Reaction of phenyl acetylene with 3-(1-aryl-2-mercapto-4-imidazolyl)-2H-1-benzopyran-2-ones (4) in the presence of sodium hydroxide in absolute ethanol led to the formation of 3-(1-phenyl-2-(Z-styrylthio)-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ones (6) in excellent yields. These, on further oxidation with H2O2/AcOH, gave the corresponding sulfones (7) with retention of stereochemistry.

A one-pot linkage between furan and 3(2H)-furanone rings has been effected via the microwave-assisted Et3N-catalyzed domino condensation of the furan and benzofuran carboxylic acids with available cyanopropargylic alcohols (MeCN, 100 °C, 1.2 atm, 2–17 h). Despite involving a number of C-H-forming/breaking steps, the assembly is chemoselective and the final products, 5-(2-furyl)-3(2H)-furanones, are formed in 59–96% yields.  相似文献

Microwave-assisted [2+2] cycloaddition of (E)-3-dimethylamino-1-heteroaryl-prop-2-en-1-ones to dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylates gives (2E,3E)-dimethyl-2-[(dimethylamino)methylene]-3-(substituted)succinates in 8-91% yield. In the case of a 4,5-dihydrothiazoline derivative, cycloaddition also took place at the endocyclic CN double bond.  相似文献

<正>A series of some new 2-imino-5-[(Z)-1-(4-methylphenyl)methylidene]-3-[5-(2-oxo-2H-3-chromenyl)-1,3-oxazol-2-yl]-1,3- thiazolan-4-ones 5a-j has been synthesized and assayed for their antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria viz.Bacillus subtilis(ATCC 6633),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 6538p) and Micrococcus luteus(IFC 12708),and Gram-negative bacteria viz. Proteus vulgaris(ATCC 3851).Salmonella typhimurium(ATCC 14028) and Escherichia coli(ATCC 25922).Among the screened compounds,5d,5e,5f,5g,and 5j exhibited potent inhibitory activity compared to standard drug,and emerged as potential molecules for further development.  相似文献

In order to find leading compounds with an excellent fungicidal activity, the title compound 2-( 1,3-dithiolan-2- yl-idene)-1-phenyl-2-( 1,2,4-tfiazol-1-yl) ethanone was synthesized according to the biological isosterism and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, ^1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound exhibits some biological activities.  相似文献

The title compound ethyl 2-(6-(1,3-dioxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-isoindol-2(3H)-yl)-7-fluoro-3-oxo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-4(3H)-yl) butanoate 3 was synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 2-(6-amino-7-fluoro-3-oxo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-4(3H)-yl) butanoate with 4,5,6,7-tetraydrophthalic anhydride,and its structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 9.3469(2),b = 16.7715(5),c = 13.7153(4) ,β = 104.9680(10)°,μ = 0.107 mm-1,Mr = 430.42,V = 2077.08(10) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.376 g/cm3,F(000) = 904,T = 296(2) K,R = 0.0508 and wR = 0.1478.  相似文献

Abstract

An efficient synthesis of 1,3-bis(1,4,7-triazacyclonon-1-yl)-2-hydroxypropane is described. In contrast to earlier procedures, an improved synthetic strategy led to the selection of suitable reagents and conditions that afforded the title compound in excellent overall yield with improved process efficiency and scalability. Moreover, the mildness and synthetic efficiency of the chosen conditions were particularly well-suited for the large-scale synthesis of the title compound, which is in increasing demand for a variety of applications, including the preparation of stationary phases for immobilized metal-ion affinity chromatography of recombinant proteins.  相似文献

Coinage metal-promoted 5-exo and 6-endo selective cyclization of 2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines has been studied. It was found that, under gold catalysis, 2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines exclusively underwent 5-exo-dig cyclization processes, followed by oxidation to form N-aryl 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-ones. In contrast, in the presence of base and under activation of AgOTf, switching of 5-exo to 6-endo cyclizations of 2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines was observed, exclusively giving N-aryl or N-alkyl substituted isoquinolinium salts. The two key reaction intermediates, exocyclic vinyl-Au and the endocyclic vinyl-Ag species have been isolated and characterized, and a study of their reactivities confirms the plausible mechanisms. Reactions of the resultant 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-ones with benzyne afforded structurally important isoindolinone-based benzocyclobutenes. Additionally, several interesting transformations of the resultant isoquinolinium salts have been investigated.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 3,3-di(1H-indol-3-yl)indolin-2-ones and 2,2-di(1H-indol-3-yl)-2H-acenaphthen-1-ones via a reaction of various isatins or acenaphthenequinone with indoles in the presence of p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid (p-TSA) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature is described. Condensation of Schiff"s bases (prepared from 2-hydroxy- or 2-hydroxy-5-methylacetophenones and primary amines) with ethyl polyfluoroalkanoates in the presence of LiH in THF affords 3-alkylamino-3-(2-hydroxyaryl)-1-polyfluoroalkylprop-2-en-1-ones, which undergo cyclization in acidic media into 2-polyfluoroalkyl-4H-chromen-4-iminium salts. When neutralized with aqueous ammonia, the latter give 2-polyfluoroalkyl-4H-chromen-4-imines in high yields.  相似文献

A protocol for the synthesis of 3-[4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (5a–e) has been developed from 1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-bromoethanone (2),which served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of the title compounds. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea furnished 4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine 3, which upon further reaction with various aromatic aldehydes, gave Schiff bases 4a–e. These Schiff bases, when treated with thioacetic acid in the presence of catalytic amount of anhydrous ZnCl2, yielded thiazolidinone derivatives 5a–e. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data and screened for their antimicrobial and analgesic activity.

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel 3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones from various 2-dimethylaminomethylidenecyclohexane-1,3-diones, (1,3-thiazol-2-yl)acetonitriles, and dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal was developed. These transformations proceeded through intermediate 2-[2-(4-aryl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-2-cyanoethenyl]-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-olates. They were isolated as piperidinium salts and used in further heterocyclization reactions with aromatic amines, giving novel 1-aryl-3-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-7,8-dihydroquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-diones. These compounds were also obtained by preparative three-step “one pot” synthesis under controlled microwave irradiation. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
