)2]Cl in methanol gave to the neutral compound [( L1 )Cu(PPh3)2Cl] ( 1 ). By recrystallization of 1 from CH3CN the complex [( L1 )Cu(PPh3)2Cl]·CH3CN ( 1a ) was obtained. All compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X‐ray diffraction studies. Crystal data for L1 at ?80 °C: space group with a = 788.4(1), b = 830.3(2), c = 928.8(2) pm, α = 84.53(1)°, β = 65.93(1)°, γ = 72.02(1)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0323; for 1 at ?100 °C: space group with a = 1166.3(1), b = 1423.8(2), c = 1489.1(2) pm, α = 62.15(1)°, β = 72.04(1)°, γ = 88.82(1)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0338 and for 1a at ?100 °C: space group P21/c with a = 1294.1(1), b = 1019.8(2), c = 3316.9(4) pm, β = 94.73(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0435.  相似文献

Complexes of 2, 6‐bis(hydroxymethyl)pyridine (dhmp) with different CuII salts [CuCl2·6H2O, Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O] are prepared ( 1 — 5 , respectively), studied by IR, and their crystal structures reported. Dependent on the anion kind, influences on the distortion of the co‐ordination polyhedron, the distribution of donor sites, the formation of a mono‐ or binuclear complex, and the resultant packing structure of the complex are observed, although in no case the counterions of the used CuII salts or water of hydration were found in the co‐ordination sphere. Crystal structures of 1 — 5 indicate hexaco‐ordination of the CuII ions with N2O4‐environment and show that 1 — 4 are mononuclear 2:1 (L:M) complexes, but 5 is a binuclear 4:2 complex. Crystallization of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O with dhmp yielded two different complexes ( 2 / 3 ). In 3 , one of the dhmp components is mono‐deprotonated and acts as an anionic ligand. The same behavior is found in 5 . Whereas in the neutral ligand complexes 1 , 2 and 4 the basal planes are occupied by O donors, and N atoms are in the axial positions of the octahedrons, in 3 and 5 the bases are formed by two O and two N donor atoms, and O atoms are in the axes. Moreover, complex 3 shows the N atoms in trans position, but 5 in cis position. The packing of the cationic complex units is typical of strong and weak H bond interactions involving the counterions and hydroxylic or aromatic hydrogen atoms to yield complex network structures.  相似文献

Reaction of 4-amino-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazol-3(2H)-thione (AMTT) and 4-amino-6-methyl-3-thio-3,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one (AMTTO) with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde led to the synthesis of corresponding Schiff base ligands [(Z)-4-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thione ( L1 ) and (Z)-4-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-6-methyl-3-thioxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one ( L2 )]. Treatment of synthesized Schiff base ligands with CuCl provided the complexes [Cu(L1)3Cl] ( 1 ) and [Cu(L2)2Cl] ( 2 ). Synthesized complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction studies. Complex 1 consists of a metal ion coordinated with one chloride ion and three Schiff base ligands via sulfur atoms in a distorted tetrahedral environment, whereas 2 consists of a metal ion coordinated with one chloride ion and two sulfur atoms from two different Schiff base ligands in a trigonal planar arrangement. Crystal data for 1 at –153 °C revealed an orthorhombic space group Fdd2, a = 34.8088(7), b = 33.8156(8), c = 11.6142(2) Å, Z = 16, R1 = 0.0357; for 2 at –178 °C the symmetry was triclinic, space group P1 , a = 7.27520(10), b = 15.4620(2), c = 23.7985(4) Å, α = 72.1964(13), β = 86.5208(12), γ = 89.8597(11)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0359.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione (AMTT, 1 ) with 4‐methoxy benzaldehyde and 3‐methoxybenzaldehyde in methanol led to the iminic derivatives 4‐(4‐methoxybenzylideneamino)‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)thione ( 2 , L1) and 4‐(3‐methoxybenzylideneamino)‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione ( 3 , L2). The reaction of the latter with [(PPh3)2CuCl] in methanol solution gave the first CuI complex of 3 , [(PPh3)2CuCl(L2)] ( 4 ) and in chloroform solution the complex [(PPh3)2CuCl(L2)]·2CHCl3 ( 5 ). All compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X‐ray diffraction studies. Crystal data for 2 at ?80 °C: space group P21/c with a = 1351.3(3), b = 399.4(1), c = 2225.2(5) pm, β = 96.50(2)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0667, for 3 at ?80 °C: space group R3c with a = b = 3020.4(2), c = 708.2(1) pm, Z = 18, R1 = 0.0435, for 4 at ?80 °C: space group P21/c with a = 1427.8(1), b = 1129.0(1), c = 2622.8(2) pm, β = 97.19(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0517 and for 5 at ?80 °C: space group with a = 1280.5(1), b = 1316.1(1), c = 1731.4(1) pm, α = 78.14(1)°, β = 86.06(1)°, γ = 64.69(1)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0525.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of the hexanuclear copper(II) carboxylate complex [Cu(O2CCHPhOC2H4OC2H4OCH3)2]6 ( 1 ) is described. Single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis reveals that the copper(II) ions are arranged in a six‐membered ring which adopts a chair‐like conformation. The copper(II) ions are bridged by μ2‐ and μ3‐coordinating carboxylates. The magnetic behavior of 1 was measured between 2 and 300 K, revealing at low temperature a weak antiferromagnetic interaction. The χM(T) dependency was fitted mathematically with one coupling constant J1 and a paramagnetic impurity α.  相似文献

A series of new 3‐(arylhydrazono)pentane‐2, 4‐diones ( 1 ‐ 6 ) synthesized from pentane‐2, 4‐dione and diazonium salts of respective anilines using the procedure of Japp‐Klingemann are described. Complexes with CuII and NiII salts are prepared ( 7 ‐ 10 , respectively). Spectroscopic properties of these compounds have been studied and X‐ray crystal structures of selected hydrazones ( 3 , 4 , 6 ) and of the hydrazone complexes ( 7 ‐ 10 ) are reported. The structures of the uncomplexed hydrazones feature an intramolecular N‐H···O interaction to yield a six‐membered H‐bond ring reflecting preference of the hydrazone tautomeric structure. All the complexes are mononuclear 2:1 (L:M) structures of six‐membered chelate type involving N2O2 binding sites that are quadratic arranged but differ in the entire coordination environment dependent on the metal and the ligand substitution including distorted octahedral and quadratic pyramidal coordination geometries in the CuII complexes 7 and 8 or nearly regular square planar coordination geometry in the NiII complexes 9 and 10 , respectively. In the crystal packings, strong and weak H‐bond interactions cause supramolecular network structures.  相似文献

The crystals of [(CH2)6N4(C3H5)]Cu2Cl3 (I), [(CH2)6N4(C3H5)]Cu2Cl3 (II), and [(CH2)6N4(C3H5)]CuCl2 (III) complexes were electrochemically synthesized (ac) from CuCl2 · 2H2O and N-allylhexamethylenetetraminium chloride in ethanol solutions at pH 6, 4.5, and 3. Their structures were determined using X-ray diffraction analysis (DARCh diffractometer, MoK radiation, /2 scan mode). Complex Icrystallizes in the monoclinic system: space group A2/a, a = 24.812(6) Å, b = 8.855(3) Å, c = 12.080(2) Å, = 89.21(3)°, and Z = 8. Complex II crystallizes in the triclinic system: space group P , a = 7.618(2) Å, b = 7.048(2) Å, c = 13.150(3) Å, = 97.50(2)°, = 92.70(2)°, = 100.74(2)°, and Z = 2. The crystals of complex III are orthorhombic: space group Pmn21, a = 7.478(2) Å, b = 8.827(2) Å, c = 9.662(3) Å, Z = 2. The organic cation in complex I acts as a tridentate ,,-ligand; that in complex II, as a bidentate ,-ligand. In complex III, the organic cation is involved in coordination with the copper(I) atom only through one nitrogen atom.  相似文献

以1,10-邻菲罗啉(phen)为配体,采用溶剂蒸发法在水中分别合成了羟基桥连和氯离子桥连的两个新型的含氮配体多核铜离子配合物[Cu4(phen)4(H2O)2(OH)4·(NO3)4·2H2O(1)和Cu2(phen)2Cl4(2)],其结构经元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=10.143 0(9),b=11.900 1(11),c=12.629 9(13),α=111.060(2)°,β=91.070 0(10)°,γ=110.920(2)°,Z=1,V=1 309.8(2)3,F(000)=692。2属单斜晶系,空间群Cc,晶胞参数a=9.860 9(8),b=17.852 9(13),c=13.412 3(15),β=106.583(11)°,Z=4,V=2 263.0(4)3,F(000)=1 256。用荧光光谱和热分析分别研究了1和2的荧光性质和热稳定性,结果表明:在310 nm激发波长激发下,与phen相比,1和2的荧光发射峰分别发生红移和蓝移,λem分别位于451 nm和374 nm。1和2的初始分解温度分别为298℃和300℃。  相似文献

The S‐functionalized aminosilane Me2Si(NH‐C6H4‐2‐SPh)2 (H2L) ( 1 ) was prepared from dichlorodimethylsilane and lithiated 2‐(phenylthio)aniline. Treatment of compound 1 with two equivalents of n‐butyllithium led to the dilithium derivative Li2L, which was used in subsequent reactions with MCl (M = Tl, Cu, Ag) to prepare the complexes [Tl2L] ( 2 ), [Cu2Tl2L2] · 2THF ( 3a ), [Cu2Tl2L2(THF)2] ( 3b ), and [Ag4L2(THT)2] ( 4 ) (THT = tetrahydrothiophene). Compound 2 consists of two thallium atoms, which are connected by a L2– ligand to give a puckered Tl2N2 ring with Tl–N distances of 255(1)–268(1) pm. Compounds 3a and 3b are heterobimetallic complexes, which are based on [Cu2L2]2– cores featuring a Cu2N4Si2 ring with linearly coordinated copper atoms [Cu–N: 190.7(3)–192.5(3) pm] and two peripherally attached Tl atoms [Tl–N: 272.7(3)–281.9(3) pm]. The molecular structure of the tetranuclear silver(I) complex 4 is closely related to the structure of compounds 3a and 3b by replacement of the Cu and Tl atoms with Ag atoms. The Ag–N distances are 217.5(3)–245.7(3) pm.  相似文献
